Top 4 Exercises for Breast Enhancement

It is every women's dream to have the perfect bosoms, but breast enhancement treatments can be expensive. Fret not girls, here are some tips on how you can achieve that perfect bust without having to burn a hole in your pocket.

These exercises work because it trains the pectoral muscles that is under your breasts. However, these exercises will not increase your cup size, but only aid in lifting your breast to create an illusion of larger and fuller bosoms.

These are two parts to this exercises; the simple exercises and the harder exercises.

Simple workouts

1. Vertical Push-ups

If you have limited upper body strength, this is definitely the perfect workout to start with.

Equipment(s) needed: a wall

i. Stand about 2 - 3 feet away from the wall.

ii. Place your hands on the wall so that it corresponds with your shoulder height and width, then lean towards the wall.

iii. Lift your heels, tipping on your toes.

iv. Bring your body towards the wall by bending your elbows, supporting your body weight with your arms.

v. Push away from the wall, back to the initial standing position.

vi. Repeat steps iv and v for about 10 times/set.

2. Horizontal Push-ups

This push-up is more taxing to do as compared to the previous push-up. If you are just starting out, follow the instruction labelled (A). If you have been working out, you can disregard (A).

Equipment(s) needed: a large area to lay down

i. Lay down face flat on the ground.

ii. Position your hands on the floor where your shoulders face the ground.

iii. (A) Place your knees and toes on the ground, supporting half your body weight.

iv. Lift yourself slowly and try to feel the strain in your arms.

v. Lower yourself down, but do not let your body touch the floor.

vi. Repeat steps iv and v for about 10 times/set.

Harder Workouts

3. Butterfly Press (Chest Press)

This is considered as the best exercise for targeted at those pectoral muscles.

Equipment(s) needed: Chest press or 2 5lb dumbbells

Chest Press

i. Lean against the back of the chair and place your arms against the arm rest.

Dumbbells

i. Stand up straight, holding the dumbbells upright. Bend your elbows at 90 degrees.

ii. Pull your arms inwards towards each other.

iii. Slowly return your arms to the starting position.

iv. Repeat steps ii and iii for about 10 times/set.

4. Chair Dips

This simple exercise requires a decent amount of upper body strength.

Equipment(s) needed: A sturdy chair that can hold your weight

i. Place yourself at the edge of the seat, with your palms holding the edge of the seat, at your shoulder's length.

ii. Lift yourself off the chair, the only support you should have is your palms on the seat of the chair and your feet on the floor.

iii. Gently lower yourself toward the floor, bending your arms at 90 degrees.

iv. Slowly lift yourself up to the starting position.

v. Repeat steps iii and iv for about 10 times/set.

Kim Kardashian was left humiliated when she was attacked with flour on the red carpet at her own perfume launch.
The 30-year-old reality star was covered in the cooking ingredient after an unidentified Asian woman pelted her at the launch of True Reflection at The London Hotel in West Hollywood.
Kim arrived dressed-to-the-nines, wearing a black blazer, leather trousers and a bright blue blouse, but within minutes she looked more like a dowdy housewife after a kitchen mishap.

Pelted: Kim Kardashian was doused with flour this evening when an unidentified woman threw cooking flour at her whilst she was on the red-carpet for an event to promote her new perfume line

Kim's whole back and shiny hair was covered in the substance, which was later determined as cooking flour, according to TMZ.
The website reports that after the attack, Kim, who arrived at the hotel with her mother Kris Jenner, was ushered into a private room where she removed her doused jacket and brushed the flour off the rest of her outfit and long brunette locks.
The reality starlet opted to go back to the event following the fracas, and the assailant - who is said to have shouted 'fur hag' as she threw the powder - was arrested by police who were called to the scene, according to the website.

