Hello folks, been a while....Well just from the concluded FIFA 2014 world cup, i was able to gather a few valuable lessons. I don't know what you saw but I saw things differently, most especially the much talked about match between the host Brazil and Germany...

You see in life sometimes, it may look like it would never be, when you look at the mountain you have to climb, the distance you have to walk, you tend to just throw in the towel, but i tell you, each step you take draws you closer to achieving your purpose...

let me quickly tell you the 3 important lessons I learnt from that match between these two countries...

1. GERMANY took about 15years to prepare for this tournament, which they won...
You want to be a doctor? You want to even be the worlds greatest footballer? It starts NOW! It may not look like it, but KEEP AT IT...

2. BRAZIL assumed they could overun the Germans as usual by sheer will power, but they got the surprise of their life....
Never substitute preparations for brawn....The Germans trained and prepared themselves for 15years for that match!

3. AFTER you have achieved, keep working! You never know who is behind you who wants to beat your record! German striker Miroslav Klose beat Ronaldo of Brazils record...It tooko some years but he did it...Where is Ronaldo today? hmmmn....

So folks, ever want to remain relevant and great? Keep working it...
If you are asked what is your greatest achievement in life, just say...THE NEXT ONE!

Enjoy!

What is your testimony when life comes like a flood against you? We in Nigeria have never been hiut like this before with flood but as usual, we always survive one way or another...but to those affected by the flood, my heart goes out to you, but for you reading this, what if you were in there shoes? What would you do to keep your spirit in one piece? here's the testimony of a child (though hilarious) but what exactly how he could explain himself....I quote "...Before when the flood never come, we dey eat rice once a week, now when flood don come, na every day we dey eat rice with better better meat"... in English it means ( Before the floods came, we only eat rice once a week, but after the floods came, we now eat rice every day with good meat!)...So whats your testimony?...Tell me what you would do....

Have you ever had a big dream and you felt you didn't have what it takes to carry it out? Have you been feeling like time is running out and those you feel should have helped you financially or otherwise have disappointed you?You feel you are not adequately prepared or equipped enough to begin? Well I've got news for you now...
You can start where you are, with what you have, to do what you can! Yes!... It's simply called the "Shamgar Principle"...
Never think you are not well preapared enough to start, just start. the joy we get or the success we achieve is not derived when we "arrive' at the finish line, its the "Process" of getting there, the experiences, the trials, up's and down's, they all add up to make us better persons.

You don't need to have all the resources in the world to start, infact let me give you a shocker, YOU WILL NEVER GET ENOUGH! That is why when a child is born, he grows from stage to stage, from sucking milk to eating meat, to cracking bones...He cannot crack bones immediately he is born, but he grows into that stage. I remember a very wealthy man in my town who began his business with selling bread from door to door, making sales to homes on foot. then later he bought a bicycle (growth), and later a bus (more growth) and now he employs people to work for him. He no longer moves on foot again but rather people now do the "moving" for him on fleets of vehicles. now he has built schools, and other organizations. Now if he had delayed starting because he didn't have enough to start, those he has employed now probably would not have had a source of income for their families. see the connection now?
So the Shamgar principle simply encourages us to Start with what we have, where we are, to do what we can. You are the success someone is waiting to draw inspiration from, because we are all connected one way or another.

Let me wrap this up by telling you this, don't be afraid to make mistakes, only when you do, learn from them and be better, so you can use whatever you have, where you are, to do what you can!
I would be delighted to read your success story here if this post helped you one way or another...Enjoy!

I have been
suspecting something for the past few months. As the days go by, my suspicion
grows stronger. I think the woman selling Ewa Aganyin in my area has jazzed me
with her beans. I am beginning to suspect that all these ‘Iya Bashira-ish’
rumours are true o, so my pipuls, if
you must patronise Bukas, shine your
eyes well well. Or how can I explain how I always want to eat her Ewa Aganyin
every single day. It doesn’t matter
whether there is food at home or not, I still crave for her beans. Even when we
are having parties in my house, I still send someone to buy her beans with
bread, despite all the plenty food at home. The overall irony of all is that I
don’t even like beans, and cannot stand where they are cooking any type of
beans. The only type of beans I now eat is Ewa Aganyin and preferably the one
from this particular woman in my area. You see why I am suspecting the jazz
thing?

After my
many bowl-carrying trips to her place, to and from work, I realised that I will
be spending an overall substantial part of my salary, which is not very much,
with her. Because of the efficiency of the yet-to-be-proved-but-effective jazz,
I always feel that the beans they sell to me is too small. So, with my newly
acquired experience and expertise in buying Ewa Aganyin, I have now been able
to develop a wise way of buying N40.00 beans and a substantial Ewa Aganyin
pepper that would satisfy me.

This method
works all the time with any Ewa Aganyin seller, I can beat my chest to it. This
manual I am selling to you has a money-back guarantee backing it, so no
worries. So here it goes

Step 1

Walk to the
small girl selling the beans (usually, the owner of the shop is not the one
selling, she usually puts a smaller girl she imported from Cotonou. This is one
of the reasons why the beans is always smaller, as she doesn’t want to oversell
and later receive a knock from her madam) from her Ikoko Irin.

