This poem was written by one of our investigators. She is a wonderful writer.

Our lives are full of pain and sorrow
It's hard to be hopeful when you fear for tomorrow.
There is so much anger, sadness and regret
... You can move on and forgive but you can never forget.
We hope that our children are happy and strong
We pray everyday that nothing will go wrong.
We don't want our children to have our fears
We want them to be happy and free of sad tears.
But life is not perfect we all have our trials
We need to stick together and work for our smiles.
Because happiness is there open your eyes and see
Practice Faith, Hope and Love and the happier you'll be!

If this has happened to you, you may want to get a sleep study. You're experiences in bed may not be paranormal.

Now that the Central Illinois flooding and news is over there are still a lot of residents affected by the storms. Please send prayers and positive thoughts to those still in need emotionally and with major damage to their homes.

Very interesting theory by David Rountree. He also had a successful test with his quadrolator this past weekend. Can't wait for the data!

Please continue your thoughts and prayers for Central Illinois. Many of our neighbors here in Central Illinois and North have such flooding waters they are losing their homes and businesses are closing. This is a big deal and something we are not used to seeing here.

If anyone locally can help contact the red cross, they need sandbaggers and others who can help in other ways. Donations are also much needed. Many are in shelters right now. http://www.redcross.org/il/peoria/

Illinois Ghost Seekers is sad to see that Royce Elliot a local legendary comedian passed away this week. Having met him several times he is a kind gentle man who loved to make people laugh. I remember seeing many of his performances as a child and he often made me giggle like crazy. In the last couple years we were featured a few times on "Breakfast with Royce and Roger", a WMBD AM radio show, in the mornings. Even at age 77 he still had the mad skills of giving me the giggles. Rest in peace Royce. We will remember how much you made us laugh. I'm sure you're smiling down on us. #illinoisghost
