The P90X Workout Schedule is comprised of three separate routines. You choose where you want to start based on your physical conditioning and then just push play. The three options are broken down into Classic, Lean, and Doubles. I will give you a breakdown of each P90X Workout Schedule for those that don't understand.

P90X Workout Schedule Options:

"Classic"

This is where most people seem to start, including myself – The Classic Workout Schedule is straight forward and offers the best combination or those ready to build muscle and burn fat as they go.

The classic workout schedule requires no more than 1 hour and a half in any one day – The longest workout of the entire schedule is Yoga X.

I chose to do classic in my first round of P90X and seemed to get very good results by sticking almost 100% to the workouts. My diet was nothing organized and didn't follow the P90X Meal Plan. However, I did eat healthy and clean, i.e. no soda, candy, ice cream, red meats, sugars, etc. I still consume sugar but on a highly reduced level, pretty much only in my coffee – that is my one diet evil.

The Classic P90X Workout Schedule will work you out 6 days a week just as Lean and Doubles will do except you tend to focus on a mix of Cardio and Resistance training, nearly 50 / 50. It looks something like this:

Monday: Resistance + Abs

Tuesday: Cardio

Wednesday: Resistance + Abs

Thursday: Stretch / Balance (Yoga)

Friday: Resistance + Abs

Saturday: Cardio

Sunday: Off

The Classic P90X Workout Schedule is ideal for those ready to get started from ground 0 and not looking to lose a ton of fat up front before building muscle. The above example stays true through each phase with a few resistance videos switching up to add Muscle Confusion. Let's look at Lean now.

"Lean"

The Lean Workout Schedule will have you focusing on Cardio a lot more than resistance. This is a great place to start for those that want to focus on weight loss first and then maybe work into muscle building later on. With Lean you will be doing a lot more cardio options which in turn will burn more calories and help you drop fat faster.

I have not tried the lean P90X Workout Schedule option myself but I think it would be ideal if you wanted to condition and didn't think you were quite ready to jump into Classic. You will need to set aside up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for your Lean Workout Schedule; the longest workout is Yoga X.

A Lean P90X Workout Schedule would look something like this:

Monday: Core / Cardio

Tuesday: Cardio

Wednesday: Resistance + Abs

Thursday: Stretch / Balance (Yoga)

Friday: Resistance + Abs

Saturday: Cardio

Sunday: Off

Notice how Monday differs from the Classic P90X Workout Schedule – You add an additional cardio / core exercise to maximize fat burning and core strengthening.

Now what's interesting is at phase 3 of the Lean workout schedule you actually do workouts similar to Phase 1 of the Classic workout schedule. With that said you can see how Lean is designed as a lead up into Classic and then Classic builds into what we will look at next.

"Doubles"

Alright, this is the ultimate P90X Workout Schedule and for those already in shape or already doing Classic but ready for more. You will see why in a moment. Now with Doubles you will need a lot more dedication and time, you will need to set aside up to 2 hours and 20 minutes on some days. In most cases you will wake up and do cardio, then a couple hours later or in the evening you will do resistance + Abs.

Let's take a look at what the Doubles P90X Workout Schedule looks like. ( Now keep in mind in Phase 1 Doubles appear to be the exact same as Classic – In phase 2 this changes by adding 3 cardio workouts each week and in phase 3 there is a significant change by adding 4 cardio workouts)

The following example is based off the Doubles P90X Workout Schedule – Phase 3. I want you to see how serious this really gets!

Monday: AM – Cardio / PM – Resistance + Abs

Tuesday: AM – Cardio / PM – Cardio

Wednesday: Resistance + Abs

Thursday: AM – Cardio / PM – Stretch and Balance (Yoga)

Friday: AM – Cardio / PM – Resistance + Abs

Saturday: Cardio

Sunday: Off

Notice how extreme is gets? The biggest difference between Classic and Doubles is the addition of all the Cardio. The best way to compare is this – In Doubles phase 3 you're basically doing Classic with 4 additional Cardio workouts a week. Pretty intense eh – Believe me, it is!