Walk of shame: TMZ reports that after the attack, Kim was ushered into a private room where she removed her doused jacket and cleaned up her brunette locks

The fire department was also called to the scene to inspect the substance, which after several minutes they determined as cooking flour.
After she returned to the event Kim laughed off the ordeal and even made a joke in light of the incident.

'That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that ever happened to me,' she told E! Online.

According to E! Online, the woman ran off after she threw the flour, but didn't get very far when Kim's representation intercepted her and held onto her before security took over.

Kim has not pressed charges over the incident and the unidentified woman has been released, according to a press release from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The attack may have quite possibly have come from a protester opposing Kim's love affair with fur.
In November Kim was the target of a PETA campaign.
The animal rights group today told TMZ it was not behind the attack - but noted that whoever did throw the flour may managed to send a message out to the reality star.
A spokesman told the website: 'PETA has tried everything from polite letters to public protests, but Kim Kardashian has not been moved by the news that animals are beaten, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for real fur garments.
' Whoever threw that flour may reach her when our polite appeals did not.'

The attack comes just a few months after somebody flour bombed Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban in New York City while he was walking with Kim near her boutique Dash last December.

In their sexy swimsuits and tiny hot pants, Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Benson are meant to be the stars of Spring Breakers.

However the trio were nearly outshone on set today, as they were surrounded by a bevy of other bikini-clad girls.

The girls, alongside co-star Rachel Korine, were filming a party scene with loud music playing at a hotel, and fellow spring breakers drinking and dancing.

Kim Kardashian insisted she didn't have doubts before her wedding to estranged husband Kris Humphries, declaring 'I thought this was it'.

Despite her family's concerns that she was rushing into tying the knot after just eight months together, the reality star admitted she totally believed she and Humphries would be together forever.

But after changing her mind in the weeks following, she famously decided to leave him after just 72 days of marriage.

When asked by Jay Leno on The Tonight Show last night, if she had any doubts leading up to the August wedding, the 31-year-old insisted she was too loved-up to listen to anyone.

Rather tellingly, she couldn't even bring herself to mention the New Jersey Nets player's name, referring to him as 'someone else'.

She said: 'I'm a girl who really believes in love, I'm in love with love and I thought this was it for me. But when I realised it wasn't I thought... I've always tried to really respectful of everyone involved.

'I wanted to be fair to me, but I also wanted to be fair to someone else. So when I knew it wasn't right...

Jennifer Lawrence has already starred in a television series ("The Bill Engvall Show"), taken on a beloved role in one of the top comic-book franchises (Mystique in "X-Men: First Class") and been nominated for an Oscar (for "Winter's Bone"). Among the luminaries with whom she has shared the screen: Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender and John Hawkes, with Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro on the horizon.
Not bad for a 21-year-old.

