DC's New Homeless People Episode 3.

The so-proclaimed "Have-Nots" squatting in DC claim they are demonstrating for idealistic values, but they have no substance to their claims. In this Episode, we are able to show how they are blind to the an ideological inscription that is right in front of them - the claim of the Department of Veterans Affairs to support veterans, their "orphans" and their "children". The "Occupy Movement" are not able to even mobilize against this mis-claimer by the DVA. Living veterans don't have widows and orphans.
The only thing these "have-nots" are occupy is space allotted to the lowliest of us: the public, the homeless, and some otherwise supposed to be wildlife protected ducks that now have to fend elsewhere for something to eat. So much for "have not!."

Over two years ago we performed an analysis of the D.C. Statehood issue by visiting the language of legislation used by the Founding Fathers of the United States in their process of establishing a capital for the United States. In consultation with certain colleagues we settled on approaching this matter by looking particularly at the word “cession” and how the colonists used it.

Recall in American high schools when you were taught United States History they worked repetitively to tell you that some state (Maryland, Virginia) “ceded” land to the United States so the new country could develop its capitol?

Then when you ask them what does “cede” mean they say “surrender”, but this does not compute because when you “surrender” something it means you lose property that you would prefer to keep?

Well the answer to this riddle is to consider “cede” not to mean “surrender” but ‘transfer of land’, as in willingly offering land in a bidding process so as to “win” the ‘where do we put the capitol?’ lottery. And if you think of it this way then you may be able to see this whole “ceding” business - seating the capital back then - and – statehood question now in a whole different light, and why the District of Columbia may not for example toll commuters especially from Maryland when they commute into the city, get money, and go out. You see, you were being mislead by your teachers in high school who did not want you to think too deeply on the issue, lest you start asking funny questions, so they just stick to the basics and quote “Maryland “ceded” land… and that means they “surrendered” land.”

Again, Maryland and Virginia didn’t just “surrender” or “cede” or give up land to establish the new country, but rather they competitively bidded against other states to win the right to have the new capitol where it is now, and for good cause – commerce. It is just like how they would vie today to keep big military bases in their states. Maryland and Virginia won big when the Founding Fathers accepted Washington and Alexandria Counties (in each state respectively) to seat the government in, and they (Maryland and Virginia) then put up the bonds necessary to pay for it. So the citizens of Maryland actually paid for D.C. to be there.

So now ask yourself this question: If that is the case and if all these people were so gusto about getting this new country, United States of America, underway with citizenship and so, what did the citizens of Washington County (present day D.C.) get for all this?

Did they lose citizenship, representation in the new Congress, and the right to vote when the U.S. seat of government became their newest neighbor, and then paid to lose all that too?

Does that make sense?

But if you conclude that this issue was settled by the Organic Act of 1871 where Congress stripped individual citizens living in the District of Columbia of representation in Congress asserting the 11 member DC Counsel they then created was sufficient representation to Congress, then there is the question, was that Organic Act ever properly litmus tested before the courts?

But then again is an act a law?

The news is out!!! On this day of April 27, 2011, it is revealed that the President of the United States of America, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, II decided to lay to rest questions by certain members of the public regarding his proper identification, particularly, where was he born. Certain members of the public who eventually came to be called "birthers" demand that Mr. Obama reveal the true location of his date of birth by disclosing the "long form" of his birth certificate. That long form has certain security related identification information on it that could eventually be used to breach things like emails and bank account numbers if such revelation is not handled with care. Notwithstanding such eventual identification related encroachments the President deemed that in the best interest of the nations and this country, it would be best to reveal the long form to the public to put to rest the distractions with which the 'birthers' found themselves en-wrapped, instead of attending to real and practical policies of the nations and state. Perhaps the White House publication office could not have said it better, therefore we snippet below:

"The President believed the distraction over his birth certificate wasn’t good for the country. It may have been good politics and good TV, but it was bad for the American people and distracting from the many challenges we face as a country. Therefore, the President directed his counsel to review the legal authority for seeking access to the long form certificate and to request on that basis that the Hawaii State Department of Health make an exception to release a copy of his long form birth certificate. They granted that exception in part because of the tremendous volume of requests they had been getting."[Ref: http://www.whitehouse.gov/]

And quoting White House Communications Director Dan Pfieffer:

"At a time of great consequence for this country--when we should be debating how we win the future, reduce our deficit, deal with high gas prices, and bring stability to the Middle East, Washington, DC, was once again distracted by a fake issue," Pfeiffer said. "The President's hope is that with this step, we can move on to debating the bigger issues that matter to the American people and the future of the country." [Ref: Yahoo.com]

So we see that especially when it comes to things like government policies, public distractions, and financial affairs, a thing as trite as -- we need to see the long form of your birth certificate so we know you are who you say you are -- can be quite the stopper that eventually requires whole governments to make exceptions and reveal information about public figures that the public is not required to have, but what of information about supposed to be private individuals that the public by law is supposed to have?

Recall that the D.C. Government said they gave the $48 million prize money from the December 11, 1999 Powerball game to a “trustee”? Well, we found that the money was temporarily stashed away in a mutual fund by that “trustee”, but both the government and the “trustee” (H. Dean Bouland) are mum on who the “trustee’s” Grantor is. Now after a robust 10-year real estate development binge in the city, where the whites move in and the blacks move out, Alice (“Fierce Budget”) Rivlin, and, Vincent (“Tough Budget”) Gray decide to do budget talking on their road shows - but, but, they never reveal the identify of that “Grantor”!

Where Barack Obama, President, United States of America states:

"I find it ironic that you've got the Iranian regime pretending to celebrate what happened in Egypt, when in fact they have acted in direct contrast to what happened in Egypt by gunning down and beating people who were trying to express themselves peacefully in Iran. (Washington Post Express, Wed. 2/16/11)

Our Response is this:

We find it ironic that you've got the United States government pretending to celebrate what happened in Egypt when in fact that government acts in direct contrast to what happened in Egypt by

systematically gunning donw black civil rights leaders using the FBI's COINTELPRO scheme,
allowing Prince Georges County whose police officers wear a uniform resembling the confederate army of the times of the civil war to have a black men die at least once every thirty days under questionable circumstances at the hands of police,
suffocating grievances and complaints filed by black men in the District of Columbia,
harassing, arresting, and incarcerating black men who dare to ask for the badge numbers or identification of law enforcement and supposed government personnel, and
suppressing the suffrage and representative rights of the black civilian residents of the District of Columbia by denying them either legislative or constituency representation int eh Senate, and legislative representation in the lower house of its bicameral Congress.

Perhaps neither the President of the United States, nor the Congress of the United States, both of whom maintained Mubarak as one of their best friends in all of Africa should not throw stones in glass houses, it appearing that through the over 31 police agencies and then some that they have policing the nation's capitol here, they appear to best Egypt and other dictatorships here in civil rights leadership suppression, police brutality, finance related crimes, and denying democracy to its own "citizens"-er-subjects that the black people of Washington, DC at this juncture would never dare to do what the people of Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, or even Bahrain are doing, and what they are urging Iranians to do.

Thus the words of the President now adds coals of fire on the heads of the already oppressed, suppressed, repressed, and degressed black people of Washington, D.C. that Black Americans at the moment remain bereft of a flag, a seal, and accepted insignia of their ethnic identities, validation as a living People before the United Nations, despised by Hispanics and Ethiopians in their the United States, or even a say in the reform of their one Constitution, and this is why, we believe, Malcolm X, Fred Hampton, Mark Clark, Prince Jones, and many others were all shot and killed. Think.

A RESPONSE TO VINCENT GRAY’S INAUGURAL ADDRESS

Meet A few of your city’s new leaders DC...

...especially where financial affairs are concerned:

From left to right: Natwar Gandhi, the city’s unelected Chief Financial Officer (CfO); Vincent Gray, the Mayor, serves by law at the pleasure of the CFO, not the people who elect him; Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States who should be responsible for prosecuting crimes related to the operation of lottery games; Darth Vader - er - Darth Grantor, our best indication as to the image of the Veritas Trust A, whose presence in financial maneuverings of the city is as great as Vader’s presence in the galaxy of the Star Wars industry: Kwame Brown, who now replaces Gray as Chairman of the Counsel in this game of musical chairs; and, Alice Rivlin, a Senior Fellow of the Brookings Institute who maintains long-standing influence over the financial affairs of the city through the DC Control Board and other apparati of the Federal Government. Alice is member of the Rivlin Family, a prominent Spanish-Jewish family in Isreal that is so big it boasts a tribe of about 9000 members within 3000 family units. This “tribe” is headquartered in Jerusalem where they have been holding consistent reunions every year since 1980, and this “family” DC, is a clearly a stakeholder in your financial affairs. Are you a stakeholder in theirs?

Introduction

Vincent Gray is the newest Mayor of the District of Columbia. He was sworn in on Sunday, January 2, 2011 replacing Adrian Fenty, the young man married to a British Indian who became the boo-deleb of Blacks in the city for using that office as best ever he could to divert capital investment primarily from Blacks to other races in the city. Gray ran on a campaign supported by what many perceive to be the ‘old guard’ such as Marion Barry supporters, and Black Americans in general, who, it appears, hope that he will at least stem the overflow of capital moving to non-Blacks in the city to at least create some sense of parity in relation to capital development, availability of goods, and municipal services, as well as those who favor more transparency in government. But in a city where short of degenerated white homeless outcasts a white individual has not spoken to me outside of the performance of his or her (or its) job, or asking for directions since 1994, I find this city to have an environment rife with a race-first mindset relative to the socio-politico-economic spectra. Generally speaking - three kinds of people appear to be oblivious to the degree to which a race-first mentality pervades the “gentry” that have moved in: white collar mulattoes, low ranking black cops, and a significant amount of blue post-MLK Africans who have migrated to the United States over the past decade or so. Yet black men are still capitulating to chasing white women on the regular here, and the black bourgeoisie girls seem to be willing to do almost anything to get a chance fling with anything that is lighter than paper-bag brown these days here. Yep, DC has become one interesting fake-lectic culture bash. Fake-lectic, I say, instead of eclectic, because expressions of variety and diversity in a positive light here seem to be all the rage, unless of course it is majority black!

But the point of this paper isn’t to focus on the cultural discourse or avert-course of the people but to respond to Gray’s inaugural address, or rather, the report of it as it was reported in the Washington Post Express. But for those of you who would like to linger and brood over the statements above with the hope of discrediting them, just remember that when Gray campaigned he called message was “One City” and that by the time he made his inaugural speech it became “Our City”. Hmm… I wonder who was left out?