Well that was a quick look at the P90X Workout Schedule and the variations that occur. This is a generalized overview but was hopefully informative. Keep in mind that with P90X and Muscle Confusion your resistance days will switch up to continuously bring intensity and challenge so you never fully adapt. This is the power of the P90X Workout Schedule – Choose Yours.

If your new and want to lose weight fast – Do Lean.

If you're seasoned and want a challenge plus muscle gain – Do Classic

If you're a pro and classic is not a challenge, get extreme – Do Doubles

The choose is yours and the P90X Workout Schedule allows so many variations there is no reason why you should not be pushing play today – Take responsibility for yourself and your health, take action today!

So you're clearly interested in buying P90X or you wouldn't be reading this review. So I'll cut to the chase…

P90X workout program is super intense and there is no way anyone could be dissatisfied with the results. Think about it…if you are eating healthy and kicking yourself in the a** everyday working out there is no possible way you could fail. You're going to lose weight, period. It's common sense. Do it for 90 days and see what happens…

Eat less/better + Exercise like a crazy person = One Hot Bod!

You do that and you'll see results. And awesome results I might add. P90X workout program is one of the most effective, extreme workout systems on the market today. It has seriously changed a lot of lives. P90X is the real deal and if you want it bad enough it's there for the taking. Whether you want to get super ripped or lean as can be, P90X can do it for you.

Here's what the complete P90X Workout Program contains:

• 12 awesome P90x workouts that will leave you panting like a dog (that's a good thing!)

• 3-Phase delicious P90X nutrition plan that will never leave you hungry

• A detailed P90X fitness guide so you can understand the basics

• A calendar to track your progress

• Online peer support

What makes P90X workout program different from the rest is the term Muscle Confusion. This phrase is quite literal – your muscles are confused. The P90X workouts are so unique and different that your body burns a ton of fat and calories. Opposed to someone who runs 3 miles everyday- their body gets used to the same motions over and over. It's called the plateau effect. The workout system has so many different routines that you are constantly switching it up so your body never gets bored.

If you're like me, you've turned on the television on a Saturday morning and have seen those infomercials for the P90X workout. It's a very enticing infomercial and they convinced me to call! When I bought P90X though, I really had no clue what kind of equipment I needed to successfully complete the program. I didn't want to buy equipment that I didn't need, but I also wanted to get the maximum results from the program and be able to do all of the exercises correctly. You may be in the process of purchasing the P90X workout and wondering the same thing. What is the total investment you're going to have to make to be able to complete the program? Now that I'm actually doing the P90X program, I can guide you through on what equipment you must have, and what equipment is optional so you can save you're hard earned dollars and focus on your workout.

First, I just wanted to give you an overview of the P90X program. It is an extreme workout that is designed to give you a ripped, muscular body in 90 days. It is for people of all ages who are looking to loose weight and get lean, and for people looking to bulk up and build muscles (it is really for anyone). You must have a strong desire to get fit and healthy, and be ready to make the commitment to the program to be successful with it. It is a no BS, straight to the point program that will get you in the best shape of your life.

Here is the equipment that you must have to be able to complete the P90X workout-

(1) P90X DVD's ("P90X Training System"). Comes with the 12 workout P90X DVD's, a nutrition plan, and a fitness guide.

(2) Resistance Bands or a Set of Dumbbells. Either of these will work, but you must have at least on or the other. I actually have both, so even if I travel I can do the P90X workout. A set of dumbbells that goes up to 20 pounds is a good start.

(3) Pull Up Bar or Resistance Band Door Attachment. I just have the pull up bar, and it works great. You must have one or the other though. Some people though may not have a door frame that they can install a pull up bar on. For those people, you will need to buy a resistance band door attachment kit so you can do a modified version of the pull ups.

