WWE 2nd Money in the Bank Ladder Match Announced Recently.

2014-06-19T00:19:00.000-07:00

The WWE can break new ground at this year's Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

For the primary time ever, the payoff for the show's name ladder match are going to be the WWE World Heavyweight Championship itself, instead of a mere contract granting the holder an attempt at the gold.

It's a development that bestows a range of potential outcomes.

The safe money says we'll finally see a brand new champion topped, whereas less conservative theories have prompt a title split can be within the cards—or even a maiden championship for anyone of the new breed of Cesaro, Bray Wyatt or Roman Reigns.

Despite these intriguing prospects, there's a conspicuous flip facet to the current arrangement—namely the absence of a Money in the Bank case.

Without the constant threat of Associate in Nursing expedient title amendment, the subsequent twelve months of WWE programming would be missing one in every of its biggest excitement factors. Presumably, this can be why the WWE has unconcealed that at the coming PPV, a second ladder match are going to be oppose for the 2014 Money in the Bank contract.

Seth Rollins relayed the news on Tuesday's tape of Main Event before taking the freedom of asserting himself because the initial participant in aforesaid match.

Needless to mention, this can be an enormous announcement—but what square measure the wider-ranging repercussions?

First off, it'd seem possible that Dean Church Father are going to be other to the match also. It's clear that the WWE is bent on following a Rollins/Ambrose feud, thus i am unable to imagine them rental a Money in the Bank ladder match get within the approach of that.

Furthermore, if one were to price the opposite a finish, this might be a good approach of prolonging the rivalry—something that must be done, in my opinion.

Other than Church Father, though, it's troublesome to predict specifically WHO else is probably going to be other to the combo with Rollins.

I'd expect to ascertain the likes of unhealthy News Barrett and Rob Van Dam concerned. they have been a pay attention of WWE programming in recent weeks and would add some helpful star power and recreation worth to a match that merely brims with potential.

Speaking of recreation worth, the WWE may do abundant worse than together with a definite Dolph Ziggler. His energetic vogue is well-suited to ladder matches, and although he'd be vastly unlikely to scoop the final word prize, he would possible deliver a generally stellar performance.

I'd even be keen to ascertain a number of the newer names other to the fray in guys like huge E, Rusev and Bo urban center. After all, that is what Money in the Bank is all about: giving new stars a main event chance.

While we're on the topic of predictions, there is a vastly appealing scenario that the utilization of 2 ladder matches insinuates.

What if Reigns was to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout, whereas Rollins was to win the Money in the Bank contract—or even Church Father for that matter?

Granted, i am obtaining earlier than myself, however the thought of Associate in Nursing ex-Shield feud for the largest prize within the company is actually one value mentioning. In fact, it nearly makes Daniel Bryan's come back one thing of Associate in Nursing afterthought.

I'd like to hear what you're thinking that of this news, though. square measure you glad there is a second Money in the Bank ladder match? additional significantly, WHO does one assume are going to be enclosed in this match?

Please be happy to comment below together with your opinions, also as your thoughts on any of the problems mentioned within the article.

Ryback actually grabs a mic and says that last night he was about to "feed" on the WWE Champion, and CM Punk and his three men have become his new prey. He calls all of them out to face him; if they don't, he promises to tear down the arena until he finds them. He starts a "feed me more!" chant as Vickie Guerrero comes out to a giant chorus off boo's from the live crowd.

2. Kofi Kingston VS. Wade Barrett

Barrett starts this match off strong, ducking under several of Kofi's strikes and taking him down with a big shoulder block. Into the corner now, Barrett throws a few closed right hands, connecting to the gut of the Champion. He backs off at the request of the referee, but goes right back to work before running into a kick from Kingston. The Champ's momentum doesn't last long however, as Barrett keeps up the size advantage, going to town with big right fists to the head and abs. Barrett with a neckbreaker for a two-count, as Cole mentions how much he is dominating over the Intercontinental Champion in this match. Kingston tries to get some air off a springboard, but Wade knocks him down hard to the floor as we go to another commercial. Commercial Break As we come back, Wade Barrett has Kofi down in a headlock on the mat. Aksana locks in a nice cross armbreaker over the top rope, but is forced to break the hold by the referee.

Kaitlyn thrown hard into the turnbuckle off a strong Irish whip, but she throws some elbows and fights back. Kaitlyn with several hair tosses and a shoulder tackle, before a very sloppy flap-jack. Kaitlyn nails a big knee to the gut for the three-count.

Brodus misses a big corner splash and runs right into the turnbuckle. Cesaro gets a flurry of punches himself, before bringing the big man to one knee and taking him down with a clothesline.

