We have all seen the devastation caused by the flood disaster throughout QLD and especially close to home in South East Queensland. Everyone seems to be trying to do what they can to help those affected. The most important thing all affected require will be cash. The Premier's Flood Appeal is now up over 103 milllion dollars, but obviously more is required.

Infinity Surfers Paradise has made a substantial donation to date and continue to raise money through donations at the attraction and through the Black Hole Wishing Well. We also will be providing admission tickets to special causes throughout the region to help those affected by this disaster to help rebuild their lives with a bit of fun.

We had a great afternoon celebrating our birthday this year out the front of Infinity Attraction in the Chevron Renaissance Centre, Surfers Paradise. They say that any excuse for cake is a good excuse and it was well worth it! Our awesome INFINITY CREW and customers enjoyed a nice slice of chocolate sponge for their afternoon tea.

I would like to take this opportunity to send out a big thank you to our wonderful team at Infinity. We have an exceptional INFINITY CREW and appreciate their continued hard work and wonderful personalities every day.

After a couple years of Infinity attraction advertising in this award winning magazine we thought we should relay some of the impressive facts about the publication.

Hello Gold Coast is an informative and resourceful guide for tourists and locals alike. A one stop reference point for all your holiday needs. It is also very helpful to travel agents.

It is distributed to 100's of Hi Rise apartments, International hotels, Motels, Resorts, Major Shopping precincts and Tour desks. Other locations include Australia Zoo tour desk, major advertisers, video stores, rental car outlets, restaurants, timeshare counters, bus depots and information centres. The publication is displayed at all six tourism information centres from Harbourtown to Kingscliff.

It has secured exclusive distribution rights with exposure in 345 taxis on the Gold Coast. Both Gold Coast and Brisbane domestic and International airports also have the magazine displayed.

It is mail dropped to local residents. A new feature of the magazine from August is Guest TV. This is where it it promoted in-house on the televisions of major Gold Coast hotels. Maps covering the Gold Coast from Coomera to Murwillumbah can also be very handy for your daily trip planning.

Here's a news flash: Not everyone wants traditional wedding ceremony photos in a church, garden or beach. Like the BRIDE and GROOM in this photo they wanted something just that little bit different and unique that they will remember and laugh about together forever!

The newly married Mr & Mrs Gentry of Perth, Western Australia were married at the Q1, Surfers Paradise on the 16th June 2010 then popped down to INFINITY Attraction for a little Gold Coast FUN with their bridal party before going back to enjoy there reception.

We hope to see more wedding parties visit INFINITY Attraction on their special day!

The month of July has seen a steady influx of Middle Eastern tourists to our shores. Once again, Infinity has been a popular destination for their fun and entertainment whilst they are here on the Gold Coast. They love Infinity! We have seen all nationalities from Oman, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Last year saw a sharp decline in the inbound travel from the Middle East due to the Swine Flu. This year Ramadan starts a little earlier, on August 10th, so most of this profitable market will be heading home.
