For Poori: 
Ingredients:

Wheat Flour - 2 cups

Fine Sooji Rawa- 1 tbsp

Salt  as per taste

Water to knead the dough
Oil for frying 








Method:

Put flour, sooji rawa and salt in a large bowl.  Pour water carefully to knead the dough until  soft.  Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. (I always cover the dough with the a wet cloth to avoid the dryness of the dough. Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