And this latter question brings us to our inaugural response, because with all this “one city” – “our city” – “transparency” – “statehood” – “gentry” vs “old guard” talk floating around the exclusive ‘accredited press’ here there is at least one individual or entity that is not disclosed to public in line with public’s desire for “transparency”, and not available for public observation, but whose money matters seem to have a lingering effect on the structuring and layering of the government here, and that is that individual or entity that the DC Government allegedly gave about nineteen or so million dollars to after declaring that individual or entity unknown, the “winner” of the December 11, 1999 Powerball which was worth $48 million. Do you see a lot of moving parts here? I mean, the law is very clear that when a lottery game (the Powerball) has a winner, the winner is to be disclosed, but under the two previous mayors this has not been done – not with that game, not here in DC, and when I look at the government officials these days my mind can only deduce a whole bunch of people wearing strange looking figurative skirts that I want to look under.

Put it this way: if you have to get some work done with a team, and the team leader tells you to get motivated for “our” team, but when the team convenes you see empty chairs where team members are supposed to be sitting, wouldn’t you ask the team leader, Where is the rest of the team??

But if he tells you, “That’s it”, but you count paychecks for team members who are not in the room, can you trust that team or its leader? Now if you are being asked to pay a lot of money to fund the efforts of the team, but at the same time you see a huge paycheck for Mr. Unknown – could be a guy – could be a company – could be some other team or a team within a team – but not a paycheck for you but for Mr. Unknown, Mr. Phantom, how do you get down to business with that team?

Doesn’t it cavitate your thinking to know that the DC Government gave about twenty million bucks to Mr. Phantom and company who you don’t know but is a beneficiary of the efforts of Your team?

So how do you build an “our city” if you don’t know who “our” is? Because if everybody was included and there is transparency the least you should know is who “our” is, right?

So who then is left out?

And with this question in mind I now present to you the body of a letter that I sent to Vincent Gray on with our

Response to Inaugural Address.

Questions of Moral, Ethics, National Interest, and the Veritas Trust A

Dear Mr. Gray:

I congratulate you on your ascendance to the Office of the Mayor of the district of Columbia. I Received information regarding your inaugural address via the Washington Post’s Express newspaper publication of January 3, 2010 titled: “Gray: All Together Now”. The image accompanying the article includes a few pertinent figures including Mr. Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States of America, Mr. Kwame Brown, the newly ascended Chair of the Council of the District of Columbia, and Mr. Michael Brown, a member of the said Council. Highlights of your address include the indication of a commitment to “reform public education, lower the unemployment and crime rates, bring transparency to city finances, fixing the budget, securing voting rights.” I now respond to your address.

Public Education can be transformed if this society stops the process of castigating Black males who are under the age of forty as potential child molesters, and imbuing them with the responsibility to care for the moral and intellectual development of the younger men and boys in their company by introducing moral codes of behavior among them by commissioning class counselors in the school system to engage discussions, questions, and answers with the young men who are in those schools. Should not the counselors themselves be over the age of forty, and would this not supplement your employment initiatives in some way?

Unemployment can be lowered if you instill a sense of entrepreneurship and productivity among residents of the District of Columbia by reforming the Office of Planning and Economic Development so that they no longer utilize the Urban Institute, the Neighborhood [something] Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) whose point person group includes Samira Cook, the Minority enterprise Business Development Corporation, and infiltrating “stakeholders” to undercut small minority business development and such local start-ups like Mocha Hut that went out of business precisely one year after it was touted by the Enhanced Business Information Center, then under Samira Cook, as the District’s poster child for small business development. It is the OPED, the NCRC, other neo-gentry “non-profits” the Department of Commerce with its “minority Business Development Corporation” initiative that stands the most in the way of Black businesses and their private consultants from developing. The country and this city need to either operate as if they are really in support of Black economic infrastructure development, or admit that to the governments “national security” means ‘white nation economic infrastructure allowed only’. If “voting rights” can only be attained once the city becomes gentrified to majority whites, then Black people are already disenfranchised. But how should we know where you stand relative to your inaugural address?

For me the answer is very simple, because if the District continues to hide behind the paltry excuse of “statute of limitation” to remain non-transparent on who is the Grantor of the Veritas Trust A that has been used to underwrite the bond rating of the city , and if neither the city nor the United States Attorneys, nor the Attorney Generals are willing to prosecute Anthony Cooper and the other miscreants that continue to structure and layer the government with ever inventive ways to dismiss this demand for transparency, do I not already have my answers and know where you stand?

FYI - Further comments regarding this this Response

Veritas Trust A The Veritas Trust A (VTA) is the account created by H. Dean Bouland, Esquire, and attorney out of Maryland retained by the phantom Grantor to hide the identity of the Grantor from you the public whilst he makes of with proceeds of the December 11, 1999 Powerball game. That Trust account is not a not a legal entity.

NCRC “NCRC” turns out to be the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, a private non-profit agency that is allegedly headquartered at 15th Street, Suite 900, Washington DC 20005 but whose main operations center is at 64 New York Avenue right inside one of the District’s government buildings. That’s right, a private non-profit company that runs the operations of Economic Development where starting and running small businesses is concerned. So When you start a small business in DC with government initiatives, your business equity becomes converted into their assets, a mandatory requirement for any SBA program that you engage. Now this “NCRC” is a completely different NCRC than the NCRC that is the National Capital Revitalization Corporation that is owned by the city, but who knows?

Samira Cook This woman works at 64 New York Avenue in what is called The Washington, DC Women’s Business Center running the affairs and having full access to the business information developed by women in the city. She looks like a government employee, but she is actually on the staff of NCRC. Her email with that company is scook@ncrc.org. Before that she contolled the District’s Enhanced Business Information Center and had the email address: samira.cook@dc.gov. But she was already with NCRC back then. Anthony Cooper This is actually three people: Anthony Williams, a previos DC Mayor, but we don’t know where he came from; Anthony Cooper, A previous Executive Director of the DC Lottery, now in South Carolina, and Theodore Cooper, a attorney who represented our interests in this Powerball scandal, but we don’t know where he went. He is allegedly dead, but, in any event, this nomenclature business seems to be just another phishting like operation signatured in all of the closeness of names, offices, and entities in this entire affair. We are used to it now.

Internet Verticalization and Web Content Censorship

Dear Members of the Intellexae Community

I had to get the latest Intellexae Reports Digest out ASAP because of the holidays. As Congress is basically inactive until about the end of January we did not want the report to sit in limbo until then. However after some post-publishing editing work, I decided to repost the article on Verticalization. I therefore apologize for the inconvenience. Interestingly, it does not appear that Google has bounced the latest posting - at least not yet. We will watch this situation to see how it evolves. The basic issue behind this article is that of access to a public utility that all of us use but none of own individually own. It is the Internet. It is not owned by Google, or Facebook, or Paypal, or any other corporation. Actually, it was developed by a group of scientists managing communication regarding the CERN projects, particularly spear-headed in this regard by one Tim Berners-Lee and an avid student by the name of Robert Cailliau, whose own website has an interesting statement as follows: "This site attempts to follow the W3C standards. It uses XHTML, CSS and SVG. It does NOT work well with Microsoft Internet Explorer, any version, since those browsers do not respect the standards." [See http://www.robertcailliau.eu/Welcome-en.html] And this statement ladies and gentlemen succinctly pontificates a certain point when it comes to the management of communication on the Internet, which is the question, How can you disrespect something you depend on but do not own? Especially when you are someone like Bill Gates, Paul Allen or their alter-ego Microsoft, or its CEO Paul Allen (who trumpets the idea of "Global Public Goods") all of whom are currently billionaires who made a mad fortune off Berner-Lee and Cailliau's work product! But I am not here to get caught up in the drama of the rich white men who don't respect each others work, because neither they, nor wealthy Europe, nor CERN with all of its Engineers could have been had their ancestors not exploited a large group of people by manipulating them and "easing" them of their wealth. So many of us may not fully comprehend the Tesla related Physics behind how the Internet works, but it is here, and if Allen is right, then isn't it a Global Public Good too? Yes the Internet belongs to all of us, and access to it is not a privilege for the rich white and aristocratic few, but to all of us, in whatever country. It is simply the way of the times of the development of civilization today that we have this utility, and we have a right to be able to express ourselves unhindered on it. But if the giant conglomerates get their way, you will not be allowed to continue to do this and Prince (the rock star) will be very right when he allegedly says "the Internet is dead". But to begin to turn the tide from waves of death back to the vibrancy of life let us at least take a moment to comprehend what it is that we are up against when the Obama Administration currently engages this thing it calls "Net Neutrality". Let us hope the government for once of late might, just might be on our side a little, the side of the not so privileged ones of us who didn't go to MIT, are not Physics Engineers, have black skin (if you can call that a lack of privilege), and have to take things like the DC Metro buses (where they are now trying to get us acclimated to being raped of our 4th Amendment rights on the regular) and take the courage to look at what these behemothic companies are trying to get over on you everytime they have you sign your life away with those strange online "illustrative" "user agreements". It may be too late for some like Ebay / PayPal to care about fundamental rights - they having been fattened up by exploiting us like we are chattel slaves, which is what they do, but maybe, if we engage this discourse we can reach the humanity in the rest of "Mr. Midas and Company" before he touches his own daughter as well and calcifies her into a spiritless artifact without a living soul.

This article was first drafted in November of 2010. Admittedly, we did not publish because we truly feared that we were correct on our own findings in relation to our assessment of current Web trends. If so, the consequencies of the revelation that we were about to disclose would most likely be that the Internet service providers who we currently depend on to draft and publish information would stifle us right off the Internet. The recent act by the Obama Admininistration to police the internet in order to bring about what they considerto be "Net Neutrality" is therefore well recieved, at least for now. Our impression is that there are certain elements in society that are rather incensed by this, but some of these such as the operators of Paypal aka Ebay and the .Com domain registrars appear to be the same people who so quickly shun the producers of the Wikileaks information site. We too have had our share of questionable banning, hacking, and email ilfiltration and spamming operations, but unlike others we do not acquire the finanancial support to publish huge archives of files. Much of our work is done behind the scenes off the Internet currently in the courts, where we find ourselves enmeshed in litigation not because of our publications but because of the ever onslaught of corruption and attacks against fundamental rights, which we suspect are for no other reason but to foster and maintain an environment conducive to corruption. It has been 48 hours now since the disclosure that the President of the United States will attempt to govern Internet accessability through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and while we have not yet engaged research into deducing the process by which the government now moves to engage findings under corporate knowledge influencing government with the Internet, we have to admit that some action may be better than no action at all and take the chance now to at least paint a picture for you as to what has been going on in the virtual world of information so as to cause some of us to conclude we are in a warzone here and the corporations are winning. We do not assert to be masters of internet communication and website programing here, but we hope the information below may assist in providing you the reader a starting point from which to view these affairs relative to your own civic interests.

