4 filetti di trota salmonata&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio di nocciole tritate (se volete comprate già la granella)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio di mandorle tritate&lt;br /&gt;
1 Arancio &lt;br /&gt;
Sale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
gr. burro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tritare le mandorle e le nocciole.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div class="preparazione"&gt;&lt;span itemprop="instructions"&gt; Scaldate il burro in una padella e mettere a cuocere i filetti con sopra le mandorle e le nocciole ed aggiungete il sale. Girate le trote e togliete la pelle. Tenetele tre o quattro minuti per parte. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 patate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 uova&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cucchiaini di fecola&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 piccola cipolla&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 pizzico di lievito in polvere&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sale, pepe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Grattuggiate le patate e tritate la cipolla. Perchè le patate non anneriscano unitevi, appena grattate, un pizzico di bicarbonato.&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti e versate l'impasto a cucchiaiate nell'olio bollente. Una volta cotte asciugatele con la carta assorbente e servitele calde.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;a href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chanukk%C3%A0" target="_blank"&gt;Chanukkà (su Wikipedia una descizione di questa festa ebraica)&lt;/a&gt; è appena finita e in onore della festa, si usa cucinare cibo fritto. Quindi ecco la prima delle due ricette a tema.&lt;br /&gt;
Noi l'abbiamo fatte senza zucchero nell'impasto, ma solo una spolverata sopra...non vengono tanto dolci, ma a me piacciono così! Se le volete addolcire aggiungete un pò di zucchero nella pastella.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 mele renette&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 gr di farina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 uova&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 ml di latte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zucchero da spolverare sopra&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un pizzico di sale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare la pastella sbattendo con lo sbattitore i tuorli, il latte e la farina setacciata e un pizzico di sale, finchè il composto non sarà omogeneo e senza grumi.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasciare l'impasto a riposare coperto per mezz'oretta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi montate a neve le chiare ed unitele alla pastella (se decidete di mettere lo zucchero, questo è il momento di aggiungerne 20gr) facendo attenzione a non smontarle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sbucciate le mele e togliete il torsolo. Tagliate fettine dello spessore di circa mezzo cm.&lt;br /&gt;
Passatele nella pastella e friggetele in abbondante olio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta dorate su entrambi i lati, toglietele e ponetele sulla carta assorbente. Una volta asciutte, cospargere con lo zucchero e servire calde...&lt;br /&gt;

Va beh, una volta all'anno si può fare!!!&lt;br /&gt;

L'avevo già fatta nel passato e mi era venuta bene, ma poi ovviamente, ho perso la ricetta!&lt;br /&gt;

Quindi l'ho realizzata unendo varie ricette, e il risultato non è stato niente male! Ecco qui!!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;INGREDIENTI (come misurino useremo il vasetto di Yogurt)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 vasetto di yogurt bianco al naturale&lt;br /&gt;
3 vasetti di farina&lt;br /&gt;
3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
1 vasetto di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
1 vasetto scarso di olio di semi di girasole&lt;br /&gt;
1 vasetto e mezzo di sciroppo di menta&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di cioccolato amaro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PER LA GLASSA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di cioccolato amaro &lt;br /&gt;
20 gr di burro &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere yogurt, zucchero, olio, menta, la farina setacciata ed il cioccolato fatto a pezzetti.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere il lievito e le chiare montate a neve e mescolare delicatamente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere nel forno preriscaldato a 180° per 40 minuti circa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta tolta dal forno far raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo fate la glassa, facendo sciogliere la cioccolata spezzettata e il burro. Poi spalmarla sulla torta..vi dirò...buona buona :-) e poi e anche una torta originale che stupirà!&lt;br /&gt;

Unire le uova sode tagliate a pezzettini, sbucciare e tagliare gli avocado a cubetti. Poi aggiungere mezzo arancio a fettine e mezzo spremuto. Condire con olio, limone, sale e pepe.&lt;br /&gt;

Visto che il gusto del pesto lo trovo troppo forte, faccio qualche aggiunta perchè cambi un pò e diventi più leggero.&lt;br /&gt;
Dunque:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;INGREDIENTI (quantità ad occhio, anche a seconda se la si vuole più o meno "ricottosa")&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Trofie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pesto (250gr circa)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pomodorini&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ricotta (250gr circa)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sale, pepe, olio&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Parmigliano&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliare i pomodorini.&lt;br /&gt;
Cuocere le trofie, scolarle lasciando un pò di acqua di cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere il pesto, la ricotta e i pomodorini e ripassare, aggiungere parmigiano e pepe (aggiustare il sale e aggiungere un filo d'olio, se necessario).&lt;br /&gt;

