Bisphenol A, is a carbon-based synthetic compound with the chemical formula (CH₃)₂C(C₆H₄OH)₂belonging to the group of diphenylmethane derivatives and bisphenols, with two hydroxyphenyl groups. It is a colorless solid that is soluble in organic solvents, but poorly soluble in water. It has been in commercial use since 1957.

BPA is employed to make certain plastics and epoxy resins. BPA-based plastic is clear and tough, and is made into a variety of common consumer goods, such as water bottles, sports equipment, CDs, and DVDs. Epoxy resins containing BPA are used to line water pipes, as coatings on the inside of many food and beverage cans and in making thermal paper such as that used in sales receipts.

BPA exhibits hormone-like properties that raise concern about its suitability in some consumer products and food containers. Since 2008, several governments have investigated its safety, which prompted some retailers to withdraw polycarbonate products. The FDA has ended its authorization of the use of BPA in baby bottles and infant formula packaging, based on market abandonment, not safety.^[2] The European Union and Canada have banned BPA use in baby bottles.

Novation Contracts

Yet again there are loads of posts with people asking for details of unenforceability. This thread should hopefully deal with most questions and also contain the relevant letter templates which you are free to copy and use for your own benefit.

I will try and update this post as and when letter updates become available and I have time to actually put each and every letter on here!

For the moment, the letters shown below are the main ones to start the ball rolling.

The unenforceability process is quite simple, in theory.

1. Send a CCA Request with £1.00 to whoever owns the account (either the DCA or the OC) recorded delivery and await 14 days;

I hereby formally request a copy of my Consumer Credit Agreement, pursuant to s.77/78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

I expect you to comply fully and properly with this request, within the statutory time limit (12 + 2 days). You are reminded that should you fail to comply with my request; the provisions of s.77 will apply.

If it is your view that you are not the creditor, s.175 of the CCA 1974 applies in the case of a simple assignment, and places a duty upon you to pass this request to the creditor. In the case of an absolute assignment, you are a creditor as defined by s.189. If you contend that you purchased the rights but not the duties of any agreement, you are reminded that s.189 of the Act is clear that an assignment is of both rights and duties.

Your attention is drawn to ss.5(2), 3(b),6 and 7 of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPUTR). I enclose a personal cheque in the sum of £1.00, which is the statutory fee. Note that these funds are not to be used for any other purpose.

If you are unable to comply fully and properly with this request, you should confirm this in writing at the earliest opportunity, and certainly within the statutory time limit for compliance, and return the fee and then remove the incorrect entry from your systems.

2. By now 14 days should have went by and you should have received your CCA. Assuming you have, then you check it against the prescribed terms:

Which of these applies to you depends on the type of agreement you have?

For a Running Account (credit card) agreement
BC and D is applicable
For a Restricted Use Debtor Creditor Supplier
Where the dealer is the supplier and the creditor is the one providing the finance.
The money can only be used for the purpose it is given.
There is no interest on the purchase (the cash price is the same as the total price)
And there is no advance payment
A is applicable
For a fixed Sum Credit Agreement
A conventional credit agreement with none of the above restrictions
A and B is applicable
For a Hire Agreement
B is Applicable

3. If they do not respond to the CCA request (after the initial 14 days), then you send the following reminder letter allowing an additional 30 days;

To date you have failed to comply with my statutory request and have defaulted in respect of this account. Additionally this alleged agreement is unenforceable until such time as the default is removed or enforced by a court of law. It is a further offence to attempt to enforce this alleged agreement until such time as the default is removed.

Consequently I am ceasing all payments to your company until such time as this matter is resolved. It is also my intention to report this matter to the appropriate enforcement authority.

I await your prompt response.

4. Lets assume they respond to your CCA but there is incorrect data showing, for example the prescibed terms are not intact. Then you'd send the following letter;

Dear Sirs,

Account No:

On xx/xx/2009 I wrote to xxxxxxxxx requesting that xxxxxxx supply me a true copy of the executed credit agreement for this account.

In response to this request I was supplied a document a copy of which is attached which did not comply with the requirements of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

The document sent purporting to be a credit agreement does not contain any of the prescribed terms as required by section 60(1) Consumer Credit Act 1974. The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 1983 (SI 1983/1553) made under the authority of the “1974 Act” sets out what the prescribed terms are, I refer you to Schedule 6 Column 2 of SI 1983/1553 for the definition of what is required. Suffice to say none of the terms are present in the document

Since this document does not contain the required prescribed terms it is rendered unenforceable by s127 (3) consumer Credit Act 1974, which states
127(3) The court shall not make an enforcement order under section 65(1) if section 61(1)(a)(signing of agreements) was not complied with unless a document (whether or not in the prescribed form and complying with regulations under section 60(1)) itself containing all the prescribed terms of the agreement was signed by the debtor or hirer (whether or not in the prescribed manner).
This situation is backed by case law from the Lords of Appeal in Ordinary (House of Lords) the highest court in the land. Your attention is drawn to the authority of the House of Lords in Wilson-v- FCT [2003] All ER (D) 187 (Jul) which confirms that where a document does not contain the required terms under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 the agreement cannot be enforced.

In addition should you continue to pursue me for this debt you will be in breach of the OFT guidelines, I draw your attention to the Office of Fair Trading’s guidance on debt collection;

The OFT guidance which was issued July 2003 (updated December 2006) relating to debt collections and what the OFT considers unfair, I have enclosed an excerpt from page 5 of the guidance which states;

2.6 Examples of unfair practices are as follows:
h. Ignoring and/or disregarding claims that debts have been settled or are disputed and continuing to make unjustified demands for payment
I require you to produce a compliant copy of my credit agreement to confirm I am liable to you or any organisation, which you represent for this alleged debt, if you cannot do so I require written clarification that this is the case. Should you ignore this request I will report you to the Office of Fair Trading to consider your suitability to hold a credit licence in addition to a complaint to Trading Standards, as you will be in breach of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 section 40.

Since the agreement is unenforceable, it would be in everyone’s interest to consider the matter closed and for you to write the debt off. I suggest you give serious consideration to this as any attempt of litigation will be vigorously defended and I will counter claim for all quantifiable damages

I respectfully request a response to this letter in 14 days.

5. Lets assume that the DCA/OC has issued a default against you, and you never received a copy of the default notice. Then you'd send the following letter;

After recently obtaining a copy of my Credit File from the Credit Reference Agencies, I am concerned to note that your company has placed a "Default" notice against an alleged account I held with you.

Further to this, I have no recollection of ever receiving such a notice, and I therefore require you to substantiate this data.
1. You must supply me with a true copy of the alleged agreement you refer to. This is my right under your obligation to supply a copy of the agreement under the legislation contained within s.78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974 (s.77 (1) for fixed sum credit. Your obligation also extends to providing a statement of account. I enclose a £1 cheque to cover the statutory fee.

2. Please also supply me with a signed, true certified copy of the original default notice.

3. You are notified that you are obliged to supply these documents, whether you are the original creditor or not under S189 of the CCA 1974.
I would request that this data is provided to me within the next 14 days. If you are unable to provide this data then I require all adverse information to be removed completely, including any defaults that may have been applied. Please note that mere correction or amendment to the entry will not be acceptable.

6. Lets now assume that they still have not responded to your CCA request (after the intial 14 days plus the 30 days extra already given), you'd then look to formally place the account into dispute and raise s.10 Cease & Desist (processing data);

You have failed to respond to my legal request to supply me a true copy of the original Consumer Credit Agreement for the above account. You have failed to comply with my request, and as such the account entered default on **DATE**.
(date = 12+2 days after you sent the CCA request - delete this text)

The document that you are obliged to send me is a true copy of the executed agreement that contains the prescribed terms, all other required terms and statutory notices and was signed by both your company and myself as defined in s.61(1) of the CCA(1974) and subsequent Statutory Instruments. If the executed agreement contained any reference to any other document, you are also obliged to send me a copy of that document. In addition a full statement of this account should have been sent to me detailing all debits and credits to the account.

Furthermore; you should be aware that the Consumer Credit Act allows 12 (+2) days for a request for a true copy of a credit agreement to be carried out before your client enters into a default situation. This limit has expired

As you are no doubt aware s.77(6) states:

"If the creditor fails to comply with Subsection (1)(a) He is not entitled , while the default continues, to enforce the agreement. Therefore this account has become unenforceable at law"

As you have Failed to comply with a lawful request for a true, signed copy of the said agreement and other relevant documents mentioned in it, failed to send a full statement of the account and failed to provide any of the documentation requested, any legal action you pursue will be averred as both unlawful & vexatious. Furthermore I shall counterclaim that any such action constitutes unlawful harassment.

Please note you may also consider this letter as a statutory notice under s.10 of the Data Protection Act (1998) to cease processing any data in relation to this account with immediate effect. This means you must remove all information regarding this account from your own internal records and from my records with any credit reference agencies.

Should you refuse to comply, you must within 30 days provide me with a detailed breakdown of your reasoning behind continuing to process my data. It is not sufficient to simply state that you have a ‘legal right’; You must outline your reasoning in this matter and state upon which legislation this reasoning depends. Should you not respond within 30 days I expect that this means you agree to remove all such data.

Furthermore you should be aware that a creditor is not permitted to take ANY action against an account whilst it remains in dispute. The lack of a credit agreement is a very clear dispute and as such the following applies.

* You may not demand any payment on the account, nor am I obliged to offer any payment to you.
* You may not add further interest or any charges to the account.
* You may not pass the account to a third party.
* You may not register any information in respect of the account with any credit reference agency.
* You may not issue a default notice related to the account.

I reserve the right to report your actions to any such regulatory authorities as I see fit. You have 30 days from receiving this letter to contact me with your intentions to resolve this matter which is now a formal complaint. I therefore request a copy of your official complaints procedure which you are obliged to supply.

I would appreciate your due diligence in this matter and look forward to hearing from you, in writing within 30 days.

The following letter would be sent to a DCA/OC when they confirm that they have not got a CCA for you. You can use this version or the version in post 1 of this thread, there are various ways to word the same threat and this is one of many!

Remember to complete the XX's with the correct dates.

This letter was delivered and signed for on XX/XX/X and my cheque was cashed XX/XX/XX.

The Consumer Credit Act allows 12 working days for this request to be carried out before you enter into a default situation. As you have replied to me confirming you have no CCA then the account must remain in dispute which refers s.10 CCA (cease & desist processing data)

As you are unable to comply with my request for the agreement, as required by s.78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, nor any other information relating to the account and as such, this account has become unenforceable by law. As you are no doubt aware ss.6 of the CCA states:
"If the creditor under an agreement fails to comply with ss.1 (CCA.1974) then (a) He is not entitled, while the default continues, to enforce the agreement"
As the 12 working days have now expired, from your receipt of the request for the agreement and supporting documents until now, the account is now formally in dispute and whilst it remains in dispute, the agreement is unenforceable.

Whilst it is unenforceable, no interest can be added to the account and no action can be taken against me such as defaults or adverse data registered at any of the credit reference agencies. As you have already added a default against me, I hereby give you 30 days in which to remove the default or supply me with the Consumer Credit Agreement to enforce the default.

There is no debt as there is no agreement and therefore the default that you registered against me is unlawful and will be defended by demanding enforcement of removal via the county courts, if necessary. We both know without a true copy of a CCA then the chances success are slim, to say the least.

Furthermore, under the Data Protection Act (s.10), you are also denied the authority to pass on any of my personal data. To do so in the circumstances is I understand a breach of the Data Protection Act 1998, and also the OFT guidelines, and should you ignore my request it would again result in you being further reported to the relevant authorities.

I also require that you remove all my data from your files within the next 7 days and look forward to receiving a letter from you within 30 days confirming that you have complied with this request.

You would send this letter to the lender after 6yrs of not acknowledging the debt, give it a month and then you can send a copy to the CRA who will then remove any default from their systems.

Again, simple process to sort out - just remember never admit that you had the account, it is always referred to as an 'alleged account' or the account you refer to. Do not use the term 'My Account' especially not within 6yrs or you're back to square one again.

You must send it recorded delivery (proof of postage) and do not sign it - get someone else to sign for you or use a type font when you print it!

The OFT Debt Collection Guidance states further that "continuing to press for payment after a debtor has stated that they will not be paying a debt because it is statue barred could amount to harassment contrary to section 40 (1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1970".

Scottish version below.

You would send this letter to the lender after 5yrs of not acknowledging the debt, give it a month and then you can send a copy to the CRA who will then remove any default from their systems.

This letter would be sent to a creditor/DCA whom you want to pay, lets say a mobile phone bill of £80 - its not worth a default so send this and see what the lender says - usually they'll agree cos they want money - a default issued with no money does them no good.

This doesn't tend to work with banks, but will do for utilities and/or catalogues. However if a DCA is dealing then always worth a go - so long as you can afford it of course! Just add the amount you wish to offer in exchange for default removal.

Remember to edit the 50% to whatever you prefer - although 50% is a great starting point...

Lets assume that you have paid the debt off to a lender/DCA but then find they have added a default notice. Regardless of whether the default notice was there before, or after, you paid it is possible to try and argue for its removal.

First of all, you should be requesting a copy of the default notice, using the following template letter.

Your obligation also extends to providing a statement of account. I enclose a £1 cheque to cover the statutory fee.

2. Please also supply me with a signed, true certified copy of the original default notice.

3. You are notified that you are obliged to supply these documents, whether you are the original creditor or not under S189 of the CCA 1974.

If you are unable to provide this data then I require all adverse information to be removed completely, including any defaults that may have been applied. If the lender/DCA replies confirming they cannot find the default notice or that they do not have to issue you a copy as there is no debt, then you'd send the following letter which is a more severe threat by way of issuing enforcement papers (CPR31.16) to them in order that they supply the default notice.

You're hoping they cannot supply you one in which case you should seek removal of default using the fact you did pay to your advantage. The letter below is a good starting point, combining several aspects of various letters.

The default notice must contain all of the necessary information under the Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) Regulations 1983 ('the 1983 Regulations'), which includes
a statement saying the notice is a default notice served under section 87(1) of the 1974 Act
a description of the agreement
the name and address of both the debtor and the creditor

As is clearly evident from all previous communication between us regards to this default, I never received any such notice and as a result I contest the accuracy of the default and until such time you can provide proof that you complied with the above Act, you must remove all derogatory data from the files of any credit reference agency (CRA).

I am more than happy to issue you a Subject Access Request which should include a copy of the documents I request, which I am hopeful will include a copy of said termination and default notices which, if they are missing, will leave me no alternative but to seek legal enforcement via CPR31.16. Without sight of said default notice, I cannot argue the authenticity, enforceability or execution and therefore will use this as my claim if I am forced into taking legal action, all costs will also be claimed.

