What is the Universe?

Our Earth and eight other planets make up our Solar System. The main star of our Solar System is the Sun. Like our Solar System, there are billions of Solar systems present. All these Solar Systems combine to form a galaxy like our Milky Way. Like this, the whole galaxy together makes our universe. We cannot possibly tell what the universe is, but the universe is everything and everything is made of the universe itself.

What is Big Bang Theory?

George Lemaitre was the first to write about the Big Bang theory, his theory was based on the theory of Relativity, but due to the lack of any evidence, people did not accept it but the credit for proving this theory Goes to famous scientist Edwin Hubble. One night, Edwin Hubble was studying space with his telescope, he saw that galaxies are constantly moving away from us, that is, the universe is constantly expanding, so if we go back a little in time, it means that there was a time Will happen when the entire universe is confined in one center, And this is how the Big Bang Theory came into existence. This was the story of its existence, let us know what is the Big Bang Theory?

About 13.8 billion years ago, the entire universe was shrunk in a small center, then for an unknown reason, a great explosion occurred in it, due to which it started to expand and the universe was created. As I just mentioned, even today our universe is continuously spreading, this explosion emitted immense energy, the universe had spread 10 ^ 30 times in 1.36 seconds, and time and space came into existence after only 1.43 seconds of this explosion. And the smallest particles of nature, quarks, and photons, etc. were formed. And quarks etc. started to form protons, neutrons, etc. and now the universe had cooled down as before, slowly hydrogen was formed and from it, hydrogen itself became helium and then other elements.

After this, slowly the first star formed due to gases like Hydrogen, Helium, etc and Gravitation. Similarly, gradually our Milky Way and other galaxies formed. And thus our solar system also created.

After the formation of the solar system, our Earth shaped and then slowly marine eukaryotic organisms formed and the process of photosynthesis also started, which also started oxygenation in the atmosphere. After this, gradually the atmosphere of our earth started to become balanced and the reptiles started to form. The dinosaur era started after this, dinosaurs, mammals, animals, birds, flowers, etc. started to form, and then meteorites ended the dinosaur era, and after that chimpanzees, or say Past-human born. And since then we are constantly evolving.....And That's How Our Universe was Created.

Conclusion :

Even after knowing so much about the universe, we probably do not know anything. If we talk about what was before the Big Bang, no one knows the answer. By the way, we say that the entire matter and energy were present at one point called Singularity. But where did this material and energy come from to this point? Should there have been any civilization like the present-day even before the Big Bang, it could be that the singularity that we have been talking about is a black hole, it has encapsulated the entire universe if it comes true Maybe this is how we end and then the rise of a new civilization again. If post-processing or editing is the heart of photography, the composition is the brain of photography.

Composition means placing not only main subject ,also placing background and foreground elements in different parts of the frame to tell a story.

It's just like arranging chess coins to have checkmate.In one of my articles about the misconceptions of photography I had mentioned a myth that composition rules are must but that's not applicable each time.

In this article I will discuss 10+ must follow Photography composition rules which will help you to take better images.At the same time they destroy you as a rising star in Photography.I will discuss the rules in the simplest way to change your understanding about composition.

Things to consider before composing an image:

First of all, you need to know about the rules little bit,not in details. Then you should open your eye of knowledge by Seeing other's works.I would not suggest you to copy them.

Then enable your grid lines and jump into the field of photography.No need to know technical things right now after clicking images after images and analyzing your own photos you will learn the art gradually.

● Rules of composition :

1. Simplicity is your identity

Very simple composition

Images are just the combination of pixels.It is lifeless until you put your artistic skills into it.You can convey stories through them. Visitors will be distracted if you complicate your composition.So try to compose the images as simple as possible.Every successful photographer has their own techniques.Try to develop your own style.It will not happen tomorrow.Capture more and more photos,learn from your mistakes by analyzing your own shorts and be the better version of yourself every day. Don't blame about yourself and your device.

2. Focal length

Focal Length indicates the distance between the lens and image sensor.The length changes according to the focus of yours object.By using different focal lengths you can get different perspective or compositions.If you want to shoot landscapes then go with the white angle lens (less than 35 mm),for portraits use lens with focal length of 50-85 mm and for wildlife go with zoom lens (more than 100mm).