When asked whether any of the veterans with whom she has worked left a significant impression on her, she doesn't hesitate.
"Jodie Foster," the lightly freckled Kentuckian says of her director in "The Beaver." "I remember looking at her and being so relieved because it was, like, the third movie I'd done. ... She wasn't just nice; she's normal. There's this air about (some) famous people, and she has none of it. I was so relieved because I thought, 'Not only can I be nice, but there's a chance I can be normal, too.' "
Lawrence's career is about to take a leap well beyond the norm. She stars as Katniss Everdeen in the hotly anticipated film adaptation of "The Hunger Games," from Suzanne Collins' popular young-adult novels. "Hunger's" dystopian future finds North America divided into districts that once unsuccessfully rebelled against the central "Capitol." Decades later, each must pay annual tribute by offering two teenagers to take part in a televised duel to the death against youths from other districts.
Katniss of the sci-fi "Hunger" and Ree of the gritty "Winter's Bone" are both fatherless mountain girls with checked-out mothers, forced to undergo dangerous trials to save their families. Lawrence acknowledges the similarities but says she didn't particularly apply the lessons of one to the other.
"I'm very much into just memorizing my lines and saying them when I get to set," she says. "I never kind of prepare anything emotionally. They're different people; I approached them differently."
"Hunger Games" director and co-writer Gary Ross says, "What I really saw in 'Winter's Bone' was a great actress. When she came and sat with me, she seemed very much like Katniss. There's a clarity, there's a strength, no BS to her.
"When Jen really lets you glimpse all four barrels and shows you her emotional depth, it's a pretty amazing thing. I honestly think it's the beginning of a pretty historic career. There were days when I felt, 'Wow, I'm really lucky to be making one of the first Jennifer Lawrence movies,' because I know what this career is gonna be."
So what was her greatest concern in portraying a character from another rabidly followed franchise?
"Signing on to it, I was like, 'God, I don't want to go on another diet.' I was really not digging doing a movie called 'The Hunger Games,' " she says, with wide-eyed emphasis. "Then it was a lot less scary when Gary said, 'You're a hunter. You have to be strong. You've got to be muscular; you can't look like a waif.' And I was like, 'Oh, that's OK.' " She laughs with relief.
Lawrence participated in several sports in school. That athletic background helped her endure the physical and mental rigors of relentless archery and running training. Despite Katniss' abilities and her PR persona as the "Girl on Fire," though, the actress describes her as "not a Lara Croft; she's just a girl who's been sent into this world. She becomes, by default, this symbol for revolt and freedom and hope, this Joan of Arc."
"Hunger Games" will inevitably draw comparisons to other bleak views of future sport, especially "Battle Royale," and to other teen-lit phenomena such as "Twilight," but it actually bears little resemblance to those two.
"I think it is a political story," Ross says. "It's not hard to see the 1 percent and the 99 percent in here. It's not hard to see the excesses of wealth and the subjugation of the districts — there's obviously a neocolonial relationship there, an exploitive one. They're controlled through the media and entertainment and access to the culture — in other words, if we get them playing the game, then we really have them. And ultimately Katniss says, 'I refuse to play your game.' "
The actress adds, "It's a good message and a powerful message, especially for our generation — for people in society, for humanity, to not be quiet when things are wrong."
When picturing her future, Lawrence doesn't fantasize about making blockbusters or catching three golden trophies like Meryl Streep.
"It's always my personal life," she says. "It's always being a mom and having a family. I've got a minivan and someone's barfing in the backseat, and I'm driving them to soccer practice. As a little kid, I wouldn't daydream about my career as an actor; it was always vomit in the backseat."

I have been in the beauty industry for 20 years with doing makeup for 12 years.. with Modeling as a first stepping stone. During modelling days i find myself more inclined and attracted to the team behind the shoot rather than seeing myself on the print..

Then i started to fly for Singapore Airlines as a stewardess and that is where i learn more on grooming myself and started experimenting with colours and makeup.I left flying and learn makeup and was given the opportunity to do Fiddler On The Roof staged By Singapore Lyrics Opera where I met Director Roger Jenkins.

During this time i realized my love for makeup and theater. Roger Jenkins then invited me to join his theater Company as head of makeup.

I was given the opportunity to explore the endless boundaries of the world of makeup and theater. I started designing makeup for the productions, Go to schools around Singapore to teach theater Makeup as part of the Outreach Programmes.

I then started doing hair as well and is Self taught in this area. I find doing both gives me more accurate interpretation of the characters and makeup that i have in mind.. I have since done many productions with some of my most recent – Magic Flute, Carmen, La Boheme, Salome and their posters too.

Then I ventured into bridal makeup which was also something exciting. Meeting new clients and advising them and understanding them helps me to make them look and feel good on their big day.I believe that makeup and hair should compliment their outfits but most importantly compliments their Personality.

About 1 year ago I started getting into Fashion and have done magazines – Style,Ish,Catalogue,The Rake Magazine just to name a few. Fashion shows for Ferragamo Singapore , Paul Ropp and also Tron Premiere and many others…

Singapore - Popular roast meats eatery, Kay Lee at Upper Paya Lebar Road, is offering to sell its Cantonese roast recipes for $2m.

