Suasana di majlis pertemuan itu hening sejenak. Semua yang hadir diam membatu. Mereka seperti sedang memikirkan sesuatu. Lebih lebih lagi Saidina Abu Bakar.

Itulah pertama kali dia mendengar orang yang sangat dikasihi melafazkan pengakuan demikian.

Seulas senyuman yang sedia terukir di bibirnya pun terungkai.

Wajahnya yang tenang berubah warna.

"Apakah maksudmu berkata demikian Wahai Rasulullah? Bukankah kami ini saudara saudaramu?" Saidina Abu Bakar bertanya melepaskan gumpalan teka teki yang mula menyerabut fikiran.
"Tidak, wahai Abu Bakar. Kamu semua adalah sahabat sahabatku tetapi bukan saudara saudaraku," suara Rasulullah bernada rendah.
"Kami juga saudaramu, wahai Rasulullah," kata seorang sahabat yang lain pula.
Rasulullah menggeleng gelengkan kepalanya perlahan lahan sambil tersenyum.
Kemudian baginda bersuara, " Saudaraku ialah mereka yang belum pernah melihataku tetapi mereka beriman denganku sebagai Rasulullah dan mereka sangat mencintaiku. Malahan kecintaan mereka kepadaku melebihi cinta mereka kepada anak anak dan orang tua mereka.

Pada ketika yang lain pula, Rasulullah menceritakan tentang keimanan 'saudara' baginda:

"Siapakah yang paling ajaib imannya?" tanya Rasulullah.

"Malaikat," jawab sahabat.

"Bagaimana para malaikat tidak beriman kepada Allah sedangkan mereka sentiasa hampir dengan Allah," jelas Rasulullah.

Para sahabat terdiam seketika. Kemudian mereka berkata lagi," Para nabi."

"Bagaimana para nabi tidak beriman, sedangkan wahyu diturunkan kepada mereka."

"Mungkin kami," celah seorang sahabat.

"Bagaimana kamu tidak beriman sedangkan aku berada di tengah tengah kamu," pintas Rasulullah menyangkal hujah sahabatnya itu.

"Kalau begitu, hanya Allah dan Rasul-Nya sahaja yang lebih mengetahui,"

jawab seorang sahabat lagi, mengakui kelemahan mereka.

"Kalau kamu ingin tahu siapa mereka? Mereka ialah umatku yang hidup selepasku, membaca Al Quran dan beriman dengan semua isinya. Berbahagialah orang yang berjumpadan beriman denganku. Dan tujuh kali lebih berbahagia orang yang beriman denganku tetapi tidak pernah berjumpa denganku," jelas Rasulullah.

"Aku sungguh rindu hendak bertemu dengan mereka," ucap Rasulullah lagi setelah seketika membisu.

Ada berbaur kesayuan pada ucapannya itu.

Hello peeps,

Since the day, no participation from any blogger to my give away.. such a pathic.. haha..
Generally speaking, December has gone swept away for half a month.. countdown tik tok clicking clock.. New Year is approaching. I literally can't wait to discover some new exciting things in the near future.. Details about that some time soon..
Past three days till now on, the sky turning dark and rains start to pouring down. Everything getting wet and wet.. like a wet dream.. No snow fall.. just typical rains.. but it is alrite as long as its not a disaster.
Talking about disaster, let the cat out of the bag.. i officially seems turns into a lil monster, growing hair. No Afiq Azmi hair cut style until new year i think.. A stupid enforcement lawmaker in the state for a unisex hair saloon limitation. I'm thinking out to somewhere by the end of this month for New Year celebration and get my hair trimmed. LOL..
Anyways, i hope you all are having a very merry December..

Today is ~~a fairytale~~ the last day for school time in the East Coast. Its supposed to be the big day for UPSR students as their examination result would be released.. And my baby sister was amongst them... i bought a congratulation cake... a very simple 500gm black forest cake for her.. and i'm so sad that result was actually postponed to Nov 19th...

What make me happy is i'm on holiday's mood 9 days str8 ahead... Yeah!!!

For the very first post in this November.. i would like to congratulate my clique on her wedding this Nov 04th.. a multicultural wedding between Indian and Chinese.

I started reading 'The Perks of Being A Wallflower' by Stephen Chbosky and really hope that i could finish the book by the end of the month. I enjoyed a korean drama for the last couple of weeks.. 'To The Beautiful You' since i'm not a korean 'thing' fan..

Wet Wednesday #4: Seorang Anak Kecil

Dalam sebuah kesah diriwayatkan bahawa ketika hendak menuju masjid, Rasulullah mendapati seorang anak kecil sedang menangis di satu sudut jalan. Rasulullah yang berhati lembut dan penyayang itu kemudian mendatangi anak kecil tersebut, lalu bertanya kepadanya:

"Wahai anak, hari ini semua orang sedang bergembira dengan datangnya hari raya Aidilfitri, tetapi kamu menangus seorang diri di sini, apa yang terjadi?"