Cesaro's attempts to stay in control don't last though, as the Funkasaurus nails the big corner splash this time. He tries for the second rope splash, but Cesaro rolls out of the way - does nobody watch Big Show matches? - and Clay eats the mat. The US Champ gets Brodus up for the Neutralizer, and nails it!

5. 2/3 Falls Match - Randy Orton vs. Alberto del Rio

Del Rio goes on the offense quickly, attacking Orton in the ropes despite the warnings from the referee. ADR goes to the outside and wraps Orton's arm around the ring post, slamming them together over and over until the referee calls for the bell.

Decision #1: Randy Orton via DQ

The announcer's put over how difficult it's going to be for del Rio to win two straight falls now, but Orton looks pretty well destroyed after that attack against the steel ring post. After a commercial break, Alberto del Rio is still in control, working over the injured arm of Randy Orton. The Viper powers out of an armbar with a big back suplex, followed by his signature stiff clotheslines. Orton tries for the RKO, but del Rio counters into the Cross Armbreaker for the submission.

Decision #2: Alberto del Rio via Submission

The referee tells Orton he has to stand up so they can continue this match, and Randy freaks out at him. The injured arm hangs at Orton's side as del Rio backs him into a corner and works away on the good arm. Orton floats over a splash in the corner and tries for a roll-up, but del Rio kicks out at two. Orton takes time to nurse the arm, but ADR takes advantage and hits a running step-up kick right to the injury! Del Rio gets cocky though, and the Viper takes him down with the backbreaker. You can never tell with WWE on such things but John Cena seemed to land awkwardly on his ankle during last night's (Nov. 19, 2012) episode of Monday Night Raw, potentially injuring himself.

During last night's (Nov. 19, 2012) episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, John Cena appeared to roll his ankle while chasing after Dolph Ziggler during a segment on the show. It's hard to tell if it was a spot that was planned or if Cena legitimately just pushed off his ankle wrong after climbing out of the ring while trying to run down Ziggler.

It seems legit, and he really sells that there's a problem by favoring his right leg while heading up the ramp. Then, WWE played up the potential of a knee injury, showing Cena getting wrapped up while openly speculating that he had a potentially torn meniscus.

On top of that, they ran another angle with Cena grabbing AJ Lee while she was attacking Ziggler only to have Dolph attack him and send him through a couple of poorly constructed bathroom stalls. It was then that they really sold Cena being hurt, even having Josh Matthews give an update backstage.

This could have been done on the fly because WWE wanted to make sure they set themselves up in the event that Cena is really injured but it's pretty convenient in either case.

For his part, Cena played up the possibility of injury on his Twitter account after the show:

"I am headed to grand rapids right now for early morn MRI on left knee. @WWE no matter what the result, I will be in the ring tomorrow!"

Cena is scheduled to appear at the SmackDown tapings because ticket sales have been sagging and he's generally been used for dark matches to help sell the show. That makes it a lot easier to explain away his absence in the event that he's genuinely hurt and can't go.

But of course we have to suspect it's all a work and he's not really hurt. Stay tuned and we'll keep you up to date on any news that comes out, legitimate or storyline.

6. Great Khali vs. Epico & Primo

Hornswoggle comes down to the ring before the match starts, flowers in hand. Epico tries to lock up with Khali, but gets thrown back down to the mat. Same thing happens to Primo. Hornswoggle goes to give the flowers to Rosa, but they're trick flowers filled with water, that gets sprayed all over her. Khali wins with the Khali Bomb on...somebody.

Winner: Great Khali

After the match, Horny and Khali "dance" around.

Backstage Paul Heyman is getting everything ready for CM Punk's championship celebration later on tonight. Paul-E freaks out when the decorator forgets to buy balloons, and starts shouting about balloons as we fade to commercial.

7. The Miz vs. David Otunga

They circle each other and lock up in the ring with Otunga taking the advantage and stomping away at Miz in the corner. He backs off at the request of the referee, and Miz gets in a few shots of his own. Otunga throws his opponent into the steel ring post and hits a side Russian legsweep, but only gets two. Body slam connects, followed by a jumping elbow drop using the top ring rope. Otunga gets a reverse chinlock held in place, but lets Miz up just to take him back down with a big blow to the back of his head. Otunga with several forearms as Michael Cole puts over his law record on commentary.

Otunga right back into the reverse chinlock again, and the crowd wills him back into the match. Miz throws a few elbows to Otunga's gut, and breaks out of the hold with a small package pin attempt, but only gets two. Otunga nails a big clothesline, and brings the match back to the mat with another reverse chinlock. Otunga throws Miz off the ropes with the Irish whip and lowers the shoulder; Miz rolls over with a sunset flip pin, but only gets two. Miz goes to work with right hands in the corner, but the referee makes hiim break it up. Running clothesline finds its mark, and the former WWE Champion heads up to the top rope. He comes back down hard with a double axhandle, and signals for the Skullcrushing finale. It connects, and Otunga is done.

