Fiind aburiti de brandul "Pagini aurii" am incheiat imediat contractul, chiar daca initial am cerut niste statistici in privinta intrarilor pe siteul lor pe cuvintele targetate de noi si nu le-am primit, agenta motivind ca siteul este in modernizare si Bucurestiul nu raspunde cu o prea mare promptitudine la astfel de solicitari.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Zilele trecute agenta revine pentru a reinnoi contracul pentru inca un an. I-am pus la dispozitie un raport, "referring sites", de pe toate subdomeniile siteului Pagini aurii, ce concluziona prin 47 vizite pe perioada unui an de pe acest site. Am intrari multiplu minim de 3 ori a valorii mai sus mentionate de pe web directoare. Agenta mi-a raspuns ori ironic ori infantil: "stati linistit ca sunt siteuri care nu au avut mai mult de 7 vizite intr-un an". Adica eu fac parte din categoria celor privilegiati si ar trebui sa fiu mindru. Dupa aceasta afirmatie, agenta continua: "stiti problema asta e generata din cauza ca siteul nu a fost promovat indeajuns de Bucuresti". Cu alte cuvinte singurul meu beneficiu pe anul 2009 provenit de la siteul Pagini aurii este ca mi-am facut o pomana si am participat cu milostenie la profitul firmei si plata angajatilor acestei firme. Cred ca ni s-au mai taiat din pacate cu acest ajutor de binefacere.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In concluzie, de ce sa-ti dau eu tie Pagini aurii bani pentru un anunt fara vizibilitate si conversie ? Daca vreti pomana mergeti la biserica si va milogiti ca eu nu va mai dau nici un sfant.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;P.S. Care este cauza acestui comportament ?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;1. increderea in google - evita cazuri in care nu stiu bine numele domeniului sau il gresesc la tastat, acordind incredere lui google ca ii va directa sau corecta in a ajunge pe siteul dorit;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;2. setarea siteului google ca homepage in browser - la deschiderea unui nou window sau tab al browserului, prompterul va fi plasat chiar in searchul google. Tastarea nu este la indemina oricui, multi utilizatori de computere nu ridica ochii de pe tastatura atunci cind scriu ceva. In acest caz domeniul siteului cautat va fi scris direct in search-ul google. Interesat este ca acesti utilizatori nu apasa tasta enter cind termina de scris ci prefera sa foloseasca mouse-ul pentru a initia cautarea;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;3. multi nu stiu ce este un browser - asocierea termenului browser cu searchul google. Intrebarea: "dar google am pe computerul meu?" reflecta gradul de educatie al majoritatii in utilizarea computerului si a internetului;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;4. obisnuinta de a folosi google - search involuntar in google pentru orice. In acest caz iese complet din discutie sa te astepti ca un eventual somer sau o persoana ce doreste sa-si caute un job mai bine platit, sa citeasca NY Times si sa acceseze acel baner publicitar de joburi online. Poate daca ar fi un articol publicitar, cu o campanie directionata spre joburi de "lux" s-ar justifica cheltuiala. Mi se pare cam tras de par a viza un posibil angajator printr-un astfel de baner.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify; text-indent:20px;"&gt;Pentru cei mai putin familiarizati cu acest tip de reclama, va informez ca aceste banere nu sint puse ca urmare a unei negocieri intre cele doua parti (in cazul de fata ejobs si NY Times), ci prin intermediul unui tool de advertising al lui google.