INTERNET VERTICALIZATION AND WEB CONTENT CENSORSHIP

As I just spent the last four and a half weeks concentrating on the legal shootout with the District of Columbia over the CJA-MPD-Lottery Scandal complex, I decided that I would revert more time to Web Design project today. I woke up with a direct next step stratagem for Corruption Connections¹ which is to instantly create a Website, blog, and first article (a rewrite of the Indian Hair² thing) and litter Congress with it. That didn't happen because my mind became hooked on the question as to how best to do this if I use GoogleSites. Pointedly, I wanted to know if there were restrictions to having multiple websites or blogs on Google, or multiple accounts for that matter. Now this question may appear passe' given the fact that I already have the "intellexae" and "studioradcliffe" accounts, but having accounts and having account restrictions are two different things.

The Web Policy Trend on Multi-User Accounts

Certain websites in the past have maintained a policy of one account per user and may not have kept pace with enforcement of that policy. At first it was about apportioning server and bandwidth space so as many end-users (or wallets rather) could avail themselves to the products and services offered by the internet webhosting service provider (ISP), but overtime some companies began to realize that the limitation placed on end users was in direct conflict to Web content creativity potential and the ISPs' web presence potential and thereby inversely proportional to their market capture ability. So companies like Wordpress which launched an enhanced version of its blogging capabilities only last month (October 20, 2009) are reputed to be considering technological changes to allow users to have multiple accounts and, or, multiple blogs per account.

Tripod-Lycos and Chris Brown

With the advent of Wordpress's visual image capabilities, the blog format is beginning to provide such advances to out-flank the usual website building protocols like the old Trellix Web design software offered by Tripod. However, Wordpress requires the downloading of its software unto the computer where the account is created, and that is niether conducive to end users who may lack sustainable e-accouterments or clients who are not knowledgeable about the web development process though they are in need of websites. As for Tripod-Lycos, there is no indication at this junture that the earthquake caused by Lycos with their passing the baton to the ugly sounding branded "Webon" content management software, has settled sufficient for Tripod to keep pace in the market, either in terms of numbers of users or in strength of its financial footing. Suffice to say that its additional 'we don't like dissent - keep it "family-friendly" - lets us block you with our bot'³ attitude does nothing to cool at least my temper sufficient for me to even give Tripod's blog application tool a second look. Frankly put, nobody likes domestic violence, and I am not inclined to return to the Lycos-Tripod husband and wife team for a second end-user child brutality spanking episode unless I have remedies available for their over-the-top market jostleling.⁴ I would be a fool then, wouldn't I?

Otherwise, that would be like Rihanna returning to Chris Brown, and I think I should heed my own counsel here.

Google's Approach to Multi-Users

Anyway, in relation to the multi-user question, here is what I came up with, apparently where in practice Google doesn't have a problem with multi-account holders, its "program policies" includes the following statement as a violation:

"Create multiple user accounts in connection with any violation of the Agreement or create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses"

The problem with this statement is the full gamut of its "program policies" that includes in the range of "Prohibited Actions":

data mining any web property (including Google) to find email addresses
sending unsolicited emails to significant numbers of email addresses belonging to individuals and/or entities with whom you have no preexisting relationship
Send, upload, distribute or disseminate or offer to do the same with respect to any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Transmit content that may be harmful to minors
Illegally transmit another's intellectual property or other proprietary information without such owner's or licensor's permission
Create multiple user accounts in connection with any violation of the Agreement or create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses
Sell, trade, resell or otherwise exploit for any unauthorized commercial purpose or transfer any Gmail account
Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Gmail Service
Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Gmail Service

Observations

Bearing in mind that the consequence for violating the "Agreement" is suspension or termination of the account, and perhaps all accounts that one individual may own or be suspected of owning;

Bearing in mind the hell ⁵I have been through because of Paypal's online gambling business model - which is what it is - ("Paypal is not a bank"⁶), and

Bearing in mind asking these ISP's to explain themselves is akin to asking a provocative question on the street and can also be deemed a violation of Google's "Agreements" -

I highlighted the ten sections above which are either open to lopsided interpretation or includes significant risk with using Google Accounts especially with respect to social media and attention to policy analysis, which is the business of Washington if you live or work in the District of Columbia. Below is are the explanations:

1...Data Mining - There goes the business - this is what every researcher does in washington, and this includes the over 84,000 attorneys of the D.C. Bar, every investigator, every political action community, and every non-attorney providing litigation support, as well as every reader that uses the facilities of the Library of Congress and the Archives.

2...To Find Email Addresses - Data mining to find email addresses is precisely the method I used to figure out that Eleanor Holmes Norton may have used confiker trojan viruses to hide her email address (citizenstoelectnorton@gmail.com) from the public on her congressional website, and if I am right on that account, that is in and of itself a violation of the Google "Agreement"; but I bet you Google want dare to block that gmail account.

3...With whom you have no preexisting relationship - When we write our policy analysis reports and commentaries, we have a tendency to send them to institutions with whom we have no preexisting relationship other than on the topic we address, for example sending "Why are Jamaicans Still Poor"⁷ to the Jamaica Information Service email. I wonder if this usage of online communication is considered by Google to be a 'non-preexisting relationship'?

Would Google block the exercise of my Jamaican voice the way Tripod blocked my dissent?⁸

4...Obscene or other objectionable content - All political talk is objectionable to someone. Saying words like "child", "pussy", "kiddie", "fuck", or, "damn", or phrases like "I love Eleonor", "family friendly" or, "I want to help you" in Washington, D.C. is obscene. Don't believe me? Just ask the FBI. Using these words and phrases is also called something else - FREE SPEECH - and no internet service provider who is able to freely use the internet to provide me a so-called free service - while raking in billions of dollars on our heads should be allowed to obstruct my political voice or artistic expression, which are essentially the main purposes for my adding content to the internet.

5...Transmit content that may be harmful to minors - too broad, see above.

6...Transmit another's intellectual property - too broad, we must be mindful that transmitting another's intellectual property or image while commenting on it is fair use, not a violation of law. Wonder if Google is aware of this?

7...Create multiple user accounts in connection with any violation of the Agreement - So there you have it, if they think you violated the "Agreement" somewhere, all your accounts could be in jeopardy. Well guess what? If someone phished you and screwed⁹you, given the way Ebay did our firm, and Google isn't or doesn't want to be convinced that you were phished then all your accounts will still be in jeopardy.

8...Or transfer any Gmail account - So technically if I create a GoogleSite for you and hand over the account to you, that's a transfer, and that's violation, and that violating process interferes with independent trade, and that too is a violation, unless of course only Google and no one else is to be allowed to develop commerce from apps that Google puts out unto the internet. In any event, you are on your own, because from what I can gather Google does not allow upload of say, a Dreamweaver designed website placed on a disk either.

9...Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer - And here we have this condition which is likewise broad because we do not know where for example "customizing" a Google-Site or 'saving as a Web Template' ends, and 'modifying' the content using html begins. Now Google appears to keep the footer all for itself, but what if I am able to create a template that carries its own footer?

What if I develop an application to allow an embedded Flickr portfolio which Google currently blocks in favor of Picassa which I do not use?

10...Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages - Aside from above, what if I, with my Autodactile tendencies, find a way to put the search box somewhere else instead of in the upper right hand corner?

Apparently, that would be a violation too.

From the looks of it then, as I indicated earlier, though Google in practice does seem to allow users to have multiple accounts, in truth, they don't want you to, but they have enough foresight to see that limiting multiple account users is not good business practice. They also do seem to limit or make it rather difficult to have more than one GoogleSite on one Google account. To put their emergently percieved stratagem in perspective, consider how Rob Safuto puts it; "Google Sites is not for public facing Websites...is meant for collaboration amongst defined groups".¹⁰

Thus, what Google has done is to take its site-building capabilities and create a group site configuration to allow working groups to have an intranet-like grouping of websites, but not to create the groups.

UPDATE

Google's Email and Blog services.

Google now blocks our grouped email postings. It does not appear that we can send one email to a large group of people anymore. Google's explanation to us that sending one email to multiple recipients using the "Cc" or "Bcc" radio boxes indicates suspicion of spam. Without investigating the credibility of comprised (in email) groups, or indicating that there has been any complaint of spam regarding the sender, Google simply blocks the sending process. We discovered this new anomally when we attempted to publish a Public Notice regarding operatives of the DC Public Defender Service, but we do not know if we are the only ones to be treated in this unwarranted way by Google, because there seems to have been no reasonable way to contact Google regarding the change in operations since.

No sooner had Google blocked the email group we discovered that no reader could leave a comment on our blog anymore. We tried to no avail to restore this option. This realtime policy change coinciding with a posting pertaining to anti-establishment points of view reminds us of the difficulties we encountered after one of our first postings regarding Censorship, see "The Power of Censorship" at http://intellexae.tripod.com/id30.html. Upon publishing, we ran into problems with our Lycos email process and shortly thereafter for reasons still unclear to us, PayPal blocked our account. But unlike back then when we could contact both Lycos and Paypal, once again here we are unable to contact Google who owns Blogger other than to post a short Twit-like question on its own "Blogger Help Forum" as follows:

"Am I being censored? Why is the "Post a comment" option deleted from my blog?"

To this there has been no response.

Working Groups? - What Working Groups?

An overview of the basic purpose of websites

From what I gather then here, there is a conflict in the flow of logic here - a reversed thinking process that cannot be rationally explained in good faith. The idea behind Web Design may be considered to include not merely providing information through the Internet, but also making the collection of content and node points attractive enough to at the very least not be fustrating to the recipient viewer, and if possible to make the Internet access points attractive to the viewer. When information is published on the Internet in an attractive fashion, this increases web participation, readership, and personal interaction with the intended collaboration relative to the communication conveyed. Thus through the use of carefully constructed Web design and placement strategies, readers may then interact with electronic communication and other inter-communication processes to collaborate to a common goal and to engage in commerce. The intent of making the Internet public then is to increase public participation in civil development by rapidizing information flow, knowledge development, business interaction, commerce, and trade, thereby boosting the growth of civilization, through economic industrialization.