Step 2

Ask the
girl to sell N30.00 beans to you. Yes, I know its N40.00 beans you want to buy,
but just follow my instruction. I am the Ewa Aganyin-buying expert here so do
as <s>I say</s> you read. Ask her to sell N30.00 beans. In most cases, she will
sell you three table spoons of beans. If you are like me, you will be
internally fuming at the small size of beans, but externally keeping your calm
and acting tush because you got down
from your car to buy the beans. Also, you don’t want the onise owos (artisans) sitting on the wooden bench, eating, to see
you lose your cool.

Step 3

Please,
monitor the number of table spoons of beans she is selling, as she is going to
sell only three and will be speedy about it, as you are not the only customer waiting to be attended to. When
the girl is about to sell the third spoon, say this to her, “Abeg, sell am well well o.” This will
make the small girl feel she did not sell the first two spoons well, so she
will ensure that the last spoon gauges well, and this act will ensure that your
beans is a little more than the usual three table spoons.

Step 4

Once Step 3 is completed, before she puts
the Ewa Aganyin special pepper on top of the beans, say this to her “Won’t you
put fisi?” This manual advises that
you say this in Yoruba. She is an imported Egun girl from the Badagry borders,
and would most likely understand Yoruba. If you don’t speak Yoruba, say it in
Pidgin. If you don’t speak Yoruba and Pidgin, well, I wonder why you are
reading this manual in the first place. Go and buy your Ewa Aganyin from Mr
Biggs’ Village kitchen. The sad fact is that the N200.00 Ewa Aganyin you would
be buying there is going to be equivalent to the N30.00 own we are pricing
here. Sorry o, but after all, you are blessed. So please, walk on or flip over to
the next page to read the next article.

So as I was
saying to the people that can speak Yoruba or Pidgin. Ask the lady for fisi. Most Lagos sellers comply with the
‘fisi policy’. Don’t be surprised if
the small girl has started frowning by now. Don’t worry, your own is to make
sure you get the maximum benefit from your money by following this manual. After
putting the fisi, your N30.00 beans
should be slightly more that the N40.00 value for now. She will then sell the
special pepper on top.

Step 5

After she
has packed your food and given you back your bowl, put it in the carrier bag
you brought with you. Hopefully, you didn’t just get down from your car with a bowl
without a carrier bag, as you are not interested in announcing to the whole
world that you just bought Ewa Aganyin. Hold your food and hesitate a bit. Ask
for bread if you want one.

You have to
apply skill in what you are about to do now. No one must suspect that you have
thought of this before. All of a sudden, bring out the bowl of beans you
initially bought in an instant, and say to the small girl, “You know what, I
don’t think this N30.00 beans will be enough, make it N40.00.” Yes, if the
small girl is wise, which she might most likely not be, she would glance at you,
knowing you just scammed her. But she would have no choice to collect the bowl
from you and add another table spoon. Whatever is in your bowl by now, though
it cost N40.00, would not have been as much as this if you had told the girl to
sell you N40.00 beans right from the start. You see why I said I am the expert
and you must follow the instructions of this manual?

Step 6

Just like
one of the numerical methods in Pure Mathematics (I cannot let my GEG 402
Engineering Mathematics course go to waste), this is called an Iterative step,
or what we call Iteration. Repeat Step 3, and
tell her, “Abeg, sell well well o.” For
the second time, she would be forced to gauge the spoon well again. By now,
your N40.00 beans should be reaching like N60.00 value.

Step 7 (optional)

Just in
case you are feeling lucky, you can press the Google’s ‘I-am-feeling-lucky-button’,
and repeat Step 4 by telling the
small girl to add fisi again. You
take this particular step at your own risk. I would not take responsibility for
what would happen to you if you do not take this particular step wisely. You
must be able to be sensitive to the atmosphere in the environment. This step is
for the extremely wise and cautious. It is really not compulsory, as your
N40.00 Ewa Aganyin should be voluminous by now. So don’t do overkill because of
greed.

So yes
these are the steps to buying beans worth of N60.00 with just N40.00. As I said
before, this manual is being sold to you with a money-back guarantee. It means,
if it doesn’t work for you, I would return your money, provided you show me the
beans your Ewa Aganyin vendor normally sells for N40.00 and the one she sells
for N60.00. You must also show the one you actually bought for you to have known
the manual did not work, so we can compare and confirm that these claims you make are real
and true.

Have you ever heard the popular slogan that slow and steady wins the race? well I beg to disagree! I think it largely depends on what you are into...in a 100m race for instance, would slow and steady give you the title? Hell no!
That's on the lighter side anyway......alright let me focus on what I really want you to know...

When building a house, you determine how high up you want to build then seek to dig the corresponding foundation right? ok. now when putting your building blocks, you build them brick by brick and not all at once...same with financial wealth building in.but in our 21st century age now, so much emphasis has been laid on speed and fast and speed! but for the youth who want to succeed and stay successful must know that slow and steady wins it for him and saves him alot of aches and regrets in the future. Those who went for the fast track money spinning business mostly have regretful stories about their escapades. I usually laugh when i watch a popular TV show on air that parades bandits and they always say that they feel very bad about what they've done, but if yo told them slow and steady wins the race before now, they would not listen (but i now YOU would)...

