Penerimaan CPNS Tahun Ini Sebanyak 60.000

Lowongan Kerja CPNS. Pemerintah terus mematang-kan rencana perekrutan sekitar 60.000 CPNS pada tahun 2012 ini. Menteri Keuangan Agus Martowardjojo menegaskan, APBN Perubahan 2012 dapat mengakomodasi perekrutan pegawai negeri sipil baru. Jumlah PNS yang keluar jauh lebih banyak ketimbang yang diterima. “Kalau seandainya yang mau diterima 60.000 orang, impli-kasinya masih bisa diterima,” kata Agus singkat kepada para wartawan di halaman Istana Merdeka, Jakarta.

Juru Bicara Kepresidenan Julian Aldrin Pasha mengatakan, perekrutan PNS baru tetap dapat dijalankan. Hal ini berkaitan dengan ke-butuhan dari sejumlah institusi pemerintah. “Apalagi, perekrutan itu lebih ke substitusi atau menggantikan tenaga kerja yang sebelumnya sudah pensiun atau tidak aktif lagi,” kata Julian.

Perekrutan PNS baru juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja pemerintahan sehingga berjalan lebih optimal. Julian menambahkan, pe-merintah berkomitmen mela-kukan perekrutan secara proporsional.

Pemerintah membuka pene-rimaan calon PNS reguler atau melalui jalur umum sebanyak 60.000 orang. Hal ini dikatakan Menteri Pendayagunaan Apa-ratur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Azwar Abubakar, pekan lalu. “Moratorium PNS tidak menutup penerimaan reguler dan membuka kesempatan pene-rimaan PNS tahun ini sebanyak 60.000 orang untuk reguler,” kata Azwar.

Penerimaan CPNS tersebut dibuka untuk semua departemen dan pemerintah daerah hingga tingkat kabupaten/kota melalui jalur umum yang didasari analisis jabatan. “Akan tetapi, syaratnya, daerah harus membuat analisis kebutuhan, apa yang sudah ada dan apa yang belum ada,” tutur-nya.

Azwar pun menegaskan, moratorium tidak berarti penerimaan PNS ditutup. Penerimaan tetap dibuka dan harus melalui analisis jabatan. “Kami sudah latih analis-analis jabatan lebih dari 3.000 orang. Mereka yang menghitung di setiap kabupaten,” ungkapnya.(sbr/*)

Penerimaan CPNS Reguler 2012 Departemen dan Pemda

Sebagaimana dikutiv dari tvOne, Lowongan Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) reguler atau melalui jalur umum sebanyak 60 ribu orang untuk tahun 2012 dibuka. "Moratorium PNS (Pegawai Negeri Sipil) tidak menutup penerimaan reguler dan membuka kesempatan penerimaan PNS tahun ini sebanyak 60 ribu orang untuk reguler," kata Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Azwar Abubakar di Makassar, Sabtu, (19/5).

Penerimaan CPNS tersebut dibuka untuk seluruh departemen dan pemerintah daerah hingga tingkat kabupaten dan kota melalui jalur umum yang didasari analisa jabatan. "Tapi syaratnya daerah harus membuat analisa kebutuhan, apa yang sudah ada dan apa yang belum ada," ujarnya yang menambahkan, tes penerimaan CPNS reguler akan dilakukan tahun ini.

Menpan menegaskan, moratorium tidak berarti penerimaan PNS ditutup tapi tetap dibuka, namun harus melalui analisa jabatan. "Kita sudah latih analis-analis jabatan lebih dari tiga ribu orang, mereka yang menghitung di setiap kabupaten," tambahnya.

Sementara itu, untuk pengangkatan Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) kategori II sebagai CPNS, ia mengatakan pihaknya belum menerima hasil pendataan PTT kategori II secara keseluruhan. Pengangkatan PTT kategori I menjadi CPNS tahun ini harus rampung sementara kategori II tahun depan, ujarnya.
