(Masak semua bahan kuah hingga mendidih)&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rendam kedelai selama ± 8 jam, lalu cuci bersih dan tiriskan. Blender kacang kedelai dan air sampai halus, lalu saring dengan kain.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masak sari kedelai sampai mendidih. Larutkan GDL dengan ± 8 sdm air matang dalam panci stainless, lalu tuang sari kedelai panas-panas ke dalam larutan GDL.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tutup pancinya (tutup dilapisi dengan kain supaya uap tidak menetes). Biarkan selama ± 10 menit. Tahwa siap dihidangkan bersama kuah jahe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan wortel dan kacang polong, aduk hingga kedua sayur layu.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Gulung, oleskan ujung kulit lumpia dengan putih telur, lalu rekatkan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lakukan hingga semua bahan habis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Goreng lumpia dalam minyak panas, gunakan api sedang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Goreng hingga kulit lumpia berwarna kuning keemasan, angkat, tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sajikan hangat dengan acar dan sambal Bangkok botolan.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Isi setiap lembar kulit lumpia dengan tumis sayuran, kemudian gulung. Sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang, goreng egg roll hingga cokelat kekuningan. Angkat, tiriskan dan sajikan selagi hangat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sajikan dengan saus sambal atau saus tomat.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 sdt baking soda&lt;/li&gt;

Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tuangkan garam, baking powder dan baking soda ke dalam baskom yang sudah diisi air. Aduk rata hingga semua bahan larut.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tuangkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit hingga semua bahan tercampur rata. Diamkan adonan selama 20 menit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uleni lagi adonan hingga halus dan kalis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beri minyak tipis di permukaan adonan, diamkan hingga 1 jam.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Angkat adonan dari baskom, kemudian tutupi dengan plastik bening .bentuk persegi panjang. Diamkan lagi selama 1 jam.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dengan penggilasan kayu, tekan adonan dan bentuk persegi panjang dengan lebar 6 cm. Kemudian potong pipih adonan sekitar 0,75 hingga 1 cm.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Satukan dia potongan dengan cara menekan bagian tengahnya yang memanjang, Anda bisa menggunakan bantuan tusuk sate. Lakukan hingga semua adonan habis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang. Dengan bantuan tangan, tarik kedua ujung potongan cakwe hingga kira-kira 20 cm, usahakan jangan sampai putus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Goreng cakwe hingga mengembang dan berwarna kuning kecokelatan. Angkat, tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;minyak untuk menggoreng&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mesin giling&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campur tepung terigu, baking soda dan gula. Ayak agar terpisah dari yang menggumpal.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campur tepung yang sudah diayak dengan margarin dan telur, aduk rata hingga adonan menggumpal.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga tercampur rata dan jadi adonan padat. Biarkan hingga 15 menit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Siapkan alat gilingan, ambil sebagian adonan dan cetak hingga jadi adonan tipis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ambil pisang dan balut rata dengan adonan tipis tersebut dan rekatkan ujungnya.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Goreng dengan minyak sedang hingga berwarna kecokelatan atau hingga matang.&lt;/li&gt;

Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Campur bahan pencelup hingga rata. Sisihkan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campur semua bahan kremesan hingga rata. Sisihkan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Potong pisang menjadi dua bagian.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng. Tuang bahan kremesan sebanyak satu sendok sayur. Biarkan adonan menjadi printilan kecil yang mengambang di atas permukaan minyak. Kumpulkan kremes menjadi satu.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Celupkan pisang pada bahan pencelup, lalu letakkan pada bagian tengah kremesan yang sudah dikumpulkan. Gulung pisang dengan kremesan hingga tertutup rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lanjutkan goreng pisang hingga matang dan kremes berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lakukan hingga semua pisang habis.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Tiriskan ketan yang sudah direndam. Rebus air dan masukkan ketan hitam. Jika sudah mendidih, masukkan gula, garam dan daun pandan yang diikat simpul.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masak sambil diaduk-aduk agar ketan tidak lengket dan gosong di panci. Masak dan aduk hingga ketan setengah matang dan air mengental.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rebus santan cair, dan masukkan santan kental. Masak sambil diaduk-aduk agar santan tidak pecah. Masukkan daun pandan simpul dan garam. Matikan api saat sudah mendidih dan santan beraroma sedap.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Haluskan bawang putih dengan garam, masukkan ke dalam tahu. Tambahkan kuning telur, merica, baking powder dan penyedap rasa. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bentuk bulatan-bulatan kecil hingga adonan habis. Tata dan taruh di dalam wadah tertutup, dan simpan di kulkas minimal 2 jam lamanya.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keluarkan dari kulkas, goreng dalam minyak banyak atau hingga tahu tenggelam dengan api kecil. Goreng hingga matang atau warnanya kecokelatan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