It pays to learn. hard work pays and never kills...you must learn something from it. In every labour there is profit..it is left to you to know what kind of labour you want to engage in that you can enjoy in PEACE...
Remember, slow and steady, surely wins the race!

Whatever you want to accomplish in life, how much do you believe in it that it will succeed? how much faith do you have in yourself? Let me encourage you this morning folks...

There are times when you believe that God can heal a sick person but you are not sure whether God will heal them through
you because you think you are not righteous enough to be used by God. When you think that way, it shows you are still under the Old Covenant mentality. Because you believe in Christ you are righteous and perfect before God. Hebrews 10:14; “for by one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified”. When the lame man by the beautiful gate was healed, Peter said it was not by their power or holiness that the man was healed, but by simple faith in Christ, (Acts 3:12, 16).

This is the breastplate that shields your heart and your conscience from the attack of the devil, (Eph.6:14); your consciousness of Christ as your righteousness. In our text, God's Word declares that because of Christ
you are the righteousness of God. Stop seeing yourself as a loser trying to be succeed. You are the righteousness of God. See yourself as the righteous growing in your consciousness of your righteousness, and you will succeed! Build your faith!

Vaden argues that we must stop fixating on the here and now, and think about the big picture

So how do you stand out
to be hired by potential employers? How do you stand out for a promotion
to a superior? How do you stand out as loyal to the people you are
leading? It's simple: do the things that others aren't willing to do.

Whether you're a leader, a
team member, or a candidate, success comes from having the discipline
to do the things that you know you should be doing, even when you don't
feel like doing them. When you practice this kind of self discipline
regularly, you'll naturally stand out from the pack -- because most
people avoid the hard stuff. It's just easier to put it off.

But the truth is that
what feels easy now creates problems down the line. And what feels hard
now -- doing the stuff you don't feel like -- makes everything easier in
the long-term. Self discipline doesn't have to be hard -- you just have
to change the way you think about it.

Read more: Ambition could make you reach, but not happy

Successful people have
mastered the art of self discipline. I've spent the last 10 years
studying and coaching some of the most successful people in business,
figuring out what makes them different. They're not smarter or more
talented than the average person -- they just consistently do what
others aren't willing to do by keeping three principles in mind:

Fear is one of the biggest saboteurs of our goals, because it inhibits action.
Rory Vaden

Do it scared.
Fear is one of the biggest saboteurs of our goals, because it inhibits
action. The next time you feel yourself putting something off because
you're afraid -- of uncertainty or failure -- just "do it scared."

I once heard a true story
of a woman who was trapped in a burning building on the 80th floor. She
was terrified of heights and enclosed spaces, and when the fire alarm
went off, she refused to follow her colleagues into the stairwell to
evacuate to safety.

The firemen did a sweep
of the building and found her hiding under her desk, waiting to die. She
was screaming "I'm scared, I'm scared!" as the firemen insisted she
walk down the stairwell. Until one fireman said: "that's OK, just do it
scared." He repeated it all the way down the 80 flights of stairs, until
he brought her to safety.

We've all faced these
moments in our careers -- when you know what has to be done, but your
fear holds you back. In order to stand out, you must develop the habit
of acting in the face of fear. It's fine to be scared -- do it scared.
It's fine to be unsure -- do it unsure. It's fine to be uncomfortable --
do it uncomfortable. Just do something.

This is the attitude of
the most disciplined and successful people on the planet. They might be
scared, but they do it anyways. And by just doing something, you create
movement and momentum that will lead to progress and results.

Read more: Realize your potential, 'dare to be different'

Perfectionism is one of the most common reasons people procrastinate, and we've all done it at some point.
Rory Vaden

Habits, not results. Perfectionism is one of the most common reasons people procrastinate, and we've all done it at some point.

The best way to overcome
this impulse is to put your self esteem into stellar work habits
instead of results. It can take a while to see the fruits of your labor
-- whether you're spearheading a new initiative, trying to launch a
business, or planning a second act career. To keep yourself motivated,
take pride in sticking to your work habits, rather than looking for
immediate results. In time, success will follow.

Remember the big picture.
The pursuit of any goal will inevitably face a number of obstacles. The
difference between those who stand out in the careers and those who
blend in lies in what you do when you reach these critical turning
points. Do you hesitate and turn back? Or do you press forward? When you
feel frustrated, depressed, or disappointed, don't give up -- just get
some perspective.

I have a mental reminder
that helps me push past these hurdles. I hold my pen up to my eye and
stare directly down the barrel. Then, I pull it away and look at it in
its entirety. It's a quick way to remind myself to look at my life in
the same way.

Stop fixating on the
here and now, and think about the big picture. Today's challenges may
not make sense, but you must have faith that over the long-term, they
will be nothing more than blips on the radar screen. Having this
perspective and faith will help you press forward at the moments when
others turn back.

Contrary to popular
belief, people who have reached the highest levels in their careers
aren't necessarily better educated, more talented or better connected.
Neither are they simply more motivated or harder workers. Rather,
successful people have realized that getting to the top means that they
first have to do the things that they don't want to do related to their
goals.

It's not about enjoying
self discipline -- it's about adopting a few new ways of thinking that
simply make discipline easier to endure. And when you develop the habit
of doing things that others won't do, you're putting yourself on the
fast track to the route to the top.

