Since my big boss were eventually read my blog (i know, awkward right? but true). So, I got to be careful of what I write otherwise he would complain, haha. I hope he won't mind if I put the above beautiful picture of our project, well actually our company project. What he would say is "yeah, she's not as beautiful as it looks", but it is beautiful right? she (the ship) is dancing in the ocean, what an epic.

I plan to create another new blog, working blog for any activity and happenings that happen in my place (Batam), this blog I dedicate to my big boss so that another 10 years from now he would remember what are the projects being done in Batam, who are the person that he kick their a** for reasons, and what influences he made for other peoples life because of chances that he gave for them. Hmm hmm (shake head), I wouldn't let him know the blog address till next year, so that he could review what are happened in this upcoming years on 2012.

Ok, leave about the plan and it hints. Next, I have some true stories which are (you decide) sad or funny about my workings environment:
1. Couple months ago I was being asked to install (I'd prefer call it submitting form instead of install) a form related with ship in one of our project which most of the crew are Indonesian, that was the first time I do such things because normally captain or other officers did it themselves. In the middle of my effort to find out the wrong things with the form in my confusion, I did not read what is in the form, I just fill in based on the manual, then I make sure by asking one officer around and he answer is:
Him: "Of course this is...bla bla bla, you should know if you work in offshore company, at least you're degree in maritime, what is major study?"
I said: "I didnt read the things, moreover I'm not from maritime graduate"
Him: "Really, this big company should have high standard, but why they hire people which is not graduate from maritime"
I said: "I don't even graduate from junior high school"
He said: "blablabla"
I did not listen him anymore, screw him and he can go to hell (ooppss sorry for the rude language).

Next, I asked one person I know which is Russian by skype and luckily he help me find out what is wrong with the form. Feel the contrary? foreigner even more polite then our local mate fellow.

2. One of crew needs to flight back to his home port, but one flight ticket shortage by crewing dept. In limited time, I tell this guy to be patient, if the e-ticket couldn't sent before his first flight, we surely will send to his email and he can show the ticket number to the airlines, you know what he said?
Him : *raising voice* "What kind of company is this? make things easier in the on-signing flight but make things difficult in off-signing"
Me : I tell him the same things to wait bla bla bla
Him : *scream* "I know u do this because I'm a local, you will treat nicely to the foreigner"
Me : *scream louder* "What do you actually wants? you want to go now to the airport or never?"
Him: *still scream* "I want to go but how if they never send the ticket? bla bla bla"
Me : *scream louder* "If you want to go now, then go"
Him: *leaving my door but still screaming outside the door* "blablabla"
Me: "Whatever!! whatever whatever!!!"

Doesn't it annoying? people come on, I don't care about where u from, at least foreigner have a little respect more than you mister. But luckily the ticket came just before they leave to the airport. *exhale* *inhale*

My friend told me to tell him "I don't give a face to Mat Shalleh" haha which I think the meaning is "We being nice to people is because they treat us nicely". And Matt Shalleh means... (fill in the blank). haha

3. Someone said about one person that I-can't-respect-to "She just feels nicer than she really is"

Hello There - Random Post

Being so long time not posting. Well, I did busier when I were home. I mean, imagine two kids (3 and 1,5 years old boys) to be care of. Yup, since I finished the last project (about 3 month ago) I did spend most of the time at home to take care of my babies.

Being at home is such a tiring experience. Lol. Well, I have learned many things though. Started woke up in the morning, cooking, cleaning the house and preparing breakfast meals. Once the kids woke up, send them to the bath room (which not that easy), put their cloth on, feeding them. Then play with the kids, feed them their lunches, be with them in their nap (yeah I did napping everyday). Once they woke up send them again to the bath room, preparing the dinner, cleaning the house again. And those activity repeating all those 3 months.

No, I did not get any fatter. I lost weight about 3 Kgs. Even it was fun to be with the kids every time, yes, it was tiring. I almost got not time for my self. I was lazy to eat breakfast because I cooked the food, I mostly send the kids for nap in lunch time, so I only eat twice a day normally, or once sometimes. That was okay because I'm happy with it.

There's one boring thing of course, as my first son always watching babytv everyday. But I have learned the numbers again with the song, yeaaay... animals, fruits, veggies. Lol.

I did gardening too, of course with the kids. We plant some oxygen-producer flowers, an easy-to-grow flowers. The land is not quite good for planting here in my place, so we need some black-fertile soil to grow up the plants. Yes, the kids had learned couple things such as :
1. It was fun playing a dirt
2. Flower can grow up
3. Flower drink water every day
4. Flower growing up
yeaay...

The most favorite activity for the kids is.... playing in fishpond. We have a small fishpond on the back of the house, like an open space, we sometimes spending time looking on the green alga above the water, the fish swimming underneath the pond. But the most fun thing for the kids are feeding the fish, throwing anything-possible to the pond, and shaking the pond's water with their leg as they're not allowed to jump to the pond, cleverly they did it outside the fence by sitting under the wood fences. Kid loves water anyway ;) .

Kids are always adoring creature. Little tiny of our miniature. I was wondering maybe my parents also felt the same way as what I feel for my kids. Adoring me and laughed with every single thing I have done. That's why we need to always Love our parents, right? Be thankful because they rise us up till we can walk ourselves, even when we made mistakes, they will still there for us. But guess what? They loves their grand children more that their children. Yes, my parents loves my kids more than me, my mom claims that she loves my children more than I love them??? a big no no ;) hehe.

I wish to be a good mom always for my children, even I love to work (well, mostly i love the money, who doesn't eh?), I will always spend time for them. I work for them, I live for them and I will survive for them. I'm now back to work, hopefully will be long project this time (well, maybe 5 or 10 years... haha it's ok to expecting more, it calls a dream)

This is so random post, but since this blog is fully my personal notes, so it's ok to do that hehe ;). I wish to have an useful post sometimes, sorry if mostly not, I love being my self too ;) cheers ;).

This going to be a long post. As I'm going to talk about my favorite Indonesian teenage movie titled "Ada Apa dengan Cinta?". This movie used to be famous in my teenage time (about 10 years ago on Feb 2002, I was 18). And this movie was like a new beginning of awakening of Movies Industries in Indonesia. Produced by Mira Lesmana (@mirles) and Riri Riza (@rizariri), Directed by Rudi Sujarwo (@RudiSoejarwo). Stared by Dian Sastro which I already her fans since her first role in Bintang Jatuh and Nicholas Saputra (@nicsap).

This movie was like phenomenon, I did not know for how many weeks (or month) this movie played in theater but It was always long queue in any theater in Indonesia to watch this movie and I don't have any idea how many times I watch this movie ;).

But this time, I wouldn't write about the story or anything like that, I would like to copy some stories of the making of this movie tweeted by the legend producer Mira Lesmana. I wish I would be an open-minded mom who always open this eyes, ears, and heart about my children. For them to be better personality and more successful than me.

I have been experimenting the hijab's wrapping since ages ago. And this time I feel very comfortable using a hijab. It's cotton shawl. Smooth, long and loose...

Basically, my hijab wraps always covering my chest, that is obligation for me. Actually I obliged my self to do so. It's more comfort, still in style without breaking the moslem line. Cover your chest for good ;).

Saturday Challenge : Stop Lying

Last Saturday, the challenge was STOP gossiping. Well, it was quiet hard to get through it, but I keep trying and will do my best to avoid this. These challenge I do not only for a week but I'm deleting (and will delete) those activity from my life (at all). Yup, I want to be a better person at least for my own self and my family.

This week come to a challenge to STOP Lying.

Many people think that there's (are) white-lie or lie-for-better. For me, nothing is white or for better. Lie is a lie. But whether in purpose or not, for the small-small thing we did lie, didn't we?. Those small-small thing will be a big thing when we do it regularly. And I hate my self to do that.

Start today, I will try to stop lying. Start from the small thing. Like tell the truth to my boss when he asked me what time I arrive office. Tell the truth where am I when people is waiting for me (not just tell them on my way in fact I'm on my way to bath room). Tell the truth when I don't like the gift from other people (instead of lying for good), or maybe no need to comment at all. Tell the truth when things clearly happen in my fault (instead of protect my self by lied). All kind of lying in me need to be stopped. Right here right now!. Especially in Ramadhan, we are NOT allowed to lie at all.

