Laboratorial diagnostics of anaerobic dysentery lambs.

E.M. Agayeva, S.H.Huseynova

Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. Az2000. Ganja Pr. Ataturk,262

The effectiveness of medical treatment of infectious illnesses of new born lambs with symptoms of acorn-bowels illness, especially anaerobic dysentery, which is one of more often met pathologies, depends on accurate and timely diagnosis. In this case laboratorial diagnostics may be necessary.

Laboratorial diagnosis of anaerobic dysentery in lambs is based on discovering the presence of toxins in bowels that damage the walls of the bowels and internal organs. [epizootic and clinic and anatomic pathology given excretory of clean plant and its type.]

For the research in the laboratory a fresh piece of bowel is sent in, in bandaged form which contains parenchymatic organs, mesentery lymphatic nodes, and bone in tube form.

In this work we have provided cultures and identified anaerobic micro- organisms from both environmental sources and internal organs of laboratory animals.

In the first stage we took cultures of mixed feces and soil from farms in the surrounding area. Samples were taken to a depth of 5cm (weight 1-2 gr).

Samples were ground and mixed in NaCI with following mixtures 1:10, 1:100, 1:1000, then 1:10000. The resulting solution was incubated in test tubes with Kitt-Tarossi boullion. One part was heated to 80°C for 20 minutes, the other was not heated. Both samples were incubated in anaerobic conditions at 37°C for 24 hours.

Resulting toxins were used to infect white mice in a standard neutralization reaction test. The reaction solutions were made with antitoxin whey Cl. perfringens A, B, C, D, E, F. Subsequent discovery in the bowels of the surviving mouse of B-type toxin Cl.perfringens gave an adequate basis for making microbiological diagnosis.

Smears were prepared from the parenchymatic organs and from the small intestines colored according to the Qramm method. Resulting analysis revealed many gramm-formed thick, short straws with hooked ends. Discovery of these bacteria confirmed our diagnosis.

For getting a clear culture, glucose-blood agar was made according Seyslery generally-accepted weights.

1.We can confirm the nature of the bacteria by noting the features of existing cells colored according to the Qramm method, 4-8 mkm in length, 0,1-1,5 mkm thick.

2.In glucose-blood agar bacterial columns in S and R forms were observed with two or one zone of strati, the first zone spontaneously touching the columns with a narrow contour, after it more bright zone, with a larger contour.

After contact with air, Cl.perfringens columns on glucose-blood aqar became greener.

3. After an incubating 4-6 hours, darkening of the surrounding Vilson-Blera area was seen.

4. When Cl.perfringens is introduced into milk it causes putrefaction in 4-6 hours; whey will precipitate, and milk solids to form a gassy curd,

5. A sample of liver placed in the Kitt-Tarossi bullion, also produced gas after 3-4 hours of isolation.

6. Cl.perfringens also caused fermentation in the following carbohydrates: glucoses, lactoses, maltoses, galaktoses, and sakharoses. During the fermentation process two gases were produced: mannita and dulcitta.

In order to differentiate between the characteristis of different types of Cl.perfringens, neutralization reaction tests and biological tests were used.

It was established that anti-toxin serum type A will only neutralize A-type bacteria; similarly B serum neutralizes B-type bacteria; C serum neutralizes C-type bacteria, etc. Therefore, since type A and B bacteria are always found together outside the laboratory, it is necessary in treating a diseased animal to inject both A and B serum together.

Identification procedures for Cl.perfringens types A and B were followed on white mice. It was found that injections of 0,1 ml of type A bacteria did not result in the death of the mice. However as little as 0,01 ml of type B resulted in death.

During the pathogenic process, blood was extracted from the dead mice and cultured in Kitt-Tarossi boullion for 24 hours. Then culture was mixed with a solution of 0,85%-m NaCI to produce bacterial mass 25-30 s. of optic standard turbidity. Suspension was injected into the muscle of white mice in doses of 0,5 ml per day for three days. In our experience the mice died 3 days after infection.

Biological tests carried out during this process produced positive identification of type B Cl.perfringens bacteria. We were also able to observe the general symptoms characteristic of this bacteria.

The final outcome of this research was that we were able to document the general symptomatic characteristics of type B Cl.perfringens bacteria; and we were able to isolate a clear culture of type B Cl.perfringens bacteria.

Being stuck getting traffic is always frustrating for webmasters, and never more so than when that traffic could, and should, be making your business money!

Leanne King has released a method of interpreting James Schramko’s phenomenol Traffic Grab marketing program into a lean, mean, marketing machine that anyone can use quickly to enhance their website sales.

