Pop singer Justin Bieber was arrested early Thursday morning in Miami Florida for DUI, drag racing in a Lamborghini, being under the influence of drugs, driving on an expired driver’s license, and resisting arrest.

After spending the night in jail Bieber appeared before a judge on Thursday morning to answer to the charges and then posted a bond of $2,500.

He will be required to return to court to answer to the charges at a later date.

Reports say Bieber told police he had beer, marijuana and prescription drugs in his system but was not charged with underage drinking at the time. Further charges may be added as the investigation proceeds.

Cops say Bieber failed a field sobriety test and was incoherent during his arrest.

He had his hands in his pockets the entire time and resisted arrest without violence after police discovered he was driving with a Georgia license that expired six months ago.

Police also say Bieber was cursing and was very confrontational during his arrest.

Reports say that Bieber had just left the “SET” Nightclub on Lincoln Road and was drag racing with his rap singer friend Khalil Amir Sharieff who was also charged with DUI and drag racing.

Bieber’s bail was set at $2,500 - $1,000 for resisting arrest, $1,000 k for the DUI, and $500 for driving on an expired license.

Bieber's legal problems are starting to mount and some insiders say they have been trying to get Justin to sell his Calabasas mansion and check into rehab to kick his drug habit but the singer has refused.

Shortly after Bieber's release from jail the Canadian radio station HOT 89.9 broadcast that they would no longer play any of Bieber's music until he went to rehab to address his drug problems.

UPDATE: The L.A. Times is reporting that Austin is being treated for a blood clot and extreme inflammation in his throat.
Mahone is also suffering from severe dehydration and exhaustion.

Teen sensation and “What About Love” singer Austin Mahone had some bad news for his fans today.

It seems Austin has taken ill and was rushed to a Miami hospital Thursday morning and by late afternoon had announced he was cancelling his upcoming MTV Artists to Watch Headline Tour scheduled to start today.

Mahone had tweeted earlier in the week that he was not feeling well saying,

“Mahomies I’m so so so sorry but I have to reschedule the shows tomorrow in Miami and in Orlando. I can’t believe this is happening it’s my first tour I’m so upset. I feel like I’m letting you all down. Its Doctor’s orders I have a bad flu 103 fever and I can’t move. If I could go I would”

Mahone originally postponed just two shows but after being admitted to the hospital the entire tour was cancelled. He also posted the following hospital photos on his Instagram account.

Mahone's mom Michele took over his twitter account later in the day to say,

Hey Mahomies its @michelemahone Austin is very ill. Unfortunately we are going to have to postpone the entire MTV Artist to Watch Tour

Austin’s fans immediately took to twitter and trended #PrayForAustin and sent their get well wishes to the singer.

By Thursday night Austin Mahone's official website had released a statement confirming the tour had been cancelled.

For a kid who usually has more energy than 10 kids his age we have to admit he looks pretty bad in that hospital room!

Paris Jackson, 15, attempted suicide Wednesday morning

Paris Jackson, the 15-year-old daughter of pop legend Michael Jackson, was rushed to a California hospital early Wednesday morning after an attempting suicide.

Debbie Rowe, Paris’s real biological mother, told reporters that Paris was still in the hospital and had “a lot going on.”

Reports say that Paris used a meat cleaver to cut her wrist and took a large number of Motrin pills after leaving a suicide note at her Calabasas home early Wednesday morning.

Some news organizations are reporting that Paris became enraged after being told she could not attend a Marilyn Manson concert where she then stormed off to her room, slammed the door, and attempted to kill herself.

Paris had also been tweeting troubling tweets that evening that may indicate she was becoming unstable.

The celebrity news site TMZ is also reporting that Paris has tried to commit suicide on at least one occasion in the past.

In fact, old photos of Paris show scars on her wrist from apparent previous “cutting” attempts.

Paris Jackson was scheduled to testify later this month in her father’s wrongful death case against promoter AEG who she has told close friends she believes killed her father Michael Jackson.

