4 - tasty Fei Chang soup with sweet potato noodles. Very similar to Baijia’s Fei-Chang soup. I think many of the same ingredients, just in fewer sachets. Not very hot, these have a subtle aromatic aniseed flavour to them. Dylski

1 - first thing that I notice is a distinct hint of Bovril. I’m guessing that this noodle is cow-flavoured; there’s no English on the pack. Unfortunately they didn’t taste much better than a mild Bovril soup, the noodle texture was too firm and there’s enough sodium in these noodles to top a small horse. Dylski

3 - how could I resist an instant noodle called “Mr. Noodles”? I spotted at least three peas and three sweetcorns so these noodles are positively packed with vegetables! They’re rather short on the flavour front, but that’s made up by the knowledge that they are totally MSG-free. Dylski.
