Imran organised and hosted the first ever ‪HaLOL Comedy Night at The Comedy Store in London, which was an amazing success! The comics pushed the boundaries with the language and topics for a show of this nature and had an incredible time! We’re British, we’re Muslim, we’re funny and we laugh in the face of bigotry and extremism because they will not define us.

Imran made it into the ‘Top Jokes of The Fringe’ in The Telegraph with his socio-political satire about the infamous Benefits Street show.

In his new solo show ‘ROAR OF THE UNDERDOG’, Imran tackled brand new areas as a comic, making cutting remarks on the state of society and its decadent practices to ingratiate our own egos whilst surreptitiously exploiting the disadvantaged and the entire developing world.

BBC Three have commissioned FRIED starring Imran!

Set in a fried chicken shop in London, Imran plays ‘Ed’, a work-shy, fast-talking promotions man in a chicken costume who befriends Joe and encourages him to ask out the new girl; Anal with his own brand of cheeky borderline harassment chat up techniques.

Written by Harry and Jack Williams of Two Brothers Pictures, filming of the six episode series begins very soon. Stay tuned for news about when the series is due to broadcast.

When you’re internationally outcast in an increasingly divisive world and burdened with the spirit to wear your heart on your sleeve, both pain and hilarity shall ensue in this show of novel dynamic perspectives with heartfelt fragile introspection.
