		Evolutia preturilor difera de la caz la caz. 
Scaderi puternice s-au inregistrat acolo unde au avut un puternic caracter speculativ, unde preturile au fost umflate.
Nici preturile apartamentelor noi nu au ramas aceleasi, scaderile inregistrate fiind cuprinse intre 35% in orasul Bistrita si 1,5% in Iasi.