It would, however, be in both our interests if you simply agree to remove the default being that I did actually make full payment as per our agreement. There are so many inconsistencies with the alleged default notice, the execution, the enforceability and the legal compliance that you must surely have no other alternative but to remove it, least of all as a gesture of goodwill?

As I was never in receipt of any of the statutory documents (Notice of Termination of Contract; Notice of Assignment or Default Notice) then the actual default notice that is shown on my credit file is unlawful and should be immediately removed. I do not want to take this through the courts but I will enforce removal by judgement if necessary, at the end of the day you have acted unlawfully by not issuing a fully compliant and correctly executed legal document.

Therefore, assuming you are happy with my proposal please confirm, in writing on letterheaded paper, the following points will be carried out;
The Default Notice will be removed
The Status of the account will change from “Defaulted” to “Settled”
The Current Balance will appear as £0.00
The Default / Delinquent Balance will be set to £0.00
There will be no date in the “Defaulted Date” field (as it will be removed)
There will be no date in the “Date Last Delinquent” field on the report

The next letter, self explanitory is Subject Access Request which means by law, if they have issued a Default Notice it must be sent within the SAR otherwise they have breached the Data Protection act as well as the Consumer Credit Act which will only go to help you enforce removal of the default.

Remember to send a £10 cheque or Postal Order and do not sign this request, even if they write back requesting you sign, then refer them to s.7 of the DPA and ask them to tell you where it asks for a signature! They can't as it is not a required provision to comply with SAR (even though the lenders like to think it is - it is a stalling tactic).

I enclose the statutory maximum fee of £10. You have 40 days in which to comply. Invariably, you'll get lenders/DCA's writing back to you asking you to sign before they will provide anything to you. This is something that must be avoided at all costs or you ask a friend to do it, because some companies have been known to demand a signature then cut/paste it onto agreements so whatever you do - DO NOT give them ammunition for free

If a lender does write back asking you to sign, ask a friend to do it for you, using your name of course, or send the following letter

This letter would usually be sent if the CCA request was ignored and they wrote back requesting a signature or proof of identity (only if they had previously sent you documents/conversed with you).

Self-executing Security Agreement in Event of Unauthorised Use

Under the terms of this notice, the User consents and agrees that any use of any of Secured Party’s names (and all variations and derivatives thereof) or intellectual property [other than authorised usage], constitutes unauthorised usage, which automatically contractually binds the User and renders this notice a Security Agreement, wherein the User becomes the Debtor of Secured Party and unreservedly agrees that:

(1) The User grants Secured Party a security interest in all its assets, land and personal property, and all of the User’s interest in assets, land and personal property, in the sum of £1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION POUNDS STERLING) per occurrence of the unauthorised use of any of the names belonging to Secured Party [the unauthorised use fee] , as well as for each and every occurrence of the use of any and all variations and derivatives thereof, as well as any variations in the spelling of those names, plus costs and the right to claim triple damages in the event of the User’s failure to cure its default.

(4) The User consents and agrees that said Financing Statement described above in paragraph “(3)” is considered continuing, and further consents and agrees with Secured Party’s filing of any continuation statement necessary for maintaining Secured Party’s security interest in all of the User’s property and interest in property, pledged as collateral in this Security Agreement and described above in paragraph “(2),” until the User’s contractual obligation theretofore incurred has been fully satisfied or a waiver has been expressly granted in signed writing by Secured Party.

(5) The User consents and agrees with Secured Party’s filing of any Financing Statement, as described above in paragraph’s “(3)” and “(4),” as well as the filing of any Security Agreement, as described above in paragraph “(2)”, in any legal proceeding deemed necessary by Secured Party in the enforcement of the terms of this notice.

(6) The User consents and agrees that any and all such filings described in paragraphs “(4)” and “(5)” above are not deemed to be unfair or unenforceable or unconscionable, and that the User will not claim that any such filing is false, frivolous or vexatious, on the basis that, in good faith, Secured Party hereunder agrees to waive any obligation that arises from an innocent error or omission that is subsequently rectified by the User within 14 days of service of notice of its copyright infringement.
(7) The User agrees that it is estopped from claiming that it has not been notified of the charges incurred for unauthorised use of Secured Party’s copyrighted names and intellectual property and/or that it is not bound by the conditions contained herein, following service and/or public notice of such.

(8) The User appoints Secured Party as its Authorised Representative, effective upon the User being found to be in default of its contractual obligations, following service and/or public notice of these terms, as set forth under “Payment Terms” and “Default Terms” below, granting Secured Party full authorisation and power to engage in certain actions for and on behalf of the User, including, but not limited by, authentication of a record on behalf of the User, as Secured Party to a Financing Statement, and the User further consents and agrees that this appointment of Secured Party as Authorised Representative is effective upon User’s default and irrevocable until redemption of its financial obligations to Secured Party.

User further consents and agrees with all of the following additional terms of this Self-executing Security Agreement in Event of Unauthorised Use.

Payment Terms
8. The User hereby consents and agrees that it shall pay Secured Party all unauthorised use fees in full within thirty (30) days of the date when NOTICE OF DEFAULT CHARGES is served by Secured Party, itemising said charges and expressing the terms of payment.

Default Terms
9. In event of non-payment in full of all unauthorised use fees by the User within thirty (30) days of the date NOTICE OF DEFAULT CHARGES is served, the User shall be deemed in default, and agrees that:
a. Secured Party will be granted a legal charge over the User’s property pledged as collateral by the User, as set forth above in paragraph 7(2). b. Secured Party will be automatically appointed the User’s Authorised Representative as set forth above in 7(8).c. The User consents and agrees that Secured Party may take possession of, as well as otherwise dispose of, in any manner that Secured Party deems appropriate, including, but not limited by, sale at auction, at any time following the User’s notice of its failure to cure its default, and without further notice or court proceedings, any and all of User’s property and interest, described above in paragraph (2), in respect of this Self-executing Security Agreement in Event of Unauthorised Use, that Secured Party deems appropriate.

Terms for Curing Default
10. In the event of default, irrespective of any and all of the User’s former property and interest in property, described above in paragraph (2), in the possession of, as well as disposed of by, Secured Party, the User may cure its default only by payment in full or by providing material evidence that demonstrates it breached the terms of this notice without being cognisant of the fact that it was doing so and without bad faith, in which case Secured Party may grant a waiver of the unpaid fees.

Terms of Strict Foreclosure
11. The User’s non-payment in full of all unauthorised use fees within the thirty (30) day period for curing defaults authorises Secured Party’s immediate non-judicial strict foreclosure on any and all of the pledged property and interest in property, for which Secured Party will be granted a legal charge by the User until redemption.

Miscellaneous
12. Unauthorised use of “©FIRST NAME of the family LAST NAME” (and/or any derivatives or variations thereof) and/or his internet usernames/handles incurs the same unauthorised use fees as those associated with his trade-names/trade-marks (and all derivatives and variations thereof) and intellectual property.

Under the orders of Jacob Schiff the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is founded by Ashkenazi Jews, Bernard Baruch and Colonel Edward Mandell House in 1921. The first job of the CFR was to gain control of the press. This was given to John D. Rockefeller who set up a number of national news magazines such as Life, and Time. The CFR also needed to gain control of radio, television and the motion picture industry. This task was split amongst the international bankers from, Kuhn Loeb, Goldman Sachs, the Warburgs, and the Lehmanns.

In Raymond Fosdick's memorial history of the Board, he indicates that it was part of John D. Rockefeller Jr's effort toward "this goal of social control." [as cited in Research Manual: America 2000/Goals 2000, p. 54]

The Rockefeller Foundation History also states: in 1923 John D. Rockefeller, Jr, creates the International Education Board with $20 million to promote education abroad, a parallel effort to the U.S. General Education Board."

1926 N. M. Rothschild & Sons refinance the Underground Electric Railways Company of London Ltd which has a controlling interest in the entire London Underground transport system. Maurice de Rothschild has a son, Edmond de Rothschild.

When the Crash of 1929 occurred, the second J.P. Morgan organized an effort to stem the decline and failed. By the mid-1930's the reputation of Morgan, along with all of Wall Street, was dismal. J.P. As two thirds of Germany's food supply had to be imported, and could only be imported with the proceeds of what they exported, if Germany could not export, two thirds of Germany's population would starve, as there would be not enough food for more than one third of the population. As a result of this boycott, Jews throughout America, would protest outside and damage any stores in which they found any products with, "Made in Germany," printed on them, causing stores to have to dump these products or risk bankruptcy.

1939 I.G. Farben the leading producer of chemicals in the world and largest German producer of steel dramatically increases its production. President Roosevelt in 1941 takes America into the second world war by refusing to sell Japan any more steel scrap or oil. Japan was in the midst of a war against China and without that scrap steel and oil, Japan would be unable to continue that war. Japan was totally dependent upon the United States for both steel scrap and oil. Roosevelt knew this action would provoke the Japanese to attack America, which they subsequently did at Pearl Harbor.

On 6 November 1944 Lord Moyne, British Minister Resident in the Middle East was assassinated in Cairo by two members of the Jewish terrorist group, the Stern Gang, led by future Prime Minister of Israel, Yitzhak Shamir. The Rothschild take a giant step towards their goal of world domination when the second, "League of Nations," called the, "United Nations," was approved this year.

Chase National Bank, the predecessor of JP Morgan Chase Bank has opened its first Tokyo branch as a foreign bank in 1947, with reconstruction of the Japanese economy as a leader in the foreign exchange dealing, developed the business.

The British in 1947, who prior to World War 2 declared that there would be no more immigration of Jews to Palestine in order to protect the Palestinians from their acts of terror against both them and British soldiers, transfer control of Palestine to the United Nations. The United Nations resolve to have Palestine partitioned into two states, one zionist and one arab, with Jerusalem to remain as an international zone to be enjoyed by all religious faiths.

This transfer was scheduled to take place on May 15, 1948. The United Nations had no right to give Arab property to anyone, as indeed even thought the Jews owned 6% of Palestine at that time, resolution 181 granted the Jews 57% of the land leaving the Arabs who at that time had 94% with only 43%.

Information collected by the ADL in its spy operations on US citizens is used by the House Select Committee on Unamerican Activities. Subcommittee Chair Clare Hoffman dismisses the ADL’s reports on suspected communists as "hearsay."

This angers many Jews who realise this Hexagram was used in the ancient mystery religions as the symbol of, "Moloch," (described as a demon of unwilling sacrifice and is also interestingly the name of the stone owl the elite worship at Bohemian Grove), and, "Astaroth," (described as the Lord Treasurer of Hell).

The Hexagram was also used to represent Saturn, which has been identified as the esoteric name for, "Satan." This indicates that anyone killed in the name of Israel is actually a sacrifice to Satan. In the early hours of April 19, 132 Jewish terrorists from the Irgun gang, led by future Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, and the Stern gang, led by future Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, brutally massacre 200 men, women and children as they are sleeping peacefully in the Arab village of Deir Yassin.

Following the United Nations transfer of Palestine to an independent Jewish state and an independent Arab state on May 15, the Israelis launched a military assault on the Arabs with blaring loudspeakers on their trucks informing the Arabs that if they did not flee immediately, they would be slaughtered.

800,000 Arabs with the recent memory of the Deir Yassin massacre at the forefront of their minds, fled in panic. They asked for help from neighbouring Arab states, but those states did not get involved as they were no match for the Israelis whose up to date military hardware had been supplied by the Jewish Stalinist regime in Russia. As a result of this assault, the Jews now controlled 78% of the former Palestine as oppose to the 57% that had been given to them illegally by the United Nations.

The Palestinians, many of them Christians, were never paid compensation for their homes, property and businesses stolen from them during this illegal Jewish assault, and these people ended up in slum refugee cities of tents. Furthermore at least half of the Palestinians in their hurry to flee, left their birth certificates behind. The State of Israel then passed a law that only those who could prove citizenship were allowed to return to Israel, thus meaning these 400,000 Palestinians could not return and lost all their property they had left there.

1949 On October 1, Mao Tse Tsung declares the founding of the People's Republic Of

On page 219 of his book, "Tales of the British Aristocracy," L.G. Pine, the Editor of Burke’s Peerage, states that the Jews,

Also in this year Maurice de Rothschild dies in Paris.

1962: de Rothschild Frères establishes Imétal as an umbrella company for all their mineral mining interests. Rederic Morton publishes his book, The Rothschilds, in which he states,
"Though they control scores of industrial, commercial, mining and tourist corporations, not one bears the name Rothschild. Being private partnerships, the family houses never need to, and never do, publish a single public balance sheet, or any other report of their financial condition." This attitude reveals the true aim of the Rothschilds, to eliminate all competition and create their own worldwide monopoly.

1963: On June 4th President John F. Kennedy (the 35th President of the United States 1961 – 1963) signs Executive Order 11110 which returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Rosthchilds owned Federal Reserve.

Less than 6 months later on November 22nd , president Kennedy is assassinated by the Rothschilds for the same reason as they assassinated President Abraham Lincoln in 1865, he wanted to print American money for the American people, as oppose to for the benefit of a money grabbing war mongering foreign elite.

This Executive Order 11110, is rescinded by President Lyndon Baines Johnson (the 36th President of the United States 1963 to 1969) on Air Force One from Dallas to Washington, the same day as President Kennedy was assassinated.

Another, and probably the primary, reason for Kennedy's assassination is however, the fact that he made it quite clear to Israeli Prime Minister, David Ben-Gurion, that under no circumstances would he agree to Israel becoming a nuclear state. Jumping ahead of time adding to this : The Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz on February 5, 1999, in a review of, Avner Cohen's book, "Israel and the Bomb," states the following,

"The murder of American President John F. Kennedy brought to an abrupt end the massive pressure being applied by the U.S. administration on the government of Israel to discontinue the nuclear program...The book implied that, had Kennedy remained alive, it is doubtful whether Israel would today have a nuclear option."

Edmond de Rothschild establishes La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild (LCF), in Switzerland as a venture capital house. This later develops into an investment bank and asset management company with many affiliates. He also marries his wife Nadine and they have a son, Benjamin de Rothschild.

1965: Israel illegally obtains enriched uranium from NUMEC (Nuclear Materials and Equipment Corporation).

1967: The treatment of the Palestinians by the Zionist Jews, finally ignites enough anger in the Arab world for Egypt, Jordan and Syria to mobilise on Israel's borders. All of these three countries are suddenly attacked by Israel and as a result the Sinai which included Gaza was stolen from Egypt, and the West Bank and the Jordan River stolen from Jordan.
As a result of this, on June 8, the Israelis launch an attack on the USS Liberty with Israeli aircraft and motor torpedo boats, in an effort to blame it on Egypt, to bring America into the war on their side, and of course follow to the letter, their Mossad motto,

As a result of their attack, 34 American servicemen were killed and 174 wounded. Israel lies as usual, claiming it mistook this warship that was flying a large United States flag, for an ancient out-of-service Egyptian horse carrier El Quseir, that was 180 feet shorter. They also claim the ship was in the war zone, when it was actually in international waters, far from any fighting. The Israeli's attack on this warship lasts for 75 minutes during which time they shoot up one of the United States flags, resulting in the sailors desperately raising another one.

