If you are experiencing a rough period in your financial life, when things have gone off the rails and you are being hounded by creditors, you will probably appreciate some help. Bankruptcy is something that a lot of folks consider, but there are so many myths surrounding it that some straight answers can sure come in handy.

One of the biggest reasons you are considering bankruptcy is simply to get the creditors off your back. This is what you should do. Call a bankruptcy lawyer, go in for an evaluation of your situation, and start the ball rolling to eliminate debt. You will be issued a phone number to refer any bill collectors the next time they call. Your new legal advisers will deal with them on your behalf.

Another big concern you may have is the sigma attached to bankruptcy. Who will find out? Anyone who wants to know can find out if they take the time to do so because it is public record. However, only the court, the IRS, and your creditors will receive official notification.

The question of whether or not your husband or wife will need to file as well is a little complicated. It has to do with who owes the debts. If one spouse is responsible for the bulk of them, just one needs to file. There are some gray areas in this and the rules vary from state to state, so be sure to ask.

Homeowners should take special note of the following. Your personal residence may be in peril if you are being sued, so consult with a bankruptcy lawyer as soon as this happens. You certainly don’t want your creditor slapping a lien on it, or garnishing your income. Bankruptcy can prevent this from happening.

A foreclosure placed on your home, or repossession action on your vehicle due to late payments may be stopped, giving you the opportunity to consolidate those debts with a customized repayment plan. You and your attorney can work these things out by using the avenues of Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

A very real possibility exists that if you don’t choose bankruptcy, your creditors could freeze your bank accounts, garnish your wages, and seize your property in payment. If you owe more than you have in the bank and what your possessions are worth, usually you can hang onto your personal effects if you file. Even if your assets are worth more than what is owed they can be protected.

If you are not a homeowner you are probably wondering if you will be able to rent a place to live after the papers are signed. The good news is that most landlords simply renew your lease and will have no idea that you filed for bankruptcy. A new lease may present some problems if your previous bad credit record shows up.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Can Give you a Fresh Start
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Can Give you a Fresh StartBy: Nick Messe

By: Edward D Parry

Have you found your dream house while going through the catalogues you have downloaded from one of the property auctions sites? You are enthralled. You want to buy it immediately, at any cost. You contact the auctioneer and ask for auction date. You are in a cloud nine…..then….a big thump… and you are down on the earth, bruised and hurt…. not physically though.

This is all too familiar a story. Property auctions are meant for only those who are practical by nature. Buying properties at auction is cheaper. You can save at least 10%to 15% of the total price. It is quickest means of acquiring a property. It is yours almost as soon as the hammer goes down. However, you will have to be very cautious and follow the procedure strictly. Only then, you will make a profit, or else you may be saddled with a useless piece of property, that too at a high cost.

Here are some tips for buying at auctions from experts:

a) Sit through few auctioning so that you can have the crux of the matter under your belt before set out. Understanding the procedure is very important. You should also try to learn the jargons.

b) It is also very important to read the conditions given in the catalogue. This is also time to contact the solicitor and understand the fine prints.

c) You will definitely want to have a view of the property. While doing so, do check if the description of the lot tallies with reality.

d) Carry out the usual search. If you can, talk to the neighbors and try to find out if there is anything negative about the property.

e) You will get hold of the property as soon as you pay the 10% deposit money. However, you will be in trouble if you cannot come up with rest of the 90% within 28 days. So make financial arrangements beforehand.

These are what you will have to do before the actual auction day. For the D-day, the experts have different sets of tips for buying at auctions.

a) You should take two forms of identification, your chequebook and other banking details.

b) Find out if you have to register yourself in order to take part in the property auction.

c) Get a copy of addendum, so that you come to know about late additions or alterations.

d) While placing a bid, make sure you gesture clearly to the auctioneer. Try to locate yourself in a prominent position.

e) Set a price limit and strictly follow it. You may land up with something cheaper next time.

f) If the property fails to reach the reserve price, do not lose heart. Leave your numbers with the auctioneer.

g) Be steady and be prudent.

Chicago Properties - Title Insurance Tips

Property sales through auctions have its advantages. The vendor does not have to take any trouble except for providing the legal papers. The said papers generally include:

a) Special Conditions Of Sales

b) Title Deeds, Office Copy Entries.

c) Searches if that is applied for

d) Leases if the property is lease hold

e) Other relevant information

Moreover, the vendor gets the payment within stipulated time without having to undertake any trouble.