I got this man's book, read it cover to cover and I
tell you, you must read it as well....I got this vital eight keys to personal empowerment that he gave to me, a must read...

How many times each day do you hear the buzzword “empowerment?” It is
the favorite word in corporate social responsibility documents,
government programs, among NGOs, and among social workers. But what does
it really mean and how can we attain self empowerment?
In the Dictionary, the word “empower,” means to give (someone) the
authority or power to do something. For example you can empower someone
in your organization to sign checks on your behalf. It also means to
make (someone) stronger and more confident, especially in controlling
his or her life and claiming his or her rights.
However, you can never empower someone who cannot empower himself or
herself. Trying to empower a lazy and unmotivated person is like using a
twig to pull out an elephant from a ditch.
Why should you seek personal empowerment? Because you cannot succeed
in this world by sitting down in one place, folding your hands and
hoping that something good will happen. The world is a testing ground
and only the wise and strong survive. Jesus told his followers not to
venture into the world until they received empowerment from heaven. If
they needed empowerment 2000 years ago, you can imagine how much you and
I need it today.
Second, you need empowerment to say “No” to temptation. A young girl
called to ask what to do because every man who proposed to her wanted to
sleep with her before marriage. Each time she refused, they abandoned
her. She needed empowerment to sustain her personal values. I assured
her that the man meant for her will honor her enough to wait until after
marriage. All others before him are just sex seekers, not husbands.
Third, you need empowerment to experience economic success. Every
normal person wants to make an honest living and leave something behind
for his or her children. Without economic empowerment, you cannot do it.
Those who have been looking for job in the past 3 years can testify to
the importance of economic empowerment.
Fourth, you need spiritual empowerment to contend with the challenges
of the invisible world. The pressures of the invisible will either make
you a better person or a spiritual rogue. At the end of your life, what
will count most is your character. The most important question when you
stand before the Eternal Majesty would be, “What kind of soul were
you?”
Let me share with you 8 keys to personal empowerment.

Knowledge – Benjamin Disraeli said, “Ignorance
never settles a question.” Knowledge is the first ingredient of
empowerment. You can never change a man until you change what he knows.
Most so-called empowerment programs fail because they do not come
packaged with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to drive and sustain
change. Knowledge is the diesel for empowerment. We are a very religious
nation. Many religious people are prisoners of ignorance. They go from
camp to camp; visit prophet after prophet, preacher after preacher but
nothing changes in their lives. Why? Because you can never cure
ignorance with prayer or get rid of stupidity by divination.

Personal responsibility. Until you take personal
responsibility for your life, you will simply drift at the mercy of
circumstances and other people’s plans for you. Until you take personal
responsibility for your life you will continue to foolishly blame
witches, wizards and ancestral spirits. Someone said, “Mr. Ogbo you have
never had spiritual attack (Who told you?). That’s why you don’t know
how powerful demons are.” May I ask you sir, “Why is it easier for
Africans to believe in demons than in God?” Anyhow, you chose to fear
demons and I chose to fear God. You can choose what to fear but you
cannot choose the consequences of that choice.

Reexamine your values and beliefs. You are where
you are today because of the values and beliefs you have inherited or
acquired over the years. One of the most destructive values is the
it-doesn’t-matter belief. Wear your seat belt and you say it doesn’t
matter. Don’t cheat in your exams and you say it doesn’t matter; spend
more quality time with your children and you say it doesn’t matter;
invest your bonus salary and you say it does not matter.; stop eating
junk food and start exercising three times a week but you also say it
does not matter. Then, one day the unexpected happens, and you discover
that truly it did matter. If your values and beliefs are destroying your
future, reengineer them.

Continuous personal education. Thankfully, some
people are beginning to read. Others bury their opportunities in
Blackberry and Facebook addiction. If you are not reading, you are
dying. There is so much wisdom and insight hidden in books. If you can
spend more time on books than on BB and Facebook, your performance and
income could double or triple in one year.

Environment. The place you live, the place you
work, the people you have around you, are they building you up or
tearing you down? Before the patriarch Abraham could fulfill his
destiny, he had to leave his disempowering environment. You can never
achieve your destiny in the wrong environment. It’s like fish trying to
survive on land.

Get a mentor! Being without a mentor in your life
is like being thrown into the middle of the ocean from an airplane. Be
accountable to someone under God.

Talent, skills and abilities. Your success is
hidden in the expression of your talent. People sit at home complaining
that they don’t have connections. This country has 160 million people
and you don’t have connections? Something must be wrong! It’s not who
you know that matters. It’s who knows you. And how can people know you?
People will recognize you when you express your gifts and abilities. A
person’s talents open doors for him or her. Don’t wait for connections
in your bedroom; develop your talent and passion and let the world hear
about you!

Courage, faith and persistence. Success takes time.
Personal empowerment requires you to have courage, faith and
persistence. Greatness is not built in one day. Be courageous, be
persistent in your dream. And one day, your dream will come true.

Financial Freedom or Financial Security?
In our quest to acquire wealth, what
do you think is better? to be financially free or to be financially secured? after you read this article from Mr Roosevelt Cooper, let me know if you change your mind...