In this image you can see by using different focal lengths I got different looking images. When you increases the focal length you get Shallow depth of field and if you use wider focal length you will get large depth of field.(when the aperture is fixed)

3. Rule of thirds :

This is the most common composition technique.You can create interesting images by applying this rule.When you enable gridlines you will see two vertical and two horizontal lines both dividing the frame into three parts so you will get 9 boxes and the lines are intersecting each other in Four Points. These points are called Golden points.Try to place your main subject in 1/3rd portion of the frame.It would be more interesting if you place your subject on one of those Golden point.

4. Leading Lines :

This is one of the strongest composition techniques.Our aim is to tell a story through photographs by attracting the viewers attention to the subject.By this technique you can easily do so.You can't realize the power of leading lines until you observe and apply them.You have to use natural lines like streets,rivers etc. to create leading lines.The only problem with this rule is you can't always get proper lines.So try to use your artistic eyeI to find natural lines.With regular practice you will master this technique.

In this photo some workers were working on the railway track I I intentionally bend my camera little bit and added lines like tracks,platform and shed to make the image interesting.My intention was to give priority to the workers and I had done that successfully.

5. Symmetry rule:-

We have a misconception that we can only create symmetrical image by capturing reflections.It's not correct always.Some subjects,especially most of the architectures are symmetrical. Symmetry means simply dividing the subject into two equal parts.This composition works well with centred composition.You can place symmetrical objects in the middle of the frame.This can create interesting images

In this photo, I have placed the Charminar in the middle of the frame and for your advantage, I have drawn a deviding line which is separating the symmetrical subject into two equal parts.

6. Centered composition:

After learning rule of third we tend to place our subject in 1/3rd portion of the frame.But we should not be a conformist when the times comes for creativity.We can also place our subject in the middle of the frame to make unforgettable image.This technique works well for symmetrical objects we can balance our subject by this rule just to understand better see the image

7. Frame in frame :

This is the most attractive composition technique in fact the most trending.You can use natural frames like trees,gates,polls etc. to create frame in frame images.It's hard to find them I know.So I have a bonus tip for you.Simply use your smartphone to create these types of images.Open your camera,point your camera at the subject then capture the screen with another phone.You can create multiple frames as well as by repeating the process if you you do not know the technique,let me know in the comment box.

8. Foreground interest :

To create a nice depth of field you can use this.The image we take are two dimensional.We can't understand the death of the subject and the background.By adding interesting element in the foreground,we can take some extra ordinary photos

9. Positive and negative spaces :

The importance of spaces in a photograph is infinitive.We should provide spaces to make our visitors understand the subject better.Spaces are of two types,positive and negative space.The space in the direction where the subject is looking is called positive and negative space.It is also the fact that we can emit spaces sometimes to create excellent images in the next point I will discuss about that

10. Fill the frame :

In the previous point I told about the uses of space there I mentioned space simplify the image.Here in this technique I will suggest you to do the experiment to create surprising images.Choose a lens which can focus the subject from a close distance then fill the entire frame with the subject.

11. Including Human Object :

Sometimes empty sceneries looks boring and monotonous simply by placing a human in the frame can change the mood. By adding a human we can show the eternal connection of human with nature and the expanse of mother nature.

12. Using geometrical shapes :

I would never suggest you to be trapped in the cycle of of conformism.Don't follow the rules blindly.Yes you have read it right.No need to follow them like a conformist because these rules will help you to be a good phototaker. You can't be a good photographer until you break the rules,they just kill your creativity and thought process. You can easily break the rules to make incredible,interesting, extraordinary,excellent,better and unforgettable images but before that you have to master the have trules.You don't have the right to break if you can create and without destruction, creation can't be done

Camera Modes- The Controller of Exposure

Photography is the science and art of capturing light. That's why light is very important for a photograph. To control the light or exposure we use different camera modes. As humans we have a mood swing, even have mode swing. Similarly, cameras also have swings. They always don't give same type of image in same settings. So we need to use different camera modes according to the scene.

