Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The mission of Maintenance Supervisor is to efficiently implemented and manage the maintenance and to facilitate continuous improvement in the utilisation of site assets.

REQUIREMENTS :
· Diploma of Mechanical Engineering, degree mechanical trade qualification and at least 3 years relevant experience.
· A track record of accepting responsibility for outcomes.
· Experience with safety and quality management systems.
· Computer literate
· Good communication skills
· Ability to plan, manage and control resources.
· Ability to work within a Multi Cultural environment
· Positive attitude
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Willingness to take and accept responsibility

DESIRABLE :
* Familiar with preventive Maintenance System will be advantage
