What makes this program great, is the fact you're not jumping around like a jack rabbit and killing the back and knees. There's so many programs out there, but unfortunately for us older folks or those with disabilities and limitations, we can't use those "high impact" programs. Leslie's low impact program has been a mainstay in the fitness community for years and easily fits into any workout and diet regimen. I use simple dumbells rather than the "weighted balls" and have actually increased the weight amount to make for a more vigorous workout. But that's me... and to be honest, you really don't have to even use the weights to have a good workout and you will see results!&lt;br /&gt;

They think that just because they’re cutting down on sweets and binging out more on “fat-free” treats, they’ve already earned a ticket to Health Land. Okay, here’s the thing: low fat foods don’t work! You can’t hope to lose weight simply by getting into low fat diets. Think about it, advertisers have been pushing low fat foods to the market.
