The show will not be streamed on ustream or the website or similar. It is a TV-only venture, and will be broadcast in the USA, Canada and territories by NBC with a simulcast on Telemundo. Check local listings in your country to see which channel is carrying it.

TNT Latin America will carry the LIVE signal for all Latin American countries and Brazil. Consult your local cable provider for times in your area.

Star World Asia will also carry a LIVE signal. Check your local cable guide for listings.

Paris Premiere will broadcast the pageant LIVE for France.

I always love taking photos wherever I go and whatever I do. As a beginner in food and travel blogger incorporating photos to your blog will best interpret what you want to express to your reader. You can best describe what you wrote in your blog if you will add photo on it.

I am totally new to food and travel blogging but I’ve been into photography for more than 3 years now. I have my DSLR with me for quite some time and it’s my first Canon camera. But recently the lens of my camera is busted so every time I take photos I have to use it in manual focus which makes it harder for me to get great shots. I love taking photos as much as I love writing things about food and travel. I want to show my readers how amazing our world is, and I want them to see what I saw during that time. The photo below is my first HDR attempt at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center in Quezon City.

That is one reason why I opted to go food and travel blogging because I want people to share my personal experience. To let them know that there is more to life out there. I really want to have a new camera so that I can get better and livelier shots on places and foods that I will feature on my upcoming articles. Baguio City Adventure over the weekend

The original plan was to attend a christening of my friend’s son, but it ended up going to Baguio City and gets to reconnect with this cool city for not being able to visit the place for more than 6 years. Instead of heading our way to La Union, decided to go straight to Baguio City. So we have no concrete plans where to go and what to do while we’re on our way, we don’t even know where to stay. But as an adventurer we let faith and luck drives us to Baguio City.

We departed Manila at around 4:30AM and reached Baguio City at around 11:00AM, and our adventure begins. The cool breeze of the city welcomes us officially and the weather was great, the sun is out with the blue sky over the horizon. So we decided to walk our way to Session Road since the terminals of the buses are near that street. We will try our luck to find a descent place to stay; luckily the hand of faith is on our side. We found a good one located just one blocked away from Session Road. We check-in to the place and upon arrival we take a rest and started to make our plans for the entire day. We did not even think of things to do the next day since we are so tired from the travel.

So we came up with our initial plan, we look for a place to eat for lunch then start our visit to the different tourist spots near the place. First, we decided to visit the Mansion then Wright Park then head our way to Mines View Park. That’s the plan initial plan before we leave the place where we stayed. We are so starving so we decided to go out and look for any place to eat. We need a fast-food store because we can’t waste our precious time waiting for food in some restaurants. KFC was the first fast-food that we spotted and agreed to eat there. After we eat, our adventure begins. We looked for a cab that can bring us to the place that we want to go; we walked to Harrison Road along the Burnham Park and look for a cab there. We ride the cab and tell him to bring us to The Mansion. While on our way we asked the driver what way to take if we will be going to visit the Mines View Park after our visit at the Mansion. He told us that we should go first to Mines View Park since it is farther than the Mansion and we can just pass by that place. And so we followed the advice of the driver and we visit the Mines View Park first. After our visit to the place we decided to leave and go straight to the Mansion. Our visit was fast like we did not even spend 3 hours for both the place but we took some photos.

Since this over the weekend out-of-town was not planned we also got no plans where to go next, so we just decided to go back to the city. Upon arrival at the city proper we walked along Session Road and decided to just go back to our place and take a rest and continue our adventure during afternoon for a colder weather.

We slept for almost 3 hours and woke up at around 5:30PM. The temperature is getting colder and we are so excited to go out and visit some places within the city. It was dark already when we leave the house so we decided to walk our way to SM City Baguio to have our dinner. While walking along Session Road we saw the stairs going to the Baguio Cathedral. We agreed to take the stairs going to the cathedral. After visiting the cathedral we go straight to SM City Baguio. It was crowded during that time so we did not manage to roam around. We just look for a place to have our dinner. And the place where we eat our dinner was at Dencio’s Grill and Restaurant.

We enjoyed staying at the terrace of the mall because during that night it was a little windy and we enjoyed the cold wind around us. During our stay at the terrace we remembered a place that our friend told us to visit when we go to Baguio City. She told us that they serve great foods and coffee there. She is referring to Café by the Ruins. We don’t actually know where it was located so we tried to look for it but got no luck and ended up walking back to Burnham Park.

There is this cool fair during Saturday night along Harrison Road, since Baguio City is very popular not only for its tourist attraction but also that Ukay-Ukay. One side of the Harrison Road was closed during Saturday night to give way to Ukay-Ukay vendors. We decided to check it because there are lots of things for sale at a very low price. Most of the items there are from abroad. There we spend almost our time during the night. It was fun bartering with those vendors. So we ended up our night on the Ukay-Ukay Night Market along Harrison Road.