Winner: The Miz

7. Sheamus vs. Damien Sandow

Sheamus comes down to the ring carrying a steel chair. He grabs a mic and says when it all started with Big Show, it was about two warriors fighting for the World Championship. He says he'll never forget that fight, and he wasn't ashamed of losing the match. But then at Survivor Series Big Show made it personal by making him take out a referee with the Brogue Kick. He calls out the Big Show, despite his scheduled match, and the World Heavyweight Champion makes his way out. Big Show says the two of them have nothing to settle. He claimed he was going to get the knockout, and he did.

Big Show says Sheamus doesn't deserve to win the World Heavyweight title. Sheamus invites him into the ring, but Damien Sandow makes his way down for their match. The two lock up, but Sandow bails into the ropes to escape a beating. Sheamus hammers him in the mouth with a big right elbow. The referee backs off Sheamus, but Sandow takes advantage of this and lands a flurry of his own punches. This doesn't last long, and King brings up the foolishness of fighting a battle of fists against Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior stands on Sandows' hand as he tries to break free. Sheamus then catches him by the beard and throws him to the outside.

As they come back from break, Sandow is rolling Sheamus back into the ring. He applies a chin lock, but Sheamus powers out of it with big right hands to the gut. Sandow fires back with clubbing blows upside the back of his opponent, and hangs him up in the ropes as he continues to fire away. Sandow to the outside continuing his assault, as the ref yells at him to keep the action in the ring. Back to the chinlock they go, and once again Sheamus powers out of it. A third chinlock, another kick out.

A fourth chinlock, and Sheamus is finally starting to look like he might pass out. The fans get to their feet and will him back to life though, and Sheamus breaks the hold with big right hands. Sheamus with the Irish Curse backbreaker, followed by a big knee lift to the jaw. Sandow goes to the apron and gets 10 big shots across the chest for his trouble. Sheamus goes up high and lands the Battering Ram, followed by White Noise. Brogue Kick connects, and Sheamus picks up the win.

Winner: Sheamus

8. Sin Cara & Rey Mysterio vs. Kane &

Daniel Bryan

The Prime Time Players joined Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler on commentary for this match. Titus tells Lawler to "have a heart". Wow.

Sin Cara gets thrown to the apron by Kane; he springboards in, but Kane ducks under the attack and takes him down heart with a running shoulder block. In comes Daniel Bryan to a massive ovation from the live crowd, as he kicks away at Sin Cara in the empty corner. Bryan heads up to the top rope, and comes down with a flying knee, but Sin rolls out of the way. Mysterio gets the tag and delivers a combination of kicks. Sets up for the 619, but Kane bails to the outside. Mysterio with a seated senton to the outside! Daniel Bryan attacks Mysterio, but Sin Cara flies over the top rope and takes them all out.

Back from the break and Kane hits a side slam on Sin Cara as Michael Cole is freaking out about Darren Young picking his hair at the commentary booth. Daniel Bryan gets the tag and beats down on Sin Cara, but I'm much too distracted by the hilarious bickering by everybody at the commentary table. Except for Darren Young, who has said a total of 20 words throughout this match. Bryan runs into a big boot in the corner and Sin Cara connects with a title-the-whirl DDT from the second rope. Hot tags to Kane and Rey Mysterio!

Mysterio goes to work on Kane's knees and heads up to the top rope. Mysterio comes down, but Kane catches him with a big throat thrust on his way back to Earth! Kane sets up for the chokeslam, but Rey counters out and sends him into the ropes. 619 connects and Mysterio goes up again for the splash. Kane catches him by the throat off the splash! Prime Time Players hit the ring and cause the DQ.

Winner: No Contest

After the match Rey gets a double 619 on the Prime Time Players, followed by a big chokeslam from Kane. The champs argue over who is the tag team champions as we go backstage.

Paul Heyman thanks CM Punk for letting him be in charge of this championship celebration. He says he personally promises that nobody will tarnish the party, and they head off the ring!

Paul Heyman is in the ring, which is black with a big red "X" in the center. Portraits of CM Punk are displayed in the middle of the ring; one has the Top 10 WWE Championship records. Heyman says the fans don't get to boo him. He says they cry and whine for the Attitude Era, but when they give them some attitude, they don't really like it... He says they chant "ECW!" at him, but when he gives them a little bit of extreme, and they don't like it anymore. Heyman says the WWE Universe just can't understand how good CM Punk is, as he's set the bar so high that he stands head-and-shoulders above all the rest.