There are a lot of modes like program, auto semi-pro, scene, and Manual. In one of my article, I had mentioned the misconceptions of photography. There was the point that we should always use manual mode to create professional images. Here I will mention other modes as well which can also be used to make better images. I also have a surprise for you. So without any delay let's start explaining the camera modes.

Auto mode

another misconception is auto mode is the worst, only stupid people use this to take photos. It's totally wrong. Trust me auto Mode is the smartest camera mode. In this mode, camera decides everything on its own. Giving perfect exposure in complex lighting conditions is not an easy job for the camera. It uses its extreme potential to give perfect exposure values. Most of the time the auto mode gives extraordinary images in proper lighting conditions but in lowlights, the camera starts struggling. To increase the exposure it increases ISO, which produces noise or grain.

That doesn't mean the images are not good at low light. You can easily remove the noise in post-processing. Even today I use auto mode and I have taken many good images. I would like to give an example where you can see a colourful butterfly sitting on a leaf. The image is good but contains noise. I can easily fix it.

scene modes:-there are many e dedicated modes as well which you can use in different situations.

landscape mode

in this mode, the camera will choose a higher aperture number or F number to give you a larger depth of field.
Portrait mode:- in this mode the camera will choose lower F number or larger aperture to give you a Shallow depth of field that means the background and the foreground will be blurred.

Sports mode:-

in this mode, the camera will choose a very high shutter speed of more than 1/1000s to freeze the motion. This is extremely useful for capturing moving subjects.

Other scene modes:-

Beach/Snow mode
Sunrise/sunset mode
Night mode etc.

Semi Pro mode

semi-pro modes are the bridges between auto and Pro mode. After using auto mode for sometime you you will realize that you don't have full control on your image. Then you will try to use Pro mode or manual mode or manual mode manual mode but that would be very hard for you initially. It is the perfect time to use semi-pro modes.

Program mode

it's the easiest of all semi-pro modes. In this mode you are allowed to control the exposure and color by selecting ISO, white balance and exposure compensation.ISO is simply the sensitivity of the sensor to light. By increasing and decreasing ISO we can control the light. White balance is the Kelvin value which controls the overall color. Exposure compensation or EV(Exposure value) is also responsible for the brightness and the darkness of the image. It is denoted by 0, 土1,土2, 土3, etc. If you set it to negative EV, the image will be darker and if you set it to Positive EV, the image will be brighter. The specialty of this mode is you can control exposure or light without disturbing aperture and shutter speed.

Aperture priority mode

this mode allows you to set the aperture according to your need and other settings will be decided by the camera. I have seen many talented wildlife and event photographers who use to prefer this mode the most after manual. By setting the aperture value or F stops you can control the light as well as depth of field. If you use a larger aperture say f/1.8,(The lower the aperture number the larger the aperture) you will get more light and Shallow depth of field that means your subject will be sharply focused and the rest of the background and foreground will be blurred out.

This is ideal for portraits. If you use a a smaller aperture say f/11 you will get less light and the entire frame will be in focus, means the depth of field will be large. This setting is ideal for landscapes. You can learn the function of aperture by practicing this mode which will help you to operate the camera in manual mode.

Shutter priority mode

another great way to control exposure is shutter speed. Shutter speed is the duration, the light is exposed to the sensor. It not only controls the light but also helps to capture the motion or freeze moments. If you use a faster shutter speed like 1/1000s or more you will get darker images with frozen moment and if you use a slow shutter speed like 1/4s or even less you will get brighter images with Motion Blur.

In Shutter priority mode you are allowed to control the shutter speed only and the other settings will be determined by the camera itself.

Manual mode

It is the most professional and versatile mode where you get all the controls on your fingertip. You can decide every parameter according to your need. You can control ISO, shutter speed, aperture, metering, white balance, picture style, and focus settings. This mode is extremely useful for Complex lighting situations and creative photography there is no such limitation in manual mode but it is pretty hard to master for beginners very fast.

I don't suggest newbies to use the manual mode right now. After using semi-pro modes you will master the art of using manual mode to create unforgettable images.

Drive modes

Drive mode controls the function of the shutter button. By setting single or continuous drive Mode you can capture single or multiple images by pressing the shutter once.

