<p>Is the Beachbody Coach Opportunity a genuine business venture? If you&#39;re like me, you&#39;ve seen their products such as P90X, Power 90, Insanity, Slim In Six, ChaLENE Extreme, 10 Minute Trainer, or others advertised on the late night infomercials. Or maybe you&#39;ve already used one of these products and have come to love and trust them.</p>
<p>Product Partners LLC, the parent company of Beachbody, currently spends upwards of $100 million a year in advertising on tv infomercials to advertise their products. They have been advertising on infomercials for over 10 years. But in March 2007 they started a network marketing blueprint of representatives who are called coaches.</p>

So when family, friends, co-workers, neighbors and other people who know them can see the visible change evidenced through weight loss, muscle gain and a higher level of fitness, then it will promote them to ask how they lost the weight for example.</p>
<p>When you start as a a beachbody coach, there is a startup fee of $39.95 which provides you with a business training kit and also provides you with a replicated beachbody coach website which has a storefront for the products and also to link people in the business opportunity. After the first month there is a $14.95 monthly cost for the website. This is where most coaches send people to who want to sign up as a coach.</p>
<p>The trouble is that 97% of the coaches have the same replicated website, and thereby is identical to all the rest. The more advanced coaches have a customized front end website or a blog that links to the company website. Some people have either hired a programmer to embed customized links to the coach signup and corporate store site. Or those who know how have done it themself &#8211; but this takes up important time which could be better used to market the products and to sponsor more coaches.</p>
<p>These have been the traditional methods used for networking and promotion in MLM companies for the past 50 or more years. And many MLM or network marketing companies continue to teach their people to build their business through these traditional techniques. But for most people those methods only work for so long util they join the NFL club &#8211; No Funds Left and No Friends Left. <p>First of all may I say thank you for reading my article! I receive a lot of emails weekly from people that are where I was about 1 year ago( 284 pounds) or people that are larger than that. When I first ordered my official and authentic P90X from Team Beachbody I wondered if it would work for me like it has for many of others like in the infomercials or the other people I ran into in daily life. There wasn&#39;t anyone who could tell me or I just didn&#39;t know what or who to ask. I am writing this so you don&#39;t waste your time on wondering for any reason.</p>
<p>From my personal experience I decide to choose the Lean Version of P90X. I chose The lean version because: we all know that P90X is very Intense and I wasn&#39;t really working out for a while and I really had no direction when I had my gym membership and couldn&#39;t afford a Person Trainer 7 days a week and a nutritionist 24 hours a day. So after recieving the P90X system: 12 DVDs, nutrition guide and program guide and info about the virtual gym (Wowy). After reading the P90X Program guide,previewing the dvds, and seeing the versions of P90X Like the Classic version( which for people that have a decent fitness foundation) The Doubles Version( for those who have a serious knowledge and current history of fitness) The Lean Version( for those that desire more cardio and to weigh less on the scale). I knew I wasn&#39;t ready for the classic version and the Doubles version was just out of the question. Plyometrics really looked intense at 284 plus all that jumping would most likely be bad for my already sore left knee. So I chose the P90X Lean Version for several reason: 1 I knew I couldn&#39;t handle all the intensity not just yet of the classic version 2 I didn&#39;t want to just look larger by all the weight training 3 I figured the Lean Version would get me use to doing the workouts and exercises so in case I decided to do another round I would have the form and experience of 90% of the workouts already. At 284 pounds I wasn&#39;t expecting miracles nor should anyone over 220 pounds.</p>
<p>I know it is a 90 day program but I also knew it didn&#39;t take me 90 days to get to 284 pounds, so I went through the P90X nutrition guide picked the meal plan Approach at level 3. Next I went food shopping and got everything( 2 weeks worth) that the P90X nutrition guide demanded. No I didn&#39;t like all the food choices,but I figured they knew what they were talking about and I gave it a chance. Also I was just a little worried about having to eat so many calories daily. I second guessed it when I saw all the food on my plate, but I went for it anyway. So do the same my friends. I also had to calculate in my daily calories the P90X recovery drink and you should too. Also if you have a day where you have 2 workouts, use 1/2 the serving after both workouts( not 2 servings- that&#39;s a lot of extra calories). Don&#39;t forget to take your muliti-vitamin with all these intense workouts you will need all the nutrients you can get and they do great things for your body. Water is very important for you and your body. So stay hydrated my friends!</p>