Well, start from my self, I hope everyone will do so, at least ttrrrrry (try). I believe that avoiding bad attitude will make us 'cleaner' and the clean thoughts/brain will come to a fresh body and face. I want that fresh. I want to be better. So I will try, try and try. Try harder.

Lets try together pal ;)

Saturday Challenge : Stop Gossiping

Fascinating Sunset.

Aaah, come to this week challenge. Quiet difficult this time STOP Gossiping.

Beside that in Fasting month (Ramadhan) we're not allowed to do gossiping (well, actually not only Ramadhan), I hate this behavior too. Talking about others behind their back, specially in bad things, is not good at all. Disturbing and Coward. But mostly people did. Even this thing mostly identified to women, but factually men are also doing that. At least most Men I know.

My plan to avoid doing this are:
- Cut-off the conversation politely when it comes to that part (gossiping)
- Convey the positive thoughts about the negative things they think
- Just leave when people insist (this would be the last thing to do, I think)

What else can do? think about it later. Okay then, start now on. Stop gossiping others ;). *keeprecallingmyself.

Saturday Challenge : Stop Kepo-ing (Interloping)

Always LOVE Sunset.

I have started to challenge my self every Saturday. Why Saturday? because that's the only day I could think about this 'heavy' things. Anyway I have started last Saturday. But I have no chance to post it. Actually the main reason why I always post something interest me is because I don't want to forget those happening. "Memories are too important to forget" - Stefan Salvatore (I do, a vampire addict).

The first Saturday Challenge last week is : Stop Kepo-ing
Yes, this is Malay language, not Bahasa Indonesia but totally Malay. Which means (for me) is stop interlope in to other people life/problem/right or whatsoever. Because last time I did that, it got me into trouble as I had over-righted somebody's tendency.

And those are not the first time, one of my reason is I want everything happen in proper line. But, sometimes I am not the one in charge so it might not be my problem. But I still can't help it sometimes. Need to try harder on this.

What I did last week are below:
1. Try to convince myself that I'm not in to it (by still think what I think about some matter is right)
2. Ignore when people start to tell me the 'story'
3. Convince myself that people had different way to think to solve their problem, and whatever it could be are become their responsibility. And none of it is my problem
4. Reading!

The good thing is it feel less stress, kind of relief to stay away from other people's problem. Still remind them sometimes but not getting in to it too far. So I guess this challenge works for me. Just need to do it continually day by day.

So this week, come to another challenge. Will post it separately ;).

When I was teenage, I sometimes asked rude questions to other people. Now when I remember that, it's ridiculously silly. I don't regret it but I think I should have had a better behave.

I asked to a husband, in front of his wife about why he chooses her as a wife. In that time, I was thinking that this good-looking and successful man is way too good for his wife. I know it was rude. But honestly that's what I thought. And he surprisingly answer "because I have no choice". I was thought that It's a rude answer, specially in front of his wife. I could be hurt if my future-hubby say the same thing when anyone asked.

Today, I recall about this question and answer because I'd seen the wife pass me through to go to work. And I realize that the man's answered was just a tease because it's no answer of this kind of question. I was thinking that his wife is so lucky to have him beside her. In fact, they both lucky to have each other. Why?
1. Both of them are a educated persons and had degree graduated but his wife sacrifice her future-career to take care of their children.
2. His wife is always beside him whatever happen even when he was in a bad-finance problem (which some woman gave up on it).
3. When their children grown up and ready, his wife help him to support family finance by working again with still always taking care of the kids.

Really no answer for that stupid question, If someone happen to ask me about the same question, I will also answer the same thing because it was too difficult to explain. I was waiting an age to realize that time will teach me and give me some answer of my questions.

And why I Love my hubby? I ~~think it's useless to explain~~ don't know yet, but time will prove it why. Maybe so many reasons. Maybe no reason. I just Love? we'll see.