They are well-known for their crispy, caramelised Char Siew and roast ducks, both roasted to a distinctive brown using charcoal fire.

The owners, Betty Kong and her husband, have decided to sell their business as their children, who have successful careers of their own, are not keen to take over their 40-year business.

As age is catching up with them, they have decided to sell their business for $3.5million this year. The amount includes $2m for the recipes and the eatery's name, and $1.5m for the shop space.

The sale has attracted interest from potential buyers from Singapore as well as from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia.

It is understood that they are close to reaching a deal.

The couple are likely to spend a month training the new owner how to prepare their roasts and another two months to monitor the standard of the food.

The business began in Chinatown in the 1950s before it moved to a coffeeshop in the 1970s. As the business grew, it operated from a whole shop unit in Upper Paya Lebar.

Although the couple have had two 'disciple' cooks, they didn't pursue a business in roasting.

Anyway, Betty and her husband are believed to have made a good pile of money.

My colleague been raving about Kay Lee to me since she tasted it the first time. I finally get to try it too! Thanks to one of my colleague who drove us there for lunch. This shop has been around since the 70s and they are very famous for their authentic Zhujiang style charred roasted char siew and duck. Yes it's very nice but is quite pricey! The six of us shared half a duck, some roast pork and char siew with 2 stewed soup and total bill came up to 50 plus! However I think I will be back again as I really like the taste of everything!

Love the roast duck, crispy skin and not oily. Char siew is the best. Very nicely roasted. The stewed soup was a delight too. Full of flavor! Usually very crowded during lunch hour so be prepared to wait for table.

Acura has recently unveiled what they refer to as the "prototype" of the 2013 Acura RDX at the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The prep work begins with applying for an International Driving Permit (IDP). This is sort of like a translation of the issued driving permit in the country of residence. The IDP includes translations in 10 languages, and is accepted as a valid license for tourists in over 150 countries, provided it is accompanied with the original driver's license, and passport or other required travel documents.

The IDP can be obtained online or in the post from specific organizations in different countries. For example, some of the auto clubs issue them in the US and the CAA does it for Canada, while the AA is authorized to issue IDPs for UK residents. It is valid for 12 months, with an additional 3 months (if required) in between the application and the "effective from" date.

The second thing that needs some advance ground work is vehicle insurance. Rental agencies provide the minimal required level of coverage, but that is not likely to be enough to offer the same level of protection provided by insurers at home. It is advisable to gets some extra cover when traveling overseas.

The most important part about being able to drive overseas is to be aware of the official rules for drivers and vehicles. It's hard to learn the local language just for a trip, so depending on road signs is out of the question. A WHO report estimates that worldwide traffic fatalities will increase to 2.3 million by 2020. By 2030, deaths by road accidents will be the second biggest killer after HIV/AIDS. If somebody comes up with an AIDS vaccine before then, vehicle accidents will be the No. 1 cause of death for mankind.

An overwhelming number of these accidents happen in third-world and low income countries. This makes it even more important to learn the rules and traffic etiquette and quickly adapt to driving in a foreign country. Find out what kind of cars will be available (automatic transmission/gear sticks, gas/diesel, etc.) and whether fines are implemented for not wearing seat belts, not honking before sharp turns, and so on.

When traveling across snowed-under roads during winter, travelers need to be prepared with winter tires and snow chains. In fact, it's better to study up on specific road hazards on a route before setting off. Jet-lagged driving is another big cause of accidents abroad, coupled with ignorance of local speed limits and a drink or two. That's cause enough for a DUI arrest or a fender bender in a foreign land.

Take some time to adapt to driving in a foreign country. Don't rush into it - if they drive on the opposite side of the road, then practice on an empty road first. Remember that jay-walking may not be legal but it is still commonplace in many countries. One mistake is all it takes to ruin the vacation or business trip.