<p>Eat the recommended amounts just double check your math during the calculations in the guide. I went on to lose 36 pounds in the P90X Lean Version. So being happy and thrilled I got just to curious about the Classic Version, so I took it on for my round 2 and added some more muscle along the way.I got down to about 240 pounds when I was done with 6 pounds of new muscle!! I was and am so thrilled every-time I say it! What is to be understood is that I was working myself up to better condition from doing the Lean Version first. I had developed a fitness foundation to go after the Classic Version. Also I noticed that the different versions produced different results(physical) but they were a lot better than before I had started. I don&#39;t speak of bad results at all. You will just get a more muscular look from starting all the weight training in the Classic Version than in the Lean Version. But wow the Lean Version really does slim the waistline with all that great cardio and core moves!</p>
<p>So as Tony Horton Says just do your best and forget the rest my friends! Good luck on your fitness journey! Just remember do as much as you can: with the right mindset, persistence and nutrition you will get great results that will be way better than when you started. Bottom line P90X Delivers!</p>

<p>Well let me just say that this is the best home workout system available! Hands down, this is the winner. Within a week of doing this workout at home, Jaye and I canceled our gym membership and we haven&#39;t looked back! It is SO much fun, and SO effective.</p>
<p>P90X consists of 12 DVD&#39;s that you do in different sequences according to three phases. Each phase is 3 weeks followed by a recovery week.</p>
<p>The P90X workouts are as follows:</p>
<p>Chest and Back <br />
	Plyometrics <br />
	Shoulders and Arms <br />
	Yoga X <br />
	Cardio X <br />
	Kenpo X <br />
	Legs and Back <br />
	Chest, Shoulders and Triceps <br />
	Back and Biceps&gt; <br />
	Core Synergistics <br />
	Ab Ripper X <br />
	X Stretch</p>
<p>You work out 7 days a week doing a specific sequence of P90X workouts according to the phase you&#39;re in.</p>
<p>There are also three variations that you can choose from. There is the classic P90X (which we do), the P90X lean and P90X Doubles.</p>
<p>Lean is for those who are perhaps not as strong or who do not want to build up as much lean muscle mass and want to focus a little more on weight loss. The classic version is the standard version and doubles is for the nutters who want to add extra cardio in on top of their daily, insane, standard workout.</p>
<p><b>The P90X workouts are NOT for the faint-hearted</b></p>
<p>This is hard core folks. This is not for anyone who is just starting to work out. This is for people who are already fit, already strong, but want to really take it to the next level.</p>
<p>Phase One of the P90X workouts for the classic version go as follows:</p>
<p>Week 1-3</p>
<p>Day 1 &#8211; Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X <br />
	Day 2 &#8211; Plyometrics <br />
	Day 3 &#8211; Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X <br />
	Day 4 &#8211; Yoga X <br />
	Day 5 &#8211; Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X <br />
	Day 6 &#8211; Kenpo X <br />
	Day 7 &#8211; X Stretch</p>
<p>Then in week 4 you have a recovery week (which doesn&#39;t mean you rest, not a chance) where you do Core Synergistics twice, Cardio X once, Yoga X twice and X Stretch twice.</p>
<p>Then you move onto the second phase where Chest and Back becomes Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, and Shoulders and arms becomes Back and Biceps.</p>
<p>The second phase is another 3 weeks, followed by a recovery week which is the same as week 4. Then onto phase 3 where you switch between phase 1 and 2 workouts for the full four week period and then you can start over at the beginning again!</p>
<p>Good times, good times. We have been having SO much fun with this. Jaye and I are working out hard together and we just love it. It is the first time we have really been able to work out together, usually if we were in the gym we would be following different programs. The fact that we can do this together is really awesome.</p>
<p><b>There is no way you could ever get TOO fit for this program!</b></p>
<p>The fitter and stronger you get, the more you are able to do, that is all. It is designed to be able to challenge you powerfully no matter how high a level you have already achieved.</p>