If you want to buy or sale any outstation property, property auction UK is the best bet. These are the auction houses, which operate all over UK. They also publish property sales calendar well in advance so that buyers as well as vendors have ample time to get ready. Actually, the vendors or their solicitors do not have much role to play once the property and the legal papers are handed over to the auctioneer. Suppose, you live in England and have house in Wales and you want to dispose it. You cannot be there each time a perspective buyers come to visit it. It is not at all prudent to leave the house at the mercy of local agents either. In such cases, property auction UK is the only solution

Property auction England, on the other hand operate within England only. Some of them operate through out England and some other works only in a part of England. However, the modus operandi is same. If you want to buy a 3-bedroom house in Hatfield in Hertfordshire, go to property auction England websites. Go to Hertfordshire and then to Hatfield. If there is any 3-bedroom house available in Hatfield, you will know how far it is from the centre of the Hatfield and other relevant information, along with a picture of the house and contact number.

>From now one you proceed judiciously as advised by the experts. You will have your house soon enough.

The Russian retail market has demonstrated solid growth rate over the last few years and become one of the most actively developing segments of the economy. It has not only gained recognition at the domestic level but also at the international level as it is one of the fastest growing markets in the world.

According to our new research report “Russian Retail Industry Forecast to 2013”, the prime factors for the retail sector’s growth have been soaring disposable income, rising middle class base in the total population and favorable consumer behavior. The retail sales grew by almost 25% CAGR from 2004 to 2008 due to favorable economic environment and high consumer confidence.

The report further states that 2009 will be the most challenging year for the Russian retail industry, but slow economic growth and low liquidity level will not be able to hamper the growth trajectory of large retail formats like hypermarket and supermarket. These formats will gain market share from other retail formats and witness a healthy growth in coming years.

We anticipate marginal decline in retail sales during 2009 due to after effects of financial crisis, economic slowdown and above all low consumer confidence. Overall sales revenue of the retail industry for 2009 is projected to be around US$ 420 Billion. We expect improvement in retail industry sales after 2009 because of positive outlook for consumer confidence and improving macro and micro economic conditions.

“Russian Retail Industry Forecast to 2013” provides detailed overview of the retail industry in Russia and covers the past, current and future performance of the industry. It identifies the factors responsible for the growth of the industry to enable clients better comprehend the forces giving impetus to retail sales in Russia. The research also studies behavior of the Russian consumer with respect to his purchasing power, spending pattern and inclination towards domestic and foreign brands. The future growth areas discussed in the report helps to analyze the emerging market segments for players.

Full service brokerages firms provide buying and selling advice along with other services such as market trend analysis, market news and personal telephone services twenty four hours a day, six days a week. Discount brokers do not provide advice and some of these other advanced services. They simply provide a means for performing buying and selling transactions, along with a platform in which to perform these transactions.

There is a distinct difference between full services brokerage firms and discount brokers beyond the services which include affordability. If you are an experienced trader and do not need the expensive advice from a full service broker then the discount broker route would be ideal for you to perform your investments. If you are not an experienced trader then a full service brokerage firm maybe best to help you with your investment decisions.

Full service brokerage firms charge a commission based on your investment spreads whereas a discount broker charges a fee per transaction. So if you buy stocks then with a discount broker you pay for that particular buy transaction no matter how much you buy. The same applies to selling transactions. This is not true with full service brokerages since they get their commissions from the buying and selling spreads.

Some discount brokers will charge extra for stop limit, stop losses and other transactions that go beyond the simple buying and selling transactions. This is true also for full service brokerage firms. All firms charge different amounts for these types of activities so it is best to find out in advance what these fees and charges will be so you do not have any surprises when the time comes to perform one of these activities.

Discount brokers and full service brokerage firms alike have minimum opening balance account amounts. So it is extremely important to understand what these minimum amounts are and whether there are additional fees associated with your trading account such as account maintenance fees or other charges based on amounts. Insuring your trading fees are equally as important from both types of brokerages because in today’s market any could be in jeopardy of going out of business and you want to protect your funds.

