No stamping for me today, but I did get to attend my daughter's Class Concert.  There is a reason I don't scrapbook and it's because I can not take good photos!

They looked like they were having a great time!  My mom said that many of the songs were ones that she sang when she was in second grade.  Oldies, but goodies! :)

Rachel insisted on getting all dressed up for the occasion and she looked so grown up!  She got a good laugh from the audience when she delivered her line: "My parents say they had to walk to school - and it was uphill both ways!"

It's the "law" at our house that we go to Culvers after school concerts, so we did.

And the only decent picture I took today was of this silly face.  Go figure!

Are you wondering what the Baby Wipe Technique is?  Just stack a few baby wipes together and add a few dots of ink using different colors of ink refills.  Let them blend together and then use the stack of baby wipes just like you would a regular stamp pad.

This was my favorite tip from the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference last week.  It was one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" moments.

Put down your card stock with the stamped image on it.  Place your framelit die on top and then use a Post-It note to hold the framelit in place!

Viola!  Perfect cut!

If you've been reading my blog the past week, you know that I just went to the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference in San Antonio.  On that trip I stayed with three other Stampin' Up! demonstrators and it's customary to give "roomie" gifts.

So here's what I made for my roomies...

Some highlights from today before I turn in for the night...

It's a speedy delivery for Mr. Nielsen!  Stampin' Up! employees are just plain fun.  In this spoof on Mr. Rogers, the CFO of Stampin' Up! shared the numbers of the company through a My Digital Studio scrapbook.  He didn't stop there.  When he was done sharing the numbers he wowed us all with a salsa number.

Shelli Gardner, the CEO & Co-founder of Stampin' Up! entertained us with a stamping demonstration featuring items from the Occasions Mini Catalog.

One new tip I learned: How to make pennant tips with your Square Punch.

Luckily for you, one of my roomies woke up at 4 am this morning to a flood in our hotel room.  Why is this lucky for you?  Because otherwise I never would have been up and ready this early with extra time to share fun stuff with you!

Last night was the Managers' Reception and as always Stampin' Up! put on a fabulous show.

After some Shirley Temple type drinks and hors doeuvres, we were treated to an acrobatic show.  The things those people could do was amazing... and a little disturbing.  Those are chairs stacked on top of each other.

Afterwards a few of us went to Chili's where the laughter and fun continued.  Now I'm off to breakfast and a full day of Stampin' Up! adventure.  If I'm not totally exhaused tonight after being up since 4 am, I'll post more pictures of project ideas for you.

I'm in sunny San Antonio today for the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference.  This morning after waffles shaped like the state of Texas, I headed over to do my Make & Take projects.  I didn't get very far because I usually do a lot more talking than stamping, but here are the two projects that I did finish.

Totally forgot to take a picture of the cute bag we got, but I'll get to that later.  You can kind of see it in this picture of Lyssa and I on the San Antonio River Walk.

We had a delicious lunch at Rio Rio and then went to tour the Alamo.

Oh and my favorite part of the Make & Takes this morning... this cute little box filled with 3 different kinds of chocolate.  YUM!