Anak kecil itu menjawab: "Aku sedih, teman temanku bergembira dengan ibu dan ayah mereka. Mereka memakai baju baru dan perhiasan baru, sedangkan orang tuaku telah bercerai. Ibuku menikah dengan orang lain, ayah tiriku tidak peduli denganku. Dan aku tidak mungkin dapat membeli baju baru."

Rasulullah kemudian tersenyum haru, lantas memeluk anak kecil tersebut dengan penuh kasih, bagaikan anak sendiri. Setelah itu, Rasulullah berkata padanya: "Wahai anak kecil yang dikasihi Allah, mahukah jika Engkau menjadi anakku, aku menjadi ayahmu, dan Aisyah menjadi ibumu?"

Dengan terharu dan senyum yang tidak dapat terlukiskan, anak itu kemudian memeluk Rasulullah dengan erat, air matanya mengalir kerana merasakan kebaikan dan kasih sayang Rasulullah kepadanya.

Rasulullah pun menggendong anak kecil itu dan membawa ke rumah kemudian menyerahkan kepada isterinya Aisyah untuk dimandikan.

Tidak lama kemudian, si anak kecil yang sebelumnya kotor, berbau dan kusut masai itu berubah menjadi bagaikan putera kecil yang harum dan ceria.

T.G.I.F #3 : Spesial Hari Raya MENCARI BINTANG TIMUR

Hari ini adalah Jumaat terakhir bagi Ramadhan 2012, insyaallah lusa Syawal bakal menjelma.

Saya bukanlah seorang yang puitis yang mampu bercerita tentang bulan dan bintang dengan penuh kiasan. Saya juga bukan dari latar belakang akademik ilmu sastera yang boleh membuatkan sesiapa juga teruja mendengar cerita saya. Tapi, kisah yang saya ingin kongsikan ini benar benar menyentuh hati lelaki saya. Saya rasakan semua lelaki patut membacanya. Cerita ini dilontarkan ke dalam kotak email saya dan saya membacanya berkali kali dengan penuh kekaguman.

"Lebih kurang tiga minggu yang lepas saya membawa isteri ke sebuah pusat perubatan swasta di Melaka. Dia mengadu kepalanya pening, rasa mual dan badannya lenguh lenguh. Saya tanya dia, "mengandung kut?" Dia kata tak ada.Oleh kerana dua tiga hari macam tu saja, saya bawa dia jumpa doktor dan ternyata isteri saya mengandung dua bulan.

Dia akan berasa loya dengan bau yang sebelum ini senang baginya termasuklah bau badan saya. Morning sickness yang teruk sekali bagi isteri saya. Kasihan sungguh, terbaring saja sepanjang masa. Makan tak boleh, minum tak nak, apa pun tak nak. Ada kalanya isteri saya semalaman tak dapat tidur, kadang kadang tu asyik nak tidur saja. Selesai solat isya' dah masuk bilik. Pada awalnya saya tidur kat luarlah sebab dia tak boleh bau badan saya.

Saya fahamlah orang mengandung memang macam tu, sekarang ni dah boleh tidur dengan saya dan saya sudah tahu macam mana nak elakkan insomnia yang dialaminya. Memang kebiasaan sebelum mengandung pun saya akan membaca al-Quran di atas katil di sisi isteri sebelum tidur sehinggalah dia terlelap. Sekarang saya terus membaca al-Quran di sisinya sebagai ubat tidur bagi isteri dan anak dalam kandungan.

Bukan itu sahaja, saya juga sentiasa bercakap cakap dengan janin dalam perutnya. Perkara yang mula mula saya ceritakan padanya ialah tentang tauhid. Saya bermula dengan kitab pertama yang saya pelajari dahulu iaitu kitab Kasyaful Mahjub. Saya bercerita kepadanya tentang Allah, zat, sifat, asma, af'al. Dan cerita itu kembali bercerita kepada diri saya.

Ada yang bertanya bagaimana mahu menasihati anak agar tidak degil. Jawapan yang mahu saya nyatakan bukan hanya untuk anak tetapi untuk sesiapa sahaja terutamanya yang mempunyai hubungan rapat dengan kita. Tak kiralah anak, isteri atau suami. Bagaimana?

1. Semasa anak atau isteri kita sedang tidur inilah waktu yang paling sesuai terutamanya di waktu dua pertiga malam, kerana fikiran bawah sedarnya adalah paling optimum ketika ini. Yang tidur hanyalah minda sedar.

2. Sentuhkan ibu jari anda ke langit langit dan kemudian sentuhlah dengan halus ibu jari anda ke ubun ubun orang yang ingin anda nasihati.

3. Semasa ibu jari di atas ubun ubun selawatlah ke atas junjungan Nabi Muhammad dan bacalah surah al-Fatihah. Kemudian terus dengan berzikir di dalam hati dan jangan putuskan zikir anda.

