A guy wakes up with a headache after a New Year’s celebration. He usually doesn’t drink, but he can’t remember how he got home. He was trying to remember what he has done last night. He saw a couple of Aspirins on the table and a rose near them. He got out of bed and he saw his clothes, cleaned and ironed. He looked around him and he saw the whole house was cleaned up. He went to the bathroom and he saw a bruise under his eye. He also noticed a note on the mirror written with lipstick by his wife: “Honey, your breakfast is in the kitchen. I want to buy groceries for your favorite dinner.” He went to the kitchen and saw a breakfast with hot coffee, and a newspaper. His son was having breakfast at the table. He asked: “Son, what happened last night?”
Son: “Well, you came home at 5 am drunk. You fell on the table and you broke it. You threw up in the hall and you crashed in the door with your face.”
He asked with confusion: “How come I got the roses, and the breakfast and everything’s all right?”
Son: “Oh, That well, mom dragged you into bedroom and when she tried to take off your clothes, you said:

LEAVE ME ALONE YOU WHORE! I’M MARRIED!

Contrary to the adage, bats are not blind. In fact, some are such good nocturnal hunters that they can catch and eat as many as 1200 mosquitoes and other insects an hour. Most consume more than half their body weight – about none grams – in gnats, moths and other insects every night.

“Hungry as a horse” implies that one is ravenous and ready to eat copious amounts of food. But, Horses don’t gorge, they graze. The typical recreational or light-working horse eats only about two percent of its body weight in good-quality feed a day.
