This is the general view, but for me it is much more, I think&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Communication happen when you’re connected when there is no hesitation. Communication is the self-expression.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Asana means "mat" in hindi that means mat has very great importance in yoga.On which mat you do yoga it carries your energy so its advised to do on your on mat.&lt;br /&gt;

Asana means have the stability like a mat in your posture that will intune you with your mind.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In Patanjli Yogsutra&amp;nbsp;" sthirum&amp;nbsp;shukhm asanam" which means when you doing posture it should be study and you feel happy in that posture...&lt;br /&gt;