Traffic Grab has been reviewed as being “phenomenol” but admittedly, most users find it to be too much information to benefit from immediately. Users spend hours, even days, watching the videos and learning the techniques Schramko has devised, and are often left confused and unsure of what to implement first.

The Traffic Grab Cheat Sheet will assist you with putting Schramko’s methods into use immediately and seeing profits just as quickly.

“The problem with Traffic Grab is that the course is so extensive that you can struggle working out where to begin and how to get going!” King said, although she added the course is comprehensive, detailed, and focuses on all the elements needed to increase traffic and by definition, sales, on your website.

King went through the entire course and honed it into a simple checklist which can be used and re-used for any marketing projects.

“I know marketers are busy and want to manage their time better,” she said. “That’s why I’m saving (you) the time and energy of creating a checklist by sharing with you my checklists.”
With her Traffic Grab Cheat Sheet, the marketer can work their way through the checklist and action steps and start driving traffic to their site. In addition, the checklist reveals the methods used and those still available to use, so there is no duplication in steps – time management at its most effective.

Schramko said, “This will be a handy implementation resource for anyone that has Traffic Grab.”

Right now, King is offering the Cheat Sheet for one low price and is including an exclusive Bonus MP3 interview and transcript with James Schamko discussing Traffic Grab strategies and more.

With a 30 day money-back guarantee, marketers will be revving their engines and peeling off to get traffic head on!

It’s not quite mid-year yet, but it is almost too late for some tax planning for this year.

Here’s a checklist to help make sure you are on track for your tax planning this year.

Point #1
Do you need to add an entity or change how an entity is taxed in your tax strategy?

Entities are one of the greatest tools to reduce taxes. Knowing the right time to add an entity and knowing the right entity to add can save as much as $10,000 per year in taxes. However, the entity needs to be in place in order for the tax savings to occur.

When I create a tax strategy with a client, it’s not uncommon for an entity to be created knowing that once it reaches a certain level of income, an election will be made to change how the entity is taxed. Missing this election or not making it at the ideal time can be a very costly tax mistake.

Now is the time to look at adding an entity or changing how one of your existing entities is taxed. Waiting any longer could minimize the tax savings for this year.

Point #2
Are your entities paying you the optimal amounts to minimize your taxes in your tax strategy?

Optimizing how you take money out of your entity is another effective way to reduce your taxes. The amount that is taken and how it is taken can have a huge impact on your taxes. It can also get the unwanted attention of the government.

Now is a good time of year to check in on how your entities are paying you because if changes need to be made, there is still time left in the year to make those changes without having to do one big adjustment at the end of the year.

Point #3
Is your documentation in place?

Documentation is a great way to successfully get through an audit. It is also a great way to increase your tax deductions because proper documentation leaves less room for deductions to get missed.

Documentation is best when it is kept current. An auditor can usually tell when someone has gone back and created their documentation after-the-fact.

Documentation includes keeping proper receipts, keeping mileage logs for your business vehicle and keeping hour logs if you claim real estate professional status.

Don’t get behind with your documentation – now is the time to get caught up.

Point #4
Have you been reimbursed for expenses you’ve paid personally?

Commingling business and personal funds is never a good idea. It can jeopardize the legal and tax status of your business.

To avoid commingling of funds, it’s best to pay business expenses with business funds and personal expenses with personal funds.

There is one exception to this and that is business expenses paid by you personally. It is a common business practice for a business to have policy in place to reimburse employees or owners for certain expenses. Common examples include lunch with a client or travel for business purposes.

If you have paid for any business expenses personally and have not been reimbursed, it’s time to submit that expense report and get paid. These expenses are easy to forget about and that means the tax deduction could get missed.

And, if your business doesn’t have a policy in place to reimburse you for these expenses, it’s time to get that in place too.

Point #5
Is your bookkeeping up-to-date?

Have you noticed that each of the above is impacted by your bookkeeping?

Bookkeeping is one of the most powerful tools in a tax strategy. Without up-to-date bookkeeping, it is impossible to determine if anything in your tax strategy needs to be adjusted in order to maximize tax savings.

If you are behind in your bookkeeping, now is the time to get caught up.

Press Release April 3rd 2011

First Time Car Insurance is a brand new website that helps the first time buyer choose the correct insurance policy for their individual needs. The site covers all the facts and questions that new customers have, giving them a one stop place full of relevant information. One of the biggest problems facing new, usually young drivers is that a lot of the insurance companies will believe that they don’t have a full understanding of the roads and don’t possess the experience to be good drivers and so you will usually find that they will hike up their prices to cover themselves. Of course this is by no means fair but it is common.