Flash mode

Flash is used to improve the lighting situation. By selecting different flash modes like auto flash, Fill-flash, Red Eye reduction you can try to change the lighting situation for your own benefit.

DEP mode
A-DEP mode

How to choose modes:-

There is a separate mode dial in cameras just rotate the dial to select the desired shooting mode.

What is Gravity Why it Exist?

All the things present in the universe attract each other, we understand what gravity is only in this one line but very few people talk about why there is gravity, Why it Exist ??

In this blog, we Will talk about every fact related to gravity.

Brief History of Gravity

Since ancient times, one thing is very prevalent in Hinduism that our earth rests on the funk of a snake called Sheshnag, yes I agree that this fact is completely wrong but we will talk about all the facts, right and wrong today.

By the way, our ancestors have always been saying that there is definitely some power that pulls the object towards itself. Bhaskaracharya also wrote in his book Siddhanta Shiromani that the earth does not rest on the Sheshnag tortoise or anything else if it Suppose the Earth is resting on an object, then the question arises that on which that object rests, the earth pulls heavy materials towards it with its own power.

After this time passed and this world got more than one scholar scientist but the scientist who had the biggest hand in the law of gravity was Galileo Galilei

The Greek philosopher Aristotle believed that if two objects of different mass were dropped from a height, the object which would be heavier would fall first. From Aristotle this principle continued for the next several years but only Galileo opposed it. Galileo Told that whenever a body is dropped from above, it turns towards the earth with one control, the same remains for all objects, that is, if we remove external factors such as air friction etc. then dropping the object of two different masses will hit the earth at the same time.

To be fair, there was probably no genius scholar like Galileo. Galileo was proved that when an object is freefalled it would travel 5t squared distance in t second Which is Newton's second lawof motion. Newton's first law is also due to Galileo. Till now almost all scientists had done their work

Newton's Law of Gravitation

After this, Sir Isaac Newton said that not only the earth but every thing present in the universe attracts each other based on his fundamental discoveries and with this statement Newton gave the law of gravity.

That is, if the force acting between two particles whose mass is M1 and M2 and the distance between them is R, is equal to G.M1.M2/R^2

Here G is a proportional constant whose value remains the same for all substances.

By now we have understood what is gravity, how was the discovery of gravity, who discovered gravity, but we still have not found the answer to our question Why Does Gravity exist.

Many people have the misconception that photography is so Complex. Many think that photography is so easy that anyone with a camera can master it. They both are wrong. It's not only science, it's an art form. In my previous article, I mentioned the myths regarding this art which destroys your creativity in this field. In this article, I will share the Basics of photography.So that you can take better photos

Choose right camera gear:-

Expensive gear is not necessary to take good photographs

modern DSLR and mirrorless cameras as very advanced and they can produce excellent images with high dynamic range even in low light. But smartphones are giving tough competition to professional cameras. Even smartphones can produce extraordinary images in complex lighting situations. Pro cameras are so expensive you know. If you can't afford them don't worry, stop blaming your equipment. Start taking photos with your best friend, your smartphone. They are very versatile. You can carry them anywhere and they are coming with flagship-level features. One thing you must remember here, you shouldn't be trapped by smartphone manufacturing companies who sell their products just by giving more Megapixels. Megapixel just gives you a resolution. It's totally wrong that more resolution means better images. Every time you don't need so much resolution. Having more megapixels In a Small sensor can produce noise or grain. So consider the aperture and sensor size before buying a smartphone or camera. The truth is more resolution means heavy file size which fills your storage. So if you have 48 megapixel,64 megapixel or 108 megapixel don't use it. Yes believe me, use the default lens. It will give you good images. If you have low megapixel camera you don't have any reason to regret. Having less megapixel is an advantage according to me. Stop thinking so much, start clicking right now with whatever camera you have.

Choosing the right shooting mode:-

Manual mode in Photography

another Myth is we have to use manual mode everytime. It's a controversial topic. some will suggest you to use manual mode for getting the best possible image by your device. Some will suggest you to use semi manual mode side by side. Its correct that manual mode gives you full control but I have seen many talented photographers using aperture priority or shutter priority mode. So if manual seems complex to you then used auto or semi Pro mode with time you will understand the complex modes. For mobile photographer I would say mobile phones are also coming with manual mode first start with auto mode. Even today I use auto mode.

some settings for manual mode:-

1. Aperture

Aperture is the opening of your lens aperture controls light and depth of field if you use larger aperture like f/2 or f/1.8, you will get more light and more background blur. It's ideal for low light shots and portraits. If you use smaller aperture say f/8 or f/11 you will get less light and less depth of field. This setting is ideal for landscapes.