BIG WORDS? Let me make this simple:

The advertisers wont pay Google anything if you don't collaborate by clicking through to their shopping carts, telephones, emails, or visits to their stores, and best yet BUY their products. That's what its all about. If the web content both in terms of information and style is good and you like it, they will piggy back off that website and tell you " ~buy me... ~buy me!" which you will invariably do if you like the Internet experience provided by the website. And as a practice, the best way for people to know you like it, (Mickey!) is if you keep coming back for more = traffic goes up!

The HTML websites and blogs need to be both informative and pretty, and the emails and shopping carts don't have to look so good but have to be very navigable.¹¹ The inside pages of forums such as usenets and group sites and shared documents however usually do not have to be so heavy on the pretties unless it is Art related where the art is the subject of the expression. That subject art is usually in a box or frame and does not require the entire website to be splashy and Jazzy and such. You the reader wont engage the forum, usenet, or inside documents unless you click through to it. The front-end website is to cause you to do just that. Actually, the combination of Google Docs and email from any service provider of emails does a good job of maintaining fluidic function ability between members of any group, and Google Groups may or may not enhance that feature for Google, but neither Google Docs nor Google Groups are configurations capable of competing against any HTML editor relative to aesthetics and internet communication capability.

Questions

So if Websites are used to attract visitors, build groups, and make the money...Why would Google take its website building utility and delimit its functions to be an underperformer in web design? Why would Google want everyone to have a website that looks like Craiglist?¹²

As I don't think the vast majority of graphic artists would use GoogleGroups over Photoshop for rendering and authoring why would Google position the GoogleSite utilities as a tool for fostering collaborations in groups, but decidedly not to create the groups?

Obviously, given Google acquires most (close to 99%) of its income through advertising revenue, the answer to these questions cannot possibly be to directly attract advertisers. This is because Google does not place advertisements like pop-ups on the sites that you can create using their utility. So how does Google recover financially from the providing GoogleSites? Not through direct advertising click-through but through verticalization!

Verticali - What?

Vertical - ization: That is - by controlling all the levels of the internet experience from net access to content software.

To understand this vertical stratagem, we only need to look at what it takes to place content on the Internet:

First - Internet Address (DNS) - You need an internet address where people can see the information that you are putting on the Internet. Internet addresses are usually acquired when you acquire a domain name through a domain name service (DNS) provider. Those DNS providers acquire their license from a non-profit company called ICANN that works under contract with the United States Department of Commerce to preserve the "security and stability of the Internet DNS..." Usually you do not need to purchase the domain name right away. You only need to acquire a subdomain like "http://myname.webserviceprovider.com".

Second - Internet Access (ISP) - You need access to the internet itself which is usually provided for via telecommunications companies like Verizon, T-mobile, or your local cable company.

Third - Webspace (WSP) - Even if you purchase your own domain name you still need a web service provider or "WSP" to provide the file location where your informaton (the content you are putting on the internet) can be stored or housed. If you do not have your own server, then you need to depend on someone else's server to store your information. This is where your internet service provider and the other web service providers come in. They usually provide not just the servers, but also email addresses and web maintenance software to ease your ability to publish and un-publish your web content and vye for web traffic.

Fourth - Software - You need good software that can make your website look good. Software such as graphics manipulation programs like Adobe Photoshop or the GIMP, and html editors such as Dreamweaver or Frontpage, and are used to build content into web files and render them in a visually attractive way.

Fifth - Hardware - Finally you need the personal computer or terminal which is the control console that you will use to control all of this - your software your webspace, your Internet access, and your domain management. For the individual, the choice ranges these days from a desktop or desk terminal to a smart-phone and anything in between.

Prior to now, the first three layers of operation here, the DNS, ISP, and WSP were controlled by the big boys, the name brand who's who among the various corporations (usually headed at startup by some college nerd). Companies today like Go Daddy, Lycos, the telephone and cable companies, and the ever popular Google here, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Yandex dominated these areas of operation. The software and hardware was left to you. Accordingly, Lycos and other web hosting companies readily allowed uploads of partial or even complet websites created by the software of your choice through the standard File Transfer Protocol. That's beginning to change. What some companies are begining to do now is to put an end to your ability to control and manage your web content by bringing under an umbrella the complete package of web browsing, web hosting, and web content management software as one integrated product. Increasingly, and at a lightningly rapid pace, I am discovering (and I am not alone here) that not only Google, but Lycos, and other companies are moving to this "vertical" approach of "cloud computing". In fact a search for the term "cloud computing" reveals that some of the major names in the business are in fact involved in the development of this scheme. See image below. The write-up about what they are doing appears at a glance to be positvely vibrant and imbued with loquaciously complicated words.

The term cloud is used as a metaphor for the Internet, based on how the Internet is depicted in computer network diagrams and is an abstraction of the underlying infrastructure it conceals.^[5] Typical cloud computing providers deliver common business applications online which are accessed from a web browser, while the software and data are stored on the servers."

Major players include but are obviously not limited to Google, Zoho, Yahoo, Rackspace, and Microsoft, all working together to create one behemothic internet presence that does not allow you to choose the software you would choose to provide Internet content.

So what's the big deal, Huh?!

Now, bearing in mind that to the average member of the public all of these companies and others are supposed to be regarded as competitors¹⁴ does it not appear odd that all of them would enter under the same tent to construct a unified web access system in league with one another, yet seemingly without the involvement of either ICCAN or the W3 Consortium?¹⁵

The basic structure of the verticalization strategy engages overwhelming control of a 6x6 grid point of web access control. The diagram below provides an isometric side view of the levels of vertical structuring of internet operations. Normally, each company only engages in one of the six major hardpoints of internet service, be it domain service, web browsing, email, web hosting software, or hardware.

At Level 1 - Your typical Web browser company such as Internet Explorer, Google, Dogpile or Alta Vista provides the average consumer or member of the public their initial access point to what is now commonly known as the World Wide Web. However it is not necessarily true that any of these companies may also offer email services, and it is not necessarily true that email service providers provide search engines or directories to the internet either.

Level 2 - When a company begins to provide internet acces through both Web Browsing technology (search engine) and Web pointing technology (email) this becomes a level 2 company. Combining these two utilities and offering them to the public provides a multiplier effect relative to the service provider's own web presense and greatly attracts advertising revenue at an unprecendented level that niether a Web browser packaged in a box, nor an email service hosted online can do. This is because whereas the Web browser or directory may provide a company the linkage of its own domain so others may see it on the internet, the email service has the listserves (compiled lists of email recipients who are inclined to be receptive to the beckonings of advertisers without complaining that they are being Spammed), the company that combines these two listings and plays matchmaker can virtually guarantee to the advertiser some level of response to advertisements placed on the internet, and this means money.

Level 3 - Over time companies also realize that one of the best ways to maximize their Web presense is to allow mulitudes of web content providers (people with things to say but no products to sell) to place their information on the Internet in all kinds of ways other than through bland and semi-private email, and here web hosting comes in. So overtime the Web browsing companies also begin to provide Web space on their now powerful server systems to drown out the small Internet service providers and their tower computers in order to attract multitudes of web content fanatics to put all kinds of information on the internet. Some of it is good information, and some of it is pure cacaphony, and some of it is worse than that. As long as the noise outweighs the relevant information, the information does not 'create a disturbance', and the money is good, this kind of initiative is supported as free citizens' expression and such. The push to adding content all in the name of developing ever increasing avenues for advertisers to reach consumers then leads to initiatives like Yahoo's Geocities, MSN Groups, and Usenets not related to technical forums as Usegroups were in the past, which are all internet information structures that I, as well as many very small businesses have taken advantage of to push our interests and even market our whares, even though we could not afford internet advertising in the past.

With the advent of free Websites, then Blogs, then the addition of news (or counter-blog news), then "social engineering" sites like MySpace and Facebook, and even the 'always stay online no matter what' - Twitter scheme, the push for evervescent Web presence and connectivity all in the name of the almighty advertising revenue recieved from the established corporations was more than enough to justify providing even the best of Web design integration capabilities to members of the public for free or for little money; and the end users like me eventually caught on to create very attractive websites while not having to worry about who is paying for it. Armed with a catchy domain or subdomain name, good software, and a simple computer, most of us needed little else to also drive our interests and build our very small businesses and professions, monetize our hobbies, and even offer information technology services to others at our lesser level, and this drove many a small business commerce even after the crash of the 'dot-com bubble' at the turn of the millenium. But there was a problem - apparently we were not supposed to have done this. We were not supposed to have been smart enough to know how to turn the Internet into something more than a consumer window market. We were not supposed to be able to figure out how to do research on it unless we acquiesced to, and were approved to recieve one of those corporate degrees fom the corporate endowed colleges and universities particularly in the "Western world" where dogmas of Christopher Columbus discoverd me and the Incas must bow to Jerusalem , and the history of Africa, (you know that "country")¹⁶ are considered to be hard core facts. Worst yet, we were not supposed to know that Blogs and Websites can be used to talk about things like misinformation, social molestation, re-interpretations of aesthetics, and the connections that maintain suppression and economic exploitation. We were not supposed to start busting ruthlessly corrupt government officials, politicians, and business men. We were not supposed to start shedding light on corruption, the kind that make kiddie porn look like something for boy scouts. For me, relative to online access, it was from the first publication of Findings, The Truth About Iraq, that I began to incur retribution for online content, and the blowback has not let up since. But it was from my short discourse on censureship that I detected an elevation of that blowback at astronomical levels. The virtual earthquake caused by Tripod's own juxtapositioning in the cloud-computing game of musical chairs is just the latest development to directly affect my own business affairs relative to the true mission of the paradigm shift.

Level 4 - The paradigm shift -as Wikipedia puts it essentially elevates Tripod into this higher tier on the Internet access stratagem. Like Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft's Bing, that moves enables Tripod to begin the process of housing its own software utilities for web content management in-house. Web content management begins with information documentation and ends with web publishing and optimization. Web hosting providers usually control the software on the latter end of this spectrum, but mere content documentation is usually the job of your other than online software packages - hence - a document write program, a spread sheet, image and motion picture editors, all compiled into html and related software such as PDF, Java, etc, to develop the content for a Website. Through cloud computing, what these companies are doing is to house all of that software now so that you no longer will need something like Microsoft Office in order to generate your infomation, and an html-write program to convert the infomation into Internet transferrable and viewable Web page compilations. The problem with that is niether the content development software, nor the content management process for the various "cloud computing" structured web hosting service providers are standardized. To understand this, recall what I said of Google earlier relative to the upload of webpages created with Adobe Dreamweaver - no can do. Now with Tripod, aside from its over-zealously "family-friendly" oriented censoring bot, apparently with Webon, you lose the ability to do countless things. At the time of this writing I have not discovered all the restrictions, but for beginners, even with the "custom html" utility, some html tags such as "script" and "td" are simply not allowed. So even though the 'td' tag is supported in all major browsers, what good is it if you website does not support it?

