Can China Apply Brakes on India's Progress

India is a good neighbor and serious competitor of China. There are a number of similarities as well as differences between India and China as both these countries are ancient civilizations. China is an aggressive country, they implement there policies aggressively whether its there internal matter or external.

First Case of Swine Flu in India

Swine flu which started from Mexico, some months back has now reached a number of Indian cities. The first case of Swine Flu (H1N1) in India was reported in 2nd Week of May in a 23 old year man who arrived at Hyderabad airport from America.

First Swine Flu Death in India

The first death due to Swine Flu in India was reported from Pune where a 16 year old school girl who has not even traveled abroad died on August 3, 2009. The girl was admitted to hospital on 27th July and was undergoing treatment, was tested positive for H1N1 Swine Influenza only on 31st July when her condition has deteriorated. She was given treatment for Swine Flu only after 31 July i.e. for last three days before her death.

Current Statistics of H1N1 Virus in India

Today Swine Flu has reached a number of Indian cities, death toll too has reached 24 across the country, out of which 15 are reportedly from Pune itself.

How is it spreading at such a rapid rate in India and globally?
This virus has traveled to India and the world from Mexico. It was at first detected in Mexico in March 2009 and since then it has spread to a number of countries including India.

Why is it spreading so fast?

There can be so many reasons for this rapid spread. The No.1 reason is frequent travelers who move from one city to another. People carry H1N1 virus with them from one place to another. We have failed to properly quarantine every confirmed case of Swine Flu. If we don't take precautions now then it can be a sever problem for the Nation which is already struggling from drought.

Don't Panic Prevention is the Answer

There is no need to create panic, we can control its spread by taking appropriate precautions and can even get treated successfully. There are a number of people who were found to be H1N1 positive but they have now recovered and are alright. So, don't be negative. Government is doing what it can do with its limited resources. Its now time for vigilant Indian citizen to show there support for the country. Don't blame anyone at least at the moment when things can go out of hand. We'll definitely get time to do that later.

Politically Stable India Now Needs Social Stability

India is now politically stable. Indian stock market is reflecting this sentiment since last few weeks. Inflation too has dropped too low and is now below zero (which is not good for Indian Economy).

Are All Worries Over for India

Today India is shining again in this gloomy global scenario. People in India are enjoying this good time. Our politicians are busy in enjoying there success or failure. Administration is also easing after a long period of hard work (during elections which is really tough time for Indian Administration).

Is this all, don't we have other serious problems to consider beside political stability, economic stability. India is today following the footsteps of developed countries. Our cities too have a similar lifestyle.

What About the Social Status and Indian Lifestyle

There are many things that I'll like to write, I don't know how to start because this is not a news or current event in Media. There are many things which are grim and can get grimmer. Some of the points are:

Reducing green cover in both urban and rural areas.
There is not enough living space in and around the house, that we Indians are used to occupy and which can have a negative effect on our society in coming years.
People in India have always love gardening, they love kitchen gardens even in cities (provided they find space) which not only helped in keeping them relaxed (as they spent time in working there), healthy (as kitchen garden required manual work), had access to some organic food from this garden. Now things are just opposite, first there is no space and even if there is space our new generation thinks its a low grade work and they have enough money to buy these things or employ some one else.
Most of the milk suppliers today are supplying adulterated milk as they aren't able to meet the demand. Traditionally our children have always had access to pure milk from there own family owned cows, buffaloes. Earlier each family used to keep at least one animal and it was not only for milk but it had a social meaning. Now there are no cows in cities. Most dairies keep these animals in poor condition, they also use artificial methods to get more milk.
Reducing social interaction not only in nearby societies but also between family members. This will lead to communication gap, which can give birth to tension with the family.
Our TV channels are more responsible to modern societies then to traditional Indian society. Most of the programs and channels today cater to urban life (that too an imported urban life). There is no India in our TV serials or other programs. Programs are developed on the basis of popular demand and TPR which aren't always healthy for society.