4. Angkat ibu jari anda, kalau boleh janganlah diputuskan zikir di dalam hati dan bercakaplah dengan suara yang agak perlahan agar tidak sampai mengejutkannya. Beritahulah apa yang ingin anda beritahunya. Kebiasaannya saya akan menasihati isteri saya agar tidak selalu melaewatkan solat, banyakkan berselawat, banyak bersabar. Nasihatilah orang yang anda sayangi dengan apa sahaja nasihat yang anda inginkan. Jangan putuskan zikir anda, supaya zikir itu masuk bersama dengan nasihat anda.

5. Anda akan dapat melihat reaksi yang dia sedang menerima pernyataan anda iaitu kelopak matanya bergerak gerak. Insyaallah saya doakan diri saya dan anda berjaya dengan kaedah ini.

Pernah di zaman Imam Abu Hanifah (Hanafi An-Nu'man), seseorang bertanya kepada bapa Imam Aub Hanifah, Tsabit. "Tuan, bagaimanakah tuan mendidik Hanafi sehingga begini istimewa jadinya. Jawab bapa Imam Abu Hanifah "Aku didik Hanafi 40 tahun sebelum dia dilahirkan." Apa yang ingin disampaikan oleh Tsabit ialah dia sendiri telah diasuh manakala isterinya juga sudah dididik dan Hanafi sendiri sudah dididik sejak dari kandungan lagi.

Logik akal, acuan yang bulat mana mungkin menghasilkan kuih segi empat. Begitu juga dengan anak dan isteri kita. Mereka adalah cermin kepada diri kita sendiri. Saya bacakan kisah ini kepada janin yang sedang membesar dalam perut isteri saya. Saya sentiasa berdoa agar dia terus membesar dan dilindungi Allah sebagaimana Allah memelihara Imam Abu Hanifah. Saya nasihatkan dia dengan nasihat yang disuarakan oleh Luqman Al Hakim kepada anaknya.

Saya bacakan kisah para Rasul, para Nabi, wali songo, tujuh wali Melayu kepadanya. Cuma isteri saya menasihati agar suara saya tidak terlalu kuat, bimbang didengar oleh jiran, apa pula kata mereka nanti. Isteri saya sudah pun nyenyak dibuai mimpi. Saya ke halaman rumah mahu merenung langit malam, satu satunya hobi saya semenjak kecil di rumah anak anak yatim piatu yang saya bawa hingga kini.

Saya bersandar di bangku marmar. Kalau isteri saya sihat pastinya dia menemani saya di sini, kami akan bercerita tentang segala galanya. Saya terus merenung langit malam, saya anak yatim piatu yang ditinggalkan di tengah padang rumput, sehingga sekarang tidak diketahui siapa ibu ayah saya. Kini saya akan menjadi ayah.

Saya bertekad dalam hati, insyaallah jika anak ini lahir, dia tidak akan saya biarkan membesar seperti saya. Dia tidak akan saya biarkan menagih kasih di rumah kebajikan. Dia tidak akan melalui zaman pahit seperti saya. Dia tidak perlu dibohongi yang teddy bear adalah mamanya seperti saya. Air mata ini mengalir lagi. Oh! Janganlah tumpah lagi. Pesan guruku air mata lelaki jangan ditumpahkan sia sia.

Saya tidak mahu terus melayan perasaan. Segera saya kuncikan pintu dan ke kamar tidur. Isteri saya telah pun nyenyak dibuai mimpi. Inilah bintang timur dalam hidup saya. Ia sentiasa bersinar cemerlang dalam hidup saya, memberi harapan, keyakinan, kesetiaan dan cintanya kepada saya. Insyaallah tidak lama lagi, akan muncul 'bintang timur kecil' dalam hidup saya."

Saya membaca cerita ini berkali kali. Ia benar benar menyentuh hati saya. Saya seorang lelaki yang belum berkahwin dan bahagia dengan hidup saya sekarang ini. Di kala semakin ramai kawan kawan saya sudah mendapat pasangan hidup, saya masih kuat berlari mengejar cita cita dalam hidup saya. Tapi setelah membaca cerita ini, saya mula memikirkan alangkah indahnya hidup ini jika saya juga mempunyai bintang timur ini dalam hidup saya.

Tentulah saya juga akan dikurniakan dengan bintang timur kecil suatu hari nanti. Tak mengapalah, mungkin itu mainan perasaan saya sahaja. Saya percaya masanya akan sampai juga. Saya akan tetap menunggu. Saya akan mendapat bintang timur saya sendiri. Datanglah bintang timur ke dalam hidup saya. Saya akan cuba memberikan seperti apa yang diberikan oleh suami dalam cerita di atas kepada bintang timurnya. - AEROELASTICITY SPECIALIST

I'm feel lucky tonight to have a short time watching 2012 Eid TVC on the screen.