Webon does not even provide you with ready options to create html tables otherwise. So much for "custom".

Tripod/Lycos's online availability maneuvering's

The Issue of

"Family Friendly"

It turns out that while Tripod restricted its American (United States) end users by force-feeding them the Webon web building application under the directive to keep it "family friendly" they directed the servers hosting the Trellix web building application to Brazil where end users there could upload all the xxx rated images of themselves to their hearts' content for free. Consider such sites as http://gatinhasex.br.tripod.com/, http://celebridadesnuas.br.tripod.com/, and http://mulheresfudendo.tripod.com/.

These were are streamed through Bing, Microsoft's current search engine portal where a search for "brasil tripod.com.br mulheres" (on December 22, 2010) returned a message stating:

"The search brasil tripod.com.br mulheres may return explicit adult content and has been filtered by your Bing SafeSearch settings.

Your current Bing SafeSearch setting filters out results that might return adult content. To view those results as well, change your SafeSearch setting",

and a de-filtering option returned (ahem) the appropriate results.

Surely the various web content managment systems of the cloud computer system architecture supports utilities that may not have been created by the web hosting companies themselves, but we suspect the only software they will support is software from some of their fellow cloud computing collaborators. Also, as a catch-all, if you discover software that they do not condone but which allows you to do things that they are trying to block - like putting your Youtube videos on a GoogleSite, that's where the terms kick in to leave you open to the accusation that you "modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer" their utilities and are thereby in violation of their User Agreement. This is not a violation, it is censoring at a technical bend witht the aim in mind to execute censoring of access to expression in a public domain communication utility - the Internet. With this kind of business practice in effect, gone are the days of innovative Web application development.

Level 5 - The only option out of this kind of internet cabalism should be, as the saying goes "if you don't like the services, don't use the services", but the cloud computing cabal participants (CCCP) also have taken steps to lock you in the virtual pen of repression as well, by teaming up with Verisign and the domain registrars, such as Go Daddy, which is one of the biggest, who also use the same kind of contract formulation to freeze your domain registry service as well, and this freezing capacity can either lock your websites' meta tags making your Web optimization activities useless especially if you change your content, or, shut you down altogether. Currently there are domain management companies that may not be involved with the CCCP however the lynchpin for Internet access relative to the activities of the CCCP is if the domain registry service is inclined to engage the same kind of business practice as the CCCP. Any engagement with such a service makes Internet access unstable.

Level 6 - At the other end of the Internet accessibility spectrum is the control of hardware, that console, notebook, desktop, or other computing device that you use to access the Internet. For this the CCCP have developed a novel approach of including you in the swindle through the use of Open ID. By allowing the email hosting cabal member to identify the machine you use, once you run afoul of that company's terms your device and your profile can both be blocked as well.

Round-u-Up

Hence with the use of Open ID and file sharing of individual clients' information, absent oversight management intervention it is only a matter of time now before these large companies will be able to control individual access to the internet relative to others providing internet content. Additionally for us, in the world of policy analysis and developing influential media to disseminate information to public and commerce policy decision makers, the rule of engagement (the Program Policies) of Google are not practical, and are just as restrictive as the terms that end users of the currently popular Go Daddy web services provider must agree to. In other words what Google has done with its Program Policies is to create a situation where they are able to exercise the Go Daddy doctrine where it "reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever" [See Wikipedia.org, Go Daddy - Controversies] by at a whim being able to accuse the end user of "creating multiple accounts and ..." - hence thereby avoiding the appearance of either hubris or cowardice. The trend that I detect here is the tendency for the big players of web content development to try to avoid the blowback from the practitioners of corruption who are able to heavily influence government policy to maintain, for example, an environment conducive to their practice - of creating corruption that is, instead of being supportive of free speech and the stability of the Internet in keeping with the mandate of the Department of Commerce and ICANN.

I just recieved the following emailed request:

Ayanna Kambui is an attorney, a public defender registered with the District of Columbia Bar, and a Jamaican. I am only too pleased to grant her request because it means the message is getting through. But in the event that I miss a link from one of my firm’s various websites and fail to remove her from some latent page, I now blog this message that I can only renounce hereafter the appeal to any person whom I may have relied on as a reference during the times that I was innocent and naive enough to believe that the law-school trained attorneys who sit within the D.C. Bar whilst the likes of Julia Leighton systematically underdevelop the institution of criminal defense investigators that are the guardians of the rights of the criminally charged defendants “to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses...” as acknowledged by Amendment Six of the Constitution of the United States could be a reasonable source of reference of character, credibility, or otherwise. That Amendment reads as follows:

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

It was ratified in 1791.

Now Ayanna Kambui should know, and in fact has experienced, that it is impossible to provide this compulsory process to a defendant if the defendant is held and the trial is underway with the attorney inside the courtroom where they belong,^[1] and if for no other reason [Mr. Douglas Gansler, (Attorney General of Maryland)] the defense establishment needs Us to protect the defendants from the likes of You who do not believe we should exist^[2].

But as I indicated in my Public Notice of November 29, 2010, I do empathize with the likes of Anyanna Kambui who have to fellaciate the likes of Brenden Wells and this case Julia Leighton, and the District of Columbia Public Defender Service and their Company such as the Attorney General for the State of Maryland in order to pay the bills. (Where Julia Leighton is concerned perhaps the appropriate word is ‘cunnulingate’.

Be that as it may, I implore the rest of my subscribers of the Intellexae community that if you are also of like minds and you are unable to hear words of truth about how the infamous criminal justice process is being used to undermine Black Americans (regardless of whether they be United Stateseans or Jamaicans, or Brazilians, or Haitians) to the point where the only way you can please the paying-prosecuting-patrons of pilfered authority is to unsubscribe, to please so indicate quickly so that the subscriber list is not encumbered with those who are on it, but would like to convince Google and company that they are being spammed. What I am about here is to protect the rights that civilized people hold dear and sacred from miseducated miscreants and Cartesian demons, which is what they are, who would like to retrograde civilization back to the good-ol’-days of feudal domains, serfs, rape victims, and chattel slavery, particularly those who operate under the pretext that even being something like a Cabalasian is better than black skin and woolly hair. But if you are a member of the bourgeoisie and your kids have more standing at places like the University of the West Indies, or Harvard, than Walter Rodney could ever hope to have before he was bombed into silence, then Intellexae is not for you. If however, you find frank discussions leading to progress of civilization and not regress into animalism to be a better way, then feel free to share this blog with your friends, but no, I am not on Facebook, and I do not aspire to be a Jew, a “mixed-race”, or a whitey.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

(A letter to the D.C. Council regarding the D.C. Housing Authority (DCHA))

In our continuing look at how the District of Columbia operates its housing scheme process as it relates to those in need, we now publish a letter that we gave to the legislative arm of that city after publishing our discovery of this prostituting phenomena regarding the D.C. Housing Authority. Getting to this point was not easy: to begin with you have to be able to engage this system of 'giving' 'for' the poor, so you have to be financially poor, you then have to engage the voucher application system, and bare with the burden of the stigma of the poor - that 'I can't fend for myself' stigma, and you have to surrender to the exploitation of waiting for the government to find enough mercy on you to act and be your knight in shining armour. This is a sort of emersion that very few people are willing to engage, but we did. Were the government truly benevolent to otherwise able citizens who may having fallen through the cracks for one reason or another, then we would not have findings to report regarding this matter. But the truth of the matter is the government is not benevolent to any such citizen (or subject) but instead use such occasions not just to disenfranchise the poor, but to castigate them into a bigger scheme of denigration that is unfathomable for most to see. Our focus here however isn't to discuss what the government should be doing to help poor individuals with housing, or why, or how it has come to this, or even whether it is practical for any able-bodied individual to expect that the government would give such an indivdual any assistance whatsoever at all, (for afterall, such issues may be dealt with in a much more private forum) but rather to provide a viable witnessing of the veiled intent being implemented behind this otherwise supposed to be private social service process that taxpayers provide funding to so that their fellow citizens who are willing and able are not castigated into the doldrums of incessant poverty, but are provided the benefits of citizenship that they may need in order to get back up again.

The D.C. Council recieved the letter way back in July of 2010, but we are virtually certain they said nothing to the public about its contents. For the most part the composition of that council has not changed since; and though some members of that Council may have gained much political mileage from the information, and the government and its "stake-holders" have gone out of their way since to see to it that the army of fellow citizens who may be in like need and who may be able to complain are sopped up into residences, they have made keen sure that "Ano Ny Mus", the complainant that wrote the July 7, 2010 letter exposing the prostituion effects of the current DCHA process is left without a residence, and moreover, depleted of additional like company so that he stands completely alone in a class by himself. There has been no response.

As you read the letter below then, pay attention not to the impact on that immediate individual, but to the bigger picture of what is being done to a certain race of people within the country, and if you are a member of that race and you continue to pray for Jesus to come for his world without the spirits of Elijah, or Hitler returning first to consolidate the identity of the people affected, then know that something is wrong with you.

In re: Request for Immediate Approval of DCHA Housing Voucher Application Process

Dear Members of the Council

There is a saying in Black American history that “We never landed on Plymouth Rock, Plymouth Rock fell on us.”

It is reputed that the 64 years prior to the celebrated occasion of Plymouth Rock has been wiped clean from the history books, and as a result, black Americans have no clue of their origins because there is no connect as to how or whence they came to be, but Plymouth Rock can not “fall” on anybody if the person was not already there. Therefore the quote above serves as a logical reminder, a portal to be explored, as to what happened in those 64 years on the northern barbarous continent leading up to the declaration of a “landing” on Plymouth rock in reverence to His Royal Highness and Right Excellent Most Reverend and Adorned by Right of Grace and Mercy as Divinely Ordained Defender of the Faith, the King and Emperor whatever-the-fuck respective to how black people ended up running around here bound, chained, and fettered, and screaming for the next 500 or so years “The White Man” yet doing his bidding, not just up to 1964, but also to this present day.