Below is optional equipment that is not required to successfully complete the program-

(1) Yoga Mat. This makes the P90X abdominal exercises and the P90X yoga much more enjoyable (a hard wood floor or carpet rubbing against your skin doesn't feel all that great).

(2) Yoga Blocks (2). If you are a beginner at Yoga like I was, then these will really come in handy. These will help stabilize you when doing difficult poses.

(3) Push Up Bars. If you have issues with your wrists, then these will help alleviate stress on your wrist joints when doing pushups (you will do an extensive amount of pushups with the P90X workout ).

So there you have it! You now know exactly what equipment you need to successfully complete the P90X workout.
To achieve the most success as a Beachbody coach I think the most important thing is to be consistent and take action. Try to set long term goals for yourself for 1 year, 2 years and even 5 years down the line. It takes time to build your business and to have massive success in network marketing you will have to build relationships, take consistent action and become a leader. Here is a list of ideas and ways myself and other coaches have used to build their business. So if you are just starting as a Beachbody coach or are looking into it here are some great ways to get your business going.

1. Make videos about anything related to Beachbody and put them on the popular video sites. Talk about your journey to fitness, your struggles, what programs you like or other things related to Beachbody. Doing videos helps you reach a large audience and people get to see you and hear your story. It is a good way to make a deeper connection with your customers.

2. Start a Fit Club. Getting out there into your community and doing the Beachbody workouts can really help to grow your business. It is a great way for people to try out the workouts. Many of the coaches who do fit clubs find their business is growing quickly.

3. Do a Home Party. Make a fun event out of Beachbody and the workouts. Have people over and demonstrate a workout and sample some of the nutritional products.

4. Lead a challenge with a group of friends or family. Challenge friends and family to a fitness contest or a weight loss challenge. You could use a Beachbody workout or product as part of the challenge. You could also make a Beachbody product an incentive for the winner.

5. Lead a health challenge at a large company. You will find many large companies have health and wellness incentives for their employees if they are working out a certain number of days per week. You could organize a large challenge at a company or work with their HR to make Beachbody workouts a part of their health and wellness incentive package.

6. Present the Beachbody opportunity to Personal Trainers. Beachbody is a great opportunity for personal trainers to not only supplement their income but help Beachbody customers with their knowledge. Working with Beachbody as coaches they will have the opportunity to offer more to their existing clients and make more money so it really is a win-win situation for them.

7. Present the Beachbody opportunity to Real Estate Agents. Beachbody is a business that works well for Real Estate agents because they already know the importance of networking and how to market a business. Beachbody is a great way for Real Estate Agents to supplement or replace their lost income.

8. Present the Beachbody opportunity to Teachers. While some teachers enjoy their summers off there are some that look for jobs or opportunities in the summer. Summer is an ideal time for a teacher to get started with Beachbody and build their business and then continue part time during the school year.

9. Work with Brides. Every bride wants to look fantastic on her wedding day. You could coach a bride and her wedding party to get into shape using Beachbody products. You could work with wedding planners to offer your free fitness coaching when they buy a Beachbody workout.

10. Work with New Moms. Moms are also a large demographic who want to get back in shape and feel good. Beachbody works out great for new moms because they can workout at home when they can fit it into their schedule.

11. Present Beachbody workouts to people doing a weight loss program such as Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers. The Beachbody workouts are a great compliment to eating well and losing weight. Since these programs focus more on weight loss with eating you could help people using these programs to find an appropriate workout to round out their weight loss plan.

12. Present the Beachbody Products to Police and Fire Departments. Police and fire departments are great to work with because they need effective workouts to keep them in shape for their jobs. You could even lead a challenge with a fire or police department.

13. Present the Beachbody products to Athletes. Many of the more intense Beachbody programs really help sports players and athletes train for their sport or build up their endurance. There are many pro sports players and even MMA fighters who are using P90X.

14. Have a garage sale and display Beachbody Products. If you are going to have a garage sale you could hand out samples of Shakeology to shoppers at your sale. You could also set up a table with Beachbody products and have a workout playing.

