Jeep with Leopard Planner Spread

This week was my oldest daughter's birthday. She loves her Jeep and leopard print so I decided to use both in my spread in my Kellofaplan Classic Vertical planner. The graphics are generic and are not available in any shop. For the dirt hill I used solid brown card stock and tore the top and side. The box stickers are from Mojo-jojo Plans.

I typically keep my monthly planner spreads fairly simple. I don't actually use them, but want to make sure they are still decorated. I decided on a "school" theme as this is back to school month for my grandkids. The "letters" are from a Kellofaplan sticker book. The other stickers are from my shop, Indiana Inker Plans. The backpacks are no longer available. The planner I'm using is the Kellofaplan classic vertical seasonal planner.

Pink Floral Weekly Planner Spread

New Releases - Indiana Inker Plans - August 12

I had several new sticker sheet releases in my Etsy sticker shop, Indiana Inker Plans this week. Some were special requests and others are ones I needed, so I added them to the shop. Now that I have a computer that isn't giving me fits, I'm able to design a lot more. I also released 2 printable trackers this week as well. I'll have a separate post for those.

Closed for Holiday - Use for days you're off work due to a holiday or when your favorite store will be closed.

Clean Out - Donate To - stickers for reminders to clean out each room in your house along with your garage, attic and shed. Donate To - these are a little bigger stickers to put on labels to notate what organization that box or bag is to be donated to.

Volunteer, Mental Health Day, Apple Date Covers and Taco Tuesday stickers are all pretty self explanatory.

Washi Tape Planner Spread

I'm in a planner Facebook group and they gave a challenge for us to post Washi Tape spreads. Although this isn't "creative", I do like how it turned out. I used washi from Planything and box stickers from Mojo-Jojo Plans. This spread is done in my Kellofaplan Classic Vertical Seasonal Planner. The washi is part of a set of 6, but I only used 4 of them. I love the color palette in this spread. For the hearts, I put the washi on a piece of copy paper and used a small heart punch, I adhered them to the spread using a Zig Glue Pen. I really enjoyed creating this spread. Have you done an "all washi spread"?

I absolutely love this planner spread!! I used stickers from Amber Plans Her Day Rainbow Florals Volume 2. This is my back planner (memory planning without pictures). I put in this planner what actually happened throughout the week. I keep in my phone what is supposed to happen. The flowers and color palette are beautiful in this sticker book. It is sold out on her site, but if you have a chance to grab it on eBay or a BST group, don't pass it up!!

I had fun creating these new listings for my Etsy Sticker Shop, Indiana Inker Plans. They are currently live in the shop. In this video I share a close up look of all 3 sets.

Brush Stroke Date Covers are available in 10 colors and also available in clear and paper. The clear are overlays. You lay them over the month, days of the week and dates in your monthly or weekly spread to add a splash of color while the preprinted text shows through. You can use the paper option if you want to cover up what is preprinted in the layout. These are also punchable so you can punch them with the paper punch that goes with your planner system and put them in your planner or your sticker storage book.

Calendar Stickers - These are also punchable and available in clear and paper. These are sized to coordinate with the Brush Stroke Date Covers Collection above.

Memorial Day Floral Weekly Vertical Planner Spread

I wanted to do a Red, White and Blue spread in my Kellofaplan classic vertical planner for the week of Memorial Day. I decided to use florals and boxes from Live Love Posh Functionally Chic Red Blooms and Functionally Chic Blue Blooms sticker books. I use this planner for back planning (basically memory planning without pictures). At first I didn't like it when I was finished as it was too boxy and I had left the side bar blank. Once I added the quote and some washi, I liked it much better. Sometimes the littlest of things can make a big difference. Quotes are from Amber Plans Her Day Black Quotes Vol. 2

Creating Memory Books for My Grandkids Using Decorative Planning

One of my most meaningful projects right now is creating custom Memory Books for my grandkids. These keepsake albums are filled with memories, milestones, and personal touches using decorative planning techniques I've grown to love since I began in 2018.