These are some of the most common points which need to be taken seriously if India is to progress in real terms of the world. Materialistic development and accumulation of resources has never been the sole purpose of Indian lifestyle and we must always bear that in mind, otherwise we'll too head towards a mentally sick society which is affluent but sick.

Nobody is today looking at negative consequences of development which can be resolved right from the start. This is not the duty of the Government or Administration but we are all socially responsible for this. We have both right and duties in this country, like we used to had earlier. Today we are more active for our rights but negligent towards are duties.

Hope, people too will think on the matter and think on creating a socially stable India.

Indian Election Results Says Let the Truth Prevail

This election result has reconfirmed many things including the voice of India, 'Let the truth prevail'. Indian prime minister Mr. Manmohan Singh is a gentleman, he is so gentle that he has never involved himself in seeking mandate for himself directly from the public. Some people (including politicians from opposition) point to this, but they must understand that a common man is so much scared of politics and its dirty game that he thinks it is not a right place for a respectable person. So, is the case with our Hon'ble Prime Minister.

Now, its time to review there campaigns and strategies (for most political parties and politicians who lost). Even now they are not thinking straight. They don't think that honesty can also play a decisive role in elections. They are still not able to see that India has now waked up, Indians now understand what is important for there country. They know what is right for there country. Indians have already trusted a number of political parties and politicians a number of times, they know that no party or politician is actually genuine in his/her intention for this country. They say what is right to say to win, to rule this country.

We must not get aligned to a political thinking or political party, we are not politicians, we are general public who has right to choose the right party at the right time, someone who is ready to serve this country for next 5 years genuinely. Citizens don't belong to any group whether its UPA or NDA, they belong to this country and those who can help there country will get there support and mandate.

Politicians Learn More About India and Its People

All the 5 phases of polling have been concluded with this testing time for our leaders is also over. Now, they don't have to be worried for next five years (if so happens for those who are fortunate).

Politicians think that they have really worked very hard for this country. They have worked for this country day and night for months during this summer. They think that now they deserve something from countrymen (at least a seat to rest for 5 years).

This summer was really tough on politicians (courtesy Election Commission of India). Politicians had to travel all across the country, to places where there is no electricity to places where there is electricity in files (or a facing sever power cuts). This election will really help them to understand this country in a better way.

May be they'll try to solve some problem at least for there own convenience in next general election like better roads, better power supply, problem of pure drinking water, transportation.

It is very sad that even today in this e-age of e-governance our politicians have to travel physically, they have to face cruelty of nature.

It is really very surprising that weather has cooled down after the testing time of our politicians was over. Nature too seem to be in a mood to punishment.

Now only two days are left before we see, our leaders on our TV screen, ready to lead this nation (and there career...).

Who Should be the Prime Minister of India

There are many aspirants who wish to be Indian Prime Minister, some of them (or none of them) are actually deserving candidates for such a humble post. Most of the politicians think that after serving a political party they have a right to that seat.

Today we can ask any politician and most of them have 'to be Prime Minister of India' on there wish list. There is nothing bad in that, but is it good for the country. Can we afford to hand over this seat to anyone who succeeds in his marketing gimmick. Is this post for a true man or true machine.

At present we have aspirants who are:

Those who are only politicians, they have have nothing to do with this country or its future, they are good in managing there political activities. They know how to attract voters and convert them. They think that to be the Prime Minister of India is a matter of pure luck, which is lucrative job and one can fulfill all his aspirations and dreams in his term as a prime minister.
Some other aspirants think that because they are old and have been in politics, they know how to handle this post. They have seen all the political drama of the past and can handle the political drama of the future. There political age is there only qualification. They don't have a clear policy and they don't think that it is necessary to reveal the same now.
Few politicians who are also trying to project themselves as qualified and potential candidate to be Indian Prime Minister depend on either majority or minority electorate support. They appeal to a class of voters who belong to a particular community/class/region. They have there own views on who should be the Indian Prime Minster, they don't think he/she has to be worthy for this post. They think if he belong to there party and belongs to there group, then he is the right candidate for the post.
It is really shameful to know that some of our prime ministerial aspirants are not even a good human being. They don't know how to behave with others. They don't think that there criminal/unclean background can be a reason for disqualification to this post.