Ladies and gentlemen, your reigning WWE Champion, for one entire year at exactly 365 days... CM Punk! The Champ makes his way down to Cult of Personality, wearing his "Paul Heyman Guy" shirt as Michael Cole runs down the laundry list of Superstars he has knocked off in the last year.

CM Punk starts his promo by saying Shawn Michaels couldn't do it. Triple H...couldn't do it. Bret "the Hitman" Hart couldn't do it. The Undertaker and the Rock couldn't do it. He says that makes him the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be. He cuts to a video package highlighting his entire championship reign. It ends and about half the arena is chanting for CM Punk as Paul Heyman calls him the best in the world. Punk says this isn't just about honoring the past, but looking forward to his future. He says he won't stop until July of 2015 when, on WWE Main Event, he passes Bruno Sammartino and becomes the longest reigning champion in WWE history.

Paul Heyman puts over Bruno and says he deserves a spot in the Hall of Fame, but...he could never beat CM Punk. He says that as a matter of fact, Hulk Hogan couldn't beat CM Punk. Heyman says that on his best day, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin couldn't beat Punk and neither will the Rock at the 2013 Royal Rumble. Punk says beating Ryback and John Cena in the same night was his crowning achievement, because nobody believed he could do it.

Ryback makes his way out and CM Punk is not happy that he's ruining his celebration. The NXT trio attacks Ryback on his way to the ring, but Ryback destroys them and goes after Punk. They recover and keep going after Ryback until they take him down. All three hammer away at him and remove the cover from the announce table just like at Survivor Series. Yet again they powerbomb the big man throught the announce table, and CM Punk stands in the ring looking down on them. He slowly exits the ring and lets the trio enter. Punk stands over the fallen body of the Ryback and raises his title high into the air before screaming "best in the world!"

Cm Punk Wins again : What's going on??

2012-11-19T10:19:00.000-08:00

When C M Punk's era started there was no one to stand in front of him. All he got was Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler and some more wrestler. But when Cena show's some interest, C M Punk afraid so he bring back Paul Heyman.

Paul Heyman is very clever man. He came up with a new plan in every C M Punk's championship match. When C M Punk have to face Ryback, Heyman took Brad Maddox as his follower and made the match in favor of C M Punk.

Now when C M Punk faces the John Cena and Ryback, Heyman appointed his work to NXT rookies. They attacked Ryback and put him through the annoounce table. After that C M Punk retains the title.

So what's going on with WWE , that's the main question now.

WWE Survivor Series: Final Questions and Projections

2012-11-17T09:38:00.000-08:00

Survivor Series is almost here, which means it’s time to guess who’s going to win this thing.

After spending years as one of WWE’s big four pay-per-views, the show now sadly seems about as prestigious as Capital Punishment or Halloween Havoc.

While the traditional Survivor Series match this year seems pretty uneventful (especially since Ziggler and Foley have no real beef), the main event looks pretty intriguing.

It will be the first time we see Ryback and Cena go head to head (if you can forget Skip “The Skipper” Sheffield, that is). If WWE is looking to make a statement with Ryback, it will be interesting to see how his interactions with Cena play out.

With only three weeks to promote, the rest of the card looks completely thrown together. Still, there could be a couple of surprises.

I’m putting my career 13-5 WWE pay-per-view match predicting record on the line as we take one last look at Survivor Series.

Reasons to watch Survivor Series

2012-11-15T11:34:00.001-08:00

1. The very first reason to watch is the traditional survivor series match. Since Ziggler is now the Captain this is becoming more intense. And besides that Foley's team has Orton and Ziggler has Del Rio and their rivalary is now well known. Plus Barett who just came back and still in the form to show his Barrage. So this going to be awesome.

2. Second thing is that now Miz is back He want's to make his name shine again. He is in match in Foley's team. As you know he didn't have a friendly nature, and he also have some issues with both Kofi Kingston and Daneil Bryan. Now it's going to be interesting to see what will be his action at that night.

3. Now Big Show is the current reigning champion but the Celtic warrior can't see that title on that massive body. Big show kicked out his brogue kick and also knock him down with Knockout punch. So it will be interesting to see what will be the strategy of the Celtic warrior to pin a giant. Will it be the brogue kick or the White noise or something else. We will see this on sunday.

4. As the news have been came out that Cody Rhodes is injured in Smack down. So the question arises that who will be the replacement for him. And since he is not in the match now so team Rhodes Scholars breaks. And the other replacement will be better than him or not. Or which team will win, or this injury affect the fate of Team Ziggler. This has been a mystery which will be revealed on sunday.

