Incite On supports WellSpring in reaching Preferred Bidder status for hub West

The Scottish Futures Trust hub initiative to combine the estate management and development of 16 public sector bodies within the West of Scotland has reached the final stage. Incite On are proud to have been a key part of the WellSpring team bidding to become the Private Sector Partner in a project worth over £300m over the next 25 years.

Competition for this major contract attracted the UK's largest construction and finance organisations delivering exceptionally high standards of bid material and information.

Incite On played a key role in developing bid material and interpreting complex processes and procedures to assist the evaluation team in there assessment of the WellSpring bid.

Primary Care Estates Database - Department of Health

Incite On has recently completed a commission from the Department of Health to create a database of all Primary Care property across England. This has been a critical project in informing future decisions with regards to the ownership and responsibility for Primary Care estates as the health sector addresses the challenges of the reforms proposed by the Government.

The database contains both strategic estate management information as well as individual property information including utilisation, occupation and financial data. Incite On researched the capabilities and content provided by both the SHAPE tool and ERIC before proceeding.

Incite On managed the project, employing the award winning technical database development services of Cordis to create the database infrastructure.

BSA Appoint Incite On as Social Media Strategy Consultants

The Beverage Standards Association have appointed Incite On as their social media consultants. Over the next three months Incite On will work with the association membership to formulate a marketing plan that encompasses an effective use of social media platforms for existing member communication and new membership campaigns. Incite On will be working closely with Paul Nurser Social Media Management and Companion Computers as the project develops.

Last year Shop Direct reported sales of around £1.7 billion last year, delivered through approximately five million active customers and employs some 10,500 people.