When we reached the place where we stayed we decided to take a rest and plan for tomorrow’s activities. We always wanted to visit the Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad so that came up as our first activity the next day. The next stop was agreed to be discussed while we’re on our way to the Strawberry Farm.

So we woke up early at around 6AM in the morning to visit the Strawberry Farm. We ride a cab going there and while on our way we discussed where to go next. Good thing the drivers are also good tourist and offer places to visit. He told us that we can hire his cab and pay per hour and he will bring us to places around Baguio City and we agreed on that. So after Strawberry Farm visit he drives us to the Philippine Military Academy. The trip was a bit long since we came from La Trinidad but it’s all worth it because the weather is so perfect. We also visited the Camp John Hay and take some great photos on the Starbucks store. Lastly we decided that we will have our breakfast at Café by the Ruins.

Nothing beats this short, fun and memorable trip we had over the weekend!

Our Baguio City adventure over the weekend last November was a lot of fun. Although it was just over the weekend, we make sure that it will be fun-packed and will get to visit all the places that we want to go. One of our friends told us that if you will visit Baguio City you should also go to one of the best coffee and restaurant in the city. She told us that we should visit Café by the Ruins where they serve the best breakfast and coffee around the metro.

After 6 years since I last visited Baguio City I’m not very familiar with the place anymore. So the Café by the Ruins is new to me and we don’t know how to get there. We originally planned to visit the place after our dinner at SM Baguio but unfortunately we got lost and when we got there to shop was already closed. So we agreed that we will just visit it first thing in the morning.

Since we just stayed in Baguio City for just two days, a vacation good for over the weekend we don’t want to waste time and so we woke up 5:30AM on Sunday to start our activities. Our plan for this day was to visit the famous Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad, Benguet then we will go back to Baguio City to continue our visits to some of the popular tourist spot there. So the itineraries for this day are these:

Strawberry Farm
Camp John Hay
PMA (Philippine Military Academy)
Café by the Ruins

Everything goes well as planned and we actually did a tour around Baguio in just 2 hours. We ended our activities by having breakfast at Café by the Ruins. The restaurant is located at 23 Chuntug Street, 2600 Baguio City, Philippines. The landmarks that you can use as guide are the Baguio City Hall and the Eurotel.

It was a perfect day and a very good weather that welcomes us in the place. The sun is rising with the cool wind breeze. This is the perfect time to zip a cup of hot coffee and eat your favorite morning meal. The place is surrounded by trees making it closer to nature. They have a place for smokers and non-smokers which are good to cater all customers.

When we got the menu we immediately look for their best seller coffee and it’s perfect! The Ruins Coffee! We made an advance order for this while checking what to eat for breakfast. The coffee was perfect it has this caramel taste but not that so sweet and they also have this sugar which I guess a muscuvado and this little sweet brownish thing. We didn’t bother to ask what the purpose of the brownish thing is so what I did was I put it in my coffee and it taste great. Nothing beats the feeling of zipping your coffee while the sun is rising with a cool breeze. That’s what I call a perfect vacation!

In conclusion, our Baguio Trip was complete because of this one. We had fun and of course or tummy were full. I will definitely recommend this place to my all of my friend who will visit Baguio City.

I heard that there is this fast-food version of the very popular Gerry’s Grill and Restaurant in the Philippines and so I quickly search the internet and look for information about it. The name “Kusina ng Gerry’s” was on the top of my research and so I check where’s the location of this food store that my friends are telling me. It is located at the 3^rd level of the Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, luckily I’m going to meet a good friend there so I decided that we check the place and see what it can offer us.

Upon arrival you will think that it’s a restaurant because of the setup of the place. But there is a counter where you can pay and order your food. They serve a lot of different variety of meals and they called it combo meals where you will choose what meal you want. They also have sizzling plate food like the chicken with gravy sauce.

The place is clean and the food taste great. The service is also fast and there are few people who dine here or maybe because it was weekdays.

In conclusion, I will recommend this place to dine and thumbs up for the management for a clean and very organized place. You can bring your friends here or family and never worry about the budget.

Last November 18, 2012 we decided to visit the newly opened European Gastro-Pub in Rockwell. They mainly serve European comfort food and the best beers. They mainly serve beers but during the time that we visited the place we only want to try some of their food.

We choose clam chowder as our appetizer; it is a perfect appetizer for me. I’ve have tasted clam chowder from different restaurants but this one is the best for me. It has this creamy flavor that stays in you tongue and has a lot of bacon bits.

The Fettuccini and Pork & Fennel Sausage was a great main dish because of their complimenting taste with each other. The fettuccini is creamy rich pasta that is good for two serving. The Pork & Fennel sausage is also good for two serving and it has a spicy after taste.

In conclusion, it is a perfect place to eat, drink and unwind with your friends. I will definitely visit this place again and try some of their beers. There are a lot of other good restaurants around Rockwell and one of the Japanese restaurants was the Zaifu Japanese Restaurant.