Cara Membuat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai harum. Masukkan jahe, lengkuas, daun jeruk, batang serai dan daun salam.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Jika bumbu sudah harum, masukkan ayam dan beri sedikit air lalu rebus hingga mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Selanjutnya, masukkan jantung pisang lalu rebus lagi sampai air kembali mendidih dan bumbu meresap ke dalam daging ayam ataupun ke jantung pisang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Jika air sudah mendidih dan bumbu dirasa telah meresap, masukkan santan kelapa. Rebus sambil aduk-aduk sampai mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Angkat opor lalu sajikan bersama nasi putih hangat dan sayur kulup atau lalapan.&lt;/li&gt;

Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Panaskan oven sampai 200 celcius dan olesi loyang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Potong ketela menjadi bentuk yang mudah digoreng (tebal atau tipis), kemudian rendam dalam air selama sekitar 45 menit. (Ini adalah langkah penting untuk membuatnya renyah) Tiriskan, dan keringkan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campur potongan ketela dengan minyak zaitun atau minyak kelapa. Tambahkan semua bahan lainnya dan aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sebarkan pada loyang. Panggang 25-30 menit, balik setelah setengah matang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Untuk lebih krispi, goreng ketela.&lt;/li&gt;

Cara Memasak:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cuci hingga bersih sayap ayam, lalu beri garam dan merica bubuk dan diamkan selama 10 menit, Goreng ayam dengan api dengan hingga ayam berkulit, angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan sedikit minyak, lalu tumis bumbu yang telah di uleg kasar bersama dengan daun jeruk, salam dan sereh, aduk hingga harum.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahakan sayap ayam, aduk hingga rata. Tambahan air sedikit demi sedikit lalu masak sayap ayam hingga matang dan bumbu meresap.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Menjelang diangkat tambahkan dengan daun bawang, aduk sebentar lalu angkat dan segera sajikan&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Campurkan irisan bawang daun, irisan bawang bombay, dan telur. Kocok hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan daging yang sudah ditumis dan didinginkan tadi. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;

membentuk adonan hingga tidak menggumpal. Jangan terlalu kental, juga

&lt;li&gt;Panaskan wajan anti lengket dengan api kecil, masukkan tepung dan aduk hingga kecokelatan. Tambahkan lada dan pala, aduk rata. masukkan mentega dan aduk cepat agar tercampur sempurna.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit, jangan sampai menggumpal. Tambahkan garam dan gula. Masukkan kacang polong atau jamur kalengan, masak hingga matang.&lt;/li&gt;

Cara Membuat Steak Ayam&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Peram daging ayam dengan tepung terigu dan lada. Simpan dalam wadah tertutup, diamkan di kulkas selama 15 menit. Celupkan di putih telur, lumuri dengan tepung roti, lalu goreng hingga cokelat keemasan hingga matang sempurna.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Campur tepung terigu dan tepung beras. Ayak dan pisahkan dari yang menggumpal. Tambahkan garam dan telur. Aduk rata (bisa menggunakan mixer.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk hingga membentuk adonan hingga tidak menggumpal. Jangan terlalu kental, juga jangan terlalu cair. Tambahkan minyak ke adonan dan campur rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cetak adonan di teflon anti lengket atau wajan datar dengan mengoles mentega agar tidak lengket saat akan dibalik. Sisihkan setelah jadi.&lt;/li&gt;

Isian&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cincang halus bawang putih, daun bawang dan bawang bombay hingga layu.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cincang halus daging ayam, masukkan ke dalam tumisan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan garam, merica, penyedap rasa (optional) dan gula secukupnya. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ambil kulit lumpia dan isi dengan isian ayam. Lipat rapi dan rekatkan dengan putih telur. Goreng hingga kekuningan. &lt;li&gt;8 buah cabai rawit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sdt merica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sdt gula&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/4 sdt merica bubuk&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 ml air/ secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Isian: Haluskan cabai dan bawang putih, campur dengan bahan sayur, udang dan tambahkan gula, garam, dan merica. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis sebentar bahan isian hingga sayuran agak layu dan udang berubah warna. Matikan api&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Belah tahu sedikit untuk memasukkan bahan isian. Isi tahu hingga menggembung atau padat. Lakukan hingga habis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aduk rata bahan pelapis, celup tahu dan goreng dalam minyak panas. Gunakan api sedang saja dan pastikan tahu tercelup minyak seluruhnya agar matang merata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gehu pedas siap sajikan hangat dengan petis atau bisa dimakan begitu saja untuk camilan karena sudah pedas.&lt;/li&gt;