15.Do a booth at Local Events- There are events both big and small where you can set up a Beachbody booth. You could do a booth at a race or a marathon, a health and wellness fair or any other local gathering where you get permission. Check into costs and any restrictions you might have before committing to it.

16. Go to the Library and leave your business cards in exercise and fitness books. People looking for exercise and fitness advice from books would most likely be thrilled to have the free coaching that Beachbody coaches offer. This is a great way to target people who are looking for what you have to offer.

17. Communicate with your free customers. Market and follow up with your free customers. Find out what program they are doing and send them a follow up letter or post card asking how they are doing and how you can help them.

18. Do weekly a weekly newsletter for all of your customers. Stay in touch with your customers so they know who you are and are there to offer them help. I have had several customers contact me and say their coach has never been in touch with them. You will lose out on developing a relationship with your customers if you don't stay in touch and offer your help.

19. When you are out and about wear Beachbody logo items. Many of the Beachbody brands are very popular so you will most likely get people starting conversations with you.

20. Be a great example of someone who is a product of the product. If you want to sell the products it is hard to do if you are not using them. If you are using them and have had great results people will approach you. It leads to easy conversations and sales when people can see you have used the product and have had a great result. I hope these things help you out if you are a new Beachbody coach or are looking to become a Beachbody coach.

21. Have Beachbody decals made for your vehicle. This is fairly inexpensive and you get a lot of exposure for your business as you are out driving around.

23. Start a Facebook Page/Group.Create a Facebook page or group. This is a great way to separate your business from your personal Facebook page. It is a great way to communicate with your customers and fans about what is going on in your business and to keep people plugged in.

24. Create a Hub page or Squidoo lens about fitness or Beachbody. These 2 sites are free and they are a great way to write about things related to fitness or Beachbody. Try writing unique and interesting content and you could help get traffic to your blog or website.

25. Learn. Learn all you can from people on your team, in your upline, and underneath you. Read all you can about network marketing, personal development, personal branding, social media, or anything else that relates to this business. The more knowledge you have the more powerful you will become.

26. Set long term goals for your Beachbody Business. Beachbody is not a get rich quick business. You will have to work at this business to be successful. Set goals for yourself for a year, two years or even five years down the road. Take consistent action to achieve those goals and you will be doing well.

I hope these ideas help you get going in your Beachbody business or give you some ideas if you are looking to get started as a Beachbody Coach.

I am a Beachbody coach and feel so grateful to be able to help people change their lives. What a great gift to see someone who has changed their life and now looks and feels great. There is no better feeling in the world than to be able to help people achieve their goals and live a healthier, happier life.

Over the next couple minutes you will learn the comparisons and differences between these two rival "workout at home" exercise programs.

The P90X workout program used to be the one exercise program that everyone knew thanks to early morning and late night infomercials. Recently Beachbody added a new program to the game that to some may be considered a rival, that program is Shaun T Insanity.

But which one is more intense?

Comparably they are both equal in their own rights but each workout program focuses on a different approach towards fitness.

I have personally used both programs and this gives me the rare opportunity to offer a first hand look at both the P90X workout program and Shaun T Insanity. After this article you will be fully equipped with the answers you are looking for.

Which works better? P90X or the Insanity workout?

Great questions, though it's hard to put both workout programs side by side as it's not a simple apples to apples comparison but more like apples to oranges. Both programs are capable of offering a huge physical challenge but each has it's own approach and it's own target results. I'll explain.

The P90X workout program is a 90 day system which could otherwise be considered an "at home boot camp". You will need a chin up bar, a chair, a set of dumbbells and/or bands, shoes, plus about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half 6 days a week. The 7th day is an optional stretch or complete rest day.

From first hand experience I like to look at P90X as a "all-in-one" program. It is not designed to just bulk you up, it's not going to just help you lose weight, it's not just balance, and it's not just cardio.

The P90X workout program just tosses a bit of everything into the equation. You lift heavy one day (or light if you want);, you're punching and kicking with Kenpo karate another day, and to top it off on other days you will be doing 1 and a half hours of Yoga for a complete mind/ body/ soul adventure.

