아쉬움을 달래기 위하여 매직아워 시간에 맞추어서 성산대교로 잠시 들렸다.
찍을 때는 몰랐는데 집에 와서 사진을 보니깐 렌즈에 커다란 먼지도 앉아 있었네요.  출사 후 렌즈도 깨끗하게 해주어야  하나보네요.

해지는 즈음의 빛과 어둠이 공존하는 매직아워는 정말 금방 지나가네요.
역시 야경은 준비인가보네요.

장소를 옮겨 다니면서 찍어서 다소 아쉽지만 시간에 따라서 어떻게 변화하는지를 보기위하여 제대로 찍은 사진은 아니지만
중간 중간 사진도 용기를 내어 올려봅니다.

삼각대 쓰고도 사진 다 흔들리고… (싸구려 삼각대를 사서 그런가… 하여튼 삼각대 엄청 조이고 찍어야 하나 보군요.)
필터 빼고 찍었는데요 플레어 다발하고… T_T;

야경 사진은 준비라고 하던데…
좀더 쨍한(!) 사진을 위하여 노력해야겠다…

그래서 photoBlog 에 사진을 올리고…
Blog 에서 이를 link 로 가져와서 뿌리고 한마디 적으면 좋을 것 같아서 width 넓은 theme 로 또 바꾸고 기념으로 씁니다.

Theme 에서 photo 1024 width 가 딱 맞게 display 가 되네요.

Lamy safari 만년필은 가격대비 성능이 아주 좋은 펜이다.  저렴한 펜이지만 가볍고, 손쉽게 노트하기에 아주 좋은 펜이다. Nib 이 너무 물러서 쉽게 size 가 커져버리는 단점이 있어서 EF 를 사용하여도, 곧 두껍게 나오는 것이 단점이라면 단점.

Black ink 는 Parker penman ebony black 도 많이 사용했었고  (지금은 중국산이 있는 것 같은데, 아무래도 구하기가 어려움), Lamy black 도 마른 경우에 간혹 가루처럼 날리는 것 같은 느낌이 들긴 하지만 저렴한 가격에 진한 잉크라서 좋아하지만 최근의  가장 많이 이용하는 것은 바로 noodler black 이다.

검정잉크는 번지지 않고 진한 잉크를 좋아하는데 누들러잉크가 바로 그런 잉크다.  진한 정도야 Aurora black 이나  까렌디쉬 black 도 무척 진하지만 이 친구들은 종이에 따라서 잉크 번짐이 심하여, 현재 moleskine daily diary 에는 누들러 잉크가 참 좋다.

열마디 말보다는 코드 한 줄 보는 것이 좀더 clear 하겠죠.

아래 코드를 보니 대충 어떠한 로그인지 알 수 있을 것 같네요.
그런데 이 log 가 system eng’r 에게는 도움이 될 것 같은데,  application 개발자에게는 얼마나 도움이 될런지는 잘 모르겠네요.

하여튼 아래와 같은 형식으로 system 상황을 정리하고, file 로 로그 만들 수 있군요.
어디에 응용할수가 있을까요 ?

작은 사이즈로 금방 읽을 수 있는 책인데, 이를 다 읽지도 않고 이런 글을 적는 이유는…
책 내용이 적지 않게 현재의 나의 고민하고 있는 부분을 긁어주고 있기 때문이다.

소프트웨어 분야에서 경험도 많고 유명한 저자들이 경험적으로 프로젝트의 성공과 실패를 결정하는 여러가지 패턴을 나름대로 정리하여 주고 있다. 다소 시니컬한 시각에서 적은 글도 많이 있지만 생각으로 아~~~ 이건 아닌데 하고 생각하고 있던 것들을 명문화하여 문제점을 이야기하고 있는 저자를 보고 있으면 나도 모르게 고개를 끄덕이는 나를 발견하게 된다.

조직이 미친 듯이 빠르게 움직이는 모습만을 보고 생산성이 높은 증거라 생각하는…
팀원들을 보모와 같이 그들의 성장들 도와주는 것이 아니라 정치, 행정, 절차, 아부에 신경 쓰는…
팀과 나누는 대화보다 PERT 와 간트 차트를 그리고 조정하는 일이 더 중요한…

실제 일은 안하고 보고만 하는…
리더로서 책임지기 보다는 단순 전달, 취합만 하는…
진행 상항 보고에 옆에서 조사까지 수정해 주면서 메일 보내면 메일 보낸 사람 이름 지우고 당신 이름으로 손수 보내는…
