Am framantat un aluat numai bun de intins.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Am taiat cu partea boanta a cutitului, fasii cam cat o palma - de-a mea, adica potrivite ca si marime.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Pentru umplutura, am folosit cam jumatate de kilogram de cas indulcit de vaci, am gasit cu 14.35 lei kg. Alte inca 4 oua si inca o lingurita de sare. Acestea au fost amestecate bine impreuna.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Pe fiecare fasie din foaia de aluat, am pus cate o lingurita din umplutura cu branza, am adus parte peste parte marginile, le-am presat bine cu coada unei furculite si apoi am aruncat astfel de viitoare bunataturi intr-o oala mare cu apa clocotinda.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Dupa cam 5-7 minute, le-am scos cu strecuratoarea, le-am asezat frumos intr-un vas de yena uns cu ulei sau unt. Cuptorul, fiind deja incalzit, a primit bucuros adunarea de chirosti pentru cam 40 de minute, la foc mic. Ca sa faci repede un pilaf, condimentat dupa gust:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o cana de orez; 2 cani si jumatate de apa clocotita.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri de ulei&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Garnitura… ce se mai gaseste in frigider, seara tarziu, dupa o zi lunga la serviciu, cand nu exista prea mult timp de cumparaturi din magazine aglomerate…&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cateva ciuperci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un ardei gras/capia&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cateva felii de salam taiate un pic pe margini ca sa dea o usoara forma de floare.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Eu am pus mai intai ciupecile in apa rece cu o felie de lamaie ca sa fiarba si sa iasa negreala cea urata din ele. Apoi le-am pus la prajit in putin ulei impreuna si cu ardeiul taiat rondele. Separat am prajit rapid si feliutele de salam.&lt;br /&gt;

Coditele de muschi captusite, frecate cu sare si piper, se impletesc cu grija si se aseaza peste legume, in tava. Venim si vreo cateva ciuperci intregi, sarate si stropim bine cu ulei de masline si o ceasca de apa.  &lt;p&gt;Am pregatit pentru blat:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;300 gr biscuiti sfarmati (eu am folosit aparatul si au iesit foarte maruntiti, mai buni ar fi insa sfarmati in bucatele marisoare)&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;200 gr unt/margarina topit/a&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 linguri de zahar (am vrut brun dar cum nu mai aveam, am folosit din cel alb)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_l_uLjYD4mo8/TXDiCo7AlvI/AAAAAAAAB9Y/K9Mo9PGHVWo/s1600-h/PIC_4285%5B5%5D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img title="PIC_4285" style="border: 0px none;  &lt;p&gt;Pentru umplut am pregatit si:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;5 banane mari, pe care le-am taiat felii subtirele si le-am asezat peste blatul de biscuiti&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 pliculete de spuma pentru prajituri cu gust de frisca, batute cu 300 ml de lapte rece&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Am intins un strat de felii de babana peste blatul de biscuiti:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/_l_uLjYD4mo8/TXDiHNRPq-I/AAAAAAAAB9o/KF_eU6XPnqo/s1600-h/PIC_4288%5B3%5D.jpg"&gt;&lt;img title="PIC_4288" style="border: 0px none; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;La toate acestea, am intins cu grija inca un strat de spuma pentru prajituri, am ornat cu putina ciocolata neagra si cateva jeleuri. Separat se amesteca faina, fulgii de migdale, sarea si praful de copt. Am separat albusurile de galbenus si le-am batut spuma tare impreuna cu zaharul, zaharul vanilinat si esenta de rom. Am adaugat apoi galbenusurile, mierea si untul. Toate acestea se omogenizeaza si se adauga apoi toata faina cu celelalte ingrediente si se amesteca prin rasturnare de cateva ori.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Am turnat compozitia obtinuta intr-o forma rotunda - asa am vrut eu, dar se poate folosi orice forma doreste fiecare.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;La cuptorul incalzit in prealabil, se lasa checul cam 30 de minute… acum depinde si de cuptor cum coace. Eu l-am lasat cam 40 de minutein cuptor, dar nu trebuia, caci s-a cam innegrit, insa nu s-a ars.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;La sfarsit, cand a fost gata copt, am topit putina ciocolata alba si am trasat cateva linii.