You will go through three phases of 1 month each in P90X with each month switching it up. Most of the cardio, stretch, and balance routines stay the same. The difference in each phase is that you change out the resistance workouts so that your muscles are constantly challenged so they will always be receptive to the workout rather than plateauing.

Shaun T Insanity takes a completely different approach. The workout program is 60-days in length and is based solely on Plyometrics, Core, and Cardio training. You will not lift weights, you will not do chin ups, you don't need a chair, and the workouts range from 35-45 minutes the first phase to 1 hour and 15 minutes the second phase.

You will need very good shoes, preferably a mat to jump on, and near perfect form to avoid injury.

You can already see that Shaun T Insanity is different than P90X so how are the comparable?

The Insanity workout program, though shorter in length, is based on maximum effort Interval cardio. Meaning it's all about fast, powerful, and coordinated moves. You will still be doing push-ups just like in P90X but otherwise you only use your body, gravity, and will power to push through.

I am telling you from personally experience, with Insanity you literally drip buckets of sweat, seriously! Just because it's shorter than P90X doesn't mean it's not as intense.

You will not be running in one place for an hour, you are jumping around, squatting, balancing, and crunching your core. Shaun T Insanity is on the same level as P90X but the difference is you don't need extra equipment, you won't be lifting weights, and the workouts go by much faster.

Insanity is more for the leaner ripped look while P90X will allow for more muscle size and strength.

If you have already completed P90X then I will tell you this. Shaun T Insanity is like taking P90X Plyometrics, doubling the intensity, and doing it 6 days a week.

So which one is better, P90X or Shaun T Insanity?

I don't think you will find one "better than the other" but what you will find are two different approaches towards fitness.

P90X is a longer 90 day program that has longer workouts but incorporates a slower pace compared to Insanity offering more time to adapt and become stronger. Also you are lifting weights so there is more potential to gain size and muscle definition.

Shaun T Insanity is 60 days with much shorter and faster pace workouts, you won't be able to adapt as fast and you won't get great results by pausing through each workout. Insanity is a balls to the walls style workout, it's straight forward and fast but demands major motivation and energy.

Both workout programs have a "mix-it-up" style so each one changes things throughout the program so there is no monotony.

One final note, if you have knees or lower body joint issues, Insanity may not be for you. It is based on a lot of jumping and really can and will tax your knees and joints if not performed correctly. It is much higher impact compared to P90X. That is something to consider when looking at the two side by side.

Because of the approach Insanity takes I like to look at it this way. If you feel you are P90X capable and are in decent shape, if you can do push-ups, chin-ups, and if you can handle interval cardio, then either program is suitable.

If you cannot do some or all of the previously mentioned exercises then it's better to avoid Insanity until you can at least complete P90X. Insanity is not a beginner workout, so if you just stepping back into the physical fitness game, throw the ego out, start somewhere small and build up.

Now learn how to choose the right workout program for you so you can get the best and fastest results.

First of all I would like to say I did 1 full round of P90x and Insanity and have gotten great results with both programs. Insanity and P90x are both from the company Beachbody. Beachbody programs always come with great customer support( 30 day money back return policy) and reliable and prompt shipping. Both arrive in nice boxes that contain fitness guides nutrition guides the DVD workouts and calenders to mark off your daily completion. But Insanity's fitness guide is a small pamphlet getting right to the basics( they say in the infomercial they want us working out not reading). The P90x fitness guide has a lot of pages.