In the aftermath of this attack, the American sailors who survived are warned by the United States military not to discuss the matter with anyone due to, "national security." This story gets no prominence in the Rothschild controlled mainstream media and as usual Israel is in no way even rebuked for their crimes by their subservient country of America.

The following day, June 9th, Israel illegally occupies the Golan Heights which it seizes from Syria. This area goes on to provide Israel with one third of its fresh water.
Israeli General Matityahu Peled, is quoted in Ha'aretz (19 March 1972) with the following statement,

"The thesis that the danger of genocide was hanging over us in June 1967 and that Israel was fighting for its physical existence is only bluff, which was born and developed after the war." 1968: Noémie Halphen, wife of Maurice de Rothschild dies.

George J. Laurer an employee of the Rothschilds controlled IBM, invents the UPC (Universal Product Code) barcode which will eventually be placed upon every item traded worldwide and bear the number, 666. His conscience made him speak out and in 1986 he provided the London Sunday Times with the facts and photos they used to tell the world about Israel's nuclear weapons programme.
His evidence showed that Israel had stockpiled up to 200 nuclear warheads, with no debate or authorisation from it own citizens. On 30th September 1986, Vanunu was lured from London to Rome. There he was kidnapped, drugged and shipped to Israel.
After a secret trial he was sentenced to 18 years for, "treason," and, "espionage," (something Israel are very familiar with) though he had received no payment and had communicated with no foreign power.

He goes on to be held in complete isolation for 11 years, only allowed occasional visits from his family, lawyer and a priest, conducted through a metal screen. Although he completes his sentence, the Israeli government continues to hold him against his will.

1987: Edmond de Rothschild creates the World Conservation Bank which is designed to transfer debts from third world countries to this bank and in return those countries would give land to this bank. This is designed so the Rothschilds can gain control of the third world which represents 30% of the land surface of the Earth.

On April 24 the Wall Street Journal reveals the, "Role of Israel in Iran-Contra Scandal Won't be Explored in Detail by Panels."

1988: The ADL initiate a nationwide competition for law students to draft anti-hate legislation for minority groups. That competition is won by a man named, Joseph Ribakoff, whose thesis proposes that not only must hate motivated violence be banned, but also any words which stimulate: supiscion; friction; hate; and possible violence, these must also be criminalised.

This ADL prize-winning paper suggests that not only should state-agencies monitor and restrict free speech in general, but they should also censor all films that criticize identifiable groups. Furthermore, even if the person making the statement can justify it, for example Christians criticizing homosexuality because the bible expressly forbids it, Ribakoff asserts that the truth is to be no defence in court.

The only proof a court will need in order to secure a conviction of hate speech is that something has been said, and a minority group or member of such group has felt emotionally damaged as a result of such criticism. Therefore, under these proposals which the ADL will have forced into law all over the world less than 15 years later, Jesus Christ would have been arrested as a hate criminal.

This law is designed to protect the Rothschild conspiracy from being revealed in that if you criticize the Rothschilds criminal cabal, you will be targeted as anti-semitic, and thus risk imprisonment. Philippe de Rothschild dies.

1989: Many of the satellite states in Eastern Europe, through the influence of Glasnost, become more open in their demands of freedom from Communist governance in their Republics.

Many revolutions happen in 1989, most of them involving the overthrow of their respective Communist governments and the replacement of them with Republics.
Thus, the hold the Communists had over Eastern Europe (the Iron Curtain) becomes very weak. Eventually, as a result of Perestroika and Glasnost, Communism collapses, not only in the Soviet Union but also in Eastern Europe.

In Russia, Boris Yeltsin (whose wife is the daughter of Joseph Stalin’s marriage to Rosa Kaganovich) and the Republican government takes steps to end the power of the Communist party by suspending and banning the party and seizing all their property.

This symbolised the fall of Communism in Russia, and resulted in the start of a mass exodus of 700,000 Jews from the former Soviet Union to Israel.

In the Israeli Journal, Hotam (24 November 1989), there is a report of a speech that then Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, Ashkenazi Jew, Binyamin Netanyahu, gave to students at Bar Ilan University in which he states,
"Israel should have exploited the repression of the demonstrations in China, when world attention focused on that country, to carry out mass expulsions among the Arabs of the territories."

The London and Paris Rothschilds announce the launch of a new subsidiary, Rothschild GmbH, in Frankfurt, Germany. 1991: Following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait on August 2,

1990, on January 16 of this year the United States and Britain began an aerial bombing campaign of targets within Iraq. On 24 February the ground campaign commenced which was to last 100 hours until on February 28 when a horrendous war crime occurred.

This crime was the slaughter of 150,000 Iraqi troops with fuel air bombs. These Iraqis were fleeing on a crowded highway from Kuwait to Basra. President George Herbert Walker Bush ordered United States military aircraft and ground units to kill these surrendering troops, they were then bulldozed into mass unmarked graves in the desert, some still alive.

President Bush then ordered a cessation of hostilities. What was the significance of this slaughter and President Bush declaring the war over on this day? Well it was the day the, "Day of Purim," fell on this year. This the day the Jews celebrate their victory over Ancient Babylon, now based within the borders of Iraq and a day when the Jews are encouraged to get bloody revenge against their perceived enemies.

At the Bilderberg Conference on June 6 to 9 of this year, in Baden-Baden, Germany, David Rockefeller (a Rothschild) made the following statement,
"We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world, if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The super-national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practised in past centuries."

1992: In March, former Federal Reserve Board Chairman, Paul A. Volker became Chairman of the European banking firm, J. Rothschild, Wolfensohn and Co. Stephen Bryen, caught offering confidential documents to Israel in 1978, is serving on board of the pro-Israeli Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs while continuing as a paid consultant, with security clearance, on exports of sensitive US technology.
“The Samson Option,” by Seymour M. Hersh reports,

“Illicitly obtained intelligence'' was flying so voluminously from LAKAM (a secret Israeli intelligence unit, a Hebrew acronym for Scientific Liaison Bureau) into Israeli intelligence that a special code name, JUMBO, was added to the security markings already on the documents. There were strict orders, Ari Ben-Menashe recalled, “Anything marked JUMBO was not supposed to be discussed with your American counterparts.”

The Wall Street Journal reports that Israeli agents apparently tried to steal Recon Optical Inc's top-secret airborne spy-camera system. On September 16th Britain’s pound collapses when currency speculators led by Rothschild agent, Ashkenazi Jew, George Soros, borrow pounds and sell them for Deutsche Marks, in the expectation of being able to repay the loan in devalued currency and to pocket the difference.

This results in the British Chancellor of the Exchequer, Norman Lamont, announcing a rise in interest rates of 5% in one day and as a result drives Britain into a recession which lasts many years as large numbers of businesses fail and the housing market crashes.
This is right on cue for the Rothschilds, after they had privatised Britain’s state owned assets during the 1980’s, driven the share price up, and then collapsed the markets so they could buy them up for pennies on the pound, a carbon copy of what Nathan Mayer Rothschild did to the British economy 180 years before, in 1812.

It cannot be overstated that the Chancellor of the Exchequer at that time, Norman Lamont, prior to becoming a MP, was a Merchant Banker with N. M. Rothschild and Sons, who he joined after reading Economics at Cambridge.

1993: Norman Lamont leaves the British government to return to N. M. Rothschild and Sons as a director, after his mission to collapse the British economy to profit the Rothschilds is accomplished. Former Congressman, Paul Findley publishes his seminal book, Deliberate Deceptions: Facing the Facts About the U.S. Israeli Relationship.
In this book he lists the 65 United Nations Member Resolutions against Israel from the period 1955 to 1992, and the 30 United States vetoes on Israel’s behalf which if not made would have seen Israel have 95 resolutions against them at this point.

No matter, even with Israel’s puppet the United States helping them terrorise others, the 65 Resolutions passed against Israel are more than all the Resolutions passed against all other countries combined.
Not that Israel care too much about the views of the United Nations when you consider that less than two weeks after Israel’s attack on the USS Liberty (an attack designed to sink the Liberty and blame it on Egypt prompting the USA into a war with Egypt on behalf of Israeli Lies, remember the Mossad motto, “By Way Of Deception, Thou Shalt Do War”), the Israeli Foreign Minister, Aba Eban, stated of the United Nations,
"If the General Assembly were to vote by 121 votes to 1 in favor of, "Israel," returning to the armistice lines (pre June 1967 borders), "Israel," would refuse to comply with the decision," New York Times – 19 June 1967.

The ADL is caught operating a massive spying operation on critics of Israel, Arab-Americans, the San Francisco Labor Council, ILWU Local 10, Oakland Educational Association, NAACP, Irish Northern Aid, International Indian Treaty Council, the Asian Law Caucus and the San Francisco Police. Data collected was sent to Israel and in some cases to South Africa. Pressure from Jewish organizations forces the city to drop the criminal case, but the ADL settles a civil lawsuit for an undisclosed sum of cash.

1995: Former atomic energy scientist, Dr Kitty Little claims the Rothschilds now control 80% of the world’s uranium supplies giving them a monopoly over nuclear power.
The Defense Investigative Service circulates a memo warning US military contractors that,
"Israel aggressively collects (US) military and industrial technology."
The report stated that Israel obtains information using,
"ethnic targeting, financial aggrandizement, and identification and exploitation of individual frailties," of US citizens.

1996: A General Accounting Office report, "Defense Industrial Security: Weaknesses in US Security Arrangements With Foreign-Owned Defense Contractors," found that according to intelligence sources, "Country A," (identified by intelligence sources as Israel, Washington Times, 22 February 1996),

"conducts the most aggressive espionage operation against the United States of any US ally."

The Jerusalem Post (30 August 1996) quoted the report,
"“Classified military information and sensitive military technologies are high-priority targets for the intelligence agencies of this country."
The report described, "An espionage operation run by the intelligence organization responsible for collecting scientific and technologic information for (Israel) paid a US government employee to obtain US classified military intelligence documents." The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs (Shawn L. Twing, April 1996) noted that this was,
"a reference to the 1985 arrest of Jonathan Pollard, a civilian US naval intelligence analyst who provided Israel's LAKAM espionage agency an estimated 800,000 pages of classified US intelligence information."

The GAO report also noted that, "Several citizens of (Israel) were caught in the United States stealing sensitive technology used in manufacturing artillery gun tubes."
An Office of Naval Intelligence document, "Worldwide Challenges to Naval Strike Warfare" reported that,

"US technology has been acquired (by China) through Israel in the form of the Lavi fighter and possibly SAM (surface-to-air) missile technology."

Jane's Defense Weekly (28 February 1996) noted that, "until now, the intelligence community has not openly confirmed the transfer of US technology (via Israel) to China." The report noted that this, "represents a dramatic step forward for Chinese military aviation." (Flight International, 13 March 1996). Amschel Rothschild, 41, is strangled with the heavy cord of his own towel robe in his hotel room in Paris. French Prime Minister orders the French Police to close their investigation, and, Rupert Murdoch, born of a Jewish mother and so a Jew by Ashkenazi standards, instructs his editors and news managers around the world to report it as a heart attack, if they need to report it at all.

On 12 May United Nations Ambassador and Ashkenazi Jew, Madeleine Albright, when appearing on 60 Minutes, was asked the following by correspondent Lesley Stahl, in reference to the years of United States led economic sanctions against Iraq,

"We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, that is more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?"
To which Ambassador Albright replied,
"I think that is a very hard choice, but the price, we think, the price is worth it."

Her comments cause no public outcry. In fact, the holocaust of half a million Iraqi children is positively admired by the United States government when you consider less than 8 months later, President Clinton appointed Albright as secretary of state. Whilst appearing before the Senate Committee, who were considering her appointment, Albright is literally chomping at the bit for the blood of more Iraqi children and she states,

"We will insist on maintaining tough UN sanctions against Iraq unless and until that regime complies with relevant Security Council resolutions."

1997: An Army mechanical engineer, Ashkenazi Jew, David A. Tenenbaum, "inadvertently," gives classified military information on missile systems and armored vehicles to Israeli officials (New York Times, 20 February 1997). The Washington Post reports US intelligence has intercepted a conversation in which two Israeli officials had discussed the possibility of getting a confidential letter that then-Secretary of State Warren Christopher had written to Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.

One of the Israelis, identified only as, “Dov,” had commented that they may get the letter from, “Mega,” the code name for Israel’s top agent inside the United States.
US ambassador to Israel, Martin Indyk, complains privately to the Israeli government about heavy-handed surveillance by Israeli intelligence agents.

Israeli agents place a tap on Ashkenazi Jew and daughter of a Rabbi, Monica Lewinsky’s, phone at the Watergate and record phone sex sessions between her and President Bill Clinton. The Ken Starr report confirms that Clinton warned Lewinsky their conversations were being taped and ended the affair. Interestingly, at the same time, the FBI’s hunt for, "Mega," is called off.
On 29 October Edmond de Rothschild dies in Geneva. Interestingly on the exact same day Anton Szandor LaVey, the founder of the Church of Satan also dies, who in his book, "Satan Speaks," he states in relation to The Protocols Of The Elders Of Zion,

"The first time I read the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, my instinctive reaction was, So what's wrong with THAT? Isn't that the way any master plan should work? Doesn't the public deserve - nay, demand - such despotism?"

Kofi Annan becomes Secretary General to the United Nations. He is married to Nane Lagergren, a Rothschild, who he wed in 1984. 1998: The European Central Bank is set up in Frankfurt, the city from which the Rothschilds originate.

2000: George W. Bush is elected (so they tell me) President of the United States. Bush and his family claim to be descendants of the House of Plantagenet which is descended from the Royal House of Judah.

2001: On September 11th the attack on the World Trade Center is orchestrated by Israel with the complicity of Britain and America, under the orders of the Rothschilds as a pretext for removing the liberty of people worldwide in exchange for security, just as happened with the Reichstag fire in Germany where the citizens were lied to in order to give up liberty for security. They also will use the attacks to gain control of the few nations in the world who don’t allow Rothschild central banks and so less than one month after these attacks, US forces attack Afghanistan, one of only 7 nations in the world who don’t have a Rothschild controlled central bank.

Less than a week before the 9-11 attack on 5 September, the so-called lead hijacker Mohamed Atta and several other hijackers made a still-unexplained visit onboard one of Pro Israeli lobbyist, Ashkenazi Jew, Jack Abramoff’s casino boats.