Mia nonna nel suo libro scrisse che questa torta salata si fa per la festa ebraica di &lt;a href="http://www.ebraismoedintorni.it/schede.cfm?id=39"&gt;Shavuot&lt;/a&gt; (in cui si celebra il dono della Torah agli ebrei), ma in realtà a me ricorda l'infanzia in generale..&lt;br /&gt;
E'buona e facile da fare, meglio di così!&lt;br /&gt;

P.S.Si può anche usare la pasta brisè già pronta, ma non è assolutamente la stessa cosa!&lt;br /&gt;

In una terrina stemperate la farina con il latte ed i rossi d'uovo, unitevi il formaggio precedentemente frullato, sale e pepe, e per ultimo i bianchi montati a neve.&lt;br /&gt;
Versate nella tortiera già foderata con la &lt;a href="http://miriamlanza-cucina.blogspot.com/2011/10/pasta-brise.html"&gt;pasta brisè&lt;/a&gt; e mettere in forno preriscaldato a 180°, per circa mezz'ora.&lt;br /&gt;

La prima che pubblico è la base di partenza per tante ricette, torte dolci, salate, stuzzichini. Certo, la pasta brisè si trova anche al supermercato, ma vi assicuro che il risultato finale è davvero diverso. Ed in fondo ci si mette veramente poco a farla!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;100 gr. di burro.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 cucchiai di acqua fredda.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Setacciate la farina, metterci sopra il il burro a pezzetti e il sale e cominciare ad amalgamare, aggiungendo acqua poco a poco.&lt;br /&gt;
Impastate fino a formare una palla di pasta soffice.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Chiodi di garofano.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mandorle&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pepe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Farina &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Olio per friggere&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere a bagno il panino.&lt;br /&gt;
Stirzzarlobene e frullarlo con il pesce crudo, cipolla, chiodi di garofano. &lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere le uova, cannella, sale, un pizzico di pepe, e le madorle spezzettate.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiustare con il pan grattato se la consistenza del tutto è troppo molle (dev'essere possibile farne delle palline).&lt;br /&gt;
Fare delle polpettine, infarinarle e metterle nell'olio bollente.&lt;br /&gt;
Toglierle quando ben abbrustolite e porle su uno scottex per togliere l'olio in eccesso.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Inutile dire che sono deliziose e che danno il meglio se appena fatte. In ogni caso, servire calde!!&lt;br /&gt;

Diciamo che credo questa ricetta l'ho inventata, ma assomiglia molto alle Burekas, di origine mediorientale (boh, sarà vero?? Questo almeno ho visto su internet).&lt;br /&gt;