2. shutter speed:-

it's the time during which light is exposed to the sensor. It controls motion. If you use high shutter speed like 1/1000s you will get less light and can freeze moments. If you use slower shutter speed you will get more light and motion blur. You can use lower shutter speed in low light or to create dynamic shots.

3. ISO:-

Iso is the sensitivity of sensor to light.ISO helps to boost light. The side effects of high ISO is, it can produce Noise or Grain. Try to use the least ISO possible.

4. White Balance:-

White Balance is measured in kelvins. The main function of WB is to control colors.If you want Warmer color (Yellowish) you have to use high Kelvin value(More than 5000k) and if you want cooler color (Blueish) use WB of below 4000K. You can use dedicated WB modes as well like Daylight, cloudy, Fluorescent, Tungsten etc.

6. Metering:-

Nowadays every camera and smartphones have light meter. You can tell the meter by selecting metering modes where to expose. Depending on your selected mode camera will expose the center,focus point or the entire frame.
There are many more Complex settings but these are the most important settings you should consider for now.

Selecting right focus setting:-

Focusing is the most important parameter in photography. If you photo is not in focus there is no value. You can't even fix this issue in post processing. So choosing right focus is very important. For camera users I would suggest to use auto focus and for Smartphone shooters I would suggest to use tap to focus function. Most of us don't know about this feature. Sometimes our phone fails to focus automatically on the desired portion of of the frame. Then you can use tap to focus. Simply tap on the portion you want to focus. It will automatically focus and adjust the exposure. If you fail in first attempt, try several times. In camera thesr focusing options can be used. The name of the modes can vary according to different manufacturing companies.

Single point AF:-

This can be used when your subject is static. The advantage is it can focus very fast and if you use the center AF point it will focus faster. You can't use this focus mode when your subject is moving.

Continuous AF:-

when your subject is continuously moving you can use this mode. All your points will be used to track your subject.

Auto AF:-

Your camera will focus wherever it is properly exposed in auto AF. This can focus on unwanted portions. So I wouldn't suggest you to use this mode.

AF area settings:-

You can tell your machine to focus where you want by selecting single point, dynamic, group AF modes.

Understanding composition techniques:-

Creative composition technique, Frame in Frame

composition is the key of this art. You can tell stories to your images. By using your own composition techniques it's the art of placing subjects in different portion of the frame. You can't learn composition by any book. You have to do experiment. Still I have mentioned few competition technique. It is not necessary to follow these rules blindly. You can break those easily once you would have mastered them. I suggest the beginners to follow this rule initially.

Rule of thirds:-

It is the rule of placing your subject in the one third portion of the frame. Before that you have to enable grid lines. You will see the lines are dividing the frame in 9 portions and in some places they are intersecting each other. Try to place your subject in one third portion of the franme and in the intersection points.

Positive space:-

To create more interesting images you can left place in the direction where the subject is looking. This is called positive space. If you place your subject in the center,the direction where the subject is looking it will be called positive space and the other space will be called negative space.

Leading lines :-

Leading lines are natural lines like roads, rivers which attract the attention of the viewer to the subject.

Symmetry :-

Try to place symmetrical subjects in the centre to create interesting images.

Frame in frame :-

Try to use frames like Gates, buildings,trees to create frame in frame images.You can use your mobile phone also to create search images.

Understanding about your subject :-

No matter of what genre you have to choose choose to choose choose to choose to choose the understanding about your subject is very important.Especially in wildlife and macro photography you need to know every details about your subject like timing behaviour etc. If you can develop proper artistic eye,I you will see everything as your subject.No need to go to Switzerland of Costa Rica for better images.Start exploring your locality you will find interesting subjects.