It is unknown if she will still take the stand and testify after this event.

Keyshawn Johns confronts Justin Bieber about bad driving

We just might have to move up our predictions in the Justin Bieber Death Watch Poll as it seems the pop singer is hell bent on either killing himself, somebody else, or being thrown in jail.

Reports are surfacing that police were called to Bieber’s Calabasas mansion about 8:00 p.m. Sunday night when two separate people called the cops to report that the tattooed pop star was racing through the neighborhood in his Ferrari at “Startling high rates of speed…”

But before police could respond, Bieber was chased down by ex-NFL player Keyshawn Johnson who was almost ran off the road by the singer while driving home in his Prius with his child in the car.

When Keyshawn got to Bieber’s house he blocked the driveway and attempted to talk to the singer but Bieber ran inside, locked the doors, and refused to speak with Johnson.

Reports say that when police arrived on the scene that Bieber refused to talk to them as well so an investigation has been opened in regards to the matter.

An L.A. County Sheriff spokesman told reporters,

"Reports are that Bieber was driving at a startling high rate of speed and witnesses say at least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving.”

Oh yea, the two neighbors who called the cops are telling the media that they can positively ID Justin Bieber as the driver, and both say he looked stoned and out of it…

Bieber is already being investigated for a reckless driving incident from last month where he allegedly threatened a neighbor with death, spit on him, and told him to get off his property after being confronted about his reckless driving habits.

We really hate to say this… and we’re a big Bieber supporter… but maybe the best thing at this point is for Justin to get arrested, go to court, and spend a little time in jail with about 80 hours of community service so he learns that there are consequences to his actions… even when he doesn’t think there should be.

After all, if he’s not careful people are going to start calling him the next Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Bynes.

Well, being the world's most popular singer seems to come with a price.

Justin Bieber was attacked on stage during his concert in Dubai on May 5, 2013 by a crazed fan.

It appears the fan jumped on to the stage and tried to grab Justin before security rushed him and drug him off the stage.

Bieber also went down in the fuss and his piano was knocked over in the process.

Toward the end of the video you can see security team dragging the fan by his arms off stage.

One interesting note about this incident…. Once Justin was on the ground and after the piano was knocked over the music and vocals continued as nothing had happened.

This means that Justin uses a backing track and lip syncs during his concerts…

Pop star Justin Bieber is continuing his obsession with tattoos and has just been spotted with THREE new tats on his left arm and wrist.

This makes a grand total of 14 tattoos in all…

Bieber is currently on the European leg of his tour and just left Norway where he met up with on again / off again girlfriend Selena Gomez.

And if Bieber’s current media problems weren’t bad enough, his tour bus was reportedly searched by cops in Stockholm Sweden after police smelled pot coming from the bus.

When cops searched the tour bus they found bag of pot on the floor and a Taser - but since nobody was on the bus at the time there were no arrests.

Okay, back to Bieber’s new tattoos…

Bieber’s three new tattoos are a tiger head, a koi fish that represents good luck, and an angel tattoo on his left wrist.

Now, the interesting thing about the angel tattoo is the striking resemblance to Selena Gomez.

In fact, the face of the angel looks just like Selena’s face used for an Elle photo shot last year.

Selena said she is single and very happy and Letterman told a story about making Justin Bieber cry to which Selena replied, “That makes two of us…”

One Direction band mate Harry Styles has added his biggest new tattoo to date – a butterfly!

Harry’s butterfly tattoo runs across the 19-year-old’s stomach and so far has not been seen in public by his fans.

In fact, the only way anybody has seen it was because the tattoo artist himself posted a photo to his Flickr account immediately after his work was done.

Experts say Harry’s new tattoo is what is called an Atlas moth witch is actually a Zebra Swallowtail butterfly.

Harry already has about 30 tattoos including swallows, his sister's name written in Hebrew, cities his band has performed in, crucifixes and 17Black, James Bond's lucky gambling number, a ship, the words “Might as well”, and various stars and other odd shapes and figures.

