C'è l'ho fatta ragazze è stata un impresa però sono molto soddisfatta.&lt;br /&gt;
Certo non è la perfezione della torta a cui mi sono ispirata traovata sul blog "Sogni di zucchero" però per essere la prima volta sono felice.&lt;br /&gt;

In questo periodo c'è molto da fare amarene da conservare, ciliege da raccogliere, frutti di bosco&amp;nbsp;profumati&amp;nbsp;che mi chiamano&amp;nbsp;in montagna. Insomma bisogna fare le scorte per l'inverno.&lt;br /&gt;
Per farmi perdonare ecco qua i miei biscotti&lt;br /&gt;

Li ho realizzati per il compleanno di mio marito e devo dire che sono stati molto apprezzati.&lt;br /&gt;
Ho variato tra la pasta di mandorla, biscottini all'uvetta, biscotti al limone (buonissimi) e al cioccolato. &lt;br /&gt;
Un biscotto l'ho letterelamente inventato io e devo dire che è piaciuto molto ho fatto un biscotto con una pasta frolla leccese a cui ho aggiunto farina e pasta di pistacchio, pasta di nocciola, strega, un pò di rhum e qualche cucchiao di cacao. Dopo averli cotti li ho immersi per metà in una colata di cioccolato bianco.&lt;br /&gt;

Per essere la prima è accettabile anche se va perfezionata molto nei colori, nei dettagli, spero di proporvene un altra a breve.&lt;br /&gt;
La torta lo farcita con bavarese alla vaniglia e bavarese alle fragole, con un pan di spagna alle mandorle.&lt;br /&gt;

L'interno della torta è un pan di spagna al cioccolato con tre creme, una bavarese al cioccolato, una bavarese alla nocciola e una crema di mascarpone e latte condensato.&lt;br /&gt;
Spero vi piaccia&amp;nbsp; come è piaciuta alla festeggiata.&lt;br /&gt;

Ho bagnato il tutto con uno sciroppo di acqua e zucchero aggiungendo del rum. Le creme sono tre bavaresi di Maurizio Santin, una al cioccolato al latte, una alla nocciola ed una alla vaniglia. Ho decorato il tutto con panna fresca e scagli di mandorle.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Spero vi piaccia come è piaciuta a mio figlio. L'interno è stato preparato con pan di spagna al cioccolato, ganache al cioccolato e liquore al cioccolato. La decorazione con del marzapane colorato e della psta di zucchero verede per le foglioline.&lt;br /&gt;
Sono un idea carina e gustosa pe le feste di compleanno dei bambini, anche utili per utilizzare gli avanzi del pan di spagna che sinceramente è peccato buttare.&lt;br /&gt;

Questa torta è buonissima la ricetta mi è stata donata da una dolcissima suora che vive in un convento e che custodisce un quaderno di ricette come un tesoro prezioso.&lt;br /&gt;
Condivido con voi la ricetta.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti: &lt;br /&gt;
500 gr. di mele a cubetti&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di uvetta &lt;br /&gt;
250 gr di farina 00&lt;br /&gt;
2 uova&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;
buccia di limone grattuggiata&lt;br /&gt;
datteri fichi&lt;br /&gt;
grappa e anice &lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Prendete le mele ridotte a cubetti aggiungete lo zucchero, la grappa, la buccia di limone e se vi piacciono i datteri e i fichi e mettele a riposare una notte in frigo. Mettete l'uvetta a bagno con l'anice.&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolate le uova con lo zucchero la farina e il burro morbido fate riposare l'impasto una mezzo'oretta a temperatura ambiente e poi aggiungete il lievito le mele scolate bene e l'uvetta e mescolate bene.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere al forno a 180° per almeno mezz'ora.&lt;br /&gt;

Le coccinelle piccole sono state complicatissime da preparare con quei loro puntini neri minuscoli e le antennine sottilissime però mi sono divertita un mondo.Allora sperando di aver fatto cosa gradita anche a voi pubblicandola vi saluto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/i&gt;Mescolare la farina di mandorle con 2 uova sbattute e gli aromi, far riposare a temp ambiente per 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavorare il burro morbido con lo zucchero e l'ammoniaca, unire il composto di uova e farina di mandorle, un cucchiaio per volta,alternando con le altre 2 uova sbattute; mescolare con un cucchiaio e unire il burro fuso, infine unire le due farina setacciate, poco per volta. Alla fine si dovrà ottenere un impasto tipo plum cake. Farlo riposare per 1 ora a temperatura ambiente.