A cat-scratch, a whiplash, a witch hunt in black, Sandpaper

Sandpaper tears at my skin, grinding the state I'm in
Millstone my heart it scrapes, grabbing the soul that bleeds within
Abrasive wounds that never heal, bleeding emotions are hard to feel
Evasive sounds of true bliss calling
Mauling your paramour's kiss revealed

Something happens when the dark meets the light,
Something happens when you start up the fight,
Something happens when the sun turns to grey
Something happens when you scare the monsters away

A cat-scratch, a whiplash, a witch hunt in black, Sandpaper

Flash paper burns to the bone, melting away without a moan
Blowtorch my brain away, there’s nothing left for me to pray
Eroding all that I’ve become, taking and breaking all that I've won
Decoding thoughts within my mind, bleeding and feeding what I might find

Something happens when the dark meets the light,
Something happens when you start up the fight,
Something happens when the sun turns to grey,
Something happens when you scare the monsters away.

Something happens when the dark meets the light,
Something happens when you start up the fight,
Something happens when the sun turns to grey
Visions happen that scare us away

Something happens when the dark meets the light,
Something happens when you start up the fight,
Something happens when the sun turns to grey,
Something happens when you scare the monsters away.

Why The Miz Is a Great To Kane & Daniel Bryan's Dysfunctional Storyline

2012-11-14T23:03:00.002-08:00

On the November 12th WWE Monday Night Raw, Kane was forced to tag with the man Who to fill the remaining spot on Team Foley for Survivor Series, The Miz.

nd Daniel Bryan pitched a hissy.

The curious partnership that developed between Kane and Daniel Bryan has not exactly been filled with high-fives and fist-bumps. For the most part, the two men collectively known as Team Hell No don’t get along at all, choosing instead to blame each other for the duo’s shortcomings and focusing on just who is the tag team champion.

But this has been a formula for some very entertaining moments, leaving fans in awe of just how well the two Superstars play off of each other during their hilarious spots.

A lot of the credit for that goes to Kane, who is no stranger to funny and often bizarre storylines in WWE. The man known as the Big Red Machine may be a dangerous and vicious heel, but as a baby face, he is comedy gold.

Between his deadpan reactions and his subtle timing, Kane is a guy who understands how to handle himself in the funniest of situations, and knows how to get a laugh.

And let’s not forget Daniel Bryan, who did not get over in the company until he was allowed to relax, stop trying to please fans as a face, and just have fun with his character. Once he shifted from eccentric to neurotic, Bryan found new life in WWE.

Doing all he can to maintain a straight face while screaming “NO” at fans, Bryan has made it obvious that he’s having just as much fun as they are. He’s also making it look easy, as if every spot is improvised and not planned to be as funny as it is.

They are polar opposites who should not gel, but do. They should not be over, but they are. And, the fact is that they should not be the highlight of Raw.

And more often than not, they are just that.

But as the months have gone by and Team Hell No has continued its anger management tour of WWE, the question as to how long this will go on has been asked by some fans. Could Kane turn on Bryan? Will Bryan betray Kane? How long before the gimmick plateaus, the freshness begins to grow stale, and fans lose interest?

This is a plot that needs a twist.

Enter The Miz, who was picked to be on Mick Foley’s team at this Sunday’s Survivor Series.

To say that Daniel had a problem with his partner working a match with someone other than himself is a huge understatement. Though he’s never given Kane any credit for the success of the team, Bryan was irate at the thought of Miz basically taking his place in the match on Raw.

And when he objected, fans were likely reminded of why they fell in love with Team Hell No in the first place.

Now, the focus shifts from Bryan’s obsession with outdoing his partner in the ring, to being threatened by The Miz, whose only goal is to get his hands on Dolph Ziggler, the man who disrespected him on Raw.

Let the comedy begin anew.

Now, Team Hell No has a new problem, another issue that will divide it even more. The members of Team Hell No were close to the breaking point before Miz’s involvement and we will now undoubtedly see them unwind like never before.

That new wrinkle in the story could give fans a renewed interest in the team and a reason to care even more about it. Team Hell No was hot, but during the scenario with Miz on Raw, it became even hotter.

And for The Miz, who has arguably not been relevant since holding the WWE Championship, his career just got a little more interesting.

Apart from the fact that Miz is good in the ring and for some fans is a very underrated Superstar, he is also a guy with a sense of humor. His personality could mesh really well with the dysfunctional Team Hell No, and he would finally be given an opportunity to entertain, to relax a little and to just have fun.

For me, this storyline is a win win situation. Provided that WWE continues with the angle after Survivor Series on Sunday, we could be in for some very entertaining spots and perhaps more humor than we have seen up to this point.