<p><b>This is the ultimate workout</b></p>
<p>I am SO happy that I have found a workout program that I cannot see myself ever getting tired of. It is so varied, so challenging and just so much damn fun.</p>
<p>The only one of the P90X workouts I don&#39;t like so much is the Kenpo X. I have seen P90X reviews where others say this is their favorite, so definitely don&#39;t take my word on this. Both Jaye and I have just found it a little boring. So instead we do the Cardio X workout on Kenpo X days and that suits us both very well.</p>
<p><b>The first time you do the P90X workouts you will just be laughing and shaking your head and exclaiming how INSANE it is!</b></p>
<p>One armed pushups with jumps and claps and all sorts of crazy things I had certainly never done before!</p>
<p>The plyometrics will have you seeing stars and breaking your record for the highest heart rate ever. This is totally crazy, but enormously fun. As I get fitter I jump higher, squat lower and my legs are so wonderfully toned these days you&#39;ll barely see me in anything except short shorts or micro minis! The legs and back workout is killer too!</p>
<p><b>Don&#39;t think you&#39;re in for an easy time on the yoga!</b></p>
<p>This is Yoga X as Tony Horton says, no dogging it allowed. It is a power sweat session that will keep your heart rate fully in &#39;the zone&#39; with no trouble whatsoever. The only &#39;easy&#39; workout is X-Stretch which comes at the end of a hectic week and is JUST what you need, and leaves you feeling simply amazing.</p>
<p>It is inspiring, highly motivating, and most of all, it is effective as heck and a shedload of fun!</p>
<p>And of course, no need to follow their nutritional advice if you&#39;re a low fat raw vegan like us, just get those fruit carbs in and watch your muscles grow.</p>
<p>So go for it!</p>
<p><b>If you were deliberating and wondering &#8211; Does P90X work? &#8211; then the answer is Hell YES!</b></p>

<p><u>I want to dig deeper than most P90X Reviews to answer the following about &quot;Muscle Confusion&quot;:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Is it real?</li>
<li>Is it as effective as claimed?</li>
<li>&quot;Muscle Confusion&quot; VS. Routine &#8211; Which yields better results?</li>
</ul>
<p>Let&#39;s start out by looking at the human muscular system to understand how and why your body builds strength and muscle. This will be quick and easy but should give the basis for those with little understanding.</p>
<p>You see the body is a complex <i>&quot;system&quot;</i> of nerves, cells, tissues, blood, water, organs, etc. The bodily<i> &quot;system&quot;</i> as a whole produces what we know as our Body and all of the bodies functions whether they are voluntary or involuntary.</p>
<p>You may be asking &quot;I thought this article was about P90X Reviews?&quot; Don&#39;t worry it all ties together because to understand Muscle Confusion you first must understand the basics of the human body and the muscular system.</p>
<p>When you work your body through fitness and exertion beyond your normal daily living functions your body goes through a series of chemical reactions, hormone production, muscle fiber destruction, metabolic increase, higher blood flow, and many other reactions.</p>
<p>This is good, the body is organic and therefore if it is not used and challenged it will simply atrophy and degenerate.</p>
<p>When you stress a muscle beyond it&#39;s normal capacity the first thing that happens is the communication between brain and muscle. After the communication happens your muscles react to the movement or weight by contracting and going tensile.</p>
<p>Muscle are made up of tons of little muscle fibers much like fiber optic cords all laying upon each other. When you over-load a muscle through resistance training you actually create small micro-tears in the muscle fibers themselves. So when you workout through resistance you actually destroy muscle fibers (This is why you find yourself sore after wards).</p>
<p>Now the body is an incredibly adaptive machine, when it gets used to something your body eventually reaches an equilibrium of whatever the action is and no longer reacts to build strength and muscle but only retains.</p>
<p>This is what we can call a <i>&quot;Plateau&quot;</i> when your muscular and cardiovascular system create a routine reaction to whatever the action is you take.</p>
<p>With this basic understanding you now know that &quot;Muscle Confusion&quot; is in fact the real deal.</p>
<p>So let&#39;s dig deeper than most P90X Reviews and check to see if <i>&quot;Muscle Confusion&quot;</i> is as effective as it is claimed to be. The P90X workout system boasts about Muscle Confusion as the money maker in the workout program but does it work?</p>
<p>The P90X workout system is broken down into 3 phases in 30 day periods allowing your body to adapt and continually be challenged through breaking routine.</p>
