If bangalore shutting down by 10p.m was not enough, we now hav e our highways closing shop much early now.

So just tonight I was returning back to Bengaluru after a funeral. I left late to miss the trafic on mysore road..

I wad in for a rude shock to find out my regular pit-stop Mc-D was closed. This place was a real convinient mid way bathroom (snack n drink for me) break for my older co-travellers.

The nxt shocker was to find d 24x7 CCD closed (KFC had a little chicken left though)

POINT is this, this will get much worse over time, a break after a few hours of driving is necessary (my last night sleep was 3hrs).

Now the rel question is this ?? Which laws apply to Barista ??

I'm not that old yet, will be soon one shy of the dreaded number ...

This is not my rant (but an excuse to) for turning older but a reply to my best friend about, ahem ... you know what

Just hold on, It's not so bad

I'm 29 (will be, but dear why do you have to push that number than what it really is and get me even more scared of mine). See the second line (no use da, how much ever I try to hide that kid, he just shows up). and some correction Tom & Jerry is really big big on content, logic creativity and one needs to grow up more to get the beauty of it (Rx: Watch all the shows every year to get a new perspective and if possible add Calvin & Hobbes to your daily must reads if they aren't already there)

Reaching 30 I've realised my fear of making a wrong decision and a even greater fear of reaching 60 (which my parents have) of letting your loved one making a mistake or even letting them do. I've learnt to own up (that small detour actually wasted more fuel and time than it should have saved) and to grow younger (and showing off my ability to better than the guys from the 50's). Dear friend, be bold, be ready to fail, and win - Take charge its your turn to be the head of the family and we know you will be a better one over a period of time.

Reaching 30, I have spent my days, and there's no looking back . I see others and say "My numbers are not so great as their's", and hear them say "go the secure way" and a few say "wow" (ah! if they only knew). Its not just me, its my dreams at stake here and I need someone say "I'm with you". It's not just me any-more . Just me was fine, but being responsible & accountable to others is a lot more scary.

Reaching 30 and faced with the prospect of multiple responsibilities, we are big, we are good, we are able, lets just take what comes our way. Its time to priorities and leave behind unwanted burdens. (Dear Friend, you may not have been to an Australia or a Germany but being here you are sending (paying for) your loved ones to go see places. You are way ahead as a Human in in this world of competition)

Reaching 30, and looking at someone's profile go from Committed >> Engaged >> Married and missing them for their lack of time, the only solace I find is when their kid's call up to say "Hi, Drop by home" and I finally get to see my friends after their marriage. The Kids ever so happy to see you and give you a Hug and they are done, only to go play with their sibling (and yes and now I get to talk to my friends at the kitchen). Dear Friend, wait till you see the little ones do sweet things to see happy friends around their parents.

Reaching 30, I just say even I'm irritated by it and on top of it I have to even end up hearing planning on by when to have kids (you'll be 50 someday, make sure your kids are in college by then) ... Guys let me at-least scratch out that single status ... forget the major major scares.

Reaching 30, The Basement now houses a mini gym - yet its still hard to hit it often. A decent workout increases my appetite for some good food - in turn a responsibility to help out in the kitchen later. and am left drained out without proper Khana ... man its a mess and a small pot belly is a small compromise which is written off as a sigh of prosperity.

Reaching 30, My DSLR lives in my car, rarely gets used. My guitar faces a similar fate. I just need a buddy who can join me and share my interest in all the little things I do, My friends are who kept my hobbies going. I am badly in need of one (Dear Friend, make some time and join me - we can make new friends and join some for the fun we used to have. Yes! Coding is just one small part of life and its a new hobby of mine now.

Reaching 30, I have just thankful to have a friend like you, for bearing with me from the time I was almost 27, it's a tough time I know, but regardless of what changes or stays - its well worth a journey to make. There is Hope in you and the best thing you can ever have any anything anybody can give. and true like you said "With a good Attitude towards Life, Age is just a Number" !!!

First let's remove "Burden, Fault, Praise, Blame, Credit, Shame or Guilt, good or bad" all the feelings, significance and all the things which reduces our natural power/freedom when we hear this word.
Now want can responsibility be : "a willingness so stand as a cause in the matter", cause in the matter of anything and everything

Ok, this definitely would have made sense to a section of my friends and rest of you ... could be wither doing a Hmmm!!! or be totally lost.