Looks like Justin Bieber has a long way to go if he’s going to catch up with Harry Styles!

Harry is not the only One Direction member with tattoos but does seem to be the one getting the most.

Justin Bieber is having a bad week to say the least.

First, he was ridiculed by the London Press for being a troublemaker, and then caused a scene at a London club when one of his underage friends was not allowed into his 19th birthday party.

Then, Bieber passed out at his show last night and after finishing the last four songs was rushed to an area hospital where he was treated and released.

And after being released from the hospital, Bieber had a confrontation at his hotel with a photographer where the nasty words flew just like it was a Chris Brown movie!

Bieber was running to his van when a photographer bumped into him and started yelling assault - and some other pretty nasty things at Justin.

The paparazzi told Bieber to “Go back to America”, amoung other things, when Justin jumped from the van yelling, “I’ll beat the f**k out of you…”

And back in the United States one of Bieber’s friends, Lil Twist, wreck his chromed out Karma Fisker car and then fled the scene…

All in a day in the life of Justin Bieber!

Pop singer Justin Bieber turned 19-years-old today and is now the proud owner of the first ever “Bieber Bat Bike" Motorcycle.

The Bat Bike motorcycle was a gift from Justin’s dad Jeremy and his siblings Jaxo and Jazzy.

All I have to say is I wish MY dad would have got me a bike like that for my Birthday.

Lady Gaga Cancels Remaining Concert Tour - Scheduled For Hip Surgery

Lady Gaga Cancels Remaining Born This Way Ball Tour

Lady Gaga fans around the world were wishing their idol best wishes today when it was announced that the singer was cancelling the remainder of her Born This Way Ball Concert tour.

Gaga is cancelling the rest of her tour due to severe joint inflammation in her hip that has gone untreated for months.

Gaga will now require surgery to repair her torn hip.

The tour company managing her tour released a statement saying,

"Live Nation Global Touring has confirmed that the remainder of the Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball performances have been cancelled.

After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal."

Gaga’s “Born This Way Ball” tour has been massive with almost 100 shows lined up back to back around the world.

Her last show was Monday night in Montreal and the remaining 21 shows will be cancelled and rescheduled.

Two of those performances were sold out shows at the famed New York’s Madison Square Gardens.

Lady Gaga took to her twitter to explain,

"I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself," she wrote. "It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and I'm sorry."

We hope things progress well for Ms. Gaga and hope she is back on her feet soon and able to reschedule her shows as quickly as possible.

Pop singer Justin Bieber tried out his comedy skills on Saturday Night Live last night (2/9/13).

Bieber was not only the musical guest but also participated in several of the skits including “The Californians", The Miley Cyrus Show, and a funny Valentine's Day sketch.

Bieber’s opening monolog was pretty funny. It showed him looking for his next girlfriend in the audience while handing out roses and facts about February’s Black History Month… kind of.

Bieber’s part in the “Californian’s” was pretty funny and had him dressed in a blonde wig and acting like a teenage runaway avoiding his parents and the police.

It was cute watching Justin trying to speak in a California accent… and he did alright.

Bieber also appeared in the “Miley Cyrus Show” skit where he acknowledged that he looks like a lesbian, still has his baby teeth, and apologized for smoking pot!

There was no mention of his breakup with Selena Gomez, the paparazzi death near his Ferrari, or all the times he’s been pulled over by cops - but it was still funny.

Bieber also did a sketch where he tried to give a a sexy Valentine’s Day message but unfortunately, there was a creepy character called “Taco” who kept screwing everything up for him.

In one part, Bieber pulled his pants open and took a picture of his penis with his phone and emailed it to Hillary Clinton… Awkward...

But the funniest sketch of the night had Justin playing a very grown up college boy who was meeting his girlfriend’s parents for the first time when her older brother ruins everything.