No investigation is undertook as to what they were doing there. It is discovered that US drug agents’ communications have been penetrated. Suspicion falls on two companies, AMDOCS and Comverse Infosys, both owned by Israelis. AMDOCS generates billing data for most US phone companies and is able to provide detailed logs of who is talking to whom.

Comverse Infosys builds the tapping equipment used by law enforcement to eavesdrop on all American telephone calls, but suspicion forms that Comverse Infosys, which gets half of its research and development budget from the Israeli government, has built a back door into the system that is being exploited by Israeli intelligence and that the information gleaned on US drug interdiction efforts is finding its way to drug smugglers.

The investigation by the FBI leads to the exposure of the largest foreign spy ring ever uncovered inside the United States, operated by Israel. Half of the suspected spies have been arrested when 9-11 happens.

On 9-11, 5 Israelis are arrested for dancing and cheering while the World Trade Towers collapse. Supposedly employed by Urban Moving Systems, the Israelis are caught with multiple passports and a lot of cash. Two of them are later revealed to be Mossad. As witness reports track the activity of the Israelis, it emerges that they were seen at Liberty Park at the time of the first impact, suggesting a foreknowledge of what was to come. The Israelis are interrogated, and then eventually sent back to

Israel

The owner of the moving company used as a cover by the Mossad agents abandons his business and flees to Israel. The United States Government then classifies all of the evidence related to the Israeli agents and their connections to 9-11.

All of this is reported to the public via a four part story on Fox News by Carl Cameron. Pressure from Jewish groups, primarily AIPAC, forces Fox News to remove the story from their website. Two hours prior to the 9-11 attacks, Odigo, an Israeli company with offices just a few blocks from the World Trade Towers, receives an advance warning via the internet.

The manager of the New York Office provides the FBI with the IP address of the sender of the message, but the FBI does not follow this up. The FBI is investigating 5 Israeli moving companies as possible fronts for Israeli intelligence.

It is revealed that prior to the attack millions of dollars of put options on both American Airlines and United Airlines, were traded. The FBI have promised to followed the purchasers up, but have never revealed their findings. That is because this would lead directly to Israel, the state behind the 911 attacks.

Following the World Trade Center attack, anonymous letters containing anthrax are sent to various politicians and media executives. Like the 9-11 attack this is immediately blamed on Al-Qaeda , until it is discovered that the anthrax contained within those letters is a specific type of weaponized anthrax made by a United States military laboratory.

The FBI then discover that the main suspect for these anthrax letters is a Ashkenazi Jew, Dr. Philip Zack, who had been reprimanded several times by his employers due to offensive remarks he made about Arabs.

Dr. Philip Zack, was caught on camera entering the storage area where he worked at Fort Detrick which is where the Anthrax was kept. At this point, both the FBI and the mainstream media stopped making any public comments on the case.
Jewish Defence League Chairman since 1985, Ashkenazi Jew, Irv Rubin is jailed for allegedly plotting to bomb a mosque and the offices of a Arab-American congressman. He dies shortly after slitting his throat in a suicide attempt, before he can be brought to trial.

One week prior to the WTC attack, the Zim Shipping Company moves out of its offices in the WTC, breaking its lease and costing the company $50,000. No reason has ever been given, but Zim Shipping Company is half owned by the State of Israel (The Rothschilds).
On October 3, Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, makes the following statement to Ashkenazi Jew, Shimon Peres, as reported on Kol Yisrael radio.

"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that....I want to tell you something very clear, don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it."

The 9/11 attacks are ambiguous and full of holes in the story. It was noted by the BBC reported the towers had effectively brought down building 7 in a live report the reporter confirms that building 7 has collapsed, however in the distance you can clearly see that building 7 is still erect and in good shape not reduced to a pile of ruble as it was being live streamed, it took a further 20 minuets before building 7 did collapse. Maybe the reporter was psychic or more to the truth she was probably revealing the intention of others, as Larry Silverstein was clearly heard stating that "they pulled" building 7, and it was not destroyed from the twin towers attack, footage of the building can be found on the internet.

2002: Webster's Third New International Dictionary (Unabridged), re-printed in 2002, provides a new definition of Anti Semitism which has not been updated since 1956. It reads,
"Anti-Semitism: (1) hostility toward Jews as a religious or racial minority group, often accompanied by social, political or economic discrimination (2) opposition to Zionism (3) sympathy for the opponents of Israel."

It was definition (2) and (3) that were added in the 2002 edition, just before the USA decide to invade Iraq under orders from the State of Rothschild, I mean Israel. Also this year, the Prime Minister of Israel, war criminal, Ariel Sharon, orders the massacre in the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank.

Best get that definition updated to protect these criminals. The DEA issues a report that Israeli spies, posing as art students, have been trying to penetrate US Government offices. Police near the Whidbey Island Naval Air Station in southern Washington State stop a suspicious truck and detain two Israelis, one of whom is illegally in the United States. The two men were driving at high speed in a Ryder rental truck, which they claimed had been used to, "deliver furniture."
The next day, police discovered traces of TNT and RDX military-grade plastic explosives inside the passenger cabin and on the steering wheel of the vehicle. The FBI then announces that the tests that showed explosives were, "false positive" by cigarette smoke, a claim test experts say is ridiculous.

Based on an alibi provided by a woman, the case is closed and the Israelis are handed over to INS to be sent back to Israel. One week later, the woman who provided the alibi vanishes.
2003: The United States invade Iraq on 19 March, which this year is the holy, "Day of Purim," in the Jewish calendar. This, "Day of Purim," is a day the Jews celebrate their victory over Ancient Babylon, now based within the borders of Iraq, how interesting.

What is also significant is that the previous U.S. led invasion of Iraq ended on the Day of Purim ten years earlier with the slaughter of 150,000 fleeing Iraqis under the current President's father, George Herbert Walker Bush. Purim is also the time when the Jews are encouraged to get bloody revenge against their perceived enemies.

Ancient Babylon, or Iraq as it is today, is now one of six nations left in the world who don’t have a Rothschild controlled central bank. This war is mainly about stealing Iraq’s water supply for Israel and is being fought with the blood of the American military which the State of Rothschild, I mean Israel control.

Israel has always struggled for water, it had to steal the Golan Heights from Syria which provided Israel with one third of its fresh water 36 years before, yet still in Israel water extraction has surpassed replacement by 2.5 billion meters in the last 25 years.
This means the water is far more precious to them than the oil reserves which are the second largest reserves of oil on the planet.

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamed states in a speech,

"Jews rule the world by proxy. They get others to fight and die for them."

The Police Chief of Cloudcroft stops a truck speeding through a school zone. The drivers turn out to be Israelis with expired passports. Claiming to be movers, the truck contains junk furniture and several boxes. The Israelis are handed over to immigration. The contents of the boxers are not revealed to the public.

Israel deploys assassination squads into other countries, including the United States. The US Government does not protest.

2004: Two years into an investigation of AIPAC’s (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee – the largest political lobbying group in the USA with over 65,000 members whose only purpose is to use the USA for the purposes of Israel) possible role as a spy front for Israel, Ashkenazi Jew, Larry Franklin, a mid-level Pentagon Analyst is observed by the FBI giving classified information to two officials of AIPAC suspected of being Israeli spies.

AIPAC hires lawyer Nathan Lewin to handle their legal defense, the same lawyer who defended suspected Israeli spy Stephen Bryen in 1978. Larry Franklin worked in the Pentagon Office of Special Plans, run by Richard Perle, at the time Perle (who was caught giving classified information to Israel back in 1970) was insisting that Iraq was crawling with weapons of mass destruction requiring the United States to invade and conquer Iraq.

There were no WMDs, of course, and Perle has dumped the blame for the, "bad intelligence," on George Tenet. But what is known is that the Pentagon Office of Special Plans was coordinating with a similar group in Israel, in Ariel Sharon’s office.

With two suspected Israeli spies (at least) inside the office from which the lies that launched the war in Iraq originated, it appears that the people of the United States are the victims of a deadly hoax, a hoax that started a war using the blood and money of American citizens for the purposes of Israeli oppression.

The leaking of the investigation of AIPAC to the media on August 28th, 2004 gave advance warning to other spies working with Franklin. The damage to the FBI’s investigation was completed when United States Attorney General John Ashcroft ordered the FBI to stop all arrests in the case.

Like the Stephen Bryen case and the hunt for, "Mega," this latest spy scandal seems destined by officials who have their own secret allegiances to protect, barring a massive public outcry.

Police near the Nuclear Fuel Services plant in Tennessee stop a truck after a three mile chase, during which the driver throws a bottle containing a strange liquid from the cab. The drivers turn out to be Israelis using fake identifications. The FBI refuses to investigate and the Israelis are released.

Two Israelis try to enter Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, home to eight Trident submarines. The truck tests positive for explosives.

The National Director of the ADL, Abraham H. Foxman, publishes a book entitled, "Never Again? The Threat Of The New Anti-Semitism," in which he states that the New Testament's "lie," that the ancient Pharisees were responsible for the death of Christ, has been responsible for anti-semitism throughout the millennia and thus the New Testament of the bible is, "hate speech," and should be censored or banned.

2005: On January 20, President Bush makes the following statement as part of his second inaugural address, "When our Founders declared a new order of the ages." This is not true. The founders did not declare a, "new order of the ages," President Roosevelt did when in 1933, he put it's latin translation, "Novus Ordo Seclorum," on the dollar bill.

On 7 July the London Underground Network is bombed. Israel’s Finance Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu is in London on the morning of the attacks in order to attend an economic conference in a hotel over the underground station where one of the blasts occurred, but stayed in his hotel room instead after he had been informed by Israeli intelligence officials attacks were expected.

There are now only 5 nations on the world left without a Rothschild controlled central bank: Iran; North Korea; Sudan; Cuba; and Libya.

Physics Professor, Stephen E. Jones of Brigham Young University publishes a paper in which he proves the World Trade Center buildings could have only been brought down in the manner they were by explosives. He receives no coverage in the mainstream media for his scientific and provable claims.

2006: The Edmond De Rothschild Banque, a subsidiary of Europe's Edmond De Rothschild family bank group in France, becomes the first foreign family bank that has obtained approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission and entered China's financial market.

The ADL ruthlessly leans on governments throughout the world to pass hate crimes legislation, as they are scared that the criminal cabal that is Israel and the Rothschilds is being exposed more and more on a daily basis, predominantly on the internet. I WAS AN ON-THE-SPOT OBSERVER OF THE 1918 INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC

All the doctors and people who were living at the time of the 1918 Spanish Influenza epidemic say it was the most terrible disease the world has ever had. Strong men, hale and hearty, one day would be dead the next.

The disease had the characteristics of the black death added to typhoid, diphtheria, pneumonia, smallpox, paralysis and all the diseases the people had been vaccinated with immediately following World War 1.

Practically the entire population had been injected "seeded" with a dozen or more diseases — or toxic serums. When all those doctor-made diseases started breaking out all at once it was tragic.

That pandemic dragged on for two years, kept alive with the addition of more poison drugs administered by the doctors who tried to suppress the symptoms. As far as I could find out, the flu hit only the vaccinated. Those who had refused the shots escaped the flu. My family had refused all the vaccinations so we remained well all the time. We knew from the health teachings of Graham, Trail, Tilden and others, that people cannot contaminate the body with poisons without causing disease.

When the flu was at its peak, all the stores were closed as well as the schools, businesses even the hospital, as the doctors and nurses had been vaccinated too and were down with the flu. No one was on the streets. It was like a ghost town. We seemed to be the only family which didn’t get the flu; so my parents went from house to house doing what they could to look after the sick, as it was impossible to get a doctor then. If it were possible for germs, bacteria, virus, or bacilli to cause disease, they had plenty of opportunity to attack my parents when they were spending many hours a day in the sick rooms. But they didn’t get the flu and they didn’t bring any germs home to attack us children and cause anything. None of our family had the flu not even a sniffle and it was in the winter with deep snow on the ground.

When I see people cringe when someone near them sneezes or coughs, I wonder how long it will take them to find out that they can’t catch it whatever it is. The only way they can get a disease is to develop it themselves by wrong eating, drinking, smoking or doing some other things which cause internal poisoning and lowered vitality. All diseases are preventable and most of them are cureable with the right methods, not known to medical doctors, and not all drugless doctors know them either.
It has been said that the 1918 flu epidemic killed 20,000,000 people throughout the world. But, actually, the doctors killed them with their crude and deadly treatments and drugs. This is a harsh accusation but it is nevertheless true, judging by the success of the drugless doctors in comparison with that of the medical doctors.

While the medical men and medical hospitals were losing 33% of their flu cases, the non-medical hospitals such as BATTLE CREEK, KELLOGG and MACFADDEN’S HEALTH-RESTORIUM were getting almost 100% healings with their water cure, baths, enemas, etc., fasting and certain other simple healing methods, followed by carefully worked out diets of natural foods. One health doctor didn’t lose a patient in eight years. The very successful health treatment of one of those drugless doctors who didn’t lose any patients will be given in the other part of this book, titled VACCINATION CONDEMNED, to be published a little later.

If the medical doctors had been as advanced as the drugless doctors, there would not have been those 20 million deaths from the medical flu treatment.

There was seven times more disease among the vaccinated soldiers than among the unvaccinated civilians, and the diseases were those they had been vaccinated against. One soldier who had returned from overseas in 1912 told me that the army hospitals were filled with cases of infantile paralysis and he wondered why grown men should have an infant disease. Now, we know that paralysis is a common after-effect of vaccine poisoning. Those at home didn’t get the paralysis until after the world-wide vaccination campaign in 1918.

Common law as opposed to statutory law and regulatory law

Connotation 1 distinguishes the authority that promulgated a law. For example, most areas of law in most Anglo-American jurisdictions include "statutory law" enacted by a legislature, "regulatory law" promulgated by executive branch agencies pursuant to delegation of rule-making authority from the legislature, and common law or "case law", i.e., decisions issued by courts (or quasi-judicial tribunals within agencies). This first connotation can be further differentiated into (a) pure common law arising from the traditional and inherent authority of courts to define what the law is, even in absence of an underlying statute, e.g., most criminal law and procedural law before the 20th century, and even today, most of contract law and the law of torts, and (b) court decisions that interpret and decide the fine boundaries and distinctions in law promulgated by other bodies. This body of common law, sometimes called "interstitial common law," includes judicial interpretations of the Constitution, of statutes, and of regulations, and examples of application of law to facts.

