I used to think that to be successful in the world everyone would have to know you name, you would have to have a lot of money and be in front of all the top magazines.

I used to think that I would truly have it all when I gained approval from the general public. Or perhaps when I won an Oscar for playing a historical character who actually did something to change the world.

It was only until recently that I realized that TMZ doesn't define my life and that seventeen magazine isn't the end all be all to teeny-bopper relationship advise. Twitter is not a popularity contest and Facebook is not meant for stalking.

At the end of the day we all have the same fate and at the end of the day a Vogue cover will amount to nothing. The eating disorder you've formed in order to fit into a two sizes too small Vera Wang dress will mean nothing.

God forbid you end up in a hospital bed after hearing you have brain cancer...I bet that last thing on your mind will be about the latest child Anglina Jolie bought (i mean got) or about your salon appointment next week.

There will come a day when we are all accountable for our actions and when we look back at it all will it be even worth looking at? Will our obsession with fame and money mean anything in the end? See now, my guess is that it won't..

Sometimes I'd Rather Stay Mad

I know. You're probably looking at the title like huh? 

Right now for example, I'm a bit mad about something thats going on in my life that I honestly cant change. Im going through so many emotions like jealousy, regret, ungratefulness...you name it..I'm feeling it right now.

But one way i find my ability to release these emotions is church. Now if you're not christian, you might not be able to relate to church specifically, but thats just me. It maybe music, or working out, or art...whatever it is for you. For me it's every Sunday at church.But my main dilemma is during the middle of the week and I dont know what to do with myself. So I usually listen to gospel music.

...Now there is a serious battle that goes on within when I listen to gospel music when I am down. I want so badly take the positive light that this music give out but sometimes I fight it. So i feel as though I am contradicting my emotions. Im listening to the music trying to make myself feel better, but at the same time I'm trying my hardest to stay in the state that I am in...why, you ask? 

Because sometimes I'd just rather stay mad...

I dont know why? Maybe because I just want something to complain about, maybe I even want to let my aggression out in a negative way..who knows? But sometimes I feel as though I dont want to get over the situation, because the situation sucks. Purely sucks.

But anyway, this morning i just ead an article where the PETA was going in on JANET JACKSON for wearing a fur coat on a new magazine cover...-_- get over it.
They even had the nerve to say she did this to get attention because her career was on a "downslide"...these ppl must not know who the fuck she isss! Lol Janet? Downslide? Nahhh
They even had the balls to compare the death of her brother Michael to the death that occurs when a fur coat is made. I almost wanted to throw my phone away when i read that article, but i knew i would regret it lol.

Lebron Skips Out On Cleavland

King James! King James! -_-. People need to cut that shit out. It's not that serious. He's not saving lives.
But anyways, personally, I'm not the largest basketball fan but my family is so I know a lil something something about the game.
Lebron's decision to leave Cleavland was a bad idea. I felt pretty bad because all he was concerned about was winning but I'd rather be a great player that's loyal to their community than a player with 50 rings but is known for switching from team to team. I just hope he knows how many people he's letting down. For some reason people idolize his ability to score points =?
But anyways. Cleavland made him the great player he is because he was allowed to shine more than a great player could who would be surrounded by power names like Dwayne Wade.
Not that I'm really heart broken about his situation because truthfully he's not playing for me, and I'm not getting any piece of his paycheck, so it's whatever. I'm just stating my opinion, because THAT'S WHAT I DO. Make ya money, man.

So Lindsey Lohan tweeted that a waitress punched her in the face during her birthday dinner yesterday. For some reason it's a little hard for me to believe. But anyways, she says that the woman was "jealous" of her and her ex- beau's, Doug Reinhardt, relationship. The waitress supposedly had a former relationship with Reinhardt as well. Sheesh...he gets around. But yea...all of these things are supposedly alleged to me because truthfully I wouldn't believe anything that comes out of Ms. Lohan's mouth. A teen that resides in Brooklyn has been accepted to four Ivy-League Universities. Who is this person you ask? She goes by the name of Marie-Fatima Hyacinthe. This Haitian-American has been accepted into Harvard, Yale, University of Pennsylvania and Brown University. According to her she says that, "Harvard has a very strong African-American community so I think I'm prepared." See now, hearing stories like this makes me feel as though there is hope for the African American community. We're making our way up without forgetting who we are! Facebook. The Movie. Coming to a Theatre Near You

So apparently there's a new movie coming out this October based on the inventors of Facebook. When I first heard about it I thought it would be a spoof, or something entertaining and funny but it seems to be the exact opposite. The trailer is a bit thrilling and suspensful.
I wasn't planning on seeing the movie at first, but after looking at the trailer...I might check it out.

This is a little old. About a week or so. But for those who haven't seen it yet...Here it is. She gets smack in the face supposedly by Fabulous' brother, and is threatened to say sorry to Fab and Bow Wow as well. Even though I don't really like Kat, I feel that this is an all time low for all the "rappers" and "thugs" in the game. If what she's saying isn't true then why go through all this trouble? I feel like they're all acting like high school females, ganging up on one person because they're following the crowd.