As you begin to embark on your journey to financial freedom, one
thing that you will discover, if you have not already is that there
aren't a lot of people who are going to support your efforts. You may
have shared your desires with others and receive responses that may
surprise you. For example, here are some of the responses that I have
received...
"That is a pipe dream"
"You can't do that"
"You are money hungry and greedy"
Why
is it that many people seem to be against your desire to obtain
financial independence? The reason why is because the steps required to
reach financial freedom is too uncomfortable for most people. Most
people would like financial freedom. However, they value security much
more than freedom. As a result, they give up on their dreams of
financial freedom for the security of a safe, secure job with benefits.
Security
and freedom are not the same. They are actually very different value
systems. For example, if you want to make money, you can make money the
secure way, by getting a job, or you can make money the freedom way, by
starting your own business. Let's contrast the two methods.
Getting
a good job is a very secure way of making money. When you have a job,
you know that after a given time period you are going to get a certain
amount of money. Every year or so, your money is increased a certain
percentage if you do a satisfactory job and if you can learn additional
skills you can get a promotion, which can increase the amount of money
you take home. However, this security comes at a cost of freedom.
Your
employer tells you what you have to do, when you have to do it and how
you must do it. Your employer tells you what hours you must work, when
you can take a break, when you can eat lunch, when you can take a
vacation, how long that vacation can be, etc. If you choose not to do
things the way you employer desires for them to be done, you will lose
your employment and as such you will lose your financial security.
Also,
even if you do everything to the desire of your employer, there are
outside forces beyond your control that can take your job away from you.
Generally, there is a certain pay range that you qualify for based upon
your job and you cannot exceed that pay range, unless you develop
skills for a different job. A good job provides you with security, but
it costs you freedom.
Starting your own business is a very freedom
way of getting rich. However, you give up security. As a business owner
you are free to decide what you want to do, when you want to do it and
how you want to do it. If you want to take a two hour lunch instead of a
one hour lunch, you can do so and there's nothing anybody can do about
it. If you prefer to work 12 hours 3 days a week and take the other 4
days off, as oppose to working 7 hours 5 days a week, you can do so.
In
fact, once your business reaches a certain level, you will be able to
receive money, regardless of whether you show up to work or not.
However, this freedom comes at a cost of security. As a business owner
especially at the beginning, you are not guaranteed any amount of money.
One month your business can bring in a large amount of money and then
the very next month, your business brings in a 3rd of what you brought
in last month even though you did the exact same thing in both months.
Also, if you make mistakes, the money your business did make can be
easily taken away from you through lawsuits, fines and mismanagement.
The
large majority of people that you encounter have a secure mindset. That
is why it is very important for you to seek out people with a freedom
mindset to encourage you on your financial journey. One of the most
difficult things I have had to discover on my journey is the difference
between a world of security and a world of freedom. On my job, I know
when I'm getting paid, on the 15th and the 30th of each month. I also
know how much I'm getting paid.
With my business though, I don't
have a clue when I'm getting paid and how much. I can put an auction on
eBay for three straight weeks and get no bids and then put up the same
auction the fourth week and make the sale, without making any changes to
my auction listing whatsoever. I can buy stock and lose money on 5
straight trades and then on my 6th trade I make all the money I lost
back and make even more money on top of that. It takes time to adjust to
a world of freedom when you have been conditioned to live in a world of
security. As a result, you need people of the same mindset to encourage
you on the way.
So many persons pass through this world without knowing what
they’ve been designed to achieve or what their purpose on earth is for. They live
only to eat. But is that all to life? How do you find fulfillment? It’s in the
discovery and the actualization of purpose. Imagine this scenario for instance,
if you are headed somewhere and you don’t know the description of where you are
going; you would eventually pass by the place without realizing it!

I know a man, yes I know a man named Archbishop Benson A.
Idahosa, popularly called “Papa”, A man of faith, a man of purpose, He knew what
his purpose on earth was, and when his work was done, he knew also! In summary,
He came, he discovered, he fulfilled, he conquered!

I won’t say much on this post; just know that when purpose
is not known, abuse is inevitable!

Discover your purpose today and fulfill it!

How To Create A Fast-Selling Ebook Without Writing a Single Word!

Keep reading this...if you want to get into the ebook creation and marketing business but
lack perfect writing skills, this article is just what you need as it
will teach you how to create an ebook without writing a single word!

