The Russian retail market has demonstrated solid growth rate over the last few years and become one of the most actively developing segments of the economy. It has not only gained recognition at the domestic level but also at the international level as it is one of the fastest growing markets in the world.</p>
<p>According to our new research report Russian Retail Industry Forecast to 2013, the prime factors for the retail sectors growth have been soaring disposable income, rising middle class base in the total population and favorable consumer behavior. Full service brokerages firms provide buying and selling advice along with other services such as market trend analysis, market news and personal telephone services twenty four hours a day, six days a week. Discount brokers do not provide advice and some of these other advanced services. They simply provide a means for performing buying and selling transactions, along with a platform in which to perform these transactions.</p>
<p>There is a distinct difference between full services brokerage firms and discount brokers beyond the services which include affordability. If you are an experienced trader and do not need the expensive advice from a full service broker then the discount broker route would be ideal for you to perform your investments. If you are not an experienced trader then a full service brokerage firm maybe best to help you with your investment decisions.</p>
<p>Full service brokerage firms charge a commission based on your investment spreads whereas a discount broker charges a fee per transaction. So if you buy stocks then with a discount broker you pay for that particular buy transaction no matter how much you buy. The same applies to selling transactions. This is not true with full service brokerages since they get their commissions from the buying and selling spreads.</p>
<p>Some discount brokers will charge extra for stop limit, stop losses and other transactions that go beyond the simple buying and selling transactions. This is true also for full service brokerage firms. All firms charge different amounts for these types of activities so it is best to find out in advance what these fees and charges will be so you do not have any surprises when the time comes to perform one of these activities.</p>
<p>Discount brokers and full service brokerage firms alike have minimum opening balance account amounts. So it is extremely important to understand what these minimum amounts are and whether there are additional fees associated with your trading account such as account maintenance fees or other charges based on amounts. Insuring your trading fees are equally as important from both types of brokerages because in today&#8217;s market any could be in jeopardy of going out of business and you want to protect your funds.</p>

It is extremely important to accurately estimate the funds needed when starting a dollar store. But don&#8217;t just examine start up funding. Be sure to include funding required from the day the business is open and operating until it is making a profit. In this article I present 3 important funding considerations when starting a dollar store.</p>
<p>First would be to carefully develop a list of the actual cost of starting a dollar store. This act is a real challenge. You must carefully analyze all the aspects that will need funding such as payment for store lease and the deposits. Also included in the budget are the cost for advertisements, improvements, merchandise, training of employees, payroll and other business costs that may be significant. If in some cases you are not able to gather all the necessary data yourself, consider hiring an expert to help. With the help of an accountant who has knowledge about dollar-discount retailing, make sure that you assess your financial statements; this will serve as a concluding confirmation for you.</p>
<p>Second would be to take account of the expenses that may come unexpectedly due to the fast development of your business. Besides the initial funds, you must be certain to include emergency expenses such as the budget for additional personnel, extra inventory of dollar store merchandise and other expenditures. The more successful your new store the more important it will be for you to gain a good understanding of all these expenditures.</p>

How we answer job interview questions will make the difference between getting and not getting the job. We all have questions that we&#8217;d rather not be asked during an interview. But how can one prepare completely for a tough interview?</p>
<p>The answer to this question really comes down to intense preparatory work. In a nutshell, do your homework. Make sure that you know your resume thoroughly and expect questions to come from your work history. Also, expect questions about the company you want to work for and the type of future you want in that company, and finally, expect questions about you. You should use several large lists of questions in preparation for the interview. Below, you will find a list of tough job interview questions, which should be helpful in preparation for the job interview. </p>
<p>While the questions below are pretty standard and can be expected at most job interviews, you should also create your own questions. In creating your questions in preparation for an interview, you really need to sit down and think through what you would ask if you were the interviewer. Remember that the person interviewing you has a job to do as well. If you can provide a good answer to most of the questions below, and to the questions you have created, you have increased the probability of obtaining the job you are seeking.</p>

<p>Make sure that you display an enthusiastic attitude. Make sure you present to the interviewer a willingness to learn and a desire to advance in the company you are about to potentially work for. You do not want to appear as if you are lacking seriousness and definitely do not appear cavalier. Try to appear enthusiastic and positive in a mature and professional way. If you are naturally an enthusiastic and positive type of person, then half the battle is won. The point is to be your self, but try to present the best of who you are.</p>
<p>Remember this, many employers prefer a less educated candidate with fewer credentials who is bright and willing to learn, over one who is more prepared but lacks the proper attitude. A good example of this is the entrepreneur who wants to launch a new business. For him or her who is starting a new venture, hiring someone who is bright and has the right attitude is extremely important. More important then previous education. In this case, the entrepreneur is looking for someone who is not afraid to take risks and is very much goal oriented. Here it is very important that you display to the interviewer your ability to work as part of a team. The 9 to 5 type worker who expects to work basically the same hours 5 days a week would not fit well here. And the interviewer needs to know this.</p>
<p>To conclude, in the end, most interviewers are looking for the right attitude for the job they are trying to fill. If you also have the right credentials along with the right attitude, then your chances are increased tremendously. If you can answer most of the above questions, display an enthusiastic attitude, and present yourself in the best possible way, this should result in you obtaining the job you are seeking.</p>