Each voter must understand that politics and politicians are here to serve the country and not to serve themselves or there political party. Anyone who is worthy of this post can be the prime minister of India, even if he/she has no political background.

The MRP of the physical booking form is Rs. 300 payable in cash. For online applicants, the form MRP is Rs. 200 and will be included in the online payment amount.

Is the Booking Form MRP refundable?

No. The form MRP is non refundable for the applicant/applicant.But the application form has exclusive discount offers from Tata Indicom, Tata Sky & Castrol to compensate the cost of the application form.

What is Form UIN?

UIN is the Unique Identification Number that is printed on each form. In case of online application, it will be generated once the applicant submits his application. It has to be retained by applicant for all further communications regarding Tata Nano.

Is the PAN card no. mandatory?

Pan Card is mandatory for purchase of car.

Whose PAN card details are to be provided in the form?

Pan card number of the person in whose name the vehicle is being purchased is required irrespective of who is making the payment.

Can an applicant who does not have PAN card apply for Tata Nano?

Form 60/ Form 61 can be used for the cases where pan card number is not available.

Is the MICR code of the Refund account bank branch mandatory?

No, the MICR code is not mandatory.

How will refund take place if the applicant does not have the MICR code/has not filled MICR Code?

If the applicant does not provide the MICR code, the refund will be done through the physical mode i.e. Cheque / pay order.

What is the MICR Code?

MICR code is the 9 digit code printed at the bottom of your cheque. To find out MICR code of your branch you can call up the branch where you hold account to enquire about the same.

Why is it necessary to provide MICR Code?

MICR code is required for affecting refund through electronic mode which is fast and safe. It is preferred that the applicant provides this detail in case his bank has the ECS/NEFT facility.

For identity proof, which identity card will be accepted?

For identity proof, the applicant should provide the number of any of the following in the form: 1. Pan Card 2. Passport 3. Voter ID Card 4. Driving License. Any other Photo ID Proof attested by a gazetted officer shall also be accepted.

Do I have to submit Photo Id along with the application form?

Yes a copy of the photo ID proof has to be submitted with the application form

Will the same ID proof required to be shown later?

Yes. The ID proof indicated in the form has to be shown at cancellation of allotment / delivery of car.

Do I need to pay the booking amount and Form MRP separately in case of online form submission?

No. The amount to be transferred through net banking in case of online applications will be Booking Amount + Form MRP

This depends on the financer you choose. But for TML preferred financer you need a sum of around 3000-3500 Rs.

Are there any special conditions when booking is financed by preferred financiers?

Yes. In case the booking is financed by preferred financiers the refund would be sent to the financier. Also the applicant needs to have an NOC from the financier for taking delivery also.

What is the proof of booking that the applicant retains in case of Physical Form?

Each applicant has to retain the customer copy of the booking form duly acknowledge by SBI.(stamp, sign and date).

What is the proof of booking that the applicant retains in case of Online Form?

After the applicant successfully submits the form and makes the payment, an acknowledgement slip will be generated which will have the Unique Identification number and all the form details. This page is the proof of his booking. The link to this page will also be sent to the applicant through an automatic generated email. The applicant can take the print out of this page. The applicant should keep it very carefully as he needs to produce it at the time of delivery or cancellation.

Can an Application be rejected or invalid?

Yes. The application can be rejected in any of the following cases:-
1. Incomplete Forms Fields not completed
2.Incorrect Data The details provided are incorrect
3.Illegible Forms
The details provided are illegible
4. Short Payment / Cheque Bounce.

All the valid applications will be considered for allotment. The allotments will be done through a process using a computerized random number generation. This would be done in presence of a panel of observers.

Can the dealership be approached to know about the delivery period of the car?

Yes. The applicant can know real time information from the dealership he has selected. The applicant will also be intimated by the dealer as soon as his vehicle is received at the Dealership.

Do I need to make any balance payment after paying the booking amount?