P90x is a 90 day in house boot camp system that promises great results in 90 days it has 12 workout routines and is based on Muscle Confusion- Basically saying doing 6-7( day 7 is X-Stretch or Rest) different workouts during the week so you don't hit a plateau and stop seeing results.YOU MUS HAVE A PULL UP BAR OR SOME WAY OF DOING PULL UPS OR CHIN UPS.Perform the p90x fit test see if P90x is right for you.The P90x fit test is 8 routines measured by reps in a specific time( use modifications at will). 90x is broken down into 3 phases or months. The first 3 weeks of these phases you will complete the same 6-7 exercises throughout the week but on the last week of the month is called the recovery phase where you are introduced to a new full week of exercises that allow your body to rest from the resistance training and have cardio and ab focuses workouts throughout this week. This week is no joke!! Here are the workouts for P90X:

# Chest & Back ( Weight/ Resistance Training)
# Plyometrics (Cardio)
# Shoulders & Arms (Weight /Resistance Training)
# Yoga X ( Flexibilty and Stability)
# Legs & Back ( Weight /Resistance Training)
# Kenpo X (Cardio) All works range from (45-60 minutes)
# Chest, Shoulders & Triceps (Weight/Resistance Training) Except Yoga X (96 minutes)
# Back & Biceps(Weight/Resistance Training Except Ab Ripper X (16 minutes)
# Core Synergistics ( Cardio and Core)
# X Stretch ( Flexibility)
# Cardio X ( Cardio and Core and Flexibilty)
# Ab Ripper X (Ab Routine)

In the second phase of P90x they introduce 2 new workouts into the 6-7 workouts and remove 2 so you still are doing 6-7 workouts weekly. This allows more muscle confusion to take place on the resistance training days due to the 2 new resistance workouts. They are awesome too. New moves and harder than phase one!! 3 weeks of this again then the same recovery week.

The last phase is the best this is when the true muscle confusion kicks in! Every weeks are swapped back and forth to continuously trick your body through different exercises. For instance: What you did for week 1 you will do for (Month 1) weeks 1 and week 3 and what you did for (Month 2) week 1 happens in the 2nd week then back to week 1 of the first month and son and so forth. (weeks 1,week 5 week 1 week 5 then the great recovery week).

Shaun T's Insanity is a home based Cardio) workout that promises and total body transformation in 63 day The Insanity Deluxe system has 12 Dvds also( base kit has 9).The Insanity system is based on Max Interval Training-Basically bringing your heart rate up high for long periods of time and having minimal rest periods(about 30-60 seconds). This is the hardest workout ever put on DVD! I can honestly say the infomercial was right! You also perform Fit tests throughout Insanity (5 times) to track your progress. It really is amazing to see where you are after 63 days! Insanity is broken down into 3 Segments.

1st segment or month you will rotate 5 workouts(working out 6 days a week there is no 7 day workout! You will be praying for the rest day, lol. About 35 minutes a day for month 1 workouts.

2nd Segment you have your recovery week basically they want you to use Core Cardio and Balance for 6 days. I just switched between Core Cardio and Balance and Max Interval Sports Training to get me ready for the Maxed out month 2 workouts.

3rd Segment month 2 Things really get tough for the last month at this point the workouts are about 25 (45-60 min for month 2 exercises) minutes longer so eat more healthy foods! New workouts and New moves you are gonna love it!

1: Dig Deeper & Fit Test: To start, Shaun T will put your body to the test and see what you're made of.
2: Plyometric Cardio Circuit: Burn fat with intervals of intense lower-body plyo and sweat-inducing cardio.
3: Cardio Power & Resistance: Build lean muscle and upper-body definition with strength-training and insanity workout power moves.
4: Cardio Recovery: Shaun T goes easier on you once a week so you're ready for the next Insanity Workout round.

Take a minute to review P90X. You'll be glad you did.

The P90X Home Workout Program is taking the fitness industry by storm. Thousands are seeing results with P90X – From everyday people to celebrities. So the extreme workout program works, but is it for everyone? What they don't tell you about P90X..

Who P90X isn't for…

The P90X workout program isn't for extremely overweight people who haven't worked up a sweat in years. The P90X workouts are intense and if you aren't somewhat in-shape you won't be able to do them. If you aren't willing to put in the hours(1 hour a day), it's not for you. If you aren't williing to incorporate a healthy nutrition plan, it's not for you.

