<p>Well, today is weigh in day and I must say I&#8217;m quite pleased! I did not exercise at all this month but I did stick to my diet and still lost weight and inches!<br />
<span id="more-22"></span></p>
<p>After trying several ways to diet, I have found that counting calories is the best way to go! We have had pizza (one slice), tostadas (just one), we even had a piece of cake for my daughter&#8217;s birthday.  We really pay attention to what we are putting in our bodies!</p>
<p>From the first meal of the day, we eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours and consume no more than 300 calories per meal. Now, when we go over our allotment, we try to compensate on the next meal. We try to eat no less than 5 meals per day. So if we go over in calories for a meal, we consider it a cheat meal and only have one per week, if that! Does that make sense??</p>
<p>On average, we consume 1500 caloies per day, which is why we are still losing weight without exercising! For March, I&#8217;m going to make it a goal to exercise at least 3 times a week. I KNOW I will get better results! So, with that in mind, here are my February results!</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">My Weight &amp; Measurements on 3/1/09:</span></p>

<li>Weight - 144 lbs</li>
<li>Bust - 36 1/2&#8243;</li>
<li>Waist - 33 1/4&#8243;</li>
<li>Under Waist - 34 1/4&#8243;</li>
<li>Hips - 41 3/4&#8243;</li>
<li>Arms - 11 1/2&#8243;</li>
<li>Thighs - 24 1/2&#8243;</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Results for 3/1/09:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Weight Loss = 8 lbs</li>
<li>Inch Loss = 4 1/4&#8243;</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #f50529;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Total Results Since 12/31/08:</span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #f50529;">Weight Loss = 18 lbs</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #f50529;">Total Inch Loss = 17 3/4&#8243;</span></li>

<p> Well, I&#8217;m very pleased with my results so far! I think I&#8217;m going to create a &#8220;Receipes&#8221; category soon and start posting some of our favorites. <p>I&#8217;m sorry it took so long to get back with my results. Honestly, I have been side-tracked lately with looking at polymer clay fairies. <p>*Under Waist is about 2&#8243; below my belly button that sticks out farther than my waist. I&#8217;m sure you know what I mean!</p>