Ve la metto con 2 possibili ripieni, a seconda dei vostri gusti...sono entrambe buonissime comunque!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTI:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia, meglio se rettangolare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
RIPIENO 1:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: right;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;Feta&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
Olive nere&lt;br /&gt;
Pepe&lt;br /&gt;
Sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
RIPIENO 2:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spinaci surgelati&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
una confezione di ricotta&lt;br /&gt;
cannella&lt;br /&gt;
uvette&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARAZIONE:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preriscaldare il forno a 180°-200°.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare il ripieno mescolando gli ingredienti di uno dei due tipi di ripieno...&lt;br /&gt;
Non vi devo spiegare come no? Ecco, magari se fate quella con gli spinaci, scongelateli prima! E mettete un pò a bagno le uvette prima di metterle nel ripieno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se fate quelli con la Feta, cercate di amalgamarla bene all'uovo e tagliate le olive in pezzi piccoli.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora fate dei rettangoli di pasta sfoglia, mettete il ripieno su una delle due metà e richiudete...io li ho "sigillati" premendo la forchetta sui bordi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi infornate il tutto una ventina di minuti a 180°-200°.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E poi controllateli! Sono pronti quando sono dorati...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTI:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
250gr di ricotta&lt;br /&gt;
3 scatolette di tonno&lt;br /&gt;
60 gr di parmigiano grattugiato&lt;br /&gt;
70 gr di pane raffermo&lt;br /&gt;
Sale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;
Un pò di mandorle&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;PREPARAZIONE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sgocciolare il tonno.&lt;br /&gt;
Impastare la ricotta con il tonno. Poi aggiungere il parmigiano, le mandorle a pezzi non troppo piccoli&amp;nbsp;e per finire il pane raffermo frullato.&lt;br /&gt;
Si deve&amp;nbsp;ottenere un impasto abbastanza solido.&lt;br /&gt;
Fare&amp;nbsp;le palline con le mani e mettere in forno a 180gradi per 20 minuti...&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="instructions"&gt;Unire alla farina setacciata il lievito, poi l'uovo intero, zucchero e l'olio.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="instructions"&gt;Unire il latte in modo che il composto rimanga abbastanza denso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="instructions"&gt;Lasciar riposare in frigo una decina di minuti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="instructions"&gt;Cucinare i pancakes uno alla volta a fuoco lento, su una padella  antiaderente che è stata precedentemente unta e riscaldata. Quando  incominciano a fare delle bollicine, girare il pancake. Il pancake è  pronto quando assume un colore tra il giallo e l'arancione. Fare lo  stesso per tutti i pancakes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="ingredient"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;INGREDIENTI x 4 persone&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500g di farina&lt;br /&gt;
300ml di acqua&lt;br /&gt;
25g di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
10gr di sale &lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaino di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
3 cucchiai di olio&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Sciogliere il lievito nell'acqua tiepida in una scodella&lt;br /&gt;
- mettere in una terrina la farina, l'olio, il sale e lo zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- incorporare pian piano l'acqua nella terrina&lt;br /&gt;
- impastare&lt;br /&gt;
- (eventualmente aggiungere farina se l'impasto è troppo umido)&lt;br /&gt;
- lasciare riposare per 3-4 ore&lt;br /&gt;
- dividere l'impasto in 4 porzioni e stenderle (possibilmente a mano)&lt;br /&gt;
- guarnire a piacere&lt;br /&gt;
- mettere in forno (se possibile non ventilato) a non più di 200° per 10/15 min se il forno è già caldo&lt;br /&gt;

In seguto ad un calo creativo e temporale ho chiesto di nuovo aiuto a voi per rimpolpare un pò il blog. L'aiuto mi arriva da Silvia, con una ricetta della quale non immaginavo l'esistenza...&lt;br /&gt;
Ecco qua!!&lt;br /&gt;