P90X is for…

P90X is for those who are already somewhat healthy. It's for those who want to take their workouts to the next level in order to achieve a ripped, lean body. It's for those who are willing to put in the hard work, 6 days a week, an hour a day. It's for those who are willing to change their diet to incorporate healthy, low-calorie foods.

Bottom line…P90X does work for those who are willing to put in the effort. By effort I mean following these

12 P90X workouts:

1. Chest and Back

2. Plyometrics

3. Shoulders and arms

4. Yoga X

5. Legs and Back

6. Kenpo X

7. X Stretch

8. Core Synergistics

9. Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps

10. Back and Biceps

11. Cardio

12. Ab Ripper

The concept of Muscle Confusion is the basis for the P90X workout system. The P90X workouts are so unique and effective that your muscles burn more calories faster. The program incorporates a healthy diet with intense workouts as well as a great support system. It works!

If you still are doubting the effectiveness of P90X you can find tons of user reviews online. Thousands of P90X users have been tracking their results and posting them online. From videos on YouTube to blogs, real people are sharing their real results.

If you have ever researched anything about Beachbody you have probably seen a reference or two towards a "Beachbody Coach". This article will help you discover the answers and guide you towards a better understanding

The following questions will be answered:

What is a Beachbody Coach?

How do you get your own Coach?

What does a Coach do for you?

Let's get started!

"What is a Beachbody Coach?"

Instead of giving you the definition why don't I tell you a quick story as to the origin and why Beachbody coaches exist. You see for those that don't know, Beachbody is the home of a library of home fitness workout programs. Titles may include (P90X, P90X+, Chalean Extreme, Shaun T Insanity, etc.)

There is basically a program for Everyone. Well if you're like me you have seen the infamous infomercials with the most widely broadcast being the P90X workout system. In 2007 Beachbody realized that they had done Very well in marketing their programs to the people but yet how do they make sure the programs are being used?

That is when the first Beachbody Coach came into existence.

You see a Coach is someone who uses the programs and supplements that Beachbody produces and then in turn the Coach has their own list of customers that they in turn help to motivate, inspire, and educate.

A Beachbody Coach is anyone and everyone that wants to take on the responsibility of caring for others. Their specific job and roll is to push Beachbody customers to use their purchased programs beyond the infomercial.

Imagine signing up at your local gym today and then tomorrow you get a call from your free assigned coach asking you to come workout with him/her. Better yet, you get calls and emails continuously from your Coach which in turn helps you stay accountable and on track.

Do you see how powerful a Beachbody Coach is?

The next question that you may have is:

"How do you get your own Beachbody Coach?"

It's very simple actually. You will be assigned your own personal Coach whenever you purchase ANYTHING through Beachbody. Whether you called on the infomercial and ordered the P90X workout system, whether you ordered Slim in 6 from the Beachbody Website, or even when you purchase from an existing Coaches store.

With the new website updates for Beachbody whenever you create your account and get yourself setup in WOWY (Work Out With You) your very first buddy will automatically be your coach. So contact them and use them because they are Your Coach!

I think we covered this slightly but once again lets take a look at this question:

"What does a Beachbody Coach do for you?"

It's very simple, a Coach will stay in contact with you throughout your health and fitness journey with Beachbody.

There are a number of ways a Beachbody Coach may contact you:

Through Email

Phone Contact

The Beachbody Message Boards

Some Coaches have Youtube Accounts

Other Coaches have Blogs

Keep in mind that a Coach is a person just like you, they are using the same programs, the same supplements, and they have a life too. They took on the additional accountability and responsibility of coaching you because they feel strongly that Health and Fitness is a very large part of life. They are passionate and selfless.

So now you know what a Beachbody Coach is, who they are, and what they do for you.

I encourage you to contact and use your Coach as guidance in your Health and Fitness from this day forward. OR if you don't have a Beachbody Coach now you know how to get one of your own!

Alone we Try – Together we Succeed!