The older brother, played by Taran Killam, actually got Bieber to break into laughter during the bit!

The problem starts when Bieber’s character mispronounces a word and says “Glice” instead of "Nice".

Killam stole the scene and got to grab, touch, feel, and rub faces with the Bieb’s in a way that at times seemed a bit awkward. Not that there’s anything wrong with that…

The musical performances included “As Long as You Love Me” and his breakup song “Nothing Like Us”.

Both were alright, but Bieber seemed to not have the power in his voice and it seemed a bit raspy at times, but overall it was a good introduction to his new acoustic album.

NBC has announced that pop sensation Justin Bieber will be the host and musical guest on their comedy sketch show “Saturday Night Live” set to air on February 7, 2013.

Insiders say that producer Lorne Michaels and Bieber have already talked at length about the show, and Bieber has said “nothing is off limits” including Justin’s recent run in with paparazzi and his pot smoking scandal.

A couple years ago he was the musical guest on an episode hosted by “30 Rock” creator and SNL alum Tina Fey.

Lorne Michaels was so impressed with Bieber’s abilities that he was added to a couple of the skits during his first show – and they were hilarious.

Last year Bieber stopped by for a couple cameos including the celebration video for the shows "100th Digital Short" with Andy Samberg and crew.

The most talked about was a sketch with Tina Fey called "Teacher" about a teacher-student relationship that goes too far...

Bieber has recently come under public scrutiny for the large numbers of tattoos he has inked this last year as well as frequent clashes with police and paparazzi.

Pop singer Justin Bieber scored a new tattoo last week to help celebrate his New Year!

We’ve almost lost count but we think this new tattoo is number eight.

Bieber is now sporting a new Indian Head tattoo on his back left shoulder blade and word is he got the ink on January 2nd – right after returning from Mexico post breakup with Selena, two days after a photographer was killed trying to get pictures of his Ferrari, and the day after he was photographed smoking weed in a hotel room with Lil Twist.

Bieber's new Indian Head tattoo is a replica of the logo for the Stratford Culliton's Jr. Hockey Team in JB's hometown, and Justin told the tattoo artist that he was was also dedicating his new ink to his grandfather...

Bieber also showed off his new tattoo while performing his hit song "Baby" during his recent show at the Energy Solutions Arena in Utah on January 5th. A shirtless Justin Bieber kept turning his back to the audience so his fans could get a glimpse of his new ink.

Fans quickly took to the internet with mixed reactions to Bieber’s new tattoo – some begging the singer to stop before things got out of control, and others supporting his new rebellious attitude.

Justin Bieber has started off the New Year with quite an exciting week.

First, a photographer was killed while trying to take pictures of Bieber’s white Ferrari – claiming he saw the singer smoking pot earlier in the day…

Of course fans didn’t believe the pot smoking stories… until today.

TMZ is reporting that Justin Bieber was seen smoking pot at a big party at a Newport Beach hotel last week. The photos also show several beer bottles and ashtrays – as well as Bieber holding a joint.

No to be fair, that joint could just as well be a cigarette of some type but TMZ is running with the pot smoking story and the news is already running wild on the internet.

The photos were taken just two days after the photographer was killed and the rumors about Bieber smoking weed started to surface.

TMZ is also saying that it was rapper Lil Twist and his brother who was rolling the joints and getting everybody high.

It was also Lil Twist who was driving Bieber’s Ferrari the day the photographer was killed.

Our Take:

Smoke them if you got them! But first get $150 million dollars, fancy cars, and become a worldwide celebrity sensation.

I guess we knew this day was going to come sooner or later…

Today a photographer was killed when he was hit by another car while trying to get photos of Justin Bieber’s Ferrari hot rod.

It all went down in Los Angeles when Chris Guerra - a freelance photographer who thought he was hot on the heels of Justin Bieber and his friend’s hot rodding through L.A. in his Ferrari while smoking weed...