What we do know of those times is this: that given a Generation back then was and still is definitively 25 years which was about the mean life span of the Brits back then [1], we see that the division of 64 years by 25 years yields a factor of 2.56, or two generations and 14 years. But it turns out that 14 years is about the age that your typical Black child is able to assuredly spew sperm, or wean a child; and that would give them an additional 11 years to live thereafter to max out the average time of a “generation”[2] which is just three years shy for the weaned child to climax beyond puberty, hence the age when the black child is ripe to be bereft of the older generation of know better and be fondled and fucked into a mental state of Indian-like “untouchable” niggarism relative to the appreciation of time, or rather, delayed gratification, such that the little nigger now only cares about instant gratification achieved from effort-out to gratification-in being the time of less than a day. But in any event if you are not able to grasp your minds around my inferences here, perhaps it is sufficient to say that respective to a 25 year unit of “Generation” a factor of 2.56 amounts to the equivalent of “The King James”-Shakespeare contributed version of Biblical events of “a time and time and half a time.”

Whatever else may be said of the History of Plymouth Rock, the lost years prior amounts to a time and time and half a time.

So, that said, we now fast forward to the business at hand, and your scheduled meeting regarding Housing and Workforce Development. Now I have no idea what is on the agenda however it appears to be an appropriate time to approach this Council with another observation, see:

The magic of suppressing a people for three successive generations as we can consider in the Plymouth Rock example above is that it creates that clean sweep effect of destroying the connectivity of the collective mind but leaves the body ripe for plunder. In the old days, say for example, when the Biblical Saul was assigned to wipe out a certain sect of the Amelekites, the process of performing this sort of clean sweep conquer required complete and swift genocidal massacre, of man, of woman, of child, even of livestock, with not one left as a witness that the conquest ever occurred, because if you so much as have one left over to give an account, you are not able to keep your claim of the resultant booty, be it land, chattel, or something intangible. The “Plymouth Rock” conquest process provides a ‘kinder and gentler’ way of seeing to the conquest. Look at the result: a nation of lost souls enslaved for half of a century and still running around beset to becoming the proletariat of the country inherently incapable of command. Now we may consider that we may have knowledge of the source of ‘genius’ behind the Willie Lynch syndrome. I don’t think your “God’s Chosen” Israelites or Isrealies could best the outcome with the derivatives of the “Canaanites” they ‘conquered’.

But on this occasion, where you are more practically concerned, I now point you to the issue regarding the December 11, 1999 Powerball issue which has been masterfully and preclusively excluded from just about every consideration of review and justice that this city has openly considered over the decade, because, you see, no matter what you do, there is a survivor, me, the guy who is the son of the woman who went into the store close to 7 pm that fateful day and stood in line to purchase lottery tickets: no, not the woman from the hairdresser store across the street, but the woman who operated the dressmaker store right beside the hairdresser store across the street. But while your British born Jamaican [3] yet East Indian D.C. First Lady is not at work running electronic numbers but may be at home busy braiding her daughter’s Indian hair [4], I would like to remind you of the lethargy of one of your other establishments, the DCHA, which, it appears, is more inclined to carry on the historic legacy of Plymouth Rock as explained above, instead of alleviating the plight of the surviving victim of theft from the Lewis family who has not yet been so incapacitated that he does not shut up.

But just because your government intercepted, took, and carried away the money from that December 11, 1999 game without being called to account yet, that does not give your government the right to sideline a housing application for eight or more years under a paltry excuse that they have not gotten to February of 2002 yet. I therefore kindly request of you to work with your surrounding stake holder jurisdictions of Maryland and Virginia to immediately grant the housing voucher application that I filed back in 2002. Think of it this way: if I actually get a place using that voucher, then you might be able to pin a better target tag on me. In re: Criminal Justice Act Certification Issues within the District of Columbia Courts

Public Notice

Dear Fellow Criminal Defense Investigators

It has come to my attention that the District of Columbia Public Defender Service [PDS] has once again embarked upon requiring those of you who are CJA certified investigators to recertify, and that in that light no specific information has been provided as to why this recertification process is necessary or why each of you so subject have been apparently back-tracked in your credentials and left bereft of your certification status. Moreover, if this is so, and if you do not comply then you risk being de-matriculated from the payment accounts of the District of Columbia Superior Court and thereby rendered not able to receive payments for performing investigations on behalf of criminal defendants charged with crimes, and such. I have pieced together this information from at least two emails sent to me over the past year as well as ‘grapevine’ statements made by a number of you regarding the recertification process underway. I have not gone out of my way to verify this process, however unless this is one very carefully constructed disinformation campaign designed to elicit my replies to this maneuver in some way other than by court filings I am inclined to conclude that they are doing this.

Of course, some of you are very well aware that I have been locked in a legal battle for the past six years against that organization and the courts regarding PDS’s mishandling of the CJA certification process, and from time to time I have generated writings on the matter in order to keep those whom I hold of value apprised of the situation. Two publicly available articles regarding this matter may be found on the Internet at the Intellexae websites. (See http://findingsdc.tripod.com/journal.html). The articles are

which for those of you who receive this letter online, the titles are linked here for your convenience. The information in those articles should provide you some comprehension of the degree to which you are not appreciated by Brenden Wells and Julia Leighton, and what kind of organization you are dealing with when it comes to PDS. Additionally, in keeping with Brenden’s email of December 9, 2009 quoting, “I hope to have the information on where you all can pick up you [sic] new ID cards. My understanding is that the court is going to be printing those out.”,

this should clue you in that currently the standing authority regarding the status of your matriculation remains with the courts, and not with your CJA certified colleague to wit: the District of Columbia Public Defender Service, which at best is just one of you, albeit an artificial person that is provided $37 million per year in earmarked funds to do what you do. However, it is not my comprehension of things that the courts can compel you to subordinate your certification process under another CJA investigator (hence PDS) without your consent. In other words you are being lied to by Brenden Wells and company. But unless you have the courage to stand up for your own rights and not be held in derision by PDS or others, I am not convinced that anybody else can do anything for those of you who do not which to assist Brenden Wells in reconsideration certification thoughts about you. But if you are not able to stand against this new campaign of theirs then truly I can be of no value whatsoever to you and neither can you to me because it would mean that we are of different spirits. Moreover, it is my opinion that if you do object to being de-certified without the benefit of due process by this questionable group, but yet, you fail to stand, I doubt if you are of any value to the defendants charged either, because after-all a broken-in horse is a broken-in horse and the last time I checked humans were classified as mammals. I therefore empathize with those of you who fear not being able to pay the bills unless you fellaciate Brenden Wells and company. If, however, you object to his advances upon you and you are courageous enough to take a stand, you may wish to reply to this reply message with your thoughts, feelings, and objections, perchance we may develop some sort of team or task force to offset the denigrations and the tendency of your investigative colleagues in other states and perhaps the global society, not to mention the government-at-large to disregard each of you as a mere “abstract”, or you may leave a voice-mail message at (202) 670-2196.

W ell Well! High guys (and gals, and gils, and frils, and frals)

I happened to be perusing my documents today while in the back of my mind I was wondering if I should bother to even comment (or dement) on this year's election results. Surely, I could have sworn that I indicated to some pertinent folk here and there that the Democrats (or dummy-crats) would not make it, that they would lose the House and barely hang on to the Senate. Oh darn! I should have written down these things, but I am just too busy like a cat gnawing at the feet of the mighty "attorney" law-schooled dogs, fighting the UNITED STATES in court, with no funding, no support, and being scorned to the nth degree by people here and there who claimed to be my "friend"; not everyone mind-you, but have you visited our blog lately?

Anyway, there I was a reviewing and WHALLAH! - There it was - my comment posted online a year ago when I realized that our incoming president after riding into the Executive Mansion on a tidal wave of a 'Great Communicator', then surrounded himself with four unelected officials, who seemed to be of a different tribe, and who managed to convince boy-wonder Obi that communicatiing rationally with constituents, was no longer necessary. Turns out Congress followed suit. So I decided that was as best a posting as any other to now send out as a digest perchance it may help like Pepto Bismal to sooth the shock and awe that the losing side must now contend with after practicing the stiffing business relative to the gripings of something called "constituents". So, while I won't hold my breath for them to be humbled by this, nor for the winning side to now care for something else called "EQUALITY" here is how I put things a year ago:

I have. You click "contact us" and a form comes up. No email address. You get to send something like 500 bits of information (not 500 bytes). Its about enough to inscribe two sentences of about eight five letter words each, tops. Once you go through the experience you want have a mind to ever do it again.

But Bwama's boys keep sending me these loooonnnggggg letters about what's up with dude boy, so I copied the email the stuff was coming from and send him one of my notes and this is what I get back:

I'm sorry to inform you that the message below could not be delivered.

So its bad enough his boys that send me stuff as a subscriber to them, then bounce the message I send, but look how they do it, they call my letter "spam". So what the f..k are they sending me, ain't that spam too?

A QUESTION OF ETHNIC IDENTITY, HERITAGE, AND ALLEGIANCE

On March 30, 2010, 16 year old Brishell Jones and three other young black teens were shot and killed in a drive-by shooting in the south-east quadrant of Washington, D.C. The government sought to notify the Mayor of D.C. of the incident, but Adrian Fenty was not to be found because nobody knew that he was not in the city - he was not even in the country.

That shooting incident, which had at least nine immediate victims is regarded as one of the worst shooting incidents in the District in the past 16 years, and because one of the alleged perpetrators was a 14 year old boy with a record of nine criminal convictions many people began to ask questions about how this could be in such a progressive city with a new-generation mayor. Juveniles like that 14 year old are supposed to be under supervision by the city's "Child and Family Support Agency" [CFSA], a government organization that monitors abused children and juveniles caught up under the city's criminal justice system. That agency was already taking heat because of an earlier situation in January of 2009 where a woman named Banita Jacks was found residing in her home with the rotting bodies of her children whom she strangled and stabbed to death. The Amytiville Horror comes to mind. Apparently no social workers checked on those children for over a year, no school reported their absence, and the government did nothing until the United States Marshals forced their way into the house not in search of the children, but to evict them - to get them out of the property and appease the 'gentry' of the city. Though Fenty saw it fit to fire some social workers whom he says "just didn't do their jobs" he keeps in place the management team including Roque Gerald, who himself settled a lawsuit for allegedly having sex with patient back in 1989.

