La prima volta che ho assaggiato tofu e seitan avevo 21 anni e devo dire che per un bel periodo ho continuato ad usare questi due ingredienti, il punto a sfavore è che 20 anni fa per reperirli dovevo fare un bel po&#39; di strada e cercare nei negozi bio e anche il prezzo era un po&#39; troppo elevato, probabilmente, questo è stato il motivo per cui ho smesso di farne uso.