Below are just a few pages from their memory books so far.

Looking back, I wish I had started these memory books when I first discovered decorative planning. It’s such a beautiful way to preserve life’s special moments. My oldest grandchild just graduated from high school last week, and I’m currently working on their graduation-themed pages. My plan is to complete each grandchild's high school graduation spread before gifting them their finished book.

I’m using a mix of stickers from my own Etsy shop, Indiana Inker Plans, along with some fun and functional stickers from other small businesses and brands. From graduation icons to decorative borders and journaling prompts, each page is filled with love, creativity, and personalization.

Whether you're new to memory keeping or a longtime planner enthusiast, I highly recommend starting a memory book project. It’s a thoughtful gift that your loved ones will treasure for years to come.

Planning Favorites: Happy Mail, Stickers & My Go-To Shops

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you already know—Happy Mail is my love language. 😊 Even though I run my own sticker shop, I still enjoy supporting other small businesses, especially when it comes to planning accessories.

Lately, I’ve been loving Planything’s functional sticker books and washi tape. The quality is great, and her designs really add that extra flair to my spreads. That said, I do wish her washi rolls came with numbered labels. It would make it easier to keep track of which ones I already own. Some of the color names can be a bit confusing—for instance, she lists one as “beige,” but it looks more like a seafoam green to me. I’ve accidentally ordered it more than once thinking I didn’t have it! Just a heads-up: she’s based in the Netherlands, so if you’re in the U.S., expect shipping to take around 2–3 weeks.

Another shop I’ve been turning to more and more is Kellofaplan. I don’t buy every single release, but my collection of her sticker books is definitely growing! This year, I’m using both her classic vertical seasonal planner and her budget planner, and I’m really enjoying them. On my latest order, I picked up two packs of neutral dividers and a seasonal notebook—both super versatile additions to my setup.

Back Planning in My Kellofaplan Vertical Planner: A Busy Week of Ballgames & Graduation

This week in my Kellofaplan classic vertical planner, I created a back planning spread to capture all the moments from a busy and eventful week. If you’re new to the concept, back planning is essentially memory planning—just without photos. I’ve been using this method for over six years, and it continues to be one of my favorite ways to reflect and stay organized.

Between multiple ballgames, a graduation, and everyday errands, my schedule was packed—but so fulfilling! I love using this planner style to document the highlights once the week wraps up. It gives me space to reflect and decorate without the pressure of pre-planning every detail.

Memory Planning This Week: Ballgames, Graduations & Family Moments

This week in my memory planner was all about family, fun, and celebration! With two ballgames and a graduation, it’s been a busy but heartwarming week. May and June are packed with sports for my grandkids, and this year I also have three graduations to celebrate—one from preschool, one from 6th grade, and one from high school. 💛

Even though it's a hectic season, I absolutely love it. I get to see my kids and grandkids more during these two months than probably the rest of the year combined. These are the moments I treasure most, and memory planning helps me preserve them in a creative and meaningful way.

Spring Pastel Floral Planner Spread Using Functionally Chic Yellow Blooms

If you’re searching for light, spring-inspired planner stickers, look no further! This week, I created a cheerful and refreshing planner spread using the Functionally Chic Yellow Blooms sticker book by Live Love Posh—and I absolutely adore the pastel yellow and blue floral combination. These soft colors bring a breath of fresh air to any weekly layout and are perfect for a spring planner theme.

To complement the florals, I added grid washi tape from Amazon for a clean, structured look. I also used box stickers from Mojo-Jojo Plans, which are perfect for organizing a busier schedule, and finished it off with quote stickers from Amber Plans Her Day to add a touch of inspiration.

This week was a little more packed than usual, so the layout turned out a bit “boxy,” but I’m really happy with how everything came together. Even with the structured design, the pastel florals keep it light, pretty, and perfect for spring planning.