Common law legal systems as opposed to civil law legal systems

Connotation 2 differentiates "common law" jurisdictions and legal systems from "civil law" or "code" jurisdictions. Common law systems place great weight on court decisions, which are considered "law" with the same force of law as statutes—for nearly a millennium, common law courts have had the authority to make law where no legislative statute exists, and statutes mean what courts interpret them to mean. By contrast, in civil law jurisdictions (the legal tradition that prevails in, or is combined with common law in, Europe and most non-Islamic, non-common law countries), courts lack authority to act where there is no statute, and judicial precedent is given less interpretive weight (which means that a judge deciding a given case has more freedom to interpret the text of a statute independently, and less predictably), and scholarly literature is given more. For example, the Napoleonic code expressly forbade French judges from pronouncing general principles of law.

"Provided you keep the peace, do not cause harm or loss to another individual, and do not employ mischief in your promises and agreements, then you will remain within the terms of Common Law and will not break it."

What is Common Law?

It's the "law-of-the-land", grand deception starts when you do not realise the implications of the apparently insignificant word "land", there are very real difference between "the land" and "the sea".

Statutes are passed by Parliament, which apply to the "law-of-the-sea", if you committed the (apparent) violation on dry land then you are only subject to the law-of-the-land, which is Common Law.

Common Law derives from the mists of time, it comprises those customs and traditions that make a Nation or Country what it is. The following description applies to the United Kingdom, specifically England but - since all Common Law stems from this (world-wide), it is generally applicable to everyone on this planet.

Back in the Celtic times the British Isles were populated by tribes, they had traditions and customs. Although nothing was permanently written down, they lived by rules that everyone knew. This entirely mirrors the situation world-wide.

There was a time when everything was tribal, and each member knew the rules that governed their lives. If anyone broke these rules there would be some kind of Tribal Meeting, and the Chief or Holy Man would preside. A judgment was made on the basis of arguments put forward by both sides, and that judgment was executed.

In the year 1100 the English Monarch Henry I, took the first step towards rationalising the situation by actually writing it down. He issued what is known as the Charter of Liberties. It was a small-ish step to codify the customs and traditions at the time. This codification was felt necessary in order to provide some semblance of order and unification of justice, thereby preventing 'wayward' decisions/judgments resulting from various forms of corruption. The idea of 'money' - in place of pure bartering - had already taken root, and any Monetary System always provides golden opportunities for corruption.

It was recognised that a living breathing human being had certain fundamental requirements, food, water, shelter, and so on, if these were not available in sufficient quantities, that individual would surely die.

It was therefore recognised that a living breathing human being had and needed basically, fundamental rights to the "necessities for sustaining their life".

The necessity to have personnel available to fight wars on behalf of the King was undoubtedly an important factor, that means live men are needed, live women are needed in order to bring these men into the world, furthermore, to bring other women into the world, in order to continue the supply of men. This reasoning, you can be sure, did not escape our ancestors.

In fact the lack of benevolence next came to a head in 1215. This year, as many people know, is the year that the (original) Magna Carta was signed on 15th June at Runnymede. At that point the lack of benevolence had reached such proportions as to cause the English to say, fundamentally, "Listen: Enough is enough”! King John was forced to listen.

The Nobility, who forced the King to sign, were mainly looking out for themselves , once again - recognised that by ignoring the rights of the common individual they, themselves, would lack an army to defend their own piece of the pie.

The Magna Carta was a massive step forward in securing Common Law rights for everyone, anyone who reads the original version can see for themselves, one major step was the introduction of the idea of a Jury to decide guilt or innocence. In other words a Prosecutor did not need to convince one single Judge, but needed to convince "13 normal people", people who could put themselves in the place of the Accused, and look at it from their own point of view. They could use their own discretion, and that was very important step. Alternatively it can be said that the Accused had to convince these 13 of their innocence.

The first Court De Jure is/has opened in Devon, what will a Court De Jure mean? Every living soul has the right to a LAWFUL trial and Lawful treatment. Until this historic moment, there has been nowhere to have a LAWFUL trial that ensures we are treated Lawfully. The Legislators have removed all such courts from the land.

But that is only one aspect of the Magna Carta. Other essential and fundamental steps were agreed, the major ones being:

1) Trial by Jury as an essential right.

2) Everyone engaged in applying the law must know the law, and be minded to observe it well.

3) Property can only ever be seized on the basis of a verdict from a court of law.

4) Trivial offences can be dealt with based on "the oaths of good men in the neighbourhood".

5) No-one can be placed on trial based solely on their own unsupported confession.

6) The right to justice can never be removed, cannot be sold, nor can it be delayed. In summary: You have the right to know what you are charged with, the right to defend yourself, and the right to your day in court.

7) The right to petition the Monarch and allow 40 days for any grievance to be settled. The right to enter into a state of lawful rebellion if that grievance still remains after this period. In the state of lawful rebellion to be able to seize the Monarch's property and to throw every spanner in the works necessary to have the grievance resolved (apart from harm, injury, etc. In other words simple non-co-operation in every respect), the right to encourage any others to help in this respect. To hand back any seized property once the dispute has been settled.

This was the kick-start to Common Law, It forms the bedrock of Common Law.

Subsequently there were more distinct codifications, particularly in 1688/89 and 1701. The bulk of Common Law has subsequently been derived from precedents handed down as judgments and verdicts since that time. It is important to remember that all (Case Law) judgments and verdicts have been based on, and do not deviate from, those fundamentals previously established by the Magna Carta, etc.

Common Law, real law, the law-of-the-land, addresses the fundamental human condition, assuming equality of all before it. It has been said "Don't use your head ... use your heart. If your heart tells you it's fair, right, and just, then Common Law will support and fully protect you. If you know, in your heart, it's wrong or unfair, and you do it anyway, Common Law will come down on you like a ton of bricks".

fundamentally, that's all you really need to know. You do not have to wade through Case Law because those concepts were employed in order to create that Case Law.

What are Statutes?

A Statute is nothing more than "A Legislated Rule of a Society"

Society is nothing more than "A group of like-minded individuals who come together to deliberate, determine, and act towards common goals".

They apply to the "law-of-the-sea" is sometimes called Maritime Law, or Admiralty Law, other terms meaning the same thing are Civil Law, Commerce Law, Fleet Law.

Statutory law or statute law is written law (as opposed to oral or customary law seen in Common Law) set down by a legislature (as opposed to regulatory law promulgated by the executive branch or common law of the judiciary in a typical democracy/republic) or by a legislator (in the case of an absolute monarchy). Statutes may originate with national, state legislatures or local municipalities. Statutes of lower jurisdictions are subordinate to the law of higher.

Put simply if you live peaceably, you will not violate Common Law. And you will not, therefore, end up in court charged with breaking Common Law. Consequently, if you end up in court, it will be because you violated a Statute. (And therefore you did not need to end up in court, as you will see if you read on. So, in essence, if a peaceful person ever actually ends up in court, it was because (they simply did not know their rights)

A Statute is the final result of a Bill placed before Parliament, if the Bill is passed by Parliament, it becomes an Act of Parliament, upon receipt of the Royal Assent it becomes a Statute.

In a well-ordered society, we assume our elected representatives create our Parliament and make our laws, this is where the Grand Deception starts.

A Statute is a rule created by a representative governing body of a society designed to create common goals, which carries the force of law by the consent of the governed.

"... by the consent of the governed", by definition are you the Government? No. Therefore you must be 'the governed'.

So in other words a Statute only carries the force of law upon you “if you consent to it”. If you do not give your consent, a Statute cannot affect you in any way whatsoever, the courts know this, you may not, but they certainly do the last thing they will do is tell you, in point of fact they will hide this from you at every opportunity. On the other hand, if you tell them, they will accept it because they know it is actually true. This is the Grand Deception.

The United Kingdom, like all other countries on the planet, is actually a Corporation, you can check this out by obtaining a Credit Report on it via Dunn & Bradstreet. A number of these companies, such as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION and THE UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION are, in point of fact, in Chapter 11 bankruptcy - but being only Chapter 11 are still, therefore, allowed to trade.

So this is a bit more of The Grand Deception. More of the Grand Deception is that the UK Ministry of Justice is a Corporation, all courts are sub-franchises actively trading.

Codified law

The term codified law refers to statutes that have been organized ("codified") by subject matter; in this narrower sense, some but not all statutes are considered "codified." The entire body of codified statute is referred to as a "code," such as the United States Code, the Ohio Revised Code or the Code of Canon Law. The substantive provisions of the Act could be codified (arranged by subject matter) in one or more titles of the United States Code while the "effective date" provisions—remaining uncodified—would be available by reference to the United States Statutes at Large. Another meaning of "codified law" is a statute that takes the common law in a certain area of the law and puts it in statute or code form.

Another example of statutes that are not typically codified is a "private law" that may originate as a private bill, a law affecting only one person or a small group of persons. An example was divorce in Canada prior to the passage of the Divorce Act of 1968. It was possible to obtain a legislative divorce in Canada by application to the Canadian Senate, which reviewed and investigated petitions for divorce, which would then be voted upon by the Senate and subsequently made into law. In the United Kingdom Parliament, private bills were used in the nineteenth century to create corporations, grant monopolies and give individuals attention to be more fully considered by the parliament. The government may also seek to have a bill introduced unofficially by a backbencher so as not to create a public scandal; such bills may also be introduced by the loyal opposition — members of the opposition party or parties. Sometimes a private member's bill may also have private bill aspects, in such case the proposed legislation is called a hybrid bill.

In Canon Law, private law is called "particular law.

Common law, also known as case law or precedent, is law developed by judges through decisions of courts and similar tribunals, as opposed to statutes adopted through the legislative process or regulations issued by the executive branch.

A "common law system" is a legal system that gives great precedential weight to common law, on the principle that it is unfair to treat similar facts differently on different occasions. The body of precedent is called "common law" and it binds future decisions. In cases where the parties disagree on what the law is, a common law court looks to past precedential decisions of relevant courts. If a similar dispute has been resolved in the past, the court is bound to follow the reasoning used in the prior decision (this principle is known as stare decisis). If, however, the court finds that the current dispute is fundamentally distinct from all previous cases (called a "matter of first impression"), judges have the authority and duty to make law by creating precedent. Thereafter, the new decision becomes precedent, and will bind future courts.

In practice, common law systems are considerably more complicated than the simplified system described above. The decisions of a court are binding only in a particular jurisdiction, and even within a given jurisdiction, some courts have more power than others. For example, in most jurisdictions, decisions by appellate courts are binding on lower courts in the same jurisdiction and on future decisions of the same appellate court, but decisions of lower courts are only non-binding persuasive authority. Interactions between common law, constitutional law, statutory law and regulatory law also give rise to considerable complexity. However, the principle that similar cases should be decided according to consistent principled rules so that they will reach similar results, lies at the heart of all common law systems.

One third of the world's population (approximately 2.3 billion people) live in common law jurisdictions or in systems mixed with civil law. Particularly common law is in England where it originated in the Middle Ages, and in countries that trace their legal heritage to England as former colonies of the British Empire, including India, the United States, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Canada, with the exception of Québec where a mix of civil law (on the provincial level) and common law (mostly on the federal level) is used, Malaysia, Ghana, Australia, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Myanmar, Ireland, New Zealand, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Cyprus, Barbados, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Namibia, Botswana, Guyana and Israel.

As a rough rule of thumb, common law systems trace their history to England, while civil law systems trace their history to Roman law and the Napoleonic Code.

So how did we come to this? Starvation, Poverty, needless wars, failing economies, confusion of who and what to trust ! The list goes on, what a mess?

Peeling back history to the problems in the World reveals some interesting facts relating to the, Rothschild, JP Morgan and Rockefeller, these “few people” to mention are in positions that make the changes in our world, these “few people” could put an end to the suffering, end the economies collapse, help the starving, even prevent wars, together they could alleviate the world of such problems.

Would we not thrive in a world of equality, restored trust and fairness? Who would not want for each living breathing human being, with a soul ? Surely those “few people” strive for such things?

Then again, what if I say they are aware of the problems and by intervening would go against everything those “few people” have been striving for, well one family in particular, they intend to take the world into a New World Order.

We the innocent are already being enslaved to the debt, as more taxes are burdened upon us, they plan wars, they are controlling our foods, controlling of our finances, needlessly invading other countries for their own benefits, encouraging pharmaceuticals to use us as guinea pigs, whilst readily rejecting natural cures and treatments for illness disease and injury, also including rejection to the free energy that should be readily available to us all, we are slowly being orchestrated into the New World Order, its time to unravel the history and boy do we have some History, taking it back 300 years, lets look at the evidence of this claim.

Amschel Moses Brauer was a very wealthy man with great knowledge of money lending, business and dynamics of finance. Amschel was a goldsmith back in 1743. After opening a coin shop in Frankfurt Germany Amschel hung a sign depicting the Roman Eagle on a red shield, he came known as the “ Red-shield firm.” Interestingly the Double headed eagle, symbol has been subject of the Free Masons, featuring in the Masonic Dictonary.

Amschel Bauer son Mayer Amschel Bauer was born in 1743 it was clear from a young age that Mayer possessed immense intellectual ability, it wasn’t before long his father was spending much of his time teaching him everything he could about the money lending business and in the basic dynamics of finance.

Mayer Amschel Bauer would later become known as ‘the first truly international banker’. Mayer change his name from Bauer to Rothschild (meaning ”Red Shield”) he would add five golden arrows to his shield which are held in the eagle’s talons, these signifying Mayer’s five sons, Amschel, Salomon, Nathan, Karl and Jakob. Mayer would spend the rest of his life instructing them in the secret techniques of money creation and manipulation.

Mayer Rothschild had learned that loaning money to governments and kings was much more profitable than loaning to private individuals. Not only were the loans bigger, but they were secured by the nation's taxes. (nice, then we wonder why we are taxed to death)

Amschel, would stay in Frankfurt, Salomon would be sent to Vienna. Nathan was sent to London. Karl went to Naples, and Jakob was sent to Paris.

Each of the boys will have their own tales to tell, leading them into riches, war, conspiracy, assassinations, greed, exploitation, control, manipulation and blackmail, which will be explored as we go along. The Rothschild's family were certainly held in high regard of those who knew of them.

In the time of 1811 the charter for the Rothschilds Bank of the United States runs out and Congress votes against its renewal. On hearing this Nathan Mayer Rothschild is fuming and states,

"Either the application for renewal of the charter is granted, or the United States will find itself involved in a most disastrous war."

Clear threats of war was the message felt from Nathan.

More statements made this time from writer Werner Sombart, in 1897 in his book, "The Jews and Modern Capitalism," stated that from 1820 on, it was the, “Age of the Rothschild," and concluded that there was, "Only one power in Europe, and that is Rothschild."

Standing firm the United States refuse to renew the Charter which causes Nathan Mayer Rothschild to issue another threat,

"Teach those impudent Americans a lesson. Bring them back to colonial status."

Nathan clearly believed he had the power to do and say such things.