They need to provide quality products, but the price cant be too high. They need to do exactly what they commit to do every time. Thats a tall order of expectations, and you dont know even one supplier. Then lets get started. In this article I present 5 dollar store merchandise supplier tips to help you get started screening down to the perfect suppliers for your business.</p>
<p>Tip #1) Dont put all your eggs in one basket when it comes to dollar store suppliers. When opening a dollar store it is important to deal with a primary set of suppliers, but to also have a set of back-up suppliers waiting in the wings should they be needed. Circumstances change in the industry quite frequently. You never know when you will need to begin using a pre-screened back-up supplier.</p>
<p>Tip #2) Never commit to any dollar store supplier without investigating first. Make sure a supplier meets your expectations before ever beginning with them. Most everyone who opens a dollarstore realizes there is a need to carry large quantities of high-quality seasonal merchandise in order to maximize sales and profits. While most set pretty high sales goals for their store, they are still surprised by the huge amount of dollar store merchandise that goes out the door on a daily basis. Then they start thinking about the holidays. They anticipate great sales and profits if only they can locate the right holiday merchandise. Yet the bigger question is when to order and where to locate the very best deals. </p>
<p>The answer to their question falls into two distinct areas. First there is the critical core holiday merchandise that must be present before the season even arrives. Shoppers look for many of these items long before most general suppliers make them available. Second is the need for ongoing replenishment and filler stock to cover for items that have sold out more quickly than had been planned. </p>
<p>The answer to the second question is fairly easy. Most general dollar store merchandise suppliers carry a good selection of the basic holiday items. While the selection will be limited and they generally dont make the items available until very close to the holiday, they can usually provide the replenishment and filler dollarstore holiday merchandise you need. </p>
<p>Often the first thought for new store owners will be to wait until the holiday season is getting closer before they buy. They think they can just order their dollar store merchandise for the season from their general suppliers and anyone else who might have something left. While delaying sounds like a good idea, the bottom line is that you lose many great products using this strategy. Obtaining the exact items you know your customers will eagerly scoop up requires pre-ordering. Most specialty companies that provide only holiday merchandise require pre-orders to guarantee delivery of the items your shoppers seek. They also provide early delivery of those items which is extremely important.</p>
<p>It is important that the items arrive long before the holiday so shoppers can make their purchases as soon as the thought strikes. </p>
<p>Shoppers will be seeking holiday dollar store merchandise to help with their own holiday displays and handycrafts very early. Have you done something for you lately? If you answered no to that question, youre not alone. A more important question to ask yourself is why not? Having worked in the social service industry for the past 14 years, Ive witnesses many changes. The most striking of these changes has been the creative outside the box thinking of agencies committed to meeting the needs of their customers despite shrinking resources. This has also meant the donning of many new hats or responsibilities by staff that traditionally had very specific roles and responsibilities. Stress on the job is real, and its on the rise. What can you do about it?</p>
<p>The majority of you entered this field because of your genuine desire to help your customers move forward and advance in their careers or education. What tends to happen during times of limited resources is a shift from client centered services to a focus on performance outcomes, which are crucial to continued funding. If the balance is disrupted, it is easy to lose sight of the passion that brought you here. Eventually, you begin to feel your energy level drop, and burnout isnt far behind. The following are 6 strategies that will help you regain your work life balance and reignite your passion!</p>
<p>1. Take Charge. In order to feel more in control, especially during times of change, arrange to meet with your supervisor at least quarterly to talk about your performance and your job. Take this opportunity to clarify your strengths, weaknesses, and any areas you can develop or improve on, including discussing any sources of concern.</p>
<p>2. Unplug! If you carry a pager or cell phone for work, turn it off once you leave the office. Most employers do not expect you to be available 24/7 unless its in your job description. Set boundaries and stick to them. You need and deserve the down time. This includes e-mail. Avoid checking work-related e-mail at home, unless you work out of a home office. If you do, only check it during regular business hours. Self and family time are important!</p>
<p>3. Simplify. Instead of packing your day full of tasks and activities, determine what needs to be done, what can wait, and what can be eliminated all together. Update your task list every day. For things you must complete, determine how long each will take and assign a time. It will be less overwhelming if you know how long each task will take to complete. </p>
<p>4. Say NO. Learn to say NO or not right now to items that are not a necessary part of your job. If saying no isnt an option, be sure to let the person know who assigned you the task how long it will take to complete and when you will be able to fit it into your schedule. Do not promise anything you cant deliver on  this will create more stress! <p>5. Take a Break. Throughout the day, take a few minutes to clear your mind, especially if youre feeling overwhelmed. Dont forget to take your lunch break. Make sure you actually use it to do something for yourself, not to do more work. Take a walk, exercise, do some type of activity that removes you physically and mentally from work and dont feel guilty. Stick to it, and do it now  right now!</p>
<p>6. Relax. Plan a vacation at least once a year, preferably twice! Having 45 days of vacation on the books isnt something to be proud of. Use it! If you cant afford to go away, use the time to do some things around the house  read a book, paint a room, or visit a local museum. The possibilities are endless. Force yourself to do it. Youll be glad that you did.</p>