WWE Superstars are entertainers, and when a storyline this fun comes along, they can do what they do best and make fans happy in the process. For Team Hell No, the possible inclusion of Miz into the angle means new avenues that can be traveled and new situations that can be explored.

And most certainly, more laughs to be had.

Yay y’all made my own luck in my head on straight and kicked up the dust

And the money well it don’t mean much I did it for the love and that was enough

Give me the wheel

So we can move a little faster

I made you real

I'm not a glorious disaster

What part of living says you gotta die

I plan on burning through another night lost

One more for measure distant from the soul

That never sleeps

So are you ready to go?

We're trying to get some clear blue sky
Tic toc I think the well is running dry
My, my, I can't lie
I need a shot again
That sweet adrenaline
Dead state 'cause some fears in the head
Bang, bang 'cause the needle is in the red
My, my, I can't lie
I need a shot again
That sweet adrenaline
My, my
My sweet adrenaline

Cracking the vision
Who said the motivations all wrong
Not your decision
The detonation of a time bomb
Which way is up when your high is low
It's time to find it are you ready to go

My, my, just can't lie
It's the speed in the sound that I'm dying to try
My, my just can't lie
It's the love of the chase that created the ride

We're trying to get some clear blue sky
Tic toc I think the well is running dry

WWE Night of Champions 2012 Theme Song + Lyrics

2012-11-14T10:25:00.002-08:00

Here we are, we are the champions
We go so far, they said it can’t be done
We right here, and we’re still number one
Still number one, still number one, so
Here we are, we are the champions

Check it, always had big hopes as a kid
Just a rotten tomato, …that legos
Can’t hit the ball if you ain’t swingin the bat
And like a homerun that boy is not coming back
Rise, like cream, keep with the dream
We’re from never seen straight to the face on the magazine
Now my team got anthem
Y’all frozen, a cold hook from the champion!!

Here we are, we are the champions
We go so far, they said it can’t be done
We right here, and we’re still number one
Still number one, still number one, so
Here we are, we are the champions

You know you gotta be stronger to vibe
When everyone’s trying to break you
So let them hate, just go your own way
Don’t ever let them try and change you
I walk alone, through the fire, through the burn
By myself, in the dark, I close my eyes and there you are!!

Here we are, we are the champions
We go so far, they said it can’t be done
We right here, and we’re still number one
Still number one, still number one, so
Here we are, we are the champions

Rich gain, from fall to fortune and fame
Street game, for me it’s the beat of the game
Life, triple crown on them bright lights
Sunny days, rainy nights, gone them double flights
Yeah, the life of the life start struggle
More packa, gun puffer, we sniff it, trust in it, go get it
Ship it, cause it’s bigger than life

Here we are, we are the champions
We go so far, they said it can’t be done
We right here, and we’re still number one
Still number one, still number one, so
Here we are, we are the champions

Ah, number one in this motherfucker
Lil weezy, fuck the world with 2 …
But in the meantime, I’ma have a nice time
One for my kind, artist to an icon
Got the key to success on my key ring
Used to dream about sugar, sweet dreams
But reality … she my bitch
Sold my soul to the devil, made a profit

Here we are, we are the champions
We go so far, they said it can’t be done
We right here, and we’re still number one
Still number one, still number one, so
Here we are, we are the champions.

Friday Night SmackDown Result 8/3/2012

2012-08-04T01:48:00.005-07:00

Mr. McMahon declared Booker T the new SmackDown General Manager

For the first time in nearly three years, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon returned to SmackDown, making the shocking announcement to the WWE Universe that five-time WCW Champion Booker T would be the new General Manager of the blue brand.

An elated Booker thanked both the Chairman and the WWE Board of Directors — declaring that SmackDown was about to blow up!

World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus def. Tensai

In a brutal clash of the titans both inside and outside the ring, Sheamus battled the formidable Tensai. And after enduring a tremendously painful offensive at the hands of his massive opponent, The Great White hit the Brogue Kick out of nowhere for the victory, nearly taking Tensai’s head clean off in the process.

Nevertheless, with just 16 days until he faces Del Rio at SummerSlam, one has to wonder whether the fierce SmackDown showdown — as well as the Street Fight with Daniel Bryan on Monday’s Raw — is wearing away at the World Heavyweight Champion.

After That Booker T named Teddy Long as the senior adviser to the smackdown general manager.

Antonio Cesaro def. United States Champion Santino Marella in a Non-Title Match

Saying hello to the WWE Universe in five different languages — proof of yet another unique talent of the up-and-coming Antonio Cesaro — the dangerous Superstar battled United States ChampionSantino Marella for the second week in a row.

Despite the fact that The Italian Stallion requested the rematch — looking to prove that the upset victory by the Swiss Superstar one week ago was nothing more than a fluke — the champion would come up short yet again.

