अब जब नामी स्टार्स की मेगा बजट और टॉप बैनर्स की फिल्में बॉक्स ऑफिस पर टिक

नहीं रही है , ऐसे में लीक से हटकर अलग सब्जेक्ट की कई फिल्में बॉक्स ऑफिस पर

अपनी लागत बटोरने के बादअच्छी खासी कमाई करने में कामयाब रही है। दिल्ली

बेस्ड न्यूकमर हीरो विवेक सुदर्शन की इस फिल्म में प्रॉडक्शन , डायरेक्शन ,

स्टार्स और तकनीकी टीम के ज्यादातर लोग नए हैं , इसके बावजूदइस टीम

ने ऐसी कहानी चुनी जो एक खास क्लास की कसौटी पर खरी उतर सकती है।

गोवा , राजस्थान की नयनाभिराम आउटडोर लोकेशन पर शूट हुई इस फिल्म में

पहली बार कैमरे का सामना कर रहे न्यूकमर विवेक सुदर्शन ने इतना जरूर साबित

किया कि वह एक्टिंग की एबीसी सीखकर ग्लैमर इंडस्ट्री में आए हैं। वहीं फिल्म में

जरूरत से ज्यादा हॉट सीन्स रखनेकी वजह समझ से परे है।
कहानी : शहर के अमीर बिजनेसमैन के बेटे विवेक ( विवेक सुदर्शन ) का जिंदगी जीने का

तरीका दूसरों से अलग है। विवेक के दिमाग में हर वक्त ऐसे ऐसे आइडिया आते हैं कि उसके

दोस्त उसे आईवी कहते है। आईवी के पास आइडिया तो बहुत है लेकिन इनमें से किसी को

वह क्रियान्वित कभी नहीं कर पाता और अपने सपनों की दुनिया में जीता है। श्रुति

( स्याली भगत ) नामी डॉक्टर की आत्मविश्वास से भरी आज के दौर की मॉडर्न लड़की

है जो अपनेसपने साकार करना जानती है। गोवा में आईवी श्रुति को जब पहली बार

देखता है तो उसे उससे श्रुति से इकतरफा प्यार हो जाता है। आईवी श्रुति को आकर्षित करने

के लिए क्या कुछ नहीं करता , लेकिन श्रुति उसकी तरफ मुड़कर भी नहीं देखती।

कुछ अर्से बाद संयोग से श्रुति और आईवी का सामना होता है। आईवी को पता

चलता है श्रुति की मंगनी हो चुकी है और शादी के बाद विदेश सेटल होने वाली है।

आईवी के दोस्त उसे किसी भी सूरत में श्रुति को हासिल करने की सलाह देती है

और आईवी उनकी सलाह मानकर उसका किडनैप कर लेता है।
एक्टिंग : नए हीरो विवेक सुदर्शन और स्याली भगत के इर्दगिर्द घूमती इस

कहानी में इन दोनों को अभिनय प्रतिभा दिखाने का भरपूर अवसर मिला। स्याली ने

अपनी पिछली फिल्मों की तरह इस बार भी अपनी हॉट ब्यूटी को कैमरे के सामने

परोसने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी। वहीं विवेक सुदर्शन अपनी पहली फिल्म में निराश

नहीं करते। अन्य कलाकारों में कीर्ति कपूर और जिया खान ठीकठाक रहे।
डायरेक्शन : राहत काजमी ने अलग टाइप की कहानी पर फिल्म बनाई तो सही,

लेकिन बॉक्स ऑफिस के मोह में फंसकर कहानी में बेवजह ऐसे चालू मसालों को

फिट करने का मोह नहीं छोड़ पाए जिनसे कहानी की रफ्तार सुस्त पड़ गई।
संगीत : फिल्म में 6 गीतकार और 4 संगीतकार है। ऐसे में हर किसी ने अपनी

और से कुछ अलग और नया करने की कोशिश की है , फिल्म के दो गाने पब कल्चर

और टीन एजर्स में जरूर लोकप्रिय हो सकते हैं।
क्यों देखें : किडनैप जैसे सब्जेक्ट पर बनी फिल्म में कॉमिडी का तड़का किस स्टाइल

में लग सकता है। इस फिल्म में आप देख सकते हैं। फैमिली क्लास के लिए फिल्म

में कुछ खास नजर नहीं आता।

This film marks the acting debut of Vivek Sudarshan who we have earlier enjoyed as a singing sensation with a pleasant voice in the album – ‘I Vivek’. Here he has teamed up with Sayali Bhagat on screen as his lady love. She had made her debut with ‘The Train’ opposite Emraan Hashmi and Geeta Basra in 2007. She has been rated as a talented young girl with a fresh face and was acknowledged as a booming beauty in the Miss India contest in 2004 where she was one of the winners.

