Blue days, patched in green

2012-12-29T19:11:00.001-08:00

An outfit I threw together one day, because it was so cold outside and I wanted to look fancy. (haha) This blazer was actually a ladies XL, but I re-sized it to fit me. I took in the sides, and adjusted the sleeves.

There is no place like home for the holidays

2012-12-27T17:49:00.004-08:00

I had been living in San Diego for some time, but I just moved back to Texas with my family. Its nice to be back home with everyone. I love Cali but I got a bit lonely sometimes.

This was taken the first week I got back on one of my outings with the family. I still have to re-adjust to the Texas weather. I was so used to San Diego's perfect weather..

Happy Holidays Everyone!!

Visit from my sisters

2012-11-11T18:58:00.000-08:00

I am so glad my sisters came to visit me! I had been feeling a bit lonely since I moved to San Diego. We went every where!! It was only for 4 days but we had so much fun.

I love the way this picture came out. This was during our visit to the zoo, the flamingos look so pretty.

This is my favorite picture! I love taking pictures of everything I see, and this image looks so calm and very peaceful. I just thought it was so heart warming and breath taking.

Me not so breath taking here! LOL

2012-07-25T19:20:00.000-07:00

It has been so long since I last posted anything. I guess I went through a phase of posting something almost everyday and stopped after a while because I got bored. (happens with just about everything lol) we took a vacation to Texas to go visit family, and I managed to take a few pics. Two weeks felt like a short time, I barely had any time for myself. We were always so busy, going here and there, visiting family...just crazy.
Anyways i'll try to post more pics now that we are back...Time to relax :)

Combat time!

2012-04-24T11:50:00.002-07:00

I decided to do a post with my combat boots since I almost never wear them, I got them at buffalo exchange and I do love them. It's just that for some reason I never know what to wear them with lol. I guess its because I am more of a heels and dresses kind of girl, which it kindda sucks (not really) because I'm so jealous of girls who can just wear them with anything! I've tried that but I feel like I end up looking silly so I always end up changing...I need to experiment more with them I guess.

Beach and heels

2012-04-11T12:43:00.000-07:00

These pictures were taken on easter, as you can see I'm all dressed up and at the beach right! well we weren't supposed to go to the beach, we were actually on our way to church. when we got to church there was a line almost 3 blocks long to get in to church!! so us being "sinners" decided not to wait in line and just head down to the beach which was 5 mins away. I took an extra pair of flat shoes just in case we walked around after church! so I guess I planned right lol. I was originally wearing high heels and it would have sucked to go to the beach in those!!!

The hubby refused to take of his dress shoes and walked in them at the beach lol, because he said he wanted to be different haha. So I kept picking on him constantly because of it! (I'm bad!)

(soy mala!)

This is how I looked before the beach!

I love to be goofy and play around when taking pictures! I don't like to be serious at all!...I'm not a model or even near being one, I love to live my life and enjoy it! That's why if you notice my blog is not so flashy and so made up! I don't really pose like in magazines or anything like that, because I like to show people who I really am. I love my fellow bloggers and everyone reading, I don't mean to offend. Some people really need to show how they are, not try to be famous, or over exaggerate on what they have just to get attention! Be yourself from beginning to end, and you'll be really happy.

I'm wearing a blue blazer from H&M, jeans and bag from ross, shirt from jc penney, and shoes from Steve Madden. :)

Have a happy week :)

Feliz semana :)

Teal night

2012-04-09T14:35:00.000-07:00

Just a quick post of an outfit I wore the other day before going out to eat with the hubby :)

wearing a teal blazer from forever 21, brown boots, a dress/skirt from ross, a crossbody bag I also got at ross, a brown belt, plus random jewelry.

So I've decided to start blogging in spanish also, and maybe make a few videos. Its just an idea I got so far, hopefully I can start soon.

Anyways hope everyone is having a good week :)

Pink cardigan

2012-04-02T13:42:00.000-07:00

Went out to eat to corvette diner with the hubby, and took advantage of the nice weather outside to take a few pics before we went in. This past weekend we had amazing weather here in cali, I wish it was like that all the time. Anyway I got this amazing cardigan at buffalo exchange for $13! it was brand new too lol! I love the detailed rhinestones on the sides! so pretty :) As you may see in the last picture it might seem like I'm a fatty lol! I love to eat haha and the shakes in this place were amazing!! After leaving the restaurant I was soo full I didn't want to see food anymore lol!
Hope everyone has a good week :)

club

2012-03-29T16:57:00.001-07:00

I love to go out with friends and have fun! this is a picture I had not posted because I've been a bit busy.
in this picture I'm wearing my favorite necklace which was a gift from a friend. My red corset which I mostly just wear to special occasions like going to a club. The skirt I got a long time ago, I really like it but I had not been wearing it much because the front of the skirt has a weird bulge of extra fabric, and it kindda makes it look funny lol. I was able to fix it though by pinning it under the belt with clothes pins :) anyway hope everyone is having a good week so far :)

2012-02-25T19:26:00.000-08:00

Wearing my favorite vintage pearl necklaces...and I don't remember where I got this belt lol! I think it was a gift.

I was at home bored with the hubby so I decided to snap a few pictures of what I was wearing today. Don't ask me why but I just love to dress up, even if I'm just at home. :)

I took pictures with my pup, Sophie :) I think she's a good model!

I'm in love with these shoes! I joined a shoe club and I got these for $39.99. They are so feminine and pretty! Not so comfortable to walk for long periods of time but enough to show them off. I like how they sparkle in the sun!
