										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Oh man, I know I have been gone for a long time.  My grades in schools were really suffering and I had to put all my effort into getting my grades back up.  I stopped working out and eating healthy, but I was able to get my grades from a C average to a B.  Now I&#8217;m back in workout mode and ready to meet my goals, one goal that I have added is to lose 20 pounds by november 1.  I think that this will help me in my ultimate goal of losing 35 pounds by feb 21. </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry for not keeping up with my blog but I have been really busy with work and school. Well on Sunday I got up on the scale and it was not a good look, I have to admit that last week I did not keep up with my diet or my workout schedule.  The scale read 224, meaning that I only lost 1 pound in two weeks, which is two pounds below my goal(I want to loose 3 pounds every two weeks).  I was a real dissapoinment specially since I was doing so good in the first week, I have realized that I need to stay on schedule with my workouts and I also need to stay with my diet. I still have about 7 months before I turned 30 but I really need to get my act together.  I will post later on with what I ate today and also my workout, I need to get back to work.</p>