The applicant would be submitting part of the ex-showroom price as the booking amount. The difference between the on road price (ex showroom + insurance + registration) of the city and the booking amount submitted is the balance payment. The information regarding the balance payment amount can be obtained from the dealership / tatanano website

When will applicant have to make the balance payment?

Applicant should make the balance payment to the dealership before the intimated delivery period starts. In no case the payment should be received by dealer beyond 10 days of the receipt of the car, failing which the booking will be considered cancelled.

What is the mode of payment for the balance payment?

This payment can be through a cheque/DD drawn in favour of the dealership selected in the application form.

Will the allotted applicant get any interest on the booking amount?

There is no interest payable. The applicant is being protected for price till his delivery.

How can an applicant retain his booking for Tata Nano?

An applicant can retain his booking by checking the relevant column in the Nano booking form. TML will retain the booking amount for all such applicants and communication to this effect will be sent to them post allotment.

What would be the period of delivery for the retained booking?

TML will run the random number generation process for all the retained bookings separately, based on which letters will be sent to all the retainers informing them about the tentative period of the delivery of the vehicle.

Will there be any interest paid on the retained booking?

Yes. All the retained booking will earn interest payment starting from the date of announcement of allotment.

How can I cancel the booking?

The process for cancellation of retained booking is same as in case of allottees. You can register the request for cancellation at TML call centre and submit the relevant documents at TML Dealership. Booking will be cancelled upon receipt of the same at TML HQ.

Are there cancellation charges applicable on retained booking cancellation?

If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of announcement of allotment, there will be no cancellation charges applicable. Beyond that, cancellations would attract administrative charges of Rs. 2999/- and the net amount will be refunded.

How will the refund be processed in case of cancellation?

Refund of the booking amount will be made to the account number mentioned in the booking form post deduction of the cancellation charges.

I have been watching India and thinking about it but for last few months I am unable to think any more, may be I've turned negative or have loosed my optimism to some extent.

Actually it is not so, I'm still positive but there are a number of shameless things that have recently taken place (or were *accidently covered by media). Though things like these may have happened in past (to some extent) but flashing such things in day light is really sad, although we all know such things do exist but covering them is a large manner makes them acceptable for everyone, which is wrong.

I'm not saying anything to anyone as I can't blame anyone because we too are responsible to some extent and therefore share that responsibility our-self.

Two new anti-terror laws has been passed in Lok Sabha this month. These new laws will help law enforcing agencies to tackle terrorism and terrorists better. The two bills passed for the purpose are:

Beijing Olympic games have been best Olympic for India, for the first time in Olympic history of India, India win 3 medals. 1 Gold and 2 Bronze medals. This a time to introspect and rethink. Amarnath Shrine Land Issue to Protest in Jammu and Kashmir

In last couple of days a mole has been exploded to the size of a mountain. Thanks to all those who are handling the situation and those who are providing all sorts of inflammatory fuels to the issue. These are people who are taking advantage of the situation, giving it a color of there choice, molding sentiments to there benefit.

This issue is now no more on fire with fuel supplied from within India but now there are many underground links and pipelines working trying to give it a suitable shape. A shape that can be recognized globally. Who cares for people who are confronting the situation on both sides.

Amarnath Shrine Board land issue wasn't such a complicated issue as it has now been turned to. People from both Jammu and Kashmir could have easily cooperated for an amicable solution, have now been drifted apart. Now, there are some forces both internal and external who are working at there best, giving birth to misunderstandings, rumors and misconception.

People must understand the nature of these forces considering both scheduled early elections and forces which had turned weak and are now regaining power with these incidents.

If we look at all the incidents in past few weeks, we can underline an analogy. Starting from blasts in some cities, then tension and firing on border and followed by present Amarnath Shrine Board Land issue. All these incidents may not look like what they actually are, common people are actually emotional fools and shrewd brains can take advantage of this.

India must understand these games and people involved must control there emotions and think logically about what is happening to them and why, because more is to follow, planners of this game will not stop here especially when there hopes are high.