Below,I
have listed some alternative ways to easily create a product without
writing it yourself and I tell you, many gurus use them too! I call them
the smart way to get into the ebook creation and marketing business.I
discuss 3 of them below:
1. Hire a ghostwriter
Many Internet
gurus use this method and I tell you,it works all the time. You can
simply hire a writer on Elance or Guru.com who would write your book for
some hundred bucks and then give all the writing and publishing credits
to you.I do agree that it will take some time to get a good writer but
the trick is to keep your eyes wide open and also don't give your job to
people based on emotional reasons, rather, award your job based on the
fact that the person's sample convinced you beyond every reasonanble
doubt. Also, when giving out your job,get a commitment from the writer
that the project includes revisions where necessary. This way,if he or
she writes the book and you are not satisfied with, you can always
request for a revision. Also, give out clear guidelines as to what you
expect the book to contain. If possible, draw up a table of contents but
give room for the writer's input because most of the them will give you
creative ideas if you allow them to.What I am saying in essence is that
you co-operate with your ghostwriter to enable him or her to do a
fantastic job.
2. Interview an expert
Asuming you have
chosen to do a book on Weightloss Without Dieting but you are not an
expert on the topic, you can easily find experts in the field, which
your target market knows and respects. Then you can interview them and
turn it into an ebook, audio or video course and sell it for big
profits. I tell you, most experts won't mind giving you the rights to
sell the product because it's a way to also market themselves for free.
This is a super easy way to create your own product as it can be done in
minutes. For bigger profits, you can transcribe the tape and turn it
into an ebook, so, you will have a big package on Weightloss Without
Dieting (the audio file as well as the ebook) and sell.
3. Compile templates, samples, articles and so on
This
one is also very easy and cost-effective. If you're familiar with Yanik
Silver, you know he's created two best-selling ebooks called "Million
Dollar Emails" and "Autoresponder Magic" just by putting together other
people's successful email promotions and autoresponder follow up
messages. Going by our weightloss example, you can compile powerful
articles of Weightloss Experts the world over into an ebook and sell. Or
stories of people who have lost weight and how they did it to inspire
others who want to lose weight. I don't know if you have ever heard
about the book,"Chicken Soup for The Soul-101 Stories to Open the Heart
and Rekindle the Spirit" by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen. All
these 2 guys did was to get inspirational stories from 101 people and
compiled it into a book which they called Chicken Soup for the Soul. If
these guys were successful at it, you can also be successful.Just sit
down and think through the process and come out with how best to do it.
Using
any of these 3 alternative ways will enable you to create a product
without writing a single word! And your bank account will be the better
for it. But please don't forget that for any information to benefit
you,it must be acted upon.I cannot do that for you. The ball lies in
your court!

How To Generate Money - Spinning Ideas In Minimum Time And Package Them For Maximum Profit!

Another blockbuster article from my friend Iyabo Oyawale again...Have you been hoping to get rich without an idea? Please quit
daydreaming because it just won't happen. You need an idea which you will
convert into the money that you so much desire.

Now,what is an Idea?
An
idea is simply a thought or plan or impression in the mind. Ideas are
the beginning of every creative work. Before creation, this whole world
and the people in it were just an impression on God's mind. Everything
was sleeping quietly in an idea. This is a fundamental principle of
wealth creation.
How then do you come up with money-spinning ideas?
Step 1: Take an Inventory
It
all starts with you assessing your resources. What talents, abilities,
strengths and tools do you have? Are you good at sales? Do you
communicate well with people? Can you write? Do you have a flair for the
artistic? Do you have a unique skill or ability that others do not? Do
you know how to sell things on eBay and Amazon? Write down all your
skills and talents.
Step 2: Brainstorm Money-Making Ideas
Now that you have your list of resources in front of you on a sheet of paper, read over them and start asking
yourself: "How can I use these resources to make money?"
"How can I bundle these talents, tools or things to create
products or services that people want?" "Who needs what I have or
know and how could I fulfill their need?" Brainstorm a list of at least
ten ideas that have the potential for making money. Take some time if
you need it. Carry this list around in your pocket or purse and as you
think of ideas, add them to the list.
Step 3: Evaluate Your List
Now that you have the ten or more ideas listed, you'll want to
select the one(s) that fit with your overall mission or theme. By
now, you should have created a mission statement for your life. Whatever
income streams you decide to implement, make sure they fit with your
overall mission. Anytime you develop a new product or service, you
should evaluate it against your mission to see if it fits.
Sometimes, most entrepreneurs don't stop to consider this and run off in a
direction that feels right without necessarily evaluating it
against their mission.
So, as you evaluate your ideas, open your mind a bit to the
possibilities. Do try to stick with a theme, but evaluate things
against who YOU are, not against what your BUSINESS is today. Your
business may change, but who you are at the core - what your mission is -
should expand and augment on a central unwavering theme.
Step 4: Keep a Record of All Your Ideas
Keep a log of the ideas you come up with. The timing may be
off on some of them. You may not have the resources or
connections you need to accomplish them. But that doesn't
mean that they aren't inspired. Their perfect time may be a
year or two from now. So keep a log of all your ideas, you'll
find them resurfacing in the exact moment you need them.
If you've kept a log, it will be that much easier for you to
jog your memory.Select one or two ideas and pick the one that is the
most logical next step. Which one would be easiest for you to
implement? Which one gets you the most excited? Which one feels the best
and is most in line with your mission? Start with that one and move
forward a step at a time. If there are things missing that you'll need,
start with what you have and trust that what you need will come to you,
as you need it.
Now that you have come up with one or two ideas, how do you convert them into money?
1) Sell Your Idea
2) License your Idea
3) Convert Your Idea into a Business
4) Convert Your Idea(s) into an Information Product

The Power Of Taking Responsibility In The Creation Of Wealth!

I love this article from someone i consider a very dear friend of mine, her name is Iyabo Oyawale...a seasoned Internet Expert...So,you want to achieve wealth and success?