<p>Earlier in this P90X Review we looked at the muscular system and how it eventually adapts to routine and prevents further growth. The P90X Workout system and it&#39;s claimed <i>&quot;Muscle Confusion&quot; </i>sets out to break any possible equilibrium by constantly changing the focus.</p>
<p>During phase one you find yourself repeating weeks 1-3 doing the same routines and during this process your body is challenged, your muscles breakdown and rebuild, and towards week three you begin to plateau.</p>
<p>Suddenly week 4 comes along and is totally different &#8211; This is considered a<i> &quot;Recovery&quot;</i> week but still tosses incredible challenge through cardio, stretch, and balance routines. Basically the recovery week skips most resistance and allows your muscle to repair, adapt, and recover.</p>
<p>In weeks 5-7 which is considered Phase 2 you repeat again like weeks 1-3 except 2 workouts change entirely. You begin to challenge the same and different muscle groups through alternate moves. This begins to break down and challenge your brain/ muscle communication + your muscle fibers break down again.</p>
<p>When you begin to adapt towards the end of week 7 in the P90X Workout you will find yourself back in another <i>&quot;Recovery&quot;</i> week which is week 8.</p>
<p>Phase 3 does it once again but then alternates each week going back and forth between the workouts from weeks 1-3 and the workouts from weeks 5-7 to add even more challenge.</p>
<p>I am sure by now you can see how the P90X Workout and <i>&quot;Muscle Confusion&quot;</i> work together to constantly challenge muscle growth and adaptation.</p>
<p>Finally in this P90X Reviews I want to compare &quot;Muscle Confusion VS. Routine&quot;</p>
<p>At this point you can see the power of challenging your body and it&#39;s complexities through changing routine and throwing new variations at your muscle fibers.</p>
<p>Look at it this way &#8211; If P90X was 90 days of the exact same routine week in and week out much like your routines tend to be at the gym or when you run 2 miles every single day, you would reach an equilibrium of communication and muscle fiber growth. Basically within weeks your brain would know exactly what to expect and your muscle fibers would reach a <i>&quot;plateau&quot;</i> of growth as there would no longer be challenge.</p>
<p>Think of it this way. Some of us need routine in our lives to feel in control but at times this can lead to constant repetition and life never changes. When you add constant change, challenge, and go beyond the norm in your day you begin to grow as a person, you&#39;ll gain knowledge, and you gain experience.</p>
<p>Your muscles work much the same way as the previous example. When constantly challenged with new and exciting moves, heavier weight, different angles of use, and other variations they will continuously grow and adapt but never <i>&quot;plateau&quot;</i> through mundane acts.</p>
<p>In conclusion of this edition of <i>&quot;P90X Reviews&quot;</i> &#8211; Is Muscle Confusion the real deal and is it effective as the P90X Workout System claims? Well quite simply, yes.</p>
<p>Constant change and challenge of your muscle groups will lead to constant breakdown and rebuilding of muscle fibers which leads to greater muscle size, strength, and overall growth.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that during your workouts is exactly when you tear down muscle fibers &#8211; When you are NOT exercising and even more so when you sleep is exactly when your muscles repair, grow, and gain strength.</p>
<p>With that said, don&#39;t work the same muscle groups each day as this will constantly break down the muscle fibers without allowing proper growth and repair. Also, get sleep because that is when your body goes into repair mode to recovery from the previous days load on the body. Get Sleep!</p>

<p>The P90X Workout Schedule is comprised of three separate routines. You choose where you want to start based on your physical conditioning and then just push play. The three options are broken down into Classic, Lean, and Doubles. I will give you a breakdown of each P90X Workout Schedule for those that don&#39;t understand.</p>
<p>P90X Workout Schedule Options:</p>
<p><b>&quot;Classic&quot;</b></p>
<p>This is where most people seem to start, including myself &#8211; The Classic Workout Schedule is straight forward and offers the best combination or those ready to build muscle and burn fat as they go.</p>
<p>The classic workout schedule requires no more than 1 hour and a half in any one day &#8211; The longest workout of the entire schedule is Yoga X.</p>
<p>I chose to do classic in my first round of P90X and seemed to get very good results by sticking almost 100% to the workouts. My diet was nothing organized and didn&#39;t follow the P90X Meal Plan. However, I did eat healthy and clean, i.e. no soda, candy, ice cream, red meats, sugars, etc. I still consume sugar but on a highly reduced level, pretty much only in my coffee &#8211; that is my one diet evil.</p>