India Exploding Inside Out

India is exploding for last few days. First it was our politicians on Indo US Nuclear deal, then political parties, later it was explosion of cash with MPs in parliament and now bomb exploding inside the cities and at borders.

Our low grade politicians are happy with the explosions of these low grade bomb. They've got another issue for there people, a new deposit in there vote bank. Most of these were useless fellows they weren't able to adjust any where either in a public or private job. Not even as a contractor. They used to wander here and there and so got in touch with political India and now they define Indian Politics.

Series of explosions have killed many and left a lot injured. Many children were killed, mothers, parents, son, sisters and daughters. More are still a target, a soft target for both ballets and bullets. If some of us survive one we can't survive another.

There is some tension and firing reported on Indian border. They say its all well planned, our intelligence will confirm this after the media report.

We can at least think of saving the humanity, if not nation.

Indian Government Survives Vote of Confidence

Indian Government headed by Sh. Manmohan Singh survived the Vote of confidence in Indian Parliament, after a sequence of political drama and discussions for over a week now. The Government has cleared this with majority. This has cleared the way for Indo US Civil Nuclear deal, which is crucial for the future of India and Indian Economy, but some politicians were creating hurdle as they found this as an issue which can help them in fulfilling there political aspirations.

Votes were casted in two ways, depending on choice of the MPs :

1. Electronic Voting Machine(EVM) and

2. Paper slip ballots.

The results of EVM were declared soon after they were casted but counting of votes on paper slip took another 42 minutes. Here are the details:

Two MPs abstained from EVM voting and a total of 10 MPs were absent. The votes in favor of Government include votes of 7 MPs from BJP and 2 MPs of TDP.

Today Indian Parliament saw bundles of hard cash openly floated in the Parliament with allegation of horse trading on the Government. This was an unfortunate incident for Indian Parliament and Indian Democracy, this incidence will effect the faith of Indian citizens in law and order.

Hard Cash Reaches Indian Parliament

It was one of the historical day of Indian Parliament, in a shameful incident during the discussion prevailing vote of confidence, hard cash (bundles of 1000 Rupee Note) reached Indian Parliament. They just wanted to tell Indian Citizens that even if they are politicians they can be purchased at a price and (may be) this incident provided them a way to communicated the minimum value of bid.

Today three MPs of BJP alleged that they were offered three crore rupees (INR 30 Million) by Mr. Amar Singh of SP (Samajwadi Party) in consultation with Mr. Ahmad Patel of Congress to abstain from the Parliament during the voting. The MPs who carried the hard currency were :

Mr. Ashok Argal, BJP MP from Morena, Madhya Pradesh
Mr. Mahavir Bhagora, BJP MP from Salumber, Rajesthan and
Mr. Foggan Singh Kalaste, BJP MP from Mandla, Madhya Pradesh

These Hon'ble Members of Indian Parliament, alleged that out of 3 Crores, 1 Crore was offered instantly as token money in cash but they refused to take the money (1 Crore) on the spot and agreed that it may be delivered to them.

Mr. Amar Singh has denied and said that allegations are baseless and blamed Mr. L K Advani for the incident. He also blamed BJP for trying all these tricks itself. He said that they have met him twice at Maurya Hotel in New Delhi.

Horse trading isn't new in Indian Parliament, as most of the persons that reach here are no better than horses. They don't know why have they been elected to such a prestigious place. They think reaching there means business, an opportunity to make money. Do you think anyone who is ethical and strong can be approached, can you ask anyone to take money and do something. Everyone knows and understands who is a horse (and therefore can be traded) and who is a parliamentarian.

This is a shameful incident, these MPs must be ashamed of what has been watched live by Indian citizens. They know who they are, what they do, but now the whole country knows. How can they expect Indian Citizens to abide by law, be patriotic, pay taxes when those who have the duty of framing law are lawless.

In order to shave further damage to Indian Democracy, it must be insured that such people don't reach parliament and even if they reach, they must be forced to abide ethics. So, that no one in future can bring hard cash in the Indian Parliament and show there real worth.