Now have a look at this

When Manmohan Singh opened up the economy, little did he know the ramifications of it. Yes, we have great plasma TVs, IT jobs and foreign cheerleaders in our tournaments and calendars. But it has brought in some side effects as well. As I browse through my Facebook feed through various tinted photographs of poor people and a crow eating from a bowl of rice, it only compounds my irritation.

Apparently anyone can now own a DSLR without knowing what it expands to. The moment you get one, you update your Facebook status with technical specifications of your camera that serves as a harbinger to us. Then you have two passive Facebook users(Their role in online social life ends with the like button) to like it. I think they are like assassins. You can hire them and get them to like stuff on a temporary basis. An innocent girl falls for the bait and comments “Wow”. A hound of wolves go and like her comment, which tallies to a higher rational number than the likes for your original post, thereby embarrassing you. I mean, why this hoopla? Aren’t bloggers like me shamelessly publicizing blogposts on Facebook enough for humanity?

When you get your DSLR, do you start looking at everything as a prospective photograph. Poor people are now the target of your black and white pics. Suddenly old senile men clad in loin cloth are of value to you. A wrecked car becomes an object of art. I mean, how suddenly?

You categorize stuff into different senseless albums. Stray dogs come under the category of wildlife. Why man, why?Do they live in the forest? Are they endangered? I really don’t think so. They chase me all around Velacherry, as I ride my bike with my legs near the handle bar out of fear, when I return home after 11 pm. Your cycle bell is shot in high resolution and uploaded into “random pics”.”Random pics”, the worst ever name, not just for for an album. If you hate your child, you should name him “random pics”.

Doors, windows, bullet enfields and light switches go under the category of classic pictures. Who certified it as classic dear? The Academy awards jury?Sigh, self-proclamation. And yes, find new names. “What I see”, “Brilliant shots from my eye” and “Shots through my lens” are trite names for an album. Just like fatuous names like “Virtualjunk” for a blog.

You know what I dread the most? When you go for a photowalk. Apparently it is exactly like your normal walk, expect for the fact that you annoy other people with your camera during your walk, thereby intruding their privacy. You shoot pictures of mango sellers, beach, shops, and everything you find. Then you post process it and make it look pretentious. And then you put your logo and copyright. Yeah, because P.C.Sreeram is looking to sneak away your photos and plagiarize it in his next movie. Some of you even put “Rights reserved” at the footer of the image. I wonder what rights you have reserved for yourself. I will plagiarize it and see how you effectively sue me in Mumbai high court. It is tiring to see “Ram photography” , “Shyam photography” or “Soorpanaka photography” as image footers.

You don’t stop with that, do you? You have to bestow your photography tips on us. When we common men click photos with our “point and shoot” cameras, you go all over our pictures and say “This should have been shot in Macro mode” , “That should have been shot at this exposure”. Ok, I know you understand the nuances of photography. However all I want is just to click a button and get a picture. From now on, your shooting tips will be met with shooting, from a gun.

P.S: Not intended to be derisive.Just an ironical perspective on photographer idiosyncrasies. No need to outrage.

This is a project i have taken up as a part of my SELP Program (where I am a Coach)
There are hundreds of projects which the Participants, their Coaches (like me) and even the Program Leader take up. The Little timer which shows the time at a signal for the lights to go green is a result of one such project.

The Objective of my Project is to

Take Open Software to EVERYONE
Most Open/Free is available for ZERO COST, the greater objective is to get/take a complete SUITE of Applications available in one place
We have something already available OPEN DISK (Ready Made)
This contains A Complete Suite of applications from Browsers, Media Players, Chat, Office Suite, Audio Editor, Games, etc. (almost an application for your every need).
Some Like TurboCash (an alternative or something comparable to tally) might be missing.
But I/We are here to put in the missing bits :-)
NOW Imagine
Regular People - Just getting their work done (For FREE)
Nerds (n WannaBE Nerds) - Can make a wonderful start to their careers looking into the code we normal wouldn't have wouldn't have no clue of.
Non-Geeks can even translate to have the interface available in local languages for EXAMPLE
The possibilities are endless . . .