In any event this brings us back to the question regarding Adrian Fenty and his job, and more importantly, how is it he was AWOL on March 30, 2010 with no report of his whereabouts? The following day helicopters kept crossing the skies all over the city in search of someone or something. Now we know why; apparently the U.S. Secret Service did not know where he was either, But alas, it was reported by the City Paper in their pre-election choices round-up on September 2, 2010 that Fenty was in Jamaica. In fact some media outlets suggest he was on a family vacation in Jamaica. Let us set the record straight.

No one in the United States knew where Adrian Fenty was until they took note of an article in the Jamaica Observer posted on March 28, 2010 where there were the Fentys at what appears to be the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica - West Indies that is, not New York.¹ Fenty had the nerve to go to Jamaica and admonish the government there about crime and extradition matters relative to that country's foreign relations with the United States, and he did this at a time when Jamaica was angst about the failure of the United States to appoint a new ambassador to the country. But perhaps what was even more unnerving about their presence there was the report in the Jamaica Observer that Michelle Fenty "is of Jamaican heritage, was born and raised in London, England, and moved to New York at the age of 18." This report is similar to the Huffington Post's February 5, 2009 article indicating "Michelle Cross Fenty...the daughter of Jamaican immigrants, grew up in working-class south London"²and even more like Women Bisnow's report stating "...Michelle Cross...Born and raised in London, of Jamaican heritage..."³ In fact just about every major news outlet quotes Michelle as being black and "of Jamaican heritage."[Usually quoted this way.] The Washington Post has one article that goes a little further and dares to name her father as "Charlie Cross".⁴ But assuming even, that Charlie Cross and his wife are both Jamaican immigrants who migrated to London, this does not negate the fact that not only was Michelle born and raised in England, and is genetically East Indian in her makeup (or Pakistani) but she also does not identify with Black people. In her own words, in choosing Howard University School of Law, Michelle states, "I had never lived around all black people. I wanted to know what that was like...I just wanted to know what it felt like to not be a minority...I realized that it wasn't that big of a deal." [Inching...] Jamaica is at least 90% black . Obviously, she never lived there. Also, at Howard University she was still a minority. So where does his woman come off stressing her "...of Jamaican heritage" without even mentioning her 'of Indian ethnicity'? What is that about?

Now, in a previous Intellexae Reports⁵article we raised the question, "How do you braid Indian hair? Why? Because in the Huffington Post article Annett Cross, Michelle's mother talks about "braiding a lot of hair" while they lived in "working-class south London", but Michelle never grew up around a lot of black people, so whose hair did Annett braid? This story does not add up. Look at Fenty's straight haired kids.⁶

It was after the release of our article that we find the Fentys taking their AWOL trip not to go the Asia/India like before, but to go to Jamaica on a 'family vacation.' We suspect this was not a family vacation at all but an attempt by the Fentys to establish something that his wife does not have - a heritage connection to Jamaica, to counter-check our questions, because there is no way that any family with a Jamaican heritage that acquires a top post leading any government in a foreign country would sit idly by and allow the officials of that government to slight a lump sum of $48 million from another Jamaican family, unless of course that leading family has no affinity for the post-independent Jamaican heritage. Thus the assertion by Annett Cross becomes the clue to give away the actions of Michelle Cross-now-Fenty not as one who is proud to be Indo-British, which she is, but one who despises the very Afro-Caribbean heritage which she now relies on in order to varnish the political acceptance of her husband in order for him to lure the Black electorate. Her mother's statement about "braiding hair" is actually a racial slur against the Black Washingtonians that she deceives into accepting her kind, mistaking her children to be that which they are not - Black.

Now all of this is much-a-do-about-nothing unless it pans out that electing someone who despises a people is one of the biggest mistakes that people could ever make, and in this case for Black Washingtonians the vultures in chicken feathers have certainly roosted. Fenty's arrogance is not merely about a "jerk" (as his own endorsing media outlets call him) who lacks style, but rather an attitude that accompanies a change agent who has opened up the chicken coups to let more vultures come in - not just the so-called Gentry of white condo-buyers who enjoy gobbling up the residences of the destitute, but also a fraternity full of devourerous white-collar thieves who thrive off embezzling every intangible and unmarked asset from baseball tickets belonging to the city's council-members to lottery tickets belonging to old women - not to mention the umbrella you just left on the bus - And this takes us back the the Banita Jacks issue. You see, it wasn't only Banita, who was neglectful of her children. The plight of her family follows the worst case scenario of the fall into disgrace-by-design⁷ of your typical Black family in the Washington area - from the wayward teen who gets pregnant by unmarried men to the rejection of the dedicated but impoverished Black man as one worthy to be with his children, to the demise of the shelter-to-death complex that seems to constitute the bulk of the social service system available to Black men in D.C. As far as the Fenty administration is concerned, they inherited this Banita problem and they sold it down the social service river of housing the women through a non-profit, then taking the house using non-payment of rent - rent they knew Banita could never pay. The Fogle-Jacks family moved to D.C. for the same reason the country whites, and gays did - opportunity. But the fact is that under the Williams-Gandhi-Fenty finance plan, the city's housing, education, employment, and business start-up plans were never meant to grant access and opportunities to Black people. The city's law enforcement arm never even cared enough, or never had grounds by way of law, justice, or policy, to bust down the door to check on the welfare-troubled kids, but had more than enough authority and capacity to do it when it was time to evict them - again. This is the end result of the city's current attract the Whites & set-em right, neglect the Blacks & push-em back socio-poli-economic scheme through which its big-wigs and high officers are using this thing called Gentrification⁸to build up and big-up the city, of which so many Black Washingtonians are painfully aware, and what causes the other side of Georgia Avenue (such as Mount Pleasant, Crestwood, and Embassy Row) to trust him - Fenty that is. To get into those offices, people like Fenty go to places like South East D.C. and campaign their asses off pushing recreation projects like swimming pools and gyms for the kids, but once they get into office the more substantial benefits of civilization like education, housing, and economic development packages flow the other way under paltry excuses like, 'well you black people don't have the ideal SAT scores, or credit scores, or you don't live long enough for social security', or 'we have Hispanics now to take the porter jobs you don't want - 'cause you know you can't do anything else right - see you are not educated enough'. And this is why when some "Comparative Law" JD attorney-candidate is discovered tricking Black people into believing she is Black when she is Indian and is married to a half-black man out of Mount Pleasant whose deeds have so betrayed his word to Blacks who voted for him it can be such a disconcerting insult.

But back to the substance of the matter - where whites try to paint this election as a choice between two styles - a young jerk and an old slick - for Black Washingtonians and Black Americans as a whole it has everything to do with substance. If the style of appropriating the heritage of a people who you despise had nothing to do with substance, and if the trip to Jamaica was just a "family vacation" the Fentys would not find the need to slither away in order to attend a social gala in Kingston to act as friends-of-the-founders of an all women's social club there, which is what they were doing, and they would have had no need to hide from their supposed to be beloved constituents who voted for them - Black and White - about their out of the country travel plans.

What the Banita Jacks issue points to is a peak at the relational construct between the process of real estate conversion and acquisition for the benefit of Gentrification by linking the city's non-profit industry boom to real estate speculation, minority impoverishment stratagems, and child abuse and neglect. This is what none of the controllers of the gentrification movement here want the public to begin to focus on, but it may also hold a clue as to why the city's Child and Family Support Agency would allow any nine-times convicted juvenile to go back to their most likely discipline-destitute residence environment where he or she may contribute the more to the wearing away of what's left of his family's property rights. So, to add to the list of the three dead Jacks, Fenty now include the four dead teens who met their untimely end at the business end of a drive-by shooting where all eyes pointed to yet another wayward teen who came into this world in the year when privileged Adrian was jumping race-ship hot-lusting after the British-Indian in the hallways of Howard University Law School - which, by the way, is not on the main campus of Howard University off Georgia Avenue, but is actually on the whiter side of town off Connecticut Avenue, North-west. None of the victims of the city's social service neglect by design, or its CFSA mishandling schemes will be voting in this year's election. None of those Black individuals will ever vote again - if ever.

As for the 14-year old who was held as a result of the drive-by shooting, it is alledged he too has since then been released. Finally given Michelle is not black and Fenty cares nothing for Blacks. The only question we have left is this: What caste is she in? Every Indian knows her caste.

A LETTER TO Del. ELEANOR HOLMES NORTON (D-DC)

A Demand for CJA Certification and Restitution and Clarification

Subject: Government Agencies Involved: The D.C. Courts | The D.C. Public Defender Service

To the Delegate:

A. Commendation

1. Your office has in the past demonstrated the ability to serve constituents in an expeditious manner relative to their material concerns and in this wise has proven itself commendable.

B. Conflicts

2. Such constituency related issues are usually party neutral and if politicized so declared. Unfortunately, your treatment of a particular issue which I previously brought to the attention of your staff leaves a foul odor in my nostrils relative to your true allegiances. A further review of your previous assignments, (your background) reveals a belief pattern that I do not personally believe is conducive to the welfare and betterment of black men. In light of the individuals whom you have legally represented[i] in the past, it is a wonder that you have not received greater oppostion in continuing in office. I do not agree with the so far disclosed tenets of the Black Women's Manfestoii] and I believe that in practice this Manifesto of yours contributes heavily to the general disrespect that I receive from Black women of my generation, and also contributes heavily to assisting those who are against my skin color-gender matrix being heads of households. Be that as it may, without the benefit of constituency services, it could take a generation[iii] or more to enable those who elect the legists (lawmakers) and delegates in this country to receive any sense of redemption or redress of grievances outside of voting such legists out of office or resorting to more recalcitrant means to even the score.

C. The Complaint

For Certification and Restitution

3. I now present to you the Complaint and Supplement that I advanced to the

Congress of the United States[iv] and respectfully request just constituency service to expeditiously and equitably resolve at least the first prong of this issue which is for the granting of CJA Investigator Certification and for restitution for the damage of having to fight eight years for a three week certification. The certification granted should be permanent as it was at the time I entered into that program, and not the current temporary-at-whim process that appears to be the order of the day.