There are times when those who opt for opening a dollar store suddenly realize the funds they have in hand are insufficient to start and build the business. To get hold of everything required for a booming business is not as simple as it had seemed. That’s especially true if the cash and credit to be had is limited. It is extremely important to accurately estimate the funds needed when starting a dollar store. But don’t just examine start up funding. Be sure to include funding required from the day the business is open and operating until it is making a profit. In this article I present 3 important funding considerations when starting a dollar store.

First would be to carefully develop a list of the actual cost of starting a dollar store. This act is a real challenge. You must carefully analyze all the aspects that will need funding such as payment for store lease and the deposits. Also included in the budget are the cost for advertisements, improvements, merchandise, training of employees, payroll and other business costs that may be significant. If in some cases you are not able to gather all the necessary data yourself, consider hiring an expert to help. With the help of an accountant who has knowledge about dollar-discount retailing, make sure that you assess your financial statements; this will serve as a concluding confirmation for you.

Second would be to take account of the expenses that may come unexpectedly due to the fast development of your business. Besides the initial funds, you must be certain to include emergency expenses such as the budget for additional personnel, extra inventory of dollar store merchandise and other expenditures. The more successful your new store the more important it will be for you to gain a good understanding of all these expenditures.

Third would be the continuous examination of everything that is happening in your business. Determine those tasks that are not necessary but are causing you to spend more. Once verified it is time for you to eliminate those and focus on other things that will give you additional profits.

Upon starting a dollar store business it is necessary to bear in mind that you will be investing not only money but also your effort and time. You must have a rock-hard plan of action to achieve the success you seek. The bottom line is to reexamine your decision about opening a dollar store if you don’t have adequate funding.

Check For Adequate Funding Before Opening a Dollar Store
Check For Adequate Funding Before Opening a Dollar StoreBy: Bob Hamilton

By: Thomas Sullivan

The information presented here is designed to provide a benefit to anyone who must answer questions during the dreaded job interview. The main point presented here is that the key to a successful job interview is preparation. The following discussion expounds on this key point.

While some tough job interview questions take us off guard, others we can see coming a mile away. How we answer job interview questions will make the difference between getting and not getting the job. We all have questions that we’d rather not be asked during an interview. But how can one prepare completely for a tough interview?

The answer to this question really comes down to intense preparatory work. In a nutshell, do your homework. Make sure that you know your resume thoroughly and expect questions to come from your work history. Also, expect questions about the company you want to work for and the type of future you want in that company, and finally, expect questions about you. You should use several large lists of questions in preparation for the interview. Below, you will find a list of tough job interview questions, which should be helpful in preparation for the job interview.

While the questions below are pretty standard and can be expected at most job interviews, you should also create your own questions. In creating your questions in preparation for an interview, you really need to sit down and think through what you would ask if you were the interviewer. Remember that the person interviewing you has a job to do as well. If you can provide a good answer to most of the questions below, and to the questions you have created, you have increased the probability of obtaining the job you are seeking.

Obviously during a job interview, regardless of your personality, you need to be congenial and polite. Try not to appear nervous as well. Most importantly, try to appear confident in yourself but not to the point of appearing cocky. Remember, the interviewer is not only trying to select the best candidate for the job, they also want to be sure that you will be compatible with other employees you will be working with. Also, remember that the interviewer is trying their best to find any red flags that may be present in your past work history.

The following is a list of questions you can expect at most job interviews. You most likely will not be asked all of these questions, but you can expect some of them. Many of these questions come from About.com, and some were created by our staff.

How do you plan to move up within our company?

What is the highest level you wish to be promoted within our company?

Why should we select you for this job?

Job Interview Questions: The Future

What are you looking for in your next job?

What are your career goals for the next five years and ten years?

How do you plan to achieve those goals?

What are your salary requirements - both short-term and long-term?

What will you do if you don’t get this position?

Once again, the key to a successful job interview is preparation. When you are completely prepared, you will tend to be less nervous. Of course, it is highly likely you will be presented with a question or two that you did not expect. This is why preparation also entails having the knowledge base that you can expect the interviewer will tap into.

Here I am not talking about the knowledge needed to do the job. That should be a given anyway, otherwise you would have not been asked to be at the interview.