Practical of photography :-

First research about your subject and lighting then adjust setting according to the light and behaviour of the subject,reach as close as you can to your subject or keep distance to get desired composition next compose your frame and take photo.Don't get over excited and start clicking thousand of photos keep calm,be relaxed and take 10 better images from different angles. Rather than taking photos it is more important to enjoy the scene.You are blessed to witness those moments.So don't just take photos enjoy your presence.

Some people think that editing or post processing is not a part of photography,it is cheating.But it's not correct post processing processing is the heart of photography.It's not always possible to get perfect exposure and composition even composition even expert can't.So you can easily correct those mistakes during editing.There are limitations like you can't edit JPEG images too images too edit JPEG images too images too much.So it's better to take RAW photos but most of the newbies can't handle Raws.I would suggest you to take RAW+JPEG. you can use the RAWs in future when you will master the art of post processing.You can adjust the basic lighting and can change the composition by cropping.

Everything we see around us is made up of atoms, whether it is cotton or iron, have you ever wondered why cotton is so soft and iron so strong?

The answer is an atomic structure. It means that the properties of any element can be changed by changing the structure of its atoms. Yes...This is possible by Nanotechnology. Modern cameras and lenses are so expensive.But only you need an pro one if you want to work professionally.For normal day to day life photoshoot you can start with any budget camera with kit lenses or even you can start with your smartphone.So stop blaming about your financial situation and gear.Start clicking with your friend,your phone.

• Better camera makes better images

The most dominant myth about photography is only expensive pro level cameras can produce excellent images.It is correct that professional cameras give better dynamic range and better iso performance in low light.But to be honest cameras don't make images,it's the photographer behind the scene who captures the unique moments.

Surprisingly even budget cameras and smartphones can give unexpected results in proper lighting situation.I started my journey with a 2 MP phone camera which didn't have autofocus system.Still I use my new phone and I have taken a lot of interesting images with it.

• Photography is so easy:

I am not demotivating anyone.There is an another myth that Photography is so easy that anyone can master this skill.But practically it's not the case.It is a long journey of lot of hardwork and dedication.If you are not dedicated,you can't succeed in this field.So work hard,keep learning.Try to capture better than the previous shot.Be the better version of yourself everyday.One day you will be successful.

• Exotic locations are good for Photography:

Amature photographers initially think that better can can give better images.Just to give you example every landscape lover want to go to switzerland and wildlife lovers want to go to Costa Rica or Masai mara.But you can explore your local landscape and flora and fauna.There might be chances that you will get new species in your area or better landscape images showing natural phenomenon.

• More Megapixels give you better images:

Most of the camera manufacturing companies are selling their products by advertising that their products have more Megapixels.Don't be trapped in these marketing tactics.Yes more megapixels give you more resolution.But always you don't need those high resolution images.They just kill your memory card space.

Having more megapixels in small sensor can produce noise.A 12 MP DSLR can produce much much better photos than 48 or 64 MP phone camera.So don't run behind Megapixels,concentrate more on sensor size.

• Professionals always use Manual mode:

Yes all the professionals use Manual mode most of the times for versatility.But I know many talented pro photographers who use semi pro modes like Aperture priority to get proper depth of field.Depending on the subject and lighting you can explore other modes as well.

• More images gives better images:

Most of us think that if we take 1000 images of a single subject,out of those we can get few best shots.But it's not the right process.It just fills the space of memory card.While clicking multiple photos we forget about our subject behaviour, composition techniques etc. So try to capture 10 good images with different perspective.There will be chances that you will get 2-3 best images.

• Rules of competition are must:

We get confused about the technicalities.We think that Rule of thirds , Leading lines, positive spaces are must.But you can break those rules to produce different perspective.Before that you have to master all the rules.

• Manual focus is better than Auto focus:

If you know the art of Focusing, MF will be the fastest option for you especially in critical lighting situations.But for moving subjects you can't use Manual focus.Let say in wildlife,street or sport Photography where your subject is continuously moving, Autofocus will be best option for you.Modern cameras are coming with very fast and accurate AF system.

• Post processing is not a part of photography

Many people think that post processing is not a part of photography and it's a cheating.But it's totally wrong.post processing is the heart of this artform.To express the details which a machine (camera) can't,post processing is necessary.Everyone has their different style of editing.Its like a cherry on the top of the cake.

