PURCHASING OFFICER - BOM

Main Purpose of this position is to support Purchasing Department such as:
- Purchasing of parts/components
- Consult with Asia Purchasing Manager for all requirement / price of electronic components
- Supplier sourcing
- Reviewing, analyzing and recording all quotation from supplier
- Working together with related department to get the correct parts/component
- Reviewing product structure together with project manager and quality department
- Liaise with vendors to negotiate price, payment term, delivery time, supply chain and maintain good relationship
- Analyze and evaluate the market price of goods to determine the price to be offered to vendors
- Coordinate with other department (PPC, QA) in determining the quality and amount needed; Follow up, monitor and update status all components / parts of project transfer.

Requirements:
- Male only, age max. 33 yo
- Diploma III / Bachelor Degree from Electro Engineering
- Min 3 years in the similar field of work (preferably in Manufacturing industry) for electronics component
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) is a MUST
- Strong in Negotiation skill and Good communication
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and previous experience in using Mfg Pro is preferred
- Able to work under-pressured
- Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi
