Matthias Heiderich is a Berlin based photographer, with a clean geometrical aesthetic.
His series Snow Blind reminded me a bit of the winter here, long and silence, hoping to see a pop of color when walking on the street, whimsical maybe, it depends in how do you want to see it.

He also works with WeirdAndWired doing electronic music.

Got to love this shop.

Let Them Eat Cake was a collaboration in Fall 2010 between Paul and Jordan Ferney. Jordan got to choose the subject (and bake all he cakes) and Paul painted them. Each one had a different saying to go along with it. All the original 5x7's were sold but we are happy to finally make the prints available.

As many of you, I am a fan. ~~(I raise my hand)~~

Once I have a friend that went to Japan a while ago now, maybe 6 or 7 years ago and she brought me a postcard of Nara I already knew his work so it was a really special gift form her even though that it was just a postcard, I remember this very vivid because I have always been very intrigue with Japanese culture, so pop and fun but on the other hand so soft and clean.

Last yeah I went to the "Sympathy for the Devil : art and rock and roll depuis 1967" exhibition at the "Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal" and they had some pieces of Nara there but sadly those are the only ones I have ever seen. He's currently having countless exhibitions around the world I'm hoping I can see a full exhibition of his work at least one time.

Her shop is full of unique and country inspired items, I personally collect lots of wood spoons and she has the most wonderful and simply designs that i have seen so far...