Though Santino was able to hit the Cobra, the referee stopped his three-count attempt when he noticed Cesaro’s leg was under the ropes. Quickly turning the tables, the recovering Superstar from Switzerland hurled the titleholder into the unforgiving barrier outside the ring. This took enough out of Santino for Cesaro to send him crashing to the canvas with The Neutralizer, en route to his second non-title victory in two weeks!!!

Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler & Intercontinental Champion The Miz def. Kane, Christian & Chris Jericho in a Six-Man Tag Team Match

SmackDown GM Booker T continued to light up Friday night with a special Six-Man Tag Team showdown between some of WWE’s hottest all-stars.

In the critical moments of the turbulent contest — amid the chaos that cleared the ring of the four non-legal competitors — Chris Jericho managed to lock in the Walls of Jericho on Daniel Bryan. Then, when Vickie Guerrero distracted the referee on the ring apron so Dolph Ziggler could attempt to turn the tide, Jericho released his painful submission maneuver and blasted The Showoff with the Codebreaker.

Though this brought the WWE Universe to its feet, it also gave Bryan the time he needed to roll up the first-ever Undisputed WWE Champion for the quick victory.

Ryback def. Jinder Mahal by Disqualification

One week after Jinder Mahal got himself counted out in a furious match against Ryback, the new SmackDown General Manager, Booker T, ordered a rematch between them.

But in the heat of battle that followed, Mahal hit his ultra-intense opponent with a microphone, bringing about the disqualification. The treacherous move temporarily stopped the offensive of Mahal’s opponent, long enough for him to sprint his way up the ramp.

Darren Young def. WWE Tag Team Champion R-Truth

Following interference and distractions by both A.W. and Titus O’Neil, Darren Young overcame the high-octane R-Truth. With the victory by “Mr. No Days Off,” the record book reflects that the Prime Time Players have official beaten both of the WWE Tag Team Champions in singles competition.

Cody Rhodes confronted former adversary and new SmackDown General Manager Booker T

Former Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes interrupted a meeting between GM Booker T and Divas Champion Layla, to get a few things straight with his former adversary. However, in the end, he would walk out with nothing more than the knowledge that he will face Sin Cara next week on SmackDown.

Randy Orton def. Alberto Del Rio by Disqualification

In an explosive main event that saw Randy Orton return to SmackDown for the first time in two months, WWE’s Apex Predator would take on the No. 1 contender to the World Heavyweight Championship, Alberto Del Rio.

Just when it looked as if The Viper might be ready to put The Mexican Aristocrat down, his opponent’s personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, interfered in the match, bringing about the disqualification.

In the post-match fury that followed, Orton repelled Del Rio’s assault, expelling his opponent from the ring in painful fashion. But the fireworks did not end there. As Del Rio was getting to his feet, The Great White emerged, wasting no time in hurling SummerSlam challenger back through the ropes to set up a thunderous RKO, courtesy of The Viper.

WWE SmackDown Result 7/27/11

2012-07-27T22:59:00.000-07:00

Another great episode of smackdown just ended. Leaving very amazing results and reviews.

Intercontinental Champion The Miz def. Christian in an Intercontinental Title Rematch

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In the wake of the historic celebration that was Raw 1,000, there was no slowing down on Friday Night SmackDown, as four former World Champions clashed in an explosive, high-stakes free-for-all to determine the No. 1 contender to The Great White’s illustrious title.

The self-professed “new face of the Intercontinental Championship,” The Miz, started off the best show on Friday night by addressing the WWE Universe. Following his title victory over Christian Monday at Raw 1,000, the smug Awesome One taunted Christian’s peeps for voting for the illustrious championship gold to be contested through Twitter, Tout and Facebook — since that was what made his triumph over their champion possible.

Christian’s music hit the speakers and Captain Charisma interrupted, immediately invoking his rematch clause, right then and there.

An intense, high-flying battle unfolded in the ring, on the apron and all around ringside, as the evenly matched competitors exchanged the advantage and near pinfalls, laying it all on the line for the prestigious title.

In the crucial final moments, Miz took advantage of the referee being momentarily out of position and gouged Christian’s eye with his thumb. With the wily veteran’s guard down, Miz grabbed Christian’s tights and rolled him up for the quick pin and his first successful Intercontinental Title defense.

After Miz has been return, he wants to make a name again.

*********************************************************************************

Ryback def. Jinder Mahal by Count-out

The brawling behemoth known as Ryback looked to continue his reign of in-ring destruction against Jinder Mahal. To the surprise of the WWE Universe, however, Mahal took the fight right to his intimidating adversary, allowing the Punjabi Superstar to fare better than any of Ryback’s previous opponents and even to get in a few blows of his own.