A List of Tough Job Interview Questions For Tough Times
A List of Tough Job Interview Questions For Tough TimesBy: Thomas Sullivan

Parents who want to arrange for adequate health care coverage for their children as well as ...
It does not hurt to let the interviewer know what really makes you tick, if the interview goes in that direction.

Make sure that you display an enthusiastic attitude. Make sure you present to the interviewer a willingness to learn and a desire to advance in the company you are about to potentially work for. You do not want to appear as if you are lacking seriousness and definitely do not appear cavalier. Try to appear enthusiastic and positive in a mature and professional way. If you are naturally an enthusiastic and positive type of person, then half the battle is won. The point is to be your self, but try to present the best of who you are.

Remember this, many employers prefer a less educated candidate with fewer credentials who is bright and willing to learn, over one who is more prepared but lacks the proper attitude. A good example of this is the entrepreneur who wants to launch a new business. For him or her who is starting a new venture, hiring someone who is bright and has the right attitude is extremely important. More important then previous education. In this case, the entrepreneur is looking for someone who is not afraid to take risks and is very much goal oriented. Here it is very important that you display to the interviewer your ability to work as part of a team. The 9 to 5 type worker who expects to work basically the same hours 5 days a week would not fit well here. And the interviewer needs to know this.

To conclude, in the end, most interviewers are looking for the right attitude for the job they are trying to fill. If you also have the right credentials along with the right attitude, then your chances are increased tremendously. If you can answer most of the above questions, display an enthusiastic attitude, and present yourself in the best possible way, this should result in you obtaining the job you are seeking.

De-licensing in 1991 put the Indian automobile industry on a new growth trajectory, which attracted foreign auto giants to set up their production facilities in the country to take advantage of various benefits it offers. Large middle class population, growing earning power and strong technological capability have been boosting automobile demand for past few years. Despite economic slowdown, the Indian automobile sector is expected to see high growth in coming years, especially in passenger cars segment, said our new research report, “Indian Automobile Sector Analysis”.

The passenger vehicle market, which constitutes around 80% of automobile sales, has immense growth potential as passenger car stock stood at around 11 per 1,000 people in 2008. Anticipating the future market potential, the production of passenger vehicle is forecasted to grow at a CAGR of around 11% from 2009-10 to 2012-13.

The recent launch of Tata Nano has brought about a new revolution in the country’s small car segment. Seeing the good initial response from consumers, many other players in the industry are chalking out their plans to launch cars in this segment in the next few years. Our research foresees a CAGR growth of around 12% in domestic volume sales of passenger vehicles during the forecast period. Other segments, such as two-wheelers, multi-purpose vehicle and light commercial vehicle, are also expected to witness fast growth in coming years.

The report covers various aspects of the Indian automobile market and gives detailed analysis of its various segments such as passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, utility vehicles, multi-purpose, two wheelers and three wheelers. Each section succinctly explains the current and future market trends, and developments in the Indian automobile market. There are immense opportunities for various industry players including automobile manufacturers and players of automobile components.

Besides, we have also comprehensively analyzed the auto component industry and its future outlook. The study has evaluated growth avenues available for the automobile market, which include automotive design market, non-conventional vehicle market, domestic tyre industry, India as global manufacturing hub, green car market etc.

You can easily create a steady stream of clients for yourself. It’s simple to turn your business around if you’ll take the time to discover simple basic everyday marketing solutions. While everyone else is playing the blame game on the economy, you can quickly jump ahead of the game and get more clients than you’ll ever need. And the best thing - you guessed it — no marketing budget required!

Put these solutions into action consistently and you’ll enjoy consistent income flying into your bank account.

If you really want to know how to have more business, bigger success and greater satisfaction, let me show you 10 marketing solutions that will do the trick for you:

Marketing Success Solution 6: To grow your business takes DECISION, FOCUS and then ACTION! Keep your eye on the prize. Give consistent attention to your goals and to your marketing plan. All of us are creatures of wanting to see instant results (I have to admit I am). To see instant results and continued momentum you’ll want to implement the easiest thing first. If you implement the easiest thing first, you will get a feeling of accomplishment right off the bat. You’ll gain momentum and you’ll move forward quicker, and soon you’ll be where you want to be. Consistent action EVERY single day.