You want to have more than enough money to
meet your needs and also help others?
You need to understand that there is one key
ingredient to wealth creation and that is
taking absolute responsibility for your
financial situation now and how to better
your lot.
What do I mean by that? I have a young sister
who was not promoted to a senior class this
semester. She came to me with all sorts of
complaints about a certain teacher being the
cause of her woes and I said 'no,no,no.That
teacher is not the problem, you are your own
problem. If you had taken absolute responsibility
for your academics and passed beyond every
reasonable doubt, that same teacher you are
complaining about would have promoted you.'
Now.what am I driving at? Most times,we tend
to blame others for our misfortunes, including
our poor financial state. It's common place to
hear employees say,'I'm poor because my boss
has not increased my salary for the past one
year'. For others,it is the Government that
should be blamed. Yes,everybody should be blamed
but not you.
But I tell you,the moment you take charge of
your financial responsibility and decide to be
blamed for whatever happens, that is the only time
you can really begin to create wealth for yourself.
For instance,an employee who has not been given
a salary raise should look for an alternative
means of earning income to augment whatever he
or she is earning.
Most times,our hobbies,talents and pastimes
can be turned into money spinners but we never
harness same for such,so,from this moment, look
inwards, what is it that you are blessed
with that you can turn into an income earner?
Resolve to take responsibility for your finances
from today and see your wealth creation ability
soar.

Those who have ridden in my car know first-hand that I have great
affection for my GPS. To me it's a cherished "gift that keeps on
giving". Not only do I love it because of the ease and confidence it
offers me in finding my way, but this fabulous little gadget also
calculates my anticipated time of arrival. I just love that... Short of something catastrophic or a massive detour, I breathe easier knowing when and where I'll arrive.
But wait, it gets even better...

In
the event of a missed turn, Jill (yes, that's her name) echoes the word
"recalculating" while identifying an alternate route that will take me
to my destination. No judgment or panic, simply: recalculating. Ahhh...
On the road to realizing your dreams, there is much to be learned from this nifty little invention!
So,
with the easy-breezy wind blowing in your hair, here are 10 very
important driving tips to give you the utmost ease and confidence around
each twist and turn along the road to realizing YOUR dreams:
1.
Unless you know your destination, a GPS will not be much use to you.
You must choose a destination! This is not to say you can't change
direction at any time, it just means that in order to receive guidance
about where to go, you must begin by choosing which way to head. (By the
way, there is of course not a thing wrong with a joy-ride, as long as
you don't feel any particular urgency to get anywhere in particular.)
2.
When would you like to arrive? Are you traveling by foot, bike, car...?
Take into account how fast you're able to travel for a steady distance,
and when you would like to arrive. With a bit of planning, you'll be
able to easily assess how soon to set out on your journey and what to
pack.
3. Give yourself some extra time so you can stop along the way to refuel.
4. Remember: You are in the drivers seat.
5. Enjoy the ride. Half the fun is getting there.
6. If it feels daunting to go it alone, find others who are heading in a similar direction to join you.
7. Pace yourself.
8. Glance in the rear-view mirror periodically, but keep your primary focus on what's in front of you.
9. Celebrate each milestone along the way, knowing that every mile counts.
10.
Don't doubt and question whether or not you'll get there! Just keep
going... You don't have to use any more precious fuel spinning your
wheels.
With a bit of planning, you can create your very own road
map to your dreams! First, decide where and when you would like to
arrive. Then, work backwards. Identify clear, measurable milestone
markers that support your journey forward. Enjoy the ride!
I saw this article about a very good friend of mine, her name's Paula Jones, and I loved it, because it just clicked in my Spirit that NO one can really hinder us....the only person that can hinder you is YOU! How? Read on...

By Paula Jones

Many people have their own internal saboteur. This little person sits on your shoulder, chattering away, telling you that you can't do things you want to.Have you ever listened to it a bit more closely? Be still for a minute...is that voice familiar? I bet it is, because it's yours.

The little person on your shoulder is a handy manifestation for all of our downward-spiralling thoughts, and helps us on our quest to not be the best we can be.

Here are 5 classics that the self saboteur uses:

I haven't got time to exercise/cook for myself/take time out
    I'll do it later
Well, it didn't work last time
My family/friends/partner doesn't want me to change
There's always something that gets in the way.

Are any of these familiar?

Self sabotaging behaviour comes in many forms; these five are typical of how we get in our own way. And they lead on to more destructive thoughts about ourselves and other people so that we may as well just march up to someone we don't get along with and say, "Here you go, here's all my power and my ambition. Do what you like with it because I've no use for it."

Sabotaging yourself can be immensely destructive and erode self confidence so much that we will begin to externalise everything that goes wrong and believe that control of our lives is out of our own hands. Instead, when we need to examine our own thoughts and take corrective action, we will assume that good things don't happen to us.

Be honest with yourself. If these sound like you, it's time to hold up a mirror and ask yourself;

Does acting this way make me happy?
Am I going to be happy if I continue like this?
Am I worth more than this?

An evidence-based journal of your daily life will help you to combat the self saboteur. Answering your own questions with evidence to support better treatment than you allow yourself is an excellent tool to make a case for kicking out the saboteur. This will help you root out your fears and confront the saboteur, putting you in a position of strength rather than keeping you in the dark.