Harper Seven Beckham has arrived

July 10th 2011, Beckham first daughter had safety arrived in Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles California with weighed in at 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55am. She named Harper Seven Beckham. Many speculation about the unique name. Harper could be token from Harper Bazaar famous fashion magazine or could be Harper Collin the publisher. I think, name Seven token from his long-term back number when he was in Man Utd, which is great as a name. I just loved it. I would consider for my first daughter too, maybe Vogue Fifteen Zulham? Surveyor Souvenir

Ah, reading this post title is soooo working stuff. True as I met different surveyor each time they come. But the good thing is sometimes they gave me something as souvenir from their company. Last time, I got an Amber bracelet from one of my boss (as I always have different bosses in different project) Technically his wife bought it for me.

And after that I have got an Ukrainian mug brought by my friend (of course he's sea man, actually chief's mate). He brought another mug for my boss too with the same pattern, drawings and Russian Alphabet - (Cyrillic Alphabet).

And another small gift from SingTel gave to me recently which was "gone" before I even had opportunity to taking picture of it. It was nice red-pen and a badge holder set. Why was it "gone"? because my hubby grab it (fast). I got a 15 minutes panic time that day and suspect that someone stole it, well it was stolen. By him. LOL.

And this time (today) I have another gift from Spectec. They are an AMOS company. The company who prepare maintenance installation for ships (I think, well just click here in case you're curious). Yeeaaayyy... I have got a thumb drive. Of course I need more GB or TB to save movies, but for documents of office matter will be pretty enough in this 2GB external storage.

Today's the last day for my ship before her ~~planned~~ official-delivery tomorrow. It was sad enough as I have been here for her for almost a a year. Even i never step my feet in her ;). Anyway I hope there's another ship for me.

Hutan Wisata Mata Kucing

Last week we went to local Protected-Forest named Hutan Wisata Mata Kucing. Four of us and my niece (Kiki) had had fun together in this forest. Not much interesting things inside the forest though. There were Mini Zoo, a Cave, Swimming pool and a small artificial lake.

Mini Zoo:

Not much kind of animals in the zoo, that's why they called it mini zoo. These are my opinion about the Mini Zoo :

The cages of each animal is dirty too, sadly there are no special place for the animal's feces in the cages so the feces chaotically spread everywhere on the cages which is pity for the animal. And not comfortable for visitor as the smell were not good around the area. I hope they can improve in that. At least put some clean sands for them to do defecating.

Most of the animal only stand alone. In my point of view, logically we could not live alone and so the animal, it would be good for them (physically and mentally) if we let them to have a companion. At least a couple. Two of male and female sex of each kind.

I hope the environmental Management would improve the animal's cage not only the cleanliness but also comfortableness for the animals such as paint it nicely or put some cover to keep the animal warn at night time or rainy season

A Cave:
The cave is just such an old-moldy-chaos building with nothing interesting there. When we peeked inside there were some modern-furniture scattered here and there. But at least we can took a picture from outside. I hope they can improve in that too, put historical stuff or epigraph for instance.

Swimming Pool:
I did not allow my kids to swim that day for I don't know why, maybe because the smell of the animal feces out there or just the dirty water on the pool. Whichever only one thing, please whoever clean them.

The Artificial Lake:
The lake aimed for the huge fish with almost as heavy as me (around 48KG). There are catfish, Arwana fish and other huge fish. They only will show up if you give them food (apparently the food is the small fish-head which specially provided for us to buy). But it quite fun to feed them.

I hope this lake would be improved too. Maybe put the nicer fence instead of the woods.

Mostly there were not-really-interesting. But at least I brought the kids to the green. And kids were excited with the turtle ;)

- Entrance Ticket IDR 20.000 for adult and IDR 5000 for kids, IDR 2000 for car.
- This is only my personal review and opinion, by no means to discredit Hutan Wisata Mata Kucing, but I hope they do improve the beautiful forest.

Another two tone Pashmina. This time i wear green (dark & light green). Actually I wore Green Blouse and Trouser but as I captured the pic by my Laptop so no chances to catch the whole body ;).

The pashmina wrapped twice but just let it loose in the second wrap, you can either loose it one side or both side (see the two pics on the right side) and secure it by pin.