For Clarification as to Congressional Intent

4. I also request clarification as to the Congressional intent respective to whether the District of Columbia Public Defender Service (PDS) operating as the training and qualifications agent for determining whether individuals are credible enough to be criminal defense investigators under the CJA Program is a court or is judicially immune from suit.
If PDS is immune then it should have so indicated to me before I committed to the training program. They did not do so.
If PDS is in this wise a court then I should have been so notified either by summons, warrant, arrest, subpoena, or other court like document so that I know I am being subject to a resultant judicial order, and I should have the right to defend against the judicial powers of the District or the United States declaring overtly or covertly that I am not credible. This was not done.
If PDS is immune then the District of Columbia and PDS should have responded to FOIA requests. They have not.
If PDS is not immune then the United States District Court for the District of Columbia should have granted a judgment in my favor, and the impostors now should be held on charges of peonage, and for impersonating officers of the courts or some other like charge as determined by the United States Attorney General, or, as delegated. My sentiment is that the court decided the case by gambling on who has the lesser chance of prevailing on appeal, then ruled in favor of the “esquired” aristocrats over the “pro se” proletariat. This was not judicial deliberation but discrimination based on pride and fear.[v] Clearly, even if the court granted judgment it would take another generation to obtain restitution, which as a mortal being I am not able to operate without.[vi]

D. Venue and Oversight

Hence whether they be a court (judicially immune) or an administrative agency they are in the wrong for as a court they operated against me in a covert fashion without so disclosing to me, and as an administrative agency they now lie. But the Congress of the United states has the power to resolve this matter forthwith and the constituency services should apply because PDS by structure is not under the D.C. Courts but runs along side it, a governing agency of the District convened by the Congress but operating outside of the Home Rule Act, thus not subject to the rest of the municipal authority unless on a case by case basis. This is unacceptable.

But as Congress here is the supreme legist, it is Congress that has the power to fix this matter and there is no discernibly available constituency service allowed to residents of the District of Columbia or those like me who are displaced in it from the Senate as a standard. This too is also unacceptable.

A letter to the District Of Columbia's Housing Authority (DCHA)

Located at 1133 North Capital Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20001

Dear Department

I just received a return call from one of your service agents in my attempt to update the address for which I may be reached in order to obtain notice if and when you finally approve my application for a housing voucher. The appointment date provided was October 21, 2010. This is unacceptable.

The way I figure, given one of your other service agents now indicate that you are on the 2002 applicant listing for approval determination, the October appointment day means that you have not yet reached February of 2002 because I applied no later than in February of 2002, and in fact if I am not mistaken, within the first three weeks of being rendered (under the guidance of the Department of Veterans Affairs – mind you) as “Homeless in DC”, not even Maryland. But if you are not yet able to see why I believe that both your conjoined update-application process as well as your ‘wait-eight-years-just-for-the-first-month-of-your-first-application-year-to-be-considered’ operation is unacceptable, ask yourself, what could possibly be taking so long? After-all, are you not auctioning properties this month at the convention center?

Let me cut to the chase here: See, I am a black single adult male. I do not take drugs, I am not yet diagnosed as a mental fuck or a physically fucked one. So while I find places at night to sleep without being detained by your police or harassed by your neighbors, the minor who was nine years old in 2002 is shacked up in some young buck’s room or in some back alley having wild organisms while getting pregnant by that pauper, and by October she will come running to you complaining that after her pathetic fuck-fling she needs a place to live. Then you will consider MOTHER AND CHILD! MOTHER AND CHILD!, and slot that bitch up to the top of the preference list up over and above all the people like me whom you have rendered as “Chronically Homeless” in your “Strategies for Action” so that she can get housing before the wage garnishers affix her social security number to the various 100% garnishment schemes that preclude people like me from getting a job at CVS, Whole Foods, or THE DC HOUSING AUTHORITY. This is how you do.

But because over the interim of these past eight years I have not succumbed to the crack-cocaine-liquor-completely-FD12-St. E’s-uncontrollably-psyched-out profile and still not on the physical disability list, or even taken a sniff of the true plant of love and lust – no not roses, but marijuana, like her soon to be baby daddy has, you are taken off guard by my calling to check on the housing voucher application and your first service agent accidentally quirps, “We are now on 2002!”, because in the back of his mind he is wondering, how the hell did I manage to last this long.

Thus your so-called plan for “Ending Chronic Homelessness-Strategies for Action” isn’t a plan to put an end to what you consider to be ‘chronic homelessness’ but to fuck over single adult black males by slotting them down the preference list under the color of the law of preferences that is applied to CPR certificates, while buttressing them against the drug war and petty crimes initiatives in the hope that by the time their names come up, if ever, they too will be too impeached in their characters to be deservingly considered for housing. In this way, your underlying policy of – You will never give a man a roof over his head under which he can get some pussy – real pussy – not faggot pussy – coupled with your ever standing hope that such a man will fight your wars and lose a leg for your fucking assess, is actually undercut by the large amounts of young bucks your young bitches are dragging under steps and such to give them some get-some-now-pay-later-pussy so that by the time they graduate from high school you will give them a housing voucher – so they can have a place for the men to come to get more pussy. No wonder your city is passing out so many free condoms.

A Case of Law-Force Power Projection

(Not to be mistaken for law enforcement proper)

There is an account on BlackPlanet.com called "yeahshesaidit". I suspect it is a professional firm because the wonderful images they have are obviously not produced by the indicated BlackPlanet.com account holder who is supposed to be a 28 year old Black female. They posted an article suggesting that their fictitious super-visual-artist-journalist-met-all-those-people-took-all-those-photographs essentially prophesied that Erykah Badu would be charged for making her political video "Window Seat", and that now the prophecy has come true. I don't care to be caught up in all the drama, but I submitted a responsive comment. "yeahshesaidit" deleted that comment, and so after blogging this I will delete "yeahshesaidit" from my BlackPlanet.com account listing of recipients. They also enjoy no links from me, and no further attribution. Anyway here is our comment adopted to the Intellexae Reports format:

The Dallas police is involved in chicanery and deceit. To say "It is against the law" is to be prejudicial. At best the police can only say that there is probable cause. In order to convict her they have to find that she intended to be indecent when she did what she did. I am not convinced they can.

Our License for Free Expression

I understand there was no distinct permit for making the video. I am not convinced Texas would have given her a permit if they new she intended to do what she did regardless of whether it was for Art production or demonstration - - regardless of the point she was trying to and actually made, which is clearly explained at the end of the video. (Thus she ended the video clearly explaining the purpose of the illustration). This is why I say this not Art for art's sake, nor Art for career's sake. No. This is political, and it resonates very soundly among those of us who live a life of experiencing persistent prejudicial treatment. Nor should it be said that she should have asked the State or other authorities for a license in order to express herself first. The fact is Ms. Badu has a license; it is called the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution.

The Trauma of Bigotry and Xenophobia

Weak children will always be traumatized when strong adults who do not look like their parents freely express themselves. In my life, weak children are always traumatized when they see me (a black male) and then hear my voice and the words that come out of my mouth through my Jamaican accent. Weak adults are also traumatized and they shy away and try to shun me too. I experience this everyday. Some of your weakest adults are the very lawyers, judges, preachers, and business professionals who are first to throw stones at Ms. Badu now even while they elect thieving politicians to plunder the assets of the poor and unprotected.

The Hidden Jim-Crow Law Against Blacks Expressing Themselves.

Knowledge emanating from a Black person through expression of thought can be for some, like the glare of a welder, scorching the eyes to the very retina and the optic nerves of the brain. Clearly, Ms. Badu is aware of the power of her Black female self expressing her self her way in the spirit and in defense against discrimination from those who like to move in packs and harm others who are different from them. Clearly, she indicates that her intent is not to harm others, not to harm children, but perhaps this is the issue here. This is not just a world of children for children. There are adults in this world, and they are relevant. But in a world of adults who insist on being blind to discrimination and predatory attacks against those of us who may be a little different, a little hard on the eyes, what you are left with is a nation that is no better than the pig-raping boys on the island found in William Golding's novel "Lord of the Flies".

A Call to Prosecute the Real Molesters

Instead of prosecuting Erykah Badu for expressing herself, prosecute those state authorities that have stolen your license to express yourself by trampling your first amendment rights, and be a true parent to your children by shielding their eyes - - from the hot sun and the bird flying overhead that will poop in their faces if they look too much. No. Prosecute the thieving politicians that want you to turn a blind eye to the theft of your rights and property, through the use of law-force power-projection, which is not the same as enforcing proper rights and defending rights properly. Now the question I have is this - do you have the courage to do that - prosecute the white collar criminals who steal your rights, your property, your vote, and hide behind the shield of lawyers and prosecutors operating to shut you up using your taxpayer dollars?

Really, do you?

Our Response is as follows:

IIf aluminium is recyclable and we are not receiving any compensation from the aluminium recycling plants overseas, why should we allow large and powerful northern nations to strip mine tourist oriented and agricultural lands for our aluminium?
If Jamaica is so much in debt yet new bauxite is so necessary that those powerful militarily oriented countries find the need to scrape little itty-bitty Jamaica right off the map, why is Jamaica so much in debt?
If aluminium production solves the debt crisis, can Jamaica's finance minister, Audley Shaw please justify that cost?
Why isn't Jamaica a Belgium or Luxembourg right now? Think, why is it that Luxembourg (pop. 507 thousand) has the highest GDP today while we can't seem to be able to assure our children much more than to scrape brown rice out of a dutch pot?
Why should we support giving other countries the white gold and rocket fuel when we are taken for granted by all those big countries?
I say: If they want the aluminium so bad then somebody has to wipe that debt. Otherwise we remain a mining colony, which is no better than having Shaw, the IMF, and the Clintons shunt the banana industry and sticking us back in the cotton gins to sew bikinis for Irish girls to lay out naked on the beaches.
The answer is not Aluminium it is offshore drilling for oil and methane, and the naval technological know how to get that job done. Keep the miners off the land. Build the maritime industry, and line the pockets of the resorts with your bikini clad white girls that you like so much. And, oh, no gays in the cabinets. Think about it richies, isn't that a better plan?
It is your white Irish and German Jamaicanized children who are going to have to live and breath in the aluminium strip-mined dust - or go back to Europe to face inquisitions again.
Say no to the aluminium mines - it is not the answer you are looking for. Their 40 years are up.

Hey everybody:

I just watched the Erykah Badu Window seat video. She is very correct you know. We as a people are very afraid of something called individuality. In some cases we trumpt individuality by affixing charges like simple assault, creating a disturbance, indecent exposure, disturbing the peace, queer, faggot, weird, strange, not us, distasteful, niggardly, debase, wrong - just plain wrong.

Imagine how those of us who have been so accused feel when we are accused, when we are discriminated against, when we are criminalized by those of you who try to exclude us from society, or worse, imprison us is various ways, just because we appear to be different from you.

In my opinion, the video is not shocking enough to replicate the unsettling feelings we have, but it is strong enough to make the point. No the video has not gone to far then, nor is it just artistic expression. It is a political expression. If you can't bare it, we are not the ones with the problems, you are.
