On Monday, Adele is the guest on WFUV’s “Words & Music from Studio A.” The show begins at 9 PM ET.

On Tuesday, The Baseball Project performs live on KEXP at 6 PM ET.

On Wednesday, Kevin Smith is the guest on “The Treatment” on KCRW at 5:30 PM ET.

On Thursday, BBC 6 Music airs an archived 1994 Reading performance by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.  Also, you’ll hear BBC Session Tracks from 1993 from PJ Harvey and Rage Against the Machine.  “The Live Music Hour” begins at 11 PM ET.

On Friday, Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood hosts his weekly show on Absolute Classic Rock at 3 PM ET.

Rounding out our Featured Artists and wrapping up the South by Southwest Music Festival are Toronto’s burgeoning indie rock trio The Rural Alberta Advantage. Playing in support of their recently-released sophomore effort, Departing, they will help close out the Festival run in Austin tonight. Based in Brooklyn, Benevento has been a fixture on the independent scene around the country for more than a decade and will be bringing his organ and piano work to Austin tonight for SXSW. Fresh off his independent, self-promoted album, and the first on his own label, Gutter Rainbows, Brooklyn-based MC Talib Kweli will be rocking the SXSW Festival in Austin. Mr. Greene has been a mainstay in hip hop circles since the dawn of the century and has been a featured collaborator with the like of Mos Def, DJ Quik, comedian Dave Chappelle and many, many more. Broadcasting from France, Goom Radio (Explicit Content) is broadcasting a special show dedicated to Nate Dogg and his collaborations. Southern California’s KDAY is celebrating his work as well, spinning classics from the groundbreaking 1992 collaboration with Dr. Dre on The Chronic, through his work on Warren G’s Regulate, up into the new century and his work with Eminem. And beginning at 9:30 Pacific, Phoenix’s 101.5 Jamz is broadcasting a special mix by Lady La dedicated to the memory of Nate Dogg.

As the music portion of South by Southwest gets underway tonight, we’re highlighting a different artist each day throughout the week who will be appearing at the festival. We figure, if you’re there and want to bone up on an artist’s material before the show you can, or if you can’t make their show and are a big fan (or become one) we at TuneIn can help you connect with their music. Lots of live music is coming in from Austin this week. We’ll have artist spotlights from SXSW later in the week, but here are some favorites available throughout the week on our SXSW channel.

On Wednesday throughout the day, SXSW Radio will be playing live sets from such favorites as Hayes Carll, Brett Dennen and others.

Thursday, New York’s WFUV will be doing a live look at their first broadcast from SXSW.

And Friday, Austin’s own KGSR will be broadcasting live from across the festival, including performances from favorites like the Old 97′s, G. Love and so much more.

Elsewhere, on Wednesday at 3pm Pacific, listen in and Listen Up! to what’s hot in the music and art world in Southern California on LA’s Indie 103.1.