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;E super aromat, pufos si gustos.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/7570171431589344225-5585361722428933000?l=la-bucatarie.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Am adaugat apoi ciupercile taiate in cuburi marisoare si le-am lasat sa se caleasca si pe ele impreuna cu ceapa. Am rasturnat apoi si canita cu orez, amestecand usor de cateva ori si am turnat si supa de pui, dupa care am lasat la foc mic fara sa amestec cine stie ce, pana au fost fierte toate. Am desfacut bulionul cu putina zeama calda, l-am turnat si pe el, am sarat si condimentat dupa gust. Si gata!  &lt;p&gt;Ai nevoie de urmatoarele:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;1 pui mare &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 cana de orez &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;300 gr de ciuperci &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 ceapa mare &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 pahar mic de bulion sau pasta de rosii &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;200 gr smantana &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 linguri mari de unt/margarina &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;boia iute &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 morcovi mari &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 kg cartofi &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 felii de telina mari &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 rosie &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 portocala &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 – 3 catei de usturoi &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;ulei si condimente &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Purcedem la treaba dupa cum urmeaza:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;puiul curatat se pune la fiert pentru aproximativ jumatate de ora in apa cu sare. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;intr-o cratita punem la calit ceapa taiata marunt si ciupercile; dupa ce acestea s-au calit putin, adaugam si orezul, dupa care stingem cu 2 cani din zeama in care a fiert puiul; cand orezul este aproape fiert bine, potrivim de sare si condimentam dupa pofta. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;cu amestecul de mai sus umplem cu grija puiul. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;se face un sos din pasta de tomate, boiaua, usturoiul pisat, sare, piper, o lingurita de patrunjel, un varf de lingurita de cimbru si ce alte condimente doreste fiecare; cu acest sos se unge bine puiul. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;se taie apoi toate legumele in felii mari si se pun in vasul care va intra in cuptor; peste legume turnam un sos din 3 linguri de unt/margarina, o cutie 200 gr de smantana, 2 polonice din zeama de pui, sare si piper. &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;se aseaza puiul umplut peste aceste legume si se da tava la cuptor pentru 1-2 ore, in functie de cum coace cuptorul; eu am acoperit tava in prima ora si apoi am lasat-o fara capac in a doua ora. &lt;/li&gt; Intr-un vas se pun oualele, sarea, zaharul, esenta, pliculetul de zahar vanilinat si laptele caldut. Se amesteca toate impreuna si se adauga faina, drojdia si piureul de cartofi, dupa care se framanta incorporand treptat uleiul. Se lasa coca la dospit dupa timpul si cheful gospodinei. Eu am lasat cam jumatate de ora, atat. Ca sa nu murdaresc blatul de coca si sa nu imprastii faina intinzand foi, am facut bile in palma de marimea unei mingi de ping-pong, le-am turtit cam la 1 cm si le-am lasat cam cat sa pregatesc 4 astfel de gogosi. Intr-un ceaun turnat cu vrednicie de un tigan harnic, am pus ulei la incins si am purces la prajit gogosile mele. Pacat, as zice eu... ce bine, ar zice unii... Mi s-a transmis mai de mult printr-un mesaj scris ca eu adaug masline la multe retete postate aici. Primul impuls a fost sa ii raspund: "ce iti pasa tie?... gatesc cum imi place si ce imi place... nu iti convine, fugi la bucatarie si fa cum te taie capul, eu nu ma bag in oalele tale"... Dar in final am ales sa nu ii raspund nicidecum.&lt;br /&gt;Cum spuneam, din lipsa de timp, nu am mai scris nimic din ce pregatesc uneori de mancare, desi poze fac mai mereu cu gandul ca in week-end-uri sa postez ceva ceva... Pana acum insa nu am reusit deloc sa ma execut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dar...