Terror groups are taking their cues from organized crime and funding their operations with money they make committing intellectual property crimes, he told a gathering of Silicon Valley executives.

“Criminal syndicates, and in some cases even terrorist groups, view IP crime as a lucrative business and see it as a low-risk way to fund other activities,” Mukasey said. “A primary goal of our IP enforcement mission is to show these criminals that they’re wrong.”

Mukasey, who did not elaborate and did not take questions, said his department is devoting increasing resources to prosecuting such crimes and filed 7 percent more IP cases in 2007 than in 2006 and 33 percent more than in 2005.

Before Friday’s speech, Mukasey met privately with representatives from companies including Apple Inc. and Adobe Systems Inc.

A day earlier, the attorney general also met with entertainment industry executives in Los Angeles during his three-day California trip.

Scott Ritter, UN weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991 to 1998, and Edward Peck, onetime chief of mission in Baghdad and former ambassador to Mauritania, spoke recently at a forum sponsored by Cleveland Peace Action Now and Trinity Cathedral. Before the event, this reporter and a journalist from The Plain Dealer talked to Ritter and Peck.

The White House is using outright fabrications and exaggerations to persuade the American public that Iran has an active nuclear weapons program, Ritter and Peck claimed. The ultimate goal, they said, is overthrow of Iran�??s Islamic theocracy.

Just as he did with Iraq, President Bush is falsely positioning Iran as a threat to U.S. national security and a leading sponsor of terrorism, contended Ritter, a 12-year Marine veteran who spent four years in Israel as lead liaison between the UN and the Jewish state on the issues of Iraq and nuclear weapons.

People are that stupid that if you say something over and over they figure it has to be true because why else could you say it over and over on mass media?

J’ai une petite remarque sur la stupidité

Ils ne sont pas stupides. C’est qu’ils pensent tout savoir. Ils ne pensent pas, comme certaines personnes très bizarres, qu’ils pourraient apprendre quelque chose comme : “la TV, le cinema de masse, les masses médias et les systèmes éducatifs mentent et manipulent, vous vendent et vous empoisonnent. Vous dirigent, et n’ont pas plus de considérations pour nous que nous n’en avons pour notre planète. Nous enlèvent la possibilité de vivre une vie simple basée sur la coopération, l’entente et l’amour. Bref, ils nous détruisent le peu de temps que nous avons dans cette petite vie. Ce système est fait pour aliéner”.

Ou bien : “Le 11 septembre 2001 n’a pas été ce que les mass médias nous ont raconté. Cet événement a même été organisé au pire, au mieux facilité, par ces mêmes personnes qui l’utilisent comme excuse pour bombarder et massacrer où ils veulent dans le monde. La guerre contre le terrorisme est un crime contre l’humanité.”

Encore… “Quand ils disent qu’ils vont faire la paix en Irak ou en afghanistan, ça veut dire que c’est la guerre, les massacres et la mort qu’ils vont y semer”… Oui oui…

Ces gens qui ne croient en rien ou presque, ne sont pas stupides, ils sont arrogants.

The United States Isn’t a Country �?? It’s a Corporation!

The government which was created for the District of Columbia via the Act of 1871 operates under Private International Law, and not Common Law, which was the law of the Constitutional Republic. This is very important to note since it impacts all Americans in concrete ways. You must recognize that private international law is only applicable within the District of Columbia and NOT in the other states of the Union. The various arms of the corporation are known as “departments” such as the Judiciary, Justice and Treasury. You recognize those names? Yes, you do! But they are not what you assume them to be. These “departments” all belong to the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. They do NOT belong to you and me under the corporate constitution and its various amendments that operate outside of the Constitutional Republic.

I refer you to the UNITED STATES CODE (note the capitalization, indicating the corporation, not the Republic) Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C). It is stated unequivocally that the UNITED STATES is a corporation. Realize, too, that the corporation is not a separate and distinct entity from the government. It IS the government. YOUR government. This is extremely important. I refer to this as the “corporate empire of the UNITED STATES,” which operates under Roman Civil Law outside of the Constitution. How do you like being ruled by a cheesy, sleazy corporation? You’ll ask your Congressperson about this, you say? HA!!

Congress is fully aware of this deception. You must be made aware that the members of Congress do NOT work for you and me. Rather, they work for the Corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Is this really any surprise to you? This is why we can’t get them to do anything on our behalf or to answer to us �?? as in the case with the illegal income tax �?? among many other things. Contrary to popular belief, they are NOT our civil servants. They do NOT work for us. They are the servants of the corporate government and carry out its bidding. Period.

Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga, who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, has told Italy�??s oldest and most widely read newspaper that the 9-11 terrorist attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad, and that this was common knowledge among global intelligence agencies. In what translates awkwardly into English, Cossiga told the newspaper Corriere della Sera:

�??All the [intelligence services] of America and Europe�?�know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part �?� in Iraq [and] Afghanistan.�??

Cossiga was elected president of the Italian Senate in July 1983 before winning a landslide election to become president of the country in 1985, and he remained until 1992.

Inayat Bunglawala, assistant secretary general of the Muslim Council of Britain, said: “Policy Exchange produced a report that was given a lot of publicity, and Newsnight deserve credit for exposing the incredibly shoddy and dubious methodology that Policy Exchange have resorted to. It would seem that Policy Exchange had already decided what they wanted to say about mosques and just went out to find or should I say invent the evidence to justify their prejudices.”

Policy Exchange’s research director, Dean Godson, insisted it stood by the report “100%”. He said the thinktank had checked its evidence thoroughly and the allegations did not challenge the substance of the study - that such extremist literature was being widely sold.
