6. During the banking process, use a pointy-tip knife to poke it all the way through the largest size potato. If you feel the potato still to be a bit crunchy, bake these again for additional 15 minutes.
7. Keep repeating the process of checking and bake the potatoes for about one hour.
8. When the potatoes are baked perfectly, remove those from the oven and allow those to cool for about 5 minutes. Use a sharp knife and slit across the top of the baked potatoes. Squeeze gently the potatoes from each end towards the middle using your thumb and index finger. The skin will be removed and you can serve the baked potatoes to your guests along with your chosen meal.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups of softened butter	½ cup of heavy cream	¼ cup of powdered sugar
1 ½ cups of powdered sugar	1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips	Instructions
4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 cups of Flour

1.Place the softened butter inside a medium sized bowl of the mixer and cream the same at a medium speed. Add sugar to the creamed butter and beat the mixture to make it smooth. Now add the vanilla extract to the mixture and mix these well till the mix becomes creamy.
2.Scrape the bowl from sides and add flour to the mixture. Run the mixer at a low speed and process till the flour is mixed thoroughly with the butter and sugar mix.
3.Now remove the dough from the bowl and form 2 balls by gathering the mixture. Flatten the balls to disks and use a plastic wrap to wrap the dough tightly. Alternately, you can put the dough inside an airtight plastic bag. Put the covered dough inside the fridge and refrigerate it for about one hour or till the same become firm.

4.Switch on the oven and preheat it at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.Use a floured rolling pin and roll the refrigerated dough on a floured board to provide it with a thickness of ¼ inch.
6.Now use a cookie cutter and cut out hearts from the floured dough with a shape of 2 inches. Keep following the scrapping, rerolling and cutting, till you have used the dough completely. Also be careful and avoid overworking the dough.