A lot of new drivers also find that they cant even get a quote from companies as the car they wish to insure is considered too much of a risk to the insurer. Many young people may find themselves with their dream car on the drive but with nobody willing to insure it they cant drive it. Getting good advice on the insurance is a must before purchasing a car or it could end up too expensive to run.

Another thing to consider when purchasing First Time Car Insurance is your driving record. How was your driving up to now? If you have been accident free and have no record at all then insurance can be a whole lot cheaper than if you have been caught speeding or been involved in an accident. With so many factors to consider its no wonder many first time insurers get a little lost and confused and that’s where http://www.firsttimecarinsuranceprices.com/ are here to help. They will help you get an insight to how the whole process works and guide you in the right direction. Definitely a great place to answer many of those little questions and maybe find out some stuff you didn’t know along the way.

A tremendous way to use leverage in a wealth strategy is with reporting.

As I’ve shared before, reporting is often underutilized in a wealth strategy because it is perceived as too complicated or too confusing.

The Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement (also referred to as the Income Statement), are basic reports included in every accounting software.

These reports are necessary when it comes to tax planning and tax returns, but they aren’t very helpful when it comes to analyzing your business and investments.

The challenge many business owners and investors have is, they don’t have proper reporting in place yet so these basic reports are their only option.

If this is the situation you are in, here is how you can get better information from these basic reports: Make comparisons and understand the trends

Make the Comparison
Here’s an example.

Let’s say a Profit & Loss Statement for the year shows net income of $500,000.

Is this good or bad?

On its own, it’s not very helpful. But comparing it to other information can make it more helpful.

For example, if the Profit & Loss Statement from the prior year shows net income of $100,000, then $500,000 looks really good.

If, however, the Profit & Loss Statement from the prior year shows income of $1 million, then $500,000 no longer looks as good.

Net income is a good number to compare at a quick glance, but it is just a starting point. From there, you should drill down into the specific income and expense items that make up net income.

This helps identify if any particular items of income and expense are contributing more or less to the net income difference.

For example, has gross income changed or have expenses changed or is it a combination of both? What type of income has changed? What specific expenses have changed?

In our example of going from $100,000 of income to $500,000, the comparison will tell us that gross income increased – but what type of income was it? Was it a one-time thing – like the sale of an asset – or was it income from a specific product or service? If it was from a specific product or service, which one was it and what is driving the increase? Knowing what is driving the increase is great information to have to apply in your wealth strategy.

When I’m reviewing the reporting for my business and investments, I never look at a Profit & Loss Statement without comparing it to the prior year (or prior month or prior quarter).

Understand the Trends
In addition to making the comparisons, you can also study the trends to get helpful information for your wealth strategy from these basic reports.

There are many different trends that can be studied from the basic reports included in most accounting software.

While the default Profit & Loss Statement is typically set to provide the year-to-date net income, there is usually a standard option to modify the report to give you more information.

One of the standard modification options usually includes an option to show the results by month. This means that in addition to seeing the total net income for the year, you also see each month and how it contributes to the total for the year.

This option is a simple one, but can provide some great information for your wealth strategy.

For example, does income stay steady each month or does it spike in certain months? Do these trends hold true in prior years? What trends do you see and do you understand them?

This type of month-to-month comparison can also help identify when expenses start to creep up. It’s easy to get complacent with spending which can result in more expenses and less net income. However, sometimes the increase is so gradual, it may go unnoticed if not for reviewing the reports in this manner.

Other standard modifications include showing the results by customer, by product, or by property. Each of these variations can help identify different trends.

Start Your Reporting Now
If your reporting is not in place yet, modifying the standard basic reports included in your accounting software is a good place to start.

When you combine the comparisons with the trends, there is a lot of information you can get from these basic reports.

This may sound like a lot of work but it can actually be quite simple. Most accounting software allow for these modifications as a standard option. Using these standard modifications can make generating the reports very easy.

Once you have the reports, review them to identify and understand why the numbers changed and use that information in your wealth strategy.
Recent weeks saw the demand for precious metals soar to new heights, offering an attractive alternative to the ever-weakening U.S dollar and rocketing inflation. However, Thursday saw stocks plummet resulting from a large sell-off of commodities, particularly silver.