Questa ricetta è perfetta se avete ospiti vegetariani:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ricotta (300g)&lt;br /&gt;
Spinaci (300g)&lt;br /&gt;
Uova (3)&lt;br /&gt;
Farina&lt;br /&gt;
Noce Moscata&lt;br /&gt;
Sale q.b&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PER GRATINARE:&lt;br /&gt;
Burro&lt;br /&gt;
Latte&lt;br /&gt;
Passata di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;
Carota, sedano, prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cuoci gli spinaci in una padella, per poi triturarli finissimi, una volta triturati aggiungi la ricotta (soggocciolata), e l'uovo, il sale e la noce moscata, fino ad avere un composto che ti consenta di creare delle polpettine non troppo sode e non troppo molli, (ho messo le dosi ma io poi vado sempre ad occhio). Passa le polpettine nella farina (giusto un velo) e poi bollile per pochi secondi, come si fa con gli gnocchi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta sbollentanti tutti gli gnudi, infornali in una pirofila con la besciamella e il sugo di pomodoro che hai fatto nel frattempo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lascia cuocere fino a quando non è tutto dorato e appetitoso!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lascia che il tutto si freddi un po' prima di servire, come si fa per le lasagne.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Pulite gli spinaci, se freschi, togliendo&amp;nbsp;la parte più dura dei gambi e lavate le foglie. Scolate gli spinaci e spezzettateli. Se usate degli spinaci surgelati, lasciateli scongelare a temperatura ambiente prima della preparazione.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Affettate la cipolla e mettetela a dorare con l'olio. &lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungete gli spinaci ben strizzati.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Aggiungete i pinoli e le uvette. Lasciate cuocere ed aggiungete del sale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;un pizzico di sale&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Frullare il formaggio. Poi unire il burro a tocchetti e la farina. Sale e pepe secondo il gusto personale.&lt;br /&gt;
Impastare fino a formare una palla e poi stendere in uno spessore di mezzo cm circa.&lt;br /&gt;
Fare le forme con una tazzina oppure con le formine (stelle,cuori,ecc ecc)&lt;br /&gt;
Infornare nel forno preriscaldato a 180 circa 15 min.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Controllate spesso perchè si bruciano in un attimo, devono appena dorarsi...&lt;br /&gt;
Sono buoni sia caldi che freddi, quindi vedete voi! &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sbucciare e tagliare le batate in pezzi piccoli. Pulire e affettare le carote. Tagliare un pò di cipolla e farla soffriggere con un filo d'olio e l'aglio.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere le batate e le carote e cuocerle finchè non si esaurisce l'olio, con un pò di zenzero (fresco sarebbe molto meglio) poi ricoprire le verdure d'acqua e attendere la cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Aggiungere nel frattempo sale e pepe.&lt;br /&gt;
Ultimata la cottura frullare il tutto ed aggiungere il succo di mezzo arancio. Se rimanesse troppo liquida cuocere ancora senza coperchio, fino a raggiungere la densità desiderata.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
(usare come misurino il barattolo dello yogurt)&lt;br /&gt;
3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 yogurt all'ananas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 d'olio di semi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 farina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
burro o margarina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ananas al naturale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
crema pasticcera&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
panna montata&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Versate in una ciotola lo yogurt (utilizzate il barattolino come misurino), lo zucchero, la farina, l' olio, il lievito e le uova. Mescolare bene. Imburrate la teglia quindi versare il composto e metterlo in forno per 30 minuti a 200 gradi circa. A cottura ultimanta mettete la torta in frigo e aspettate che si raffreddi. Nel frattempo tagliate l'ananas a dadini e conservate il sughetto. Peparate la crema pasticcera e montate la panna.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Incidete il pan di spagna ad 1 cm dal bordo. Asportare la parte superiore della torta e circa 2 cm in profondità. Con il sughetto dell'ananas bagnate la base della torta. Stendete la crema pasticcera, mettete l'ananas e coprite il tutto con la panna montata.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;INGREDIENTI&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 vasetto di yogurt ai frutti di bosco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Frutti di bosco (io ho usato quelli surgelati, vista la stagione)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 vasetti di farina &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 vasetto e 1/2 di zucchero&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 uova&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 vasetto di olio di semi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 bustina di lievito vanigliato per dolci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zucchero a velo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preriscaldare il forno a 180°.&lt;br /&gt;
Imburrare e infariniamo uno stampo da  plumcake.&lt;br /&gt;
Versare in una terrina il vasetto di lo yogurt.&lt;br /&gt;
Utilizziamo  il vasetto di yogurt come misurino per tutti gli altri ingredienti.&lt;br /&gt;
Unire lo zucchero e le uova e amalgamare con le fruste.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere olio, farina, vanillina e per ultimo il lievito.&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolare ancora il tutto e alla fine aggiungere i frutti di bosco.&lt;br /&gt;
Versiare  nello stampo e cuocere per 20/30 minuti a 180°.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 melanzane &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 zucchine &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 gr di mollica di pane &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 uova &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un bicchiere di latte &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;farina &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;parmigiano grattugiato &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;prezzemolo &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;olio &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;pepe &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PREPARAZIONE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cuocere in padella con poco olio le zucchine e le melanzane e poi frullarle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ammorbidite il pane nel latte e nel frattempo in una ciotola sbattete le uova, poi aggiungete sale e pepe, la purea di verdure e poi il pane strizzato e sminuzzato con le mani, unite il prezzemolo tritato e il parmigiano grattugiato, aggiustate il composto con la farina in modo che venga abbastanza consistente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fate delle polpette, passatele nella farina e friggetele in abbondante &lt;br /&gt;
olio caldo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

200 gr cioccolata&lt;br /&gt;
80 gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
4 uova&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;PROCEDIMENTO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Sciogliere il cioccolato e il burro in un pentolino a fuoco molto basso.&lt;br /&gt;
- Togliere dal fuoco ed aggiungere, mescolando molto bene, zucchero e uova.&lt;br /&gt;
- Far cuocere, nel forno preriscaldato, una ventina di minuti a 180°.&lt;br /&gt;

Impastare tutto insieme per fare la pasta&lt;br /&gt;
e poi&amp;nbsp;stenderla in un foglio sottile.&lt;br /&gt;
Spalmarla di crema di datteri (immagino si possa fare anche con altre farciture, come marmellate o nutella),&amp;nbsp;si puo anche aggiungere un po di cannella e pezzi di noci,&lt;br /&gt;