<p>The Classic P90X Workout Schedule will work you out 6 days a week just as Lean and Doubles will do except you tend to focus on a mix of Cardio and Resistance training, nearly 50 / 50. It looks something like this:</p>

<ol>
<li>Monday: Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Tuesday: Cardio</li>
<li>Wednesday: Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Thursday: Stretch / Balance (Yoga)</li>
<li>Friday: Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Saturday: Cardio</li>
<li>Sunday: Off</li>
</ol>
<p>The Classic P90X Workout Schedule is ideal for those ready to get started from ground 0 and not looking to lose a ton of fat up front before building muscle. The above example stays true through each phase with a few resistance videos switching up to add Muscle Confusion. Let&#39;s look at Lean now.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>&quot;Lean&quot;</b></p>
<p>The Lean Workout Schedule will have you focusing on Cardio a lot more than resistance. This is a great place to start for those that want to focus on weight loss first and then maybe work into muscle building later on. With Lean you will be doing a lot more cardio options which in turn will burn more calories and help you drop fat faster.</p>
<p>I have not tried the lean P90X Workout Schedule option myself but I think it would be ideal if you wanted to condition and didn&#39;t think you were quite ready to jump into Classic. You will need to set aside up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for your Lean Workout Schedule; the longest workout is Yoga X.</p>
<p>A Lean P90X Workout Schedule would look something like this:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ol>
<li>Monday: Core / Cardio</li>
<li>Tuesday: Cardio</li>
<li>Wednesday: Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Thursday: Stretch / Balance (Yoga)</li>
<li>Friday: Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Saturday: Cardio</li>
<li>Sunday: Off</li>
</ol>
<p>Notice how Monday differs from the Classic P90X Workout Schedule &#8211; You add an additional cardio / core exercise to maximize fat burning and core strengthening.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Now what&#39;s interesting is at phase 3 of the Lean workout schedule you actually do workouts similar to Phase 1 of the Classic workout schedule. With that said you can see how Lean is designed as a lead up into Classic and then Classic builds into what we will look at next.</p>
<p><b>&quot;Doubles&quot;</b></p>
<p>Alright, this is the ultimate P90X Workout Schedule and for those already in shape or already doing Classic but ready for more. You will see why in a moment. Now with Doubles you will need a lot more dedication and time, you will need to set aside up to 2 hours and 20 minutes on some days. In most cases you will wake up and do cardio, then a couple hours later or in the evening you will do resistance + Abs.</p>
<p>Let&#39;s take a look at what the Doubles P90X Workout Schedule looks like. ( Now keep in mind in Phase 1 Doubles appear to be the exact same as Classic &#8211; In phase 2 this changes by adding 3 cardio workouts each week and in phase 3 there is a significant change by adding 4 cardio workouts)</p>
<p>The following example is based off the Doubles P90X Workout Schedule &#8211; Phase 3. I want you to see how serious this really gets!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<ol>
<li>Monday: AM &#8211; Cardio / PM &#8211; Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Tuesday: AM &#8211; Cardio / PM &#8211; Cardio</li>
<li>Wednesday: Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Thursday: AM &#8211; Cardio / PM &#8211; Stretch and Balance (Yoga)</li>
<li>Friday: AM &#8211; Cardio / PM &#8211; Resistance + Abs</li>
<li>Saturday: Cardio</li>
<li>Sunday: Off</li>
</ol>
<p>Notice how extreme is gets? The biggest difference between Classic and Doubles is the addition of all the Cardio. The best way to compare is this &#8211; In Doubles phase 3 you&#39;re basically doing Classic with 4 additional Cardio workouts a week. Pretty intense eh &#8211; Believe me, it is!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Well that was a quick look at the P90X Workout Schedule and the variations that occur. This is a generalized overview but was hopefully informative. Keep in mind that with P90X and Muscle Confusion your resistance days will switch up to continuously bring intensity and challenge so you never fully adapt. This is the power of the P90X Workout Schedule &#8211; Choose Yours.</p>

<li>If your new and want to lose weight fast &#8211; Do Lean.</li>
<li>If you&#39;re seasoned and want a challenge plus muscle gain &#8211; Do Classic</li>
<li>If you&#39;re a pro and classic is not a challenge, get extreme &#8211; Do Doubles</li>