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marti seara, pentru ca am ajuns tarziu de la serviciu, a trebuit sa pregatesc rapid cina. Si m-am oprit la niste pulpe de pui cu morcov, sos de bulion si garnitura de orez simplu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am separat copanelele de partea pulpa superioara si le-am pus in ulei incins sa le scot sangele. Dupa ceva timp, nu mult, am pus jumatate de pahar de apa calduta si am sfaramat un cubulet knor cu gaina. Le-am lasat pana s-a involburat rau ap'soara toata. Amestecul de legume se fierbe si el si se lasa la racit. Sunca sau kaizerul se taie in bucatele si impreuna cu ciupercile, mazarea, morcovul, porumbul si 3 foi de salata rupta in bucatele se pun peste paste. Se condimenteaza dupa gust si se adauga si maioneza. Cand a fost aproape fiarta, am pus si zarzavatul si ceapa. Cand au fost toate fierte, am scos legumele si le-am pasat bine si apoi le-am pus la foc cu bulionul si zaharul. Am lasat sa scada putin, am condimentat si am adaugat carnea de vitel si ceapa apoi. Inca ceva timp pe foc, nu foarte mult, si gata. Ii dam in ulei incins la prajit; cand sunt gata ii scoatem intr-un castron si punem peste ei sare, piper si seminte de chimion. Intr-o olita, punem zaharul la caramelizat. Cand este topit, punem ceapa taiata pestisori si lasam sa se amestece aromele. Turnam si o lingura de ulei si lasam pana capata ceapa o aroma usor maronie. Adaugam apoi si ardeii taiati cubulete, mazarea, morcovul, porumbul si 5 linguri de apa fierbinte; condimentam. Acoperim cu un capac si lasam la foc mic pentru 20 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;Pregatim 6 castronele care pot fi date in cuptor la foc. Captusim castroanele cu hartie de copt. Luam din mamaliga fierbinte cate 2 linguri mari si punem in castroane si o intindem usor pe peretii castronului astfel incat sa obtinem un cuib. Punem in portii egale cartofii, legumele iar la sfarsit un pic de branza sarata rasa si o maslina. Dam castroanele pentru 10 minute la cuptor. Pregatim un sos din 3 linguri sos de soia, 2 linguri otet de mere, 1 lingura de ulei si 1 lingura de bulion. Peste capacele de ciuperci presaram putina sare si le lasam separat pana cand le vom umple. Ceapa taiata maruntel se pune la prajit in 2 linguri de ulei incins. Cand capata culoare aurie, punem si cateii de usturoi taiati si ei maruntel si lasam 2 minute sa se amestece aromele. Apoi punem peste ceapa, coditele de la ciuperci si lasam sa se inmoaie bine. Cand sunt si acestea patrunse punem putin cascaval, cubuletele de salam/sunca si patrunjelul tocat. Le lasam la foc cam 3 minute si le scoatem intr-un castron la racit. Dupa ce s-au racit, adaugam branza feta, untul topit, iarasi putin cascaval si condimentam dupa plac. Ciupercile le clatim cu apa rece ca sa se duca surplusul de sare, le uscam usor pe prosoape de hartie si incepem sa le umplem. Intr-o tava pentru cuptor, intindem hartie de copt si asezam ciupercile umplute. Un vas pentru cuptor se unge cu o lingura de unt sau de margarina, dupa preferinte. Eu am folosit margarina. Dupa ce am scurs varza, am asezat-o in acest vas. Cele 2 oua se bat cu jumatate din cantitatea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;de cascaval si se toarna peste varza. Smantana se desface cu laptele rece si se toarna peste celelalte. La fel am procedat si cu cealalta lingura de margarina pe care am topit-o si am amestecat-o bine cu faina alba. Se folosesc si condimentele intre straturi. La urma am intins feliile de salam, am presarat cele 2 linguri de pesmet si ce a mai ramas din cascaval. Am pus la cuptor pentru 20 - 30 de minute. E tare bun! Trebuie avuta grija sa nu se fiarba varza de bruxelle prea mult. Adaugam esenta de rom. Se unge o tava cu margarina sau untul. Un pachet de foi de placinta are 10 foi. Se aseaza 2 foi, un rand de branza cu ou si se imprastie o lingura de zahar. Continuam pana se termina cele 10 foi. Se obtin 4 straturi de branza si 5 randuri de foi. Se stropeste pe deasupra cu o lingura de ulei si se unge bine ultima foaie. Aruncam si o lingura de zahar pe deasupra. Cu un cutit ascutit taiem placinta usor si totodata taiem marginile care trec peste tava. Lasam la cuptor pana este gata. Dupa ce a fost scoasa din cuptor se toarna peste placinta siropul fiert din apa, zahar si coaja de lamaie. Dupa ce e fiert bine, se paseaza si se amesteca cu untul, sarea, piperul, mararul si usturoiul. Se da forma de arici... din masline i se fac ochii si boticul. Cascavalul se taie betigase subtiri si acestea se infing in forma din ficat ca si niste ace.