Differences between butterfly and moth

Butterflies and Moths are colorful insects from the Order Lepidoptera. They both have Metamorphosis in their life cycle.89-94% of the order is moth and only 6-11% is Butterfly. Though butterflies and moths have lots of similarities, still it is very difficult to differentiate them.

Differentiation of Butterflies and Moths

Here I mentioned the points by which you can easily identify them -

Resting posture:-

There is a myth that Butterflies rest with their wings closed and Moths rest with their wings open. This is not always true.

Butterflies from the family Papilionidae, Nymphalidae rest with their wings open, and some moths like Episteme sp. rest with their wings closed.

Antenna:-

The most significant difference between Butterfly and Moth is the morphology of their antennae. Butterfly antennae are club-shaped with a long shaft and a bulb or hook at the end.

On the other hand moth, antennae are shorter, feathery, or saw-edged. Few moth antennae are just like Butterfly antennae such as the antennae of the Sun Moth.

Wing coupling mechanism or Frenulum:-

Moths have a wing coupling mechanism or Frenulum which couples their forewings with hind wings. Butterflies do not have Frenulums.

Cocoon and pupa or chrysalis:-

The stage between caterpillar and adult is the pupal stage. The most magical transformation in nature happens inside the pupa or cocoon through many chemical changes.

Moth caterpillars make silky cocoons while Butterfly caterpillars make shiny chrysalis or pupa.

Moths have superposition eyes but butterflies have apposition eyes which work by gathering multiple images and combining them in the brain.

Forelegs:-

Moths have fully developed forelegs. On the other hand butterflies have reduced forelegs missing the terminal segments.

Colour of the wings:-

Butterflies and Moths both have scaled wings. The scales are basically modified hairs. The wings of the Butterfly are comparatively more colorful

On the other hand moth, wings are duller. There are few exceptions like the common snow flat Butterfly has duller wings and the sunset moth has brightly colored wings.

Behavior:-

Butterflies are generally diurnal and moths are crepuscular or nocturnal. But few butterflies like the common evening brown is a crepuscular Butterfly and the day-flying moths are diurnal.

Abdomen:-

The abdomen of butterflies is longer, colourful, and not covered with wings. Moth's abdomen is shorter, dull, feathery, and covered by hind wings. There are few exceptional moths like the Episteme aviatrix has a long and colorful abdomen that is not covered with hind wings.

Whenever the concept of Black Holes comes into our mind, we think of a huge hole that devours everything even light inside its abysmal depth. But how are black holes formed and What if we jump into a black hole?

What Is A Black Hole??

A black hole is a celestial object with a very strong gravitational field. Which absorbs everything, even light can't escape Blackhole.

Theoretically, any object can transform into a black hole if its compressed radius gets equal to its equivalent Schwarzschild radius. According to this theory, our Sun and earth can transform into a black hole if their radius is compressed to 3 kilometers and 9 millimeters respectively.

Every object is made up of tiny atoms. There is also a very high interatomic space between them. If we compress any object too much the interatomic space will be fulfilled thus the object will be very much dense and it can be transformed into a black hole.

Types Of Blackhole

Depending on the structure, origin and spin Black holes can be of many types But, there are three main types of Blackhole.

1.Super Massive Black Hole

Supermassive black holes are mainly found in the center of the galaxies. These kinds of black holes are very large in size.

2.Stellar Mass Black Hole

This black hole is formed when the fuel of the very large stars is exhausted by burning.

3.Intermideate Mass Blackholes

These are very mysterious black holes. In terms of its solar sizes, they are smaller than the supermassive back holes and bigger than the stellar.

What if we jump into a Black Hole?

Till now we were talking about Black Hole. Now let's see what will happen if we jump into a black hole?

The black part shown in this picture is called Event Horizon even light can't escape from it. The internal portion of it is called the singularity.

If we jump into a black hole the first change we will notice that Time will slow down for us. This phenomenon is called time dilation.

If we enter Deeper we will notice that the light gets distorted and we will be filled by darkness. Later we will reach a place where we can see the light neither entering into the black hole nor scattering from the black hole, rather we will see the light rotating the Event Horizon. This place is called 'The photon Sphere'(Colored portion of the image).