While the sell-off displayed signs of slowing throughout Friday’s trading, values never recovered from the losses suffered throughout the rest of the week. Silver values for July delivery fell 8% or $3.158 on Thursday to $36.23 on New York’s Comex, following a previous tumble of 9/6% to $35.60 per ounce, which marked its lowest since March 21st. Friday saw silver prices fall a further 95 cents per ounce, resting at $35.29, 27% down in total for the week. The sell-off of silver was attributed largely to increasing trading deposit requirements by CME group, owners of the Comex.

Gold values for June delivery also saw a fall on the Comex on Thursday by 2% or $29.60, coming to rest at $1,485.70 per ounce following a drop of 2.7% over the previous two days’ trading. Previously, the metal had experienced a gain of 30% over the last year, reaching record highs of $1,57.40 on May 2nd amid huge demand from both banks and private investors.

Apple have released the latest software update for the iPhone by way of operating system iOS 4.3.3, following suit from a spate of upgrades which seem to have come along in a rather staggeringly short period of time. After a winter which passed without a single iOS update, Apple seems to have adopted a far more aggressive approach to bettering their already world-leading platform. Unfortunately, the new approach does little to substantiate theories regarding a summer iPhone 5 release date.

However, solace can be taken in the fact that Apple are showing a level of enthusiasm and determination regarding the bettering of their products in a way previously unseen, perhaps in response to the ever-increasing interest in Google’s Android platform, along with a number of other key players who continue to expand their horizons. Of course, the main question on the minds of most still rests with what we d or don’t know about the elusive iPhone 5.

In short, the appearance of the white iPhone 4 last month has all but confirmed that an imminent iPhone 5 launch is all but an impossibility. Apple have never in their history released two such products within close proximity and the likelihood of them doing so now is minimal at best. True, they may have stepped away from their tradition of summer launches, but it now seems save to hedge bets with a fall launch at the earliest.

The good news, however, comes by the fact that releasing a rather stunning white iPhone 4 just a few months (potentially) from the release of the iPhone 5 displays a level of confidence in their new product which should reassure and patient follower. New Apple products are always designed in a way which simply kills off previous models, therefore if the same proves to be true for the iPhone 5, it will certainly be worth the wait.

Baby names with religious roots have surpassed all others to take the title for most popular, according to the most recent list released last week by the Social Security Administration. Isabella and Jake took the top spots for baby names in 2010, while Elvis appears to have left the building once and for all, so to speak.

It is far from a new concept for people to turn to the Bible or popular culture in general in order to offer a little inspiration with regard to their newborn, with many names remaining popular for centuries or being afforded slight updates along the way. For example, the name ‘Nevaeh’ which is in fact ‘Heaven’ spelled backward, first appeared in the top 1,000 list back in 2001 and has grown in popularity consistently since then.

Biblical names were especially common for boys, with such examples as Ethan, Jacob, Jaden William, Alexander, Noah, Anthony and Aiden all making it into the top ten. In the case of girls however, biblical names such as Ruth, Esther and Mary failed to surpass the 100 mark. Instead, a number of names highly popular during the mid-1900s, such as Isabella, Chloe and Eva, have made a welcome reappearance after all but disappearing. Such is thought to be the result of a new generation of female children being named after their grandmothers.

Generally speaking, most of those opting for such names do not specifically do so because of their religious origins, but instead because of the particular meaning the name carries, such as Isaac which means ‘laughter’.

American citizens are being reminded to consider and evaluate their own health insurance requirements, with the month of May being the country’s official Disability Insurance Awareness Month. The importance of long-term disability insurance policies is once again being stressed in order to ensure needs are met should a worker be unable to return to their job as a result of serious injury or disability. The nation’s leading Social Security disability representative group, Allsup, is also reminding citizens that they may qualify for Social Security Disability Insurance.

While serious injury or the diagnosis of a long-term debilitative condition can indeed signal the end of a person’s working life, it by not signals the end of their decision-making process in regard to healthcare and means of income. As such, SSDI benefits are of key importance to huge numbers of people. Such is backed up by the rather alarming statistic that up to three in every ten workers will experience a degree of disability before retirement. As such, it is essential that all workers are covered in case of such an eventuality.

The SSDI program is a federal disability scheme funded by payroll-tax and managed by the Social Security Administration (SSA). The program has been developed to provide income support t those unable to work due to a disability which prevents them from working for a year or longer, or has a terminal condition. Monthly benefits paid continue indefinitely, unless the condition individual in question improves enough that they may return to work.

Furthermore, many citizens may indeed be eligible for such additional care, having opted for the cover without knowing it, therefore huge numbers of the population have the potential to benefit greatly from investigating exactly where they stand.
