It holds ONE single letter or number – which I can make in Braille, or in simple dots. For example, the one shown in this photograph (which is for sale) could represent the number three, or, in Braille, the letter “L”.

These are custom pendants – please allow one week between order and ship date! You will need to be VERY specific when placing your order. I will need to know the following:

1) Chain length – 16” – 18” included in cost, anything longer will incur a slight fee increase.

2) Your chosen letter or number. Letters are always in Braille. Numbers up to six can be represented by dice layout, or in Braille. Numbers from 7-9 are in Braille. Please specify. If you’d like more than one number or letter, try the SMALL or LARGE custom pendant options.

All silver accents on this necklace, including secure lobster clasp and chain, are sterling silver. Everything else is copper! No copper actually touches your skin, however.

In keeping with the scrappy nature of these pendants, they’ve been oxidized with antiquing solution. This solution does not WEAR OFF – however, with time, the patina on the copper changes to a dull penny color – I rather like this, actually, as it makes the silver dots stand out more.

All faerwear is shipped in sustainably-created gift bag and is packaged for safety in shipment. In the US, faerwear is shipped USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. Pale as melted snow in the early Spring..two 1920s era antique glass prism drops, made in the old Czech Republic. To keep in stylistic time with the era, I’ve opted for length-hanging them from a pair of precious lovebirds in brass, and more watery blue glass at the top.
Almost 3” long from the curve of handformed brass earwires..the prisms alone are 7/8” x 3/4” x 5/16”.

So rich, so elegant, so glamorous. Three strands of garnet chips are strung with seamless sterling silver round beads on softflex beading wire and attached to a large oval shaped sterling silver lobster claw clasp. This necklace is the essence of what I imagine jazzYg to be. A little bit of this and a little bit of that.

The best part of making this style of necklace is just opening all my containers and laying out whatever strikes my fancy.

There are no rules to follow and no one to say those colors or beads don’t go together.

The centerpiece of this necklace is a large tagua nut cut in half. The color is red with some of the outer shell left on.

Very impressive! Very colorful!

Tagua nuts, panyas, buri beads, salwag chips, rudraksha beads,bahay seeds,job’s tears,carambolo seeds,rocky nut, and acai berry beads make up the rest of this necklace.

These are all from either the rainforest or Indonesia.

Also my ever present rudraksha bead for health and peace, carnelian longevity bead and a little brass bell to help ward off evil. All of which give this piece that little bit of Jazz

I drew this little guy onto shrink plastic with india ink and a quill pen and then coloured him in lightly with some watercolour.

He is strung on a 16’ silver-plated chain and lightly coated with varnish (to add protection but still maintain a matte finish.

These beautiful earrings embody casual elegance!
This pair of all-sterling silver earrings features breathtaking shades of turquoise blue. Two rich Swarovski crystals, wire wrapped on a sterling silver eyepin, hang below the sterling silver ear wire. Beneath is a lustrous, shimmery dichroic glass bead in a slightly lighter shade of turquoise. Under the dichroic glass is another Swarovski crystal in a light, translucent, green-blue shade. Cherub Feathers

Cherub Feathers is a very feminine and beautiful earring set. A gorgeous cut brass feather and delicately detailed swallow perfectly compliment the sparkling Swarovski crystals. Ear hook and wire is 14K gold filled. Cherub Feathers is such a lovely set in person. The design shimmers and sways adding a lot of movement and light! So Pretty! Approximately 1 1/2 inches long.

This bracelet was designed as part of a group challenge. I was part of a team of five designers. Each person was given the same exact components to work with. The idea was to see what people would come up with while working with the same materials. What’s interesting is that each one of us had created something so completely different. A true testament that there are a million and one ways to string a bracelet!

I do have to say that I love how this piece came out. It’s hard to say what came first. Inspiration from the materials or inspiration from the fall foliage. Maybe both were equal influences since I did create the bracelet after taking a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway (where we were married, btw). The colors up there were brilliant. Reds, oranges, yellows…gorgeous!

I handknotted Leaflet over wire using a mint green thread. All the beads are glass. The center bead is clear with little flecks of shades of blue, green and brown. The other beads are green, but kind of iridescent.