Earlier In 1806 Napolean states that it is his,

"object to remove the house of Hess-Cassel from rulership and to strike it out of the list of powers."

On hearing this Comment, Prince William IX of Hesse-Hanau, flees Germany, goes to Denmark, he entrusts his fortune valued at $3,000,000 at that time to Mayer Amschel Rothschild for safekeeping.

An account in 1814 of the $3,000,000 Prince William IX of Hesse-Hanau, who had entrusted to Mayer Amschel Rothschild for safekeeping, is written in the Jewish Encyclopaedia, 1905 edition, Volume 10, page 494, this states,

"According to legend this money was hidden away in wine casks, and, escaping the search of Napoleon's soldiers when they entered Frankfurt, was restored intact in the same casks in 1814, when the elector (Prince William IX of Hesse-Hanau) returned to the electorate (Germany). The facts are somewhat less romantic, and more businesslike."

In the last line it indicates the money was never returned by Rothschild to Prince William IX of Hesse-Hanau. The encyclopaedia goes on to state,

"Nathan Mayer Rothschild invested this $3,000,000 in, gold from the East India Company knowing that it would be needed for Wellington's peninsula campaign."

Mayer Amschel Rothschild died on September 19, 1812, when he dies he leaves strict instructions that lay out specific laws,

The House of Rothschild were to follow all key positions in the family business, which were only to be held by family members, only male members of the family.

This included a reported sixth secret bastard son, the family was to intermarry with it’s first and second cousins to preserve the family fortune (of the 18 marriages by Mayer Amschel Rothschild’s grandchildren, 16 were between first cousins - a practice known today as inbreed).

It also ordered that there was never to be

"any public inventory made by the courts, or otherwise, of my estate...Also I forbid any legal action and any publication of the value of the inheritance."

It was also in 1812 with the backing of the Rothschild money, Nathan Mayer Rothschild's orders the British to declare war on the United States. In turn the war would cause the United States to build up debt in fighting, therefore they would weaken to the Rothschilds requests and allow the charter for the Rothschild owned First Bank of the United States to be renewed. To me that is just pure Evil.

Nathan Mayer Rothschild was elected head of the family following his father death, Jacob (James) Mayer Rothschild goes to Paris, France to set up the bank, de Rothschild Frères.

It was in the year of 1814 the New World Order was foiled by the Russians, after the Russians had not succumb to the Rothschild grip of their Banking system, so the world domination plan was "postponed".

1815 proved ever more full of riches for the ever growing fortunes of the Rothschilds. The five Rothschild brothers work to supply gold to both Wellington's army (through Nathan in England) and Napoleon's army (through Jacob in France), and begin their policy of funding both sides in wars.

At this time the batttle of Waterloo outcome would direct the future of the European continent. The stock exchange in London was at fever pitch as trader’s awaited news of the outcome of this battle. If Britain lost, English consuls (bonds) would plummet,if Britain was victorious, the value of the consul would leap to new heights.

Nathan Rothschild had the battle of "Waterloo" under high surveillance from secret service agents. Then late on the afternoon of June 15, 1815, a Rothschild representative jumped on board a specially chartered boat and headed out into the channel in a hurried dash for the English coast. In his possession was a top secret report from Rothschild's secret service agents on the progress of the crucial battle. President Andrew Jackson in 1833 starts removing the government's deposits from the Rothschild controlled, Second Bank of the United States, instead he deposits them into banks directed by democratic bankers, the Rothschilds begin to panic, and with that they do what they do best, contract the money supply and cause a depression. President Jackson knows what they are up to and later states,

"You are a den of thieves vipers, and I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out."

On January 30 1835, an assassin tries to shoot President Jackson, miraculously both of the assassin's pistols misfired. it was later President Jackson claimed that the Rothschild’s were responsible for that attempted assassination. He is not the only one to make this claim, the assassin, Richard Lawrence, who was found not guilty by reason of insanity, later bragged that powerful people in Europe had hired him and promised to protect him if he were caught.

It was also in this year the 1835 the Rothschild’s acquire the rights in the Almadén quicksilver mines, Spain. This gave the Rothschild’s a virtual world monopoly. At the time quicksilver was a vital component in the refining of gold or silver.

Nathan Mayer Rothschild dies in 1836 and the control of his bank, N. M. Rothschild & Sons is passed on to his younger brother, James Mayer Rothschild.

The saying "Money is the route to all evil" comes to my mind, after reading the next statement it would also seem we are selling our souls to the Devil, Referring to James Rothschild, the poet Heinrich Heine said:

In 1845 the Great American Patriot, Andrew Jackson (7th President of the United States) dies. When asked his greatest achievement without hesitation, he replies "I Killed the Bank"

James goes on to win the contract that will build the first major railway line across the country. Significantly and interestingly, Karl Marx, an Ashkenazi Jew, publishes, "The Communist Manifesto." in 1848, at this time Karl Ritter of Frankfurt University is writing the antithesis which would form the basis for Freidrich Wilhelm Nietzsche's, "Nietzscheanism.", later developed into Fascism and then into Nazism and was used to ferment the first and second world wars, Marx, Ritter, and Nietzsche were all funded and under the instruction of the Rothschilds.

In 1861 Civil War begins. Rockefeller, hires substitutes to avoid fighting. The war at first disrupts industry, but ultimately it will accelerate economic development in the North, contributing to Rockefeller's meteoric ascent.

“We gave the people of this republic the greatest blessing they ever had, their own paper money to pay their own debts.”

That same year The Times of London publishes a story containing the following statement

"If that mischievous financial policy, which had its origin in the North American Republic, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off debts and be without a debt. It will have all the money necessary to carry on its commerce. It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of civilized governments of the world. The brains and the wealth of all countries will go to North America. That government must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe."

The Rothschilds use one of their own in America, John D. Rockefeller, to form an oil business called Standard Oil which eventually takes over all of its competition.

At 24, Rockefeller after getting involved in the oil business, along with partners Maurice Clark and Samuel Andrews. Andrews, Clark & Co. builds a refinery in The Flats, Cleveland's burgeoning industrial area, which will soon be linked to the East Coast hubs by the Atlantic and Great Western Railroad it was also this year in 1863 the Rothschild banking house in Naples, Italy, C. In a statement to Congress, President Abraham Lincoln in 1865 states,

It was in 1868 that Jacob (James) Mayer Rothschild dies. He is the last of Mayer Amschel Rothschild’s sons to die.

An American General named, Albert Pike, who had been enticed into the Illuminati by Guissepe Mazzini, had completed his military blueprint for three world wars and various revolutions throughout the world, culminating into moving this great conspiracy into its final stage.

A manifestation which will result from a general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and Atheism; both conquered and exterminated at the same time."

Pike, who having been elected as Sovereign Grand Commander of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry's Southern Jurisdiction in 1859, was the most powerful Freemason in America. He would retain that post for 32 years until his death in 1891. He also published a book on the subject in 1872 entitled, "Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry," in which he candidly states the following,

It was in 1870 Rockefeller, along with his associates brother William, incorporated his petroleum holdings into the Standard Oil Company (Ohio) Rockefeller bought out his competitors and put them out of business through tactics including price cutting and acquisition of such supporting enterprise as pipelines, oil terminals and cooperage plants.

On January 1 of 1875 Jacob Schiff, takes control of the banking house, Kuhn, Loeb & Co. He also goes on to finance John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company, Edward R. Harriman's Railroad Empire, and Andrew Carnegie's Steel Empire. This is all done with Rothschild money.

At that time the next America bankers are, J.P. Morgan who controls Wall Street, Drexels and the Biddles of Philadelphia. Schiff then gets the European Rothschild’s to set up European branches of these three large banks on the understanding that Schiff, and therefore Rothschild, is to be the boss of banking in New York and therefore America.

This year Lionel De Rothschild also loans Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli the finance for the British government to purchase the shares in the Suez Canal, from Khedive Said of Egypt. This was done as the Rothschild’s needed this access route to be held by a government they controlled, so they could use that government's military to protect their huge business interests in the Middle East.

"The division of the United States into two federations of equal force was decided long before the civil war by the high financial power of Europe. In 1877 Rockefeller was still relatively unknown to the public, although they controlled almost 90% of the oil refined in the United States.

On several occasions, JP Morgan helped the government in its finances in 1877, together with August Belmont and Rothschild's, they floated $260 million US government bonds. After the government ran into some gold problems, he bought $200 million worth of bonds and gold thereby preserving the credit of the United States.

In 1887 Opium trafficker in China, Edward Albert Sassoon, marries Aline Caroline de Rothschild, the grand-daughter of Jacob (James) Mayer Rothschild. The Rothschild’s finance the amalgamation of the Kimberley diamond mines in South Africa. They subsequently become the biggest shareholders of this company, De Beers, and mine precious stones in Africa and India.

We have so far seen the corruption of the Rothschild's, how they will create wars rob and enslave, whilst the Rockefeller although dominating their own area's had shown a compassion towards humanity, often giving lavish gifts the Rockefeller history of wealth began not come from Oil or honor but from being a con artist thief and womanizer.

John. D. Rockefeller senors father, William Avery Rockefeller known as 'Big Bill' was a travelling sales man, selling 'herbal remedies' he would introduce himself as William Rockefeller the Celebrated Cancer Specialist , charging $25-$35 per potion, known as Nujol also peddled as a laxative. He was also seen with a sign around his neck saying Deaf and Dumb.
After fleeing and disappearing from indictments for horse stealing, he later appeared as Dr William Levingston of Philadelphia.

Now there is always a confusion. A British 'billion' was always defined as a 'million million', whereas an America billion has always been a 'thousand million'. (The American idea is more useful, because the British version leaves a thousand million as a 'thousand million - without a specific word for it).

However, what this means is that the trillion, being based on a billion, also suffers from a lack of clarity in its specific size.

A simple Google "UK GDP" returned "UK GDP = 2.13 trillion". Is this the American trillion, or the British trillion? One is a thousand times greater than the other.

A simple Google "UK Population" returned 60,943,912.

So how much is your share worth? Well it is 2.13 trillion divided by 60,943,912.

1) If the 2.13 trillion is being quoted in American units, that's £34,950 per person..

2) If the 2.13 trillion is being quoted in British units (which is more likely, bearing in mind the British source), it is a thousand times the above amount, i.e. £34,950,168 per person (as of January, 2009).

What does this mean? It means that the most valuable thing you possess is your signature. Your unique signature is backed by approximately £34 million in personal assets.

If you could captialise on these assets what could you do?

First of all you could 'sort yourself out'. Permanently. And your family.

But, don't forget, each member of your family is also worth £34 million in their own right.

So what's it all about?

If you've read the rest of the information presented on FMOTL.com you should have the idea that it can all be summed up in one word 'commerce'. Statute 'law' is all about commerce. And contracts. And tricking you into contracts, such that Statutes can be used against you. And to hide/disguise the fact that The Law, the Real Law, Common Law, can protect you.

If you check this link, you will see that a UK citizen is worth (to the Government) about £34 million (+) in financial terms (January, 2009). If you murder someone then Common Law will be used to try you. If found guilty the sentence imposed will be commensurate NOT with the fact that you took another person's life (because 'there's no sentiment in business') - but that you have robbed the Government of £34 million. This is because while the trial will be based on Common Law (you caused harm to another human being), the sentence, the punishment, will reflect the commercial aspects.

Now, there is a hidden problem with Statues. One that very few people realise. If you check, you will find that the Government generally tack on the possibility of a prison sentence for Statute violation. But the courts rarely use it, in practice.

Now the reason why the possibility of a prison sentence is tacked on to the violation is the psychological effect it has. "I could go to prison for that" is great psychology.

The reason why this option is - if at possible - avoided is commercial. It costs money to keep people in prison. It costs money to build them, to staff them, to furnish them, to heat them to light them, etc.

In 1993, during the Poll Tax days, the cost was £2,500 per inmate, per week.

Now you know why, having spent £19 billion to implement it, just a few thousand of us brought it to its knees by going to prison ... and saying we'll continue to go as long as the Poll Tax is on the Statute Books.

Small numbers can move mountains, if they know what they are doing.

Don't ever be afraid to point out, to all and sundry, that there is a serious cost, per inmate, to keeping people in prison. And the 'taxpayer' always has to pick up the tab.

(By the way, 65% of the prison population are there 'on remand'. In other words charged, but not had their day in court)

The majority of people think that their taxes go to fund 'something to do with the name of the tax'. For example that 'Road Tax' funds the roads, and 'Council Tax' funds local infrastructure.

They think that fines (e.g. Parking Fines, Speeding Fines, etc) go to the Government.

This is not true. Not in the sense that these monies 'stay' with the Government.

If you recall from the 'Long Arm' article, the UNITED KINGDOM CORPORATION is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. All taxes and fines collected are used to pay off the INTEREST on previous International Monetary Fund/World Bank borrowings. (Note: The interest only ... the original loans can never be paid off. Far too much has been borrowed in the past)

That's why there are so many Statutes. The Government spends its time working out ways to tax you, by fining you for - what can only be considered to be - some of the most paltry things possible. The idea is to tax you as much as practically possible - without you realising that it is just another tax.

For example, it is now a Statute violation to hold an 'unlicenced' concert in a Church Hall. OK. What harm, injury or loss does an 'unlicenced' concert cause, in a Church Hall? A very temporary small amount of noise, maybe? Considered to be 'a breach of the peace', maybe? Well, if we are talking out 'breaches of the peace', what about Police Sirens? Or even Church Bells? Or Jetliners?

The idea is utter rubbish of course. Purely designed to collect money. It is an imprisonable 'offence', but you can be sure that they will fine the organisers, not send them to prison. Fining them collects money - to pay off the IMF INTEREST demands - imprisoning the organisers spends money.

Does this explain why all Governments do the same - or very similar - things once in office? When they never repeal all the legislation passed by any previous Government? The Poll Tax was THE, LAST, ONE BIG, EXCEPTION ... but then, it was so outlandish ... it went totally beyond the pale. The Poll Tax was too big a step for the creeping Totalitarian Tiptoe. They learned from that to keep the steps a lot smaller.

'Ang on! 'Ang on! 'Ang on! Could that be why rapists and paedophiles - people the public would love to see put away for a long, long time - quite often get a sentence that amounts to a 'slap on the wrist'? Although these lowlife have absolutely ruined another human's life, they haven't - generally - robbed the Government of £34 million +! And it costs money to keep them in prison!

And could this explain why a 'life sentence' doesn't mean life (more often than not), and why parole is so easily on offer?

Steal a loaf of bread because your children are hungry, and the next thing you know there are calls for the introduction of Sharia Law!

Follow the money.