Turns out that none of it was true and Bieber was not even in California and not even in the car. The car was being driven by none other than rapper Lil Twist.

But Bieber’s Ferrari was indeed pulled over by California Highway Patrol for speeding - and Chris Guerra, the photographer, was told by the cops to stay away from the scene.

While crossing the street to return to his car, Guerra was hit by an oncoming car and killed.

Justin Bieber released a statement saying,

"Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."

Bieber has had problems with aggressive paparazzi before, and just a few months ago had to call 911 because a gang of photographers was chasing him on the freeway at almost 100 MPH.

Bieber also had an altercation with a pap in a mall parking lot after the singer said he had blocked his exit.

Bieber jumped from his van and assaulted the man. The police were called and girlfriend Selena Gomez had to calm him down and retrieve his shoes.

No word yet if any arrests were made but we suspect this story is going to be around for a long long time…

In what can only be described as a tender and unscripted moment, Harry Styles of “One Direction” opened up during “A Year in the Making” video about what it’s like to be hated and to read negative press reports about him and his band mates.

Harry was recalling a time when he was reading negative reviews after a particularly bad X-Factor show, and you can tell how certain aspects of the business were just eating Harry up inside.

We know the video is a bit old, but it is important to see what happens to these artists when fans turn on them...

It’s always good for fans to see their idols in these types of tender moments.

It makes us remember that at the end of the day the record business is a business, and hate and bad press are part of the experience - and the boys of "One Direction" are not exempt from their share of hate - especially Harry Styles.

Harry's most recent round of hate has been directed at him for dating the uber popular singer Taylor Swift - or "Haylor" as their supporters call them.

We suspect Harry Styles has grown a bit over the last two years and has bigger things to think about these days… but it is still a cute video.

Justin Bieber Murder Plot Foiled - Won't Be Castrated!

Looks like pop singer Justin Bieber has dodged a bullet - literally!

In what can only be described as a bizarre tale, a prison inmate serving a life sentence has been implicated in plotting the murder and castration of singer Justin Bieber.

We’re not making this up folks…

Dana Martin is already serving life in prison in New Mexico for killing a fifteen-year-old girl from Vermont back in 2000.

According to police, Martin had enlisted the help of another inmate, who upon his release, traveled to New York City to murder Justin Bieber and his bodyguard while Bieber was in town to perform at Madison Square Gardens.

Tanner Ruane and Mark Staake arrested for Bieber murder plot

Police have arrested Tanner Ruane for his part in the murder plot, and was found with pruning shears when arrested.

Ruane said the pruning shears were to be used to castrate Bieber after he was dead.

Police also say that Martin was obsessed with Justin Bieber and even had a tattoo of him on his leg.

It now seems that Martin ratted out his hired help and police swooped in and made the arrests.

Justin Bieber and his camp have made no comment on the issue and will probably stay quite since the investigation is still going on.

Teen heart throb Angus T. Jones, star of the Warner Brother’s failing TV show “Two and a Half Men” is speaking out about his true feelings surrounding his character "Jake" and the show, its content, and his beliefs about the filth he feels it portrays.

In a just released video, Angus says he wants off the show and even asked viewers to boycott it due to its un-Christian content.

Angus T. Jones says he was just recently baptized into the Church of Seventh Day Adventists and was caught on camera yesterday telling viewers what he really thinks of the TV business and his character on “Two and a Half Men”.

No word yet what the executives, writers, or producers think of his comments, and boss Chuck Lorre has not made any comments yet either.

Nineteen year old Angus is reported to pull in $350,000 per episode and has been appearing on the show for half his life.

Heck, he was even around when Charlie Sheen crashed and burned from drugs and almost single handedly brought the show down.

Our take on this issue?

Angus, get out if you don’t like it anymore. You have the money and a good head on your shoulders so run out your contract and walk away.

Because we have to agree – ever since Charlie Sheen left it has gone downhill and Ashton Kutcher is the one responsible if it ultimately fails.