If we enter more into singularity our body will be stretched like noodles because of high gravitational force this phenomenon is called spaghettification.

Now no one knows what happens next. Maybe we will enter into a multiverse or we will die. Still, this journey will be very adventurous, and only lucky people will get this chance. I want this type of death and you?

The history of photography is of more than 200 years.In 1830s Joseph Nicéphore Niépce first took a parmanent image in France.The fisrst camera was Camera Obscura.It was simply a box camera.

The initial photos were monochrome images.Eastman kodak first made 'Kodachrome' to take colourful images.Initial cameras used simple lenses and photosensitive films to record negative images.

From these negative film cameras todays modern DSLRS and MIRROR LESS cameras are developed.After World War II the demand of photography touched the peak of the graph.

Basic science of this artform:

The reflected light from the focused object passes through the lens and makes a reversed image on the film.

The photochemicals of the film reacts with with the light and thus images are formed.Nowdays morden cameras use high quality lenses and sensor to record light.

Then the recorded light is processed in the camera and we get a photo in digital format.

Artistic aspects :

Photographyis not only science,it is also an artform.This statement is wrong that photographers take iamges.The reality is they made images.

It may sound harsh that any phototaker with a can only take photos, but can't make. Professionals make vivid and unique images by applying their artistic skills.

Metamorphosis: the substructure of butterfly life cycle

Butterflies are one of the most beautiful insects associated with the order lepidoptera which includes moths also.

They have a lot of cultural and scientific significance.Butterflies are the messenger of wealth and love.They are good pollinators and the reflection of light through their scales helped in the research of LED and Nanotechnology.

Life Cycle Of Butterfly

The life cycle of butterflies is completed through four stages.The main characteristic of their life cycle is complete metamorphosis.

It's an Organic procedure which is basically the transformation from nymph to adult.Although their initial stage is called larva instead of Nymph.The stages of butterfly life cycle or Metamororphosis of Butterfly is discussed below.

Eggs: balls containing life:

Egg of common Palmfly

After mating adult female butterfly lays eggs on their larval host plants.They stick their eggs with the leaves with the help of biological glue.

Females are very choosy about the plants on which they would lay eggs.Every species has few particular LHP(Larval Host Plant).The eggs are of different colours and shapes.

The eggs of common mormon are yellow. Whereas the ones of common rose are red.

Shapes of the eggs can be different according to species like the eggs of eggs are round and the eggs of Tamil Yeoman are arranged in a lower like manner.

We can see the growth of larva inside the egg.Before hatching the eggs turns black then transparent.

Larva or Caterpillars: the eating machines:

Few days after laying eggs young caterpillars hatch from eggs and first they eat their eggshell which provides them primary nutrition.

Then they start to eat the leaves of LHP.They are called eating machines because of their behaviour.Their only job is eating.

The just hatched larvas are called first instar caterpillars.When they grow their skin can't grow evenly.So they have to shed their skin many times.

This process is called Instar changing or simply moulting.Depending on the number of moulting process they go through,are called first,second,third and fourth instar caterpillar.

The caterpillars are mainly leaf eaters.There are few exceptions like the larva of Guava Blue eats the fruit of Guava and the Caterpillars of Apefly are carnivorous,they eat mealybugs.

Caterpillars use many self defence techniques like Osmeterium and camouflage.Most of them go though 5th instar before turning into a pupa.

Pupa or chrysalis:The transformation phase:

After the last instar caterpillars turn into pupa.The pupas are like small oval boxes containing jelly like substance inside of it.

Inside the chrysalis the most magical transformation in nature takes place via many chemical changes.

Pupas can't move from one place to another.They can only take camouflage or shake themselves to avoid predators.Say for example the pupa of Common mine mimicks a broken twig.

Adult Stage:

dult stage: 10-15 days after the formation of chrysalis, butterflies emerge from them.

The duration can be longer than six months depending on the weather.After emerging from the pupa, butterflies pump out hemolymph, develop their wings,dry them and take first flight of their small life span.

Their main job is to mate.The only thing the can't is they can't grow.Adult females lay eggs after mating.Thus the cycle get continued.