Once a Government gets into office - irrespective of any 'policy' and all Manifesto Pledges - they are faced with finding methods to pay back the IMF INTEREST. Whatever party you vote for, they will face the same problem. And there is only one way to solve the problem (as far as they are concerned) ... and that's to tax you, somehow, in such a way that you'll only bitch about it to your next door neighbour. (Or in on-line 'Commenting', under on-line so-called 'news' articles).

In other words, in such a way that you'll always blame 'the other lot'.

Further reading and research

There are two main schools of thought about all this. The first 'school' says 'stymie/stalemate everything, don't let them even get you into court'. The second says 'all courts are commercial, and by learning the ropes, you can have a lot of fun, and even make some money'.

The first method comes down to 'Freeman-on-the-land'. The second is known as 'Commercial Redemption'. It may be possible to enjoy a mixture of the two, but that is unclear (at least to me) at this time.

Both methods require the basic understanding of the situation, as explained as explained in the 'Long Arm' article. Alternatively you can purchase the book on this subject of FMOTL

However once the idea of the legal fiction PERSON is understood, and how it is used by the Judiciary, what you do about it splits into each method.

I'll try to describe these methods in basic terms, taking them in reverse order.

Commercial Redemption

Major proponents of the Commercial Redemption Method are Mary Croft and Winston Shrout. (There may be others)

Neither of these two people have - in my humble opinion - a clue how to explain anything. (Maybe you can say the same for me, I don't know). But what I do know is that reading Mary's book is very hard going. Similarly watching Winston's seminars is very painful. Due to a number of factors:

1) They don't know how to present. Much of the information is presented in reverse. In other words the roof is described before the foundations. (In one seminar the phrase 'wet signature' was used many times before someone had the commonsense to ask 'just what that meant'. It means handwritten, not rubber-stamped, photocopied, etc).

2) The accent (e.g. a laid-back Serthern Draaaaawl) is hard to decipher (in Winston's case)

3) It is all about the united States or Canada. Obviously there are United Kingdom equivalents, but what are they? ("So near, yet so far"?)

However, in all cases, stern warnings are always given (by these proponents): "Don't do anything at all until you know exactly what you are doing".

Basically what these people are saying is that you can take control of your legal fiction PERSON. (Actually absolute control) And, if you take control of it, you can utilise it in your favour - by learning the game, and playing the game.

Now Mary's book is free (see link above). And good for her. But all Winston's stuff costs money. So one wonders if he is so good at fleecing the courts with his Commercial Redemption, and (as he says) he enjoys it so much, then why is it not possible to do his brethren a big favour and explain it without attempting to make a fast buck? (Hmmmm)

Take that, plus the stern warnings, and the time one would spend 'knowing exactly what one was doing' and, in my case at least, I think I pass.

Do I really want to spend time going down to courtrooms and watching what goes on, just to learn the ropes? And then go out and deliberately violate Statutes to test my knowledge (some you win, some you lose, but you gain experience). Is that what you want to do with your life? Well, I've got 'better' things to do, so I think I'll pass.

And I'll add something else. Personally speaking, as human being with a soul, I utterly reject the idea that I am associated with an 'fiction'. This is simply playing the utterly corrupt New World Order Commerce 'game'. And I, personally, will have no part of it if I can possibly help it.

Yes. I pass.

Freeman-on-the-land

Fundamentally this consists of 'having as little as possible' to do with any of the corrupt New World Order 'game'. Generally by posing unanswerable questions back to robots. This creates a wall between the Freeman and the robot, causing a stalemate. This will create confusion within the robot. I'd rather confuse a robot than extract money from him.

It also satisfies my sensibilities. The robots are, in point of fact, engaged in treason. They just don't realise it.

Personally speaking I would rather educate these robots back into non-treasonable human beings. Back to stark reality. I don't see how stark reality can be achieved by playing within the surreal of Commerce Law. I can't see how allowing the robots their 'surreality', and going along with it, will ever teach them anything.

But that's just my twopen'rth. (I guess I was born to rebel)

Preparation

You have to understand the situation. You have to understand it intimately. You have to be it. Every fibre in your body and soul. If you do that, I believe you can take on the world.And there is only one way. And that is to think clearly.

Clarity of thought is impossible whenever 'religious overtones' are introduced into the equation. Any 'religious overtones', of any kind. As soon as 'faith' enters the equation, 'dogma' rears its head. In that case one is playing someone else's game.

The only way to win is to operate solely by one's own rules.

There is nothing to stop one having personal religious beliefs. That is a personal choice, and each is free to make it, but it must be kept out of the initial equation, otherwise the equation will become subjective, and then won't work in all situations, conditions and contexts. It's the only way. Nothing else will work in all contexts. Therefore, there will always be a context in which you can be defeated.

You think you can rely on 'God', and 'Jesus'? How many billions, throughout history, thought the same thing - only to find out it actually didn't help them in the slightest, because they still died horrible, excruciatingly painful, deaths? It might have helped them spiritually, in order to overcome the pain, but not in any real, practical, terms. (At least none you would ever be able to use in order to convince me, that's for sure). Dead is dead. So they inspired millions? Dead is still dead.

You can, of course, look at it this way: Leave 'God' out, for practical purposes, and then - once practice has been established - insert 'God' back in. For your own satisfaction and peace of mind. That would be fine by me, if that's your choice, because at least you would be thinking clearly in order to establish the initial 'practice'. And that would engender 'good practice'. 'Practice your faith' on top of that, by all means.

For the above reasons you will find that everything I write leaves 'God' out of the equations. This result is equations that only involve living, breathing, human beings with a living soul or spirit, pitched against forces, which may quite possibly derive from Satanism, but are - in practical terms - simply there to be confronted and defeated.

So can we make a start?

What is supreme on Planet Earth? What has not only life but demonstrable, unfettered, imagination? A cat? A dog? A monkey? No - you know the answer to this question.

'Homo sapiens' is Latin, and means 'wise human'.

Human! Use your wisdom! What is supreme on Planet Earth? The living, breathing, homo sapiens with its living soul. Surely this is the only entity that is demonstrably supreme for all practical purposes?

So, let's formulate this as our initial 'Understanding':

Whereas it is my understanding that there is nothing in practical terms more supreme than a living, breathing, imaginative human being blessed with a living soul, and

Are we getting somewhere? How about

Whereas it is my understanding that it is impossible to distinguish one soul from any other, and therefore all souls must at all times and in all situations be considered equal in all respects in any fair, just and reasonable situation, and

The next step is our Understanding ? No scope for any argument or objection to the contrary can remain. Otherwise there will be a context in which these understandings fail.

So, we can continue

Whereas it is my understanding that anything and everything must derive from the aforesaid axioms, and

Whereas it is my understanding that any numerical grouping of such souls can be referred to as 'people', and

Whereas it is my understanding that a society is, in essence, nothing more than a grouping of like-minded souls since it is defined as a number of people joined by mutual consent to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal, and

As you can see it starts to work towards the goal we want to achieve.

Whereas it is my understanding a statute is defined as a legislated rule of a society, and
Whereas it is my understanding a legislated rule of a society can be given the force of law to act upon, or lawfully bind, all members of that society, and
Whereas it is my understanding if a living soul chooses by free will not to be a member of any society then statutes created by said society do not bind that soul to said statute law, and
Whereas it is my understanding a living soul who chooses by free will not to be a member of any society can be referred to as a Freeman-on-the-land, and
Whereas it is my understanding a Freeman-on-the-land remains entirely and solely under Common Law jurisdiction, and
Whereas I ___________ am a Freeman-on-the-land, and

A few bells and whistles later, it might be possible to 'salt to religion taste'

Whereas it is my understanding that my Nation is founded on the principles of the supremacy of God and the rule of law, and
Whereas it is my understanding that the Number Two position in that hierarchy is not claimed by anyone, and
Whereas it is my understanding that the Governments of this Nation seem to rely on deception in order to gain the power to govern, and
Whereas I am desirous of living my life as a 'Child of God', and
Whereas it is my understanding that the only power able to claim authority over a 'Child of God' is God, and
Whereas it is my understanding that neither the Government, nor its agents nor its representatives are God, or above God, and
Whereas it is my understanding that by legally claiming the Number Two position in said hierarchy I occupy a position above all Governments and their agents and employees and representatives, and

It is actually dripping with fallacies. To my mind too many loopholes remain open to challenge. Being an atheist, I could challenge the whole thing.

Such 'understandings' would only stand up to scrutiny if God were alive (hiding in Argentina?) and could be asked to provide proof s/he were the entity to the satisfaction of the requirements in law. And then those assertions would stand some chance of being verified. Until that becomes a possibility it is pointless making such assertions because they demonstrably nothing more than 'faith'. 'Faith' is not the same as 'understanding'. (That's why they are different words).

Whereas it is my faith ..., and

We will get nowhere if another person has a different faith

Overall Implementation

If you think creating a Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right is the hard bit, then think again. You've only just begun, to quote a '60s song by The Carpenters.

No-one said it would be easy (to quote yet another '60s melody).

A journey of 1,000 miles starts with the first step - to quote another truism. A Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right is only the first, small, step.

This is because 'The System' will attempt to override or ignore it at every turn.

In order to enforce it - and it can be enforced, that much we know for sure - you will have to side-step all the bricks, 'rockets', 'hand grenades' and 'mortar shells' thrown your way. One thing you/we all have in our favour is 'numbers'. Perhaps that, and the ability to think clearly, are our two best assets.

Consequently the more people doing this, and reporting back 'success' and/or 'failure', the more we will all - eventually - succeed.

Here we have to remember two things:

(a) The Scientific Method, which says that every experience/experiment 'tells you something', and the understanding that 'the trick' is to determine what that 'something' is, and how best to use it, and
(b) To treat success and failure the same. In other words don't get excited about success, or depressed by failure - simply stay completely calm and pass the information around for the benefit of all

These are wise words, I can assure you. ('Experimental failure'? It tells you how NOT to do it. Whatever you tried was wrong. Think of some other way)

Specific Implementation

It is certain that you will end up in situations where you have knowledge of the truth and the other party has no knowledge whatsoever, for example when dealing with a policeman.

In other cases you will be dealing with those who have the knowledge but will not tell you and, indeed, will attempt to pull every 'fast-one in the book', against you - in order to trap/trick you into submission. For example in so-called Courts of Law, which are - in reality - merely Courts of Commerce.
Police
These have to be dealt with carefully, because they are big and ugly. And by their ingrained nature assume everything goes their way - which is patently untrue of course.

It is essential, therefore, to remain calm and polite at all times, and use questions. Use questions in response to questions. You will, of course, be told by the officer "I ask the questions ... you provide the answers!

"One of the first things to say (before he does, if possible) is "Officer, have you observed me breaching the peace or causing harm, injury or loss?". If they answer "No", or "Well no, not as such" then you can respond "They why have to stopped me?"

They will respond "We clocked you at 85 in a 70 limit" (or 'whatever').You can respond "But that is perfectly lawful under Common Law". ("'Lawful", not "legal")You are likely to get "Ooow, I don't know about that. All I know is I'm going to book you".

"How can you book me for something that is perfectly lawful?", is likely to result in "I don't know what you're are talking about ... are you trying to be 'funny' ... what's your name?" (As you know, they will probably know your name from the Registration Number).

"Officer, in no way whatsoever am I trying to be 'funny' as you put it. I'm simply discussing the law. The law of the land. Did you not swear to uphold the law of the land when you entered into service as a policeman?" "Of course I did, what's that got to do with it?" (etc)

"I think officer, with the greatest respect, your Oath of Service has everything to do with it because - if you check - and you surely can - you will discover that you have no right to book me under the law of the land. The law of the land does not preclude travelling at 85 mph The law of the land only precludes me from causing harm, injury or loss to someone else, and you've already admitted that was not the case".

You'll get "Oh! So you are trying to be 'funny' then. We'll see about that!". And so on. You can respond: "Officer, for your own protection, I suggest you make a note of everything I have said. I'll repeat it for you if you wish. You can discover the position on the website FMOTL.com. I suggest that you write that down at the absolute minimum ... you have the Internet, don't you?"

Obviously if you have an established Claim of Right you can point out that they can be charged and could end up having to pay serious financial penalties. And so it behoves them to find out the situation before they detain someone with an established Claim of Right. (Bearing in mind one's visible appearance gives no clue whatsoever, how would they know in advance that they were running into a brick wall?).

Courts

First and foremost if you breached Common Law, then nothing very much below will help you. You have the right to a defence but - if you did something indefensible - then the best thing to do is 'cop a plea'. The following only applies if you are accused of violating a Statute. (Which is, of course, most of the time)

This is where it gets very nasty. If you attempted to dismiss the original summons as outlined in the 'Long Arm' article, then you are only likely to find yourself in court if you were arrested.

Some of the above arguments may ward that off, but it is unlikely because the police, to all intents and purposes, are simply robots. "Doing my job". Jobsworths. Of course, they are not "Doing their job" at all. Nothing like it. (As fully explained in that article)

Every trick will be played on you. Since one Kangaroo Hearing is different to any other Kangaroo Hearing it is really impossible to give many examples. But there are many things you can try. I include those which - in various circumstances - have led to varying degrees of success.

The most important thing is to be alert, and never to forget that you are surrounded by sharks. Yes, even those who may smile at you. (Never forget "Good cop - bad cop")

These are so many situations. Some examples are given below.

Just remember the basics.

In a court de jure, a Court of Justice, you could obtain justice under Common Law. In such a court each member of the Jury has a soul to which you can appeal, and therefore you could defend your actions if you considered that you had the right to do them. Explaining the situation, and the position you were in, to a Jury would be your best bet.

But you won't be in a court de jure unless there is a Jury. In the absence of a Jury you will be in a court de facto. A Count of Commerce. A court that has no soul. You are a living soul and cannot obtain justice from such a court, so don't kid yourself. The best thing you could ever achieve is "Case withdrawn!" or "Case dismissed!", generally on technical grounds. So you have to go for the technical grounds, because that is your only hope.

Technical Grounds

Contempt of Court

Whatever you try to do you are likely to be threatened with Contempt of Court. There is even the story of someone who had said nothing at all and was threatened as "I told you to remain silent! If you persist you will be in Contempt of Court". That indicates how desperate the sharks can get.

The appropriate response to such a threat is "Would that be Civil Contempt or Criminal Contempt?". The result will be a long pause. (A Bench may even retire to consider). Do not say anything at all until an answer is given. If, eventually, the answer is "Criminal", then the appropriate response is "Who makes the CLAIM, what is the CRIME, and who is the INJURED PARTY?".

Then wait again, saying nothing else. There is no answer to that one. The Recorder on the Bench, or the Judge, might make the CLAIM, but the remainder of the question is fundamentally unanswerable. They may say (in the United Kingdom, for example) "The Crown", or "The Ministry of Justice", or whatever. This is rant. The response is "You know only a HUMAN can make a CLAIM, so where is the CRIME, and who is the INJURED PARTY?