But when Mahal went for the Camel Clutch, Ryback powered out of the submission with incredible strength and turned the tables, declaring “My turn!”

However, before the human wrecking ball could add another victim to his list, Mahal slid under the ropes and walked up the ramp, leaving the referee no choice but to deliver the 10-count. With unfinished business between the two, will Mahal dare disturb another of Ryback’s “feeding times”?

After some Moments

World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus presented Daniel Bryan with a belated “wedding gift”

World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus approached Daniel Bryan in the back, reminding “Danny Boy” that Raw 1,000 wasn’t the submission specialist’s finest hour: Left at the altar by AJ (who then became the new Raw General Manager), Rock Bottomed by The Rock and, to add insult to injury, called out by Charlie Sheen in front of millions of WWE fans.

Before exiting, The Great White presented Bryan with a very unique belated wedding gift.

************************************************************************************************************

World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus def. Cody Rhodes

Before a quartet of Superstars would enter the ring for SmackDown’s main event Fatal 4-Way Match to become Sheamus’ No. 1 contender, the World Heavyweight Champion would take on Cody Rhodes and remind those challengers just what they could be getting themselves into.

In the midst of a fierce match between The Great White and the determined Rhodes, Mr. Money in the Bank, Dolph Ziggler, journeyed to ringside, carrying his coveted World Heavyweight Title contract along with him. Accompanied by his manager Vickie Guerrero, The Showoff intently watched the action in the ring.

After Rhodes battered Sheamus’ weakened shoulder, The Celtic Warrior miraculously kicked out of his opponents earth-shattering Disaster Kick. The Great White then turned the tables, hitting White Noise to set up a searing Brogue Kick for the victory.

Following the match, Ziggler looked ready to cash in his contract, but decided at the last second not to enter the ring. Then, out of nowhere, Chris Jericho, wearing Ziggler’s signature pink T-shirt, ran out and tossed The Showoff through the ropes and right into a devastating Brogue Kick. As the smoke cleared, the first-ever Undisputed WWE Champion nailed Ziggler with an emphatic Codebreaker, delivering another strong statement in response to Ziggler’s taunts on Raw on July 16

************************************************************************************************************

Antonio Cesaro def. United States Champion Santino Marella in a Non-Title Match

In a matchup with a decidedly European flavor, United States Champion Santino Marella took on former Swiss rugby star Antonio Cesaro.

After a good luck kiss from Aksana, the powerful Cesaro went right after the United States Champion. Santino persevered and managed to gain the upper hand, and the Cobra made an appearance. But Cesaro avoided the serpentine strike and defeated Santino with an earth-shattering slam.

With a distinctly European style, great in-ring moves and the beautiful Aksana by his side, Cesaro looks destined for great success in WWE. As Michael Cole suggested, a United States Championship Match could be in the Swiss-born big man’s near future.

************************************************************************************************************

Damien Sandow def. Yoshi Tatsu

After receiving a beating from D-Generation X on Monday’s Raw 1,000, Damien Sandow looked to reclaim some dignity with a brutal and relentless battering of Yoshi Tatsu.

From the opening bell, “The Intellectual Savior of the Unwashed Masses” aggressively swarmed the Japanese Superstar. Showing nothing but disdain for Tatsu, Sandow kneed, punched and slammed his way to a quick and impressive victory.

After redeeming himself, Sandow addressed the “repulsive, ruffian wretches” who make up the WWE Universe, declaring himself their martyr for the thrashing he suffered at the hands of DX. Then, like DX, he shared his two signature words: “You’re welcome.”

*********************************************************************************

Alberto Del Rio won a Fatal 4-Way Match to determine the No. 1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship

In SmackDown’s explosive main event, four former World Title holders — Rey Mysterio, Kane, Daniel Bryan and Alberto Del Rio — battled in a chaotic, high-stakes contest to become the next No. 1 contender for Sheamus’ World Heavyweight Championship.

At the height of the explosive free-for-all, Daniel Bryan appeared on the brink of victory when he snatched the “Yes!” Lock on Del Rio. However, Kane caught The Mexican Aristocrat’s arm before he could tap.

With The Big Red Monster eventually taken out of the action, Mysterio hit a 619 on both Bryan and Del Rio and appeared bound for the win. But as he went for the pin on Bryan, Del Rio’s personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, grabbed his leg and pulled him out of the ring. This allowed, Del Rio to leap onto the fallen Bryan and steal the pinfall to become the new No. 1 contender to Sheamus’ World Title.

The monumental win put Del Rio back on the road to his self-professed destiny. But The Mexican Aristocrat may have his hands full with The Great White, who has looked all but unstoppable as World Heavyweight Champion.