It's absolutely essential to our well being to challenge the self saboteur. It is all too easy to listen to the negative things we lead ourselves to believe, and in doing so we make our worlds smaller. If you tell yourself often enough that you can't do something, you really will start to believe it. The only limits we have in our lives tend to be those that are self imposed. Allow yourself the freedom to breathe and your world will become bigger and you will become more successful. Because you will have allowed yourself to be.

What I mean is simply this…For every dollar you earn; someone’s 99cents could be inside it…you don’t have to spend it all. Remember that we live for posterity when we begin to help plant and establish people.Learn to show love to people.

You don’t have to be stinking rich before you are able to help others…its not about the much you have to give, but about the much you can give; even when it’s so little. Little drops of water makes mighty oceans you know.

The volume of love you give is bigger than the volume of money you attach to it. Love makes little things seem so big in the eyes of people who are loved. Some persons are tied to their properties so much so they can’t let go a farthing! Instead of them possessing the properties, it’s now the other way round! Learn to show love to people, more so to those that you know can never repay you, that is sacrificial love!

Show love to someone today, inspire someone with the love you have, and you will be amazed by the response you will get! Remember, in every portion that you have, lies someone’s ration…Enjoy!

Power For Great Works

It is said that power is the ability to do work. To do great works and achieve great things, you need power. Sometimes it could be physical, mental, financial, spiritual, and all that. Bottom line, you need POWER!

A pastor does miracles not by physical powers, but by the powers inherent in him, this is spiritually referred to as the power of the Holy Ghost.
A weight lifter lifts a 50kg mass weight like an egg, why? He possesses physical powers, which are muscular.
A short small man been guarded by ten security guards who call him “boss” has what? Financial powers!

So you getting my drift? To achieve great things you need power! So what ever you want to accomplish in life, ask yourself, what amount of power is need to achieve it? This will tell you how you should prepare for it….it is said that you don’t go into a strong man’s house except you have tied him up, then you can spoil his goods.

You want to achieve great works this year? Know the amount of power you need that will sustain you!
He got busy doing His fathers business, and when He was done, He left... How serious do you take your business? Or let me rephrase...How committed are you to your responsibilities? Remember if you are not committed to your vision, or passion or dream, it will die a natural death....someone once said that it is good to dream, but others wake up and take action....so you see? Wake up and take action....enough dreaming....begin taking actions and responsibility for your dreams to achieve greatness in life.

Remember, it is not wrong to dream, but wake up and take action!
SUBSIDY!! SUBSIDY!!!

Hey guys, remember I talked about “Thinking Ahead” in my last blog post to you right? If you haven't read it please do! @ http://www.inspireme4life.blogspot.com
The most dreaded times we've feared has finally come upon us...Nigerians would understand what I'm talking about...
SUBSIDY REMOVAL!.....Sounds like a “plague” word right? Yeah it will If you're not prepared for it!

General opinions are flying to and fro, comments being thrown vehemently to who cares to listen, tempers flaring left, right and center, everything in a Topsy-turvy, total chaos, confusion, all because of one word, SUBSIDY REMOVAL!
Now I'm not saying if its right or wrong, but all I have to say is that everything has to do with timing. For example, if you're late for your flight, you will miss your flight, no matter how hard you pray!

Now the issue of subsidy removal has torn a big hole in the trust of Nigerians in the Nigerian government, whether you like it or yes. Let's define democracy as simply as possible...it is government of the people, by the people and for the people. A government that does not take into cognizance the voices of its people is definitely democracy only on paper! A leadership without followership is a disasterious mirage! Most questions which has been asked in time past was, who will bell the cat? I dare to state here categorically, that its no longer taking the bull by the horns that Nigerians need, it's taking the bull and yanking off its horns! No manner of persons can dare hold this nation to ransom anymore...lets expose them all... Nigerians are tired of living from hand to mouth, if we don't take our stand now, our children will blame us for our cowardice, and we are no cowards! Whatsoever the heck is subsidy removal anyway? The 2011 budget has made provision for it till March 2012, so why the rush to remove subsidy NOW? And not many saw it coming, they were hit cold in the face by the news on a faithful day, what a new year gift! Some even had to sell their belongings to make up for transport fare to take them back to their stations, it was as bad as that! Now imagine this scenario, Nigerians are faced with terrorism attacks, in the pseudo name of “boko haram”, now the whole of Nigeria joined hands with the government to fight this menace, and then suddenly they too become part of the casualty by way of this subsidy removal, thereby removing food from their mouth. Now people who are supposed to help fight insecurity are now turning around to fight you! The answer is obvious!....instead of tackling one challenge at a time, the government is biting off more than it can chew. No matter how right a thing is, if it is done in the wrong time, it still remains wrong!

Nigerians are tired of being cheated....When I was a kid, I sang this song written by a popular musician (God rest his soul)......”Which way Nigeria?”......Nigeria is more than 50years old, should our children still sing this song when they grow up? God forbid! Lets change Nigeria! IT'S NOW OR NEVER!!!
To a better Nigeria filled with good people that will make this Nation great again and a sought after, I see a Nigeria where we will be honest enough to call a spade a spade, a Nigeria where bribery and corruption would be deleted forever from our dictionary, a Nigeria without segregation or classes, where we live as ONE!

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!! GOD BLESS AFRICA!!!