Marketing Success Solution 7: Ditch the “I work with everyone” trap! That is unless you’re not ready to have the real business success you crave. Start right now and create a profile of your best client?the one you really love working with. Create a profile of that person. My friend, Lorrie Morgan- Ferrero (RedHotCopy.com) calls this your ‘tarket.’ You want to be able to distill the profile down to one person. You’ll want to look at age, gender, income level, interests, what they read and what they listen to on radio and TV. This way, when you are creating copy, a signature talk or talking with prospects, you’ll be taking your marketing message and other marketing pieces to that one person who would benefit the most from your service. Growing your business will never be easier!

Marketing Success Solution 8: You’ve tried everything. Sound familiar? You’ve tried a mailing once, maybe you put up a web site or you might have tried networking. I’ve heard this so many times. What you need to do is to stop trying (you’re throwing spaghetti against the wall) and get your plan out. Dedicate yourself to consistent action and giving your plan time to work. You’ll want to create compelling magnetic marketing. This is so your ideal client and tribe will run after you and pay you anything to help them!

Marketing Success Solution 9: You’ve got to ask for the business. Ask and then ask again and then ask again. Remember when you were little and you wanted your parents to take you somewhere really special? So, what did you do? Ask, ask and ask again. Be diligent be bold and be consistent.

Marketing Success Solution 10: If marketing is new to you, it might seem intimidating and maybe a little scary.

Create Referral Systems That Really Work
People Choosing The Wrong Health Insurance For Their NeedsBy Tzvi Kessell

Too many people are wasting time on the internet
trying to find healt...
I’ve been there, too! The truth is, once you get on with what you need to do, you’ll get so immersed in your business and completely forget about everything else. You’ll be in action, focusing on your clients and won’t have time to think about anything else. Think about all your clients that are changing their lives because of the value you give them. Now that’s real success.

Marketing Success Solution BONUS: When you put all this together you have winning marketing solutions. But the problem is most entrepreneurs get busy and stop the marketing and that in turn creates what I call the yo-yo effect in your business and in your income (of course the profits go out the window too). What you do to avoid this is to put your marketing on an auto pilot schedule. This way your marketing will stay on track and you’ll be having a flood of clients coming in the door.

Put these solutions into action and you’ll take a quantum leap forward in growing your business. You’ll get new clients, make more money and have more freedom to enjoy it all. Your success in marketing your business will become second nature and your bank account will be happy too!

If you are opening a dollar store you are probably very concerned about where you will find the right dollar store merchandise for your store. You are probably concerned about where to find dollar store suppliers you can depend on. You need a supplier that cares about you and your business success. They need to provide quality products, but the price can’t be too high. They need to do exactly what they commit to do every time. That’s a tall order of expectations, and you don’t know even one supplier. Then let’s get started. In this article I present 5 dollar store merchandise supplier tips to help you get started screening down to the perfect suppliers for your business.

Tip #1) Don’t put all your eggs in one basket when it comes to dollar store suppliers. When opening a dollar store it is important to deal with a primary set of suppliers, but to also have a set of back-up suppliers waiting in the wings should they be needed. Circumstances change in the industry quite frequently. You never know when you will need to begin using a pre-screened back-up supplier.

Tip #2) Never commit to any dollar store supplier without investigating first. Make sure a supplier meets your expectations before ever beginning with them. Who wants to deal with a company that is high-priced, ships only about half of the order, doesn’t ever answer your telephone calls, and then delivers poor quality merchandise after weeks of waiting?

Tip #3) Meet dollar store suppliers face-to-face whenever possible. This won’t be practical in many situations. Yet if you can speak with a representative and see the merchandise it is much easier to make your decision. Trade shows, and trips to major distribution locations are a great way to make this happen. Some companies also have representatives who can come to you.

Tip #4) When opening a dollar store it is best to start with a smaller, test order. This allows you to verify the entire process with a prospective supplier without tying up too much money.

Tip #5) When you are about to start a dollar store it is important that you never be afraid to reject a dollar store merchandise supplier from consideration. Don’t tolerate poor customer service, low quality merchandise or high prices.

Get Creative when Buying Dollar Store Merchandise for your Store
Get Creative when Buying Dollar Store Merchandise for your StoreBy: Bob Hamilton