"If, on the other hand, the answer is "Civil", then the appropriate response is "Where is the CONTRACT between myself and yourselves? I do not agree to any CONTRACT. I would not agree to any CONTRACT between myself and yourselves for many reasons, not least of which you have not provided FULL DISCLOSURE, you have not offered any CONSIDERATION, and have shown no intent to provide a LAWFUL SIGNATURE as a party to one" ('Consideration' in this context, means 'something of value', for example an amount of money, or an object of value)

At this point you have them acting CRIMINALLY outside any lawful jurisdiction, and outside of IMMUNITY in their own courtroom. It is only lawful for HUMANS to make a contract, so a 'court' has no power to do that, because a 'court' is not a human being. Sure, an 'officer' could sign on behalf of the 'court', but they would NEVER do that because they know the ramifications of the LIABILITY that would entail. There will NEVER be 'Full Disclosure' (quite the opposite!) and they have nothing of value to offer.

When you say "I don't agree to the terms of the contract" the Bench will know they do not have a contract with you, and if you have committed no crime they have no authority to arrest you or even be conducting the hearing - they are OUT of their lawful jurisdiction and OUT of their IMMUNITY the result will be a long bout of silence from the Bench or any Judge.

Harassment on making your points

One of the tricks is to silence you as much as possible, such that you are suppressed from obtaining dismissals on technical grounds.This can be combatted by the statement "I am going to make an OFFER OF PROOF" or "I am going to OFFER INTO EVIDENCE". This would allow you to state any relevant facts for the Court Record.

Finally there is "Rush to judgment", as in "Are you trying to RUSH ME TO JUDGMENT?" These have all been shown to work extremely well. More explanations are in the book Sui Juris (meaning 'in my own jurisdiction')

Miscellaneous points

Really only applicable once you've 'found your feet' First of all: How do you know your name? Your parents told you. And, of course, you believed that. No doubt they showed you a Birth Certificate ... but how do you - actually - know that is you? How do you know that the Certificate you think is yours is not that of a twin? Or a previously birthed person who died? Yes, of course it is unlikely. But 'likely' is not the point. There is no such thing as 'hard' or 'soft' evidence. There is only evidence ... or not.

How can you swear on oath to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, when you are relying on HEARSAY.And no established court de jure allows hearsay evidence.Knowledge of your name is hearsay. Knowledge of your date of birth is hearsay. Yes, you were around at the time you left the womb, but you really couldn't state, for certainty, precisely what date that was.

Then the next thing is that if you were to ask the following question "Is it true that only those with a licence are able to practice law?", the answer would always be "Yes!". To which you could respond "But I do not have a licence, does this mean I cannot defend myself in a court of law?". If you wanted to tie the court in knots, this would be a good tack. Of course they would pretty soon roll out the "Contempt of Court" business.

In Summary

It is a risky business. One is up against robots and sharks.

What alternative do we have?

The only one I can see is to 'sit back and take it'.

There will be 'casualties'.

There have already been 'casualties'.

However there are people out there trying their best for you and I.

Do we let them down?

Personally I think the absolute minimum we can do - at the very least - is to provide support.

Oh! And by the way! Need I remind you? Most (if not all) of us have forefathers and ancestors who gave their lives so that we would remain free of all but the absolute most essential restrictions. All we have to do is to pick up where they left off. With that behind us, is it right to hand despotism and thorough corruption (Thatcher-Major-BLiar-Brown-Cameron-Clinton-Bush-Obama style i.e. Bilderberger style) to our children & grandchildren - who will have the face the full force of it?

Remember: The job of any Government is to (a) Ward off invaders (i.e. ATTACK them, not COLLUDE with them, however subtle ... yes I'm talking 'EU' & 'NAU', etc), and (b) PROTECT our freedoms, not ERODE them.

And that's their job, in total. Nothing else.

It is certainly not their right to DECEIVE us from cradle to grave.

FREEMAN ON THE LAND

What is meant by 'law'? That's the catch, What you have grown up to assume is 'the law' is not! That's The Grand Deception. Hitler was right: "If the lie is big enough, the People will fall for it".
Once you understand and know the deception, we will see what the law actually is, you will soon realise how the wool has been firmly and deliberately pulled over your eyes, your parent's eyes, and those of everyone you know.

Take control stop allowing this system to rob you blind.Firstly lets start with the subject of

'GETTING OUT OF DEBT'

Whenever you receive a demand for payment from a Bank, Building Society, or Loan Company, all you need to do is to respond correctly, the drift of which is to request them to provide three things:

1. Validation of the debt (the actual accounting), and

2. Verification of their claim against you (a sworn affidavit or even just a signed invoice - signed is important!), and

3. A copy of the contract binding both parties.

Write to say you would be happy to pay any financial obligation you might lawfully (important word!) owe as soon as these three documents are received.

They can't validate the debt because they never sustained a loss.

They can't verify any claim against you - as a flesh and blood human being with a living soul - they will be attempting to talk to your legal fiction NAME.

They can't produce a copy of the contract because a lawfully binding one doesn't exist.

What exists is an unenforceable unilateral contract.

What they refer to as 'your contract with us' is not a valid, bilateral, agreement - since the four requirements of a lawful, binding contract were not met on the Credit Card (or whatever) 'application', namely:

1. Full Disclosure (we are not told that we are actually creating the credit with our signature), and

2. Equal Consideration. They bring nothing to the table, hence they have nothing to lose. ("Consideration" means 'something of value', e.g. money, or an item of value - something they are trading for your signature/promise - something they have to lose), and

3. Lawful Terms and Conditions (they are based upon fraud), and

4. Signatures of BOTH Parties/Meeting of the Minds (Corporations can't sign because they have no Right, or Mind, to contract, because they are soulless legal fictions)

Credit Cards and Loans are win/win for them, and lose/lose for everyone else - it is the slickest con game on the planet.

But you have to know, and realise all this. If you don't they will steamroller you. They will try every trick in the book, because it is their life-blood.

Stick to your guns.

ENSURE THAT EVERY LETTER YOU SEND CLEARLY STATES "Without Prejudice", which means that you reserve all Rights in law, and yield to no contract unless it is lawful by virtue meeting the four conditions above.

Conditions (1) and (2) can never be met. Simply because they never have any money to lend in the first place. Banks are not allowed, by law, to lend any Depositor's money. Loan Companies do not have any Deposits anyway. Therefore they can only ever lend what you gave to them in the first place, based on your signature on the Loan Application.

If they continue to use your legal fiction NAME (e.g. 'Ms. Smith'), do your best to ignore it, until they make it clear they are addressing you, and then repeat "I'm sorry, were you addressing me? I'm commonly called ".

If the answer is "Yes" then you can say "Then you need to provide me with FULL DISCLOSURE, some CONSIDERATION, the LAWFUL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and we would both need to SIGN. Is that not so?".

Either way, you would be seriously looking at "Case Dismissed"!

If they threatened 'Contempt of Court' (a trick they often use), then the response is "Is that CIVIL or CRIMINAL contempt?".

DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN ANSWER. (Do not be sucked into filling in 'empty silence').

If the answer is "Criminal", then the response is "Who makes the CLAIM, what is the CRIME, and who is the INJURED PARTY?". If they say "The COURT makes the CLAIM", the response is "You know that the court is not a human being, and that only human beings, blessed with a living soul, can make a CLAIM!".

If the answer is "Civil", then the response is "Please explain the CONTRACT. Will you provide FULL DISCLOSURE, what is the CONSIDERATION, and will you provide the SIGNATURE of a human being with a living soul?"

Is it true there could be such a word in exsistance? If so what would it mean?

Major-general of the reserve of the Russian Federal Custodial Service Boris Ratnikov tells that Russia and other countries work on making special devices that turn humans into zombies.

It was already twenty years ago that mass media first mentioned the strange word combination ‘psychotronic weapon’.

All information about such weapons arrived from military men transferred to the reserve and from researchers that were not officially recognized by the Russian Academy of Sciences.

They usually told about some generators that could make people muddleheaded even when they were distanced at hundreds of kilometers.

Such devices were said to be able to control people’s behavior, seriously impair psyche and even drive people to death.

As soon as information of the kind was published some people immediately claimed themselves as victims of impact of such psychotronic weapons. They stormed editorial offices of newspapers and magazines that reported about the psychotronic weapons and complained that some strange voices dictated orders to them.

Journalists in their turn recommended such people visiting psychiatrists.

By the year of 2000 the amount of publications about psychotronic weapons reduced to nothing and the impact of psychotronic weapons was no longer mentioned.

These days, the issue of psychotronic weapons seems to be reviving.

The vast majority of scientists, physicians, nurses and public health educators’ trust that the ingredients in a vaccine have been individually and synergistically proven safe and effective.
The public believes these vaccines, aside from their specified virus(es), are sterile solutions, free from undesirable contaminants not listed on the manufacturer’s package inserts.
When the pediatrician injects a vaccine into the muscle of a child, the public has unquestioning faith that this is the case. In other words, we want to believe that vaccines have been generated under perfect conditions for the safety of children and ourselves.

It was reconfirmed that vaccines are “widely contaminated by viral and DNA genetic code fragments, many viruses and proteins''. There was expressed concern that these may also contain prions (tiny proteins responsible for incurable diseases and neurological disorders in both humans and animals) and oncogenes (a gene that turns normal cells into cancerous ones).

Dr. Andrew Lewis of the FDA said that a brand-new monkey-human mutant virus was created during the course of creating an adenovirus vaccine with adenvovirus-SV40 hybrid viruses. Dr. Lewis also worried that “foreign cellular DNA” common in childhood vaccines could include “viral oncogenes” capable of causing cancer.

When the question of safety is raised, response is somewhat filled with potential dangers.

The scientists presented a question to themselves as to whether or not an attenuated vaccine strain could revert into a variant virus capable of replicating so fast that it would cause AIDS. They agreed that they were unable to answer this question

On the question whether or not mutation events could occur in children after vaccination, the answer was that

“Recombination among a variety of viruses [contaminant viruses] and cells co-infected in tissue culture is not uncommon.” What this basically means is that because it is “not uncommon” for genetic codes of both contaminant viruses and living cells to recombine and create mutations in laboratory cultures, it can certainly occur in a child’s body after vaccination.

Dr. Hana Golding, Chief of CBER’s Laboratory of Retrovirus Research, raised the fear that although DNA fragment contaminants in vaccines may be thought to be dead, they could remain active and dangerous. This meant that the codes of these contaminants could combine in vaccines and create new mutant strains of pathogens.

Dr. Leonard Hayflick, a virologist at both Stanford and the University of California at San Francisco raised a concern that the

common primary culture used for making vaccines with animals and bird embryos has created a situation where it is “apparent that these cells contained many unwanted viruses, some of which were lethal to humans.” This was especially worrisome of those vaccines, such as polio, which still relies on monkey kidney cells that have contributed to widespread death and illness.

One of the UK’s leading vaccine expert, Dr. Phil Minor from the National Institute of Biological Standards and Control, noted that

some cases of polio vaccine are polluted with more monkey virus, SV40, than actual poliovirus.

Although the uninitiated who are not informed about-closed door vaccine science have been led to assume that SV40 was no longer in polio vaccines at the time of this meeting, the conversations confirmed that it was still in use. This is another example of deception at high levels within the vaccine industrial complex and high government health officials to withhold information that directly impacts the health and well being of citizens.

Dr. Rebecca Sheets from the CBER’s laboratory responsible for monitoring vaccine safety stated the national health organizations had no control over how vaccines were made. In short, they could make recommendations but the vaccine industrial complex was free to act as it choose.

It is impossible to remove DNA contaminants from vaccines.

Although weight limits for contaminating DNA were set by the FDA as far back as 1986, vaccine makers have never been able to reach that goal. The CDC decided to limit their weight recommendation to cancerous cell lines and then increase the other DNA contamination allowance one hundred-fold. However, these limits are only “recommendations” and, therefore, the FDA is unable to enforce them. Vaccine manufacturers continue to have the freedom to take scientific measures to reduce contaminants only if they wish.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)

Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes. The trails you are seeing are left behind from Aircraft, they are not dispersing, why would that be ?

Morgellons Disease : crawling, biting or stinging sensation on the skin, fibers, specks or granules appear unexplainedly on the skin's surface.
Black fibers that appear on the skin are made from 'nanomaterials' according to research study. One 2007 study conducted by American toxicologist Dr. Hildegarde Staninger, the fibers found on Morgellons patients are 'nanocompounds' which are typically used in bio-nano-manufacturing processes.

Nanotechnology
Nanotechnology is a field of applied science in which the smallest units of matter are manipulated to create new materials and processes. "Nano" represents a unit of measurement where one nanometer is equal to one billionth of meter. Because of their minute sizes, nanomaterials are much stronger than macro-sized materials and have different--usually stronger--chemical properties as well.

Morgellons Disease
Morgellons Disease is a skin disorder in which fibers, specks or granules appear unexplainedly on the surface of the skin. Individuals who suffer from this condition also report crawling, biting and stinging sensations. The Morgellons Research Foundation lists more than 13,000 families suffering from this condition in the United States. Little is known about the cause of the condition. Initially, the Centers for Disease Control labeled it "delusional parasitosis," as it was first considered to be the result of a mental disorder. However, the high incidence of physical symptoms in reported cases led the CDC to reclassify Morgellons as an "unexplained dermatology."

Nanotechnology and Morgellons
Numerous theories link nanotechnology to Morgellons Disease. Epidemiological and research studies have identified the black fibers that appear in the skin as made from nanomaterials. In March 2007, American toxicologist Dr. Hildegarde Staninger published a much publicized study in which researchers collected fiber material samples from Morgellons sufferers. Results revealed that the materials in the fibers were nanocompounds commonly used in bio-nano-manufacturing processes.

Chemtrails
Chemical spraying is cited as a possible nanotechology-related distribution method for Morgellons Disease. These sprays--also referred to as chemtrails--are said to be dispersed by jet airplanes at high altitudes. An March 7, 2001, article from USA Today cites numerous reports made across the United States regarding unusual plane-exhaust trails in the sky. Statements made by governing agencies were characterized as elusive, denying that any such phenomena existed. Activist groups opposed to biochemical warfare research identify the numerous chemtrail sightings as practice procedures carried out by military agencies. Nanocompounds are thought to play a part in the manufacture of biowarfare materials.

Food Additives
As of August 2006, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the use of a nano-engineered food additive for use as a food preservative. The additive comes in the form of a bacteriophage, which is a virus organism designed to "eat up" bacterial organisms that grow in food. Findings presented by Staninger show that the materials found in Morgellons cases are the same ones used in the manufacturing of bacteriophages. Morgellons activists are concerned that nano-engineered products and food may be the source of this disease.