In this movie, the character Vivek is a very shy and timid scientist who is not comfortable with expressing his emotions directly to his love interest, Sayali. He takes the help of puppets and through puppetry he makes it known to her that his heart beats for her. Similarly, he puts forward other moments of love and feelings through the same method thus making the film very colorful and vibrant. Puppetry is such an old art form of our culture and it is heartening to see that being depicted in the powerful and far reaching medium of the Indian cinema . This was last seen in Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Paheli’ where the 2 puppets acted like story tellers of the film. The film has been directed by Rahat Kazmi.
Vivek Sudarshan is a smart looking actor with a chocolate face and is expected to make the school and college girls swoon over him. He has the boy next door charm which is complemented beautifully by the glamorous looks of Sayali Bhagat. This is an innocent love story of 2 people in the jet age being made to come together by the sheer attraction of each other’s strength as good people.

Yesterday's evening was really a memorable evening as a grand gala launch of the music of the film IMPATIENT VIVEK starring Vivek Sudershan and former Miss India Sayali Bhagat was celebrated at Sun-n-Sand on 16th December. The music was launched by veteran music director Ismail Darbar and renowned singer Shabbir Kumar.

Hum dil de chuke sanam and Devdas fame Ismail Darbar highly appreciated the music of the film Impatient Vivek. He especially liked the songs EK PARI PAGAL SI... and YE BANDA MAST KALANDAR... In the film there are total eight songs of which Vivek has given his honey touch voice for six songs. Ismail Ji truly enjoyed and appreciated the voice of Vivek Sudershan and gave his blessings for the bright future of this singer-star.

On this occasion there was also the launch of the book on puppetry written by Vivek Sudershan and Dr.B.K.Tyagi. The book NAACH RI KATHPUTLI was launched by film star ADITYA PANCHOLI.

Famous lyricist Nusrat Badr, Moiz Bhai(Shabbir Kumar's brother),music director Humayun Kabir, film actor Ali Khan and pop singer Xenia Ali were also present on this glittering occasion.

The ten-day long 41st International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has been commenced since 22nd November in Panjim,Goa.

There will be a special screening of Hindi feature film IMPATIENT VIVEK in this film festival on 26th November,2010 at 7pm, INOX theatre, Goa Entertainment Society Campus, Panaji.Impatient Vivek is a beautiful love story which sometimes tickles you and sometimes touches the core of your heart.
In the main lead, a science communicator turned singer/artist, Vivek is making his silver screen debut with Miss India Sayali Bhagat.

There is also a special screening of India's official entry to Academy Awards, PEEPLI LIVE. This year the competition section has been made open to all feature films from across the world. Earlier, this section was restricted only to feature films from Asia, Asia Pacific,Latin America and Africa .Total 18 feature films (of which 3 are Indian and 15 foreign languages) have been short listed for the participation.

Also this year new awards viz., Best Actor and Best Actress have been introduced under Competition Section.

The Indian panorama shall feature 26 feature films, these include Abohomaan, Achin Paakhi, Moner Manush, Ami Aadu (Bengali), Three Idiots, Wake-up-Sid, Paa (Hindi), Kaal Chilambu (Malayalam), Ravanan (Tamil), Mee Sindhutai Sapkal (Marathi) which is the opening film of the Panorama, Shabari (Kannada), Swayamsiddha (Odiya). 21 Non-Feature Films will be showcased in the Indian Panorama.

“Leaving Home” will be the opening film for the Non feature film category.

The Best Film would be awarded Golden Peacock and given a Prize money of Rs.40 lakh, the Best Director would be awarded Silver Peacock and given a Prize money of Rs.15 lakh, Best Actor would be given a Silver Peacock and given a Prize money of Rs.10 lakh, Best Actress would be given a Silver Peacock and given a Prize money of Rs.10 lakh, Special Jury Award given a Silver Peacock and given a Prize money of Rs.15 lakh.

One key aspect of the festival will be the commemoration of the Golden Jubilee of the Film & Television Institute of India.

The PR campaign for the film Impatient Vivek on the whole was managed by Dwapar Promoters headed by Mr Himanshu Jhunjhunwala.

In 1998, a team of two brothers started the business of promotion of movies and albums and the first film they had promoted was “Dil Se” produced by Mani Ratnam.

Today they do the promotion under the banner of “DWAPAR PROMOTERS” and have a large number of clients.

They also organize premiers, audio releases, product launch and the stage shows.

They have planned and already implemented a well equipped 360 degree PR campaign relevant to the movie Impatient Vivek.
