That is your ego. You’ll notice that it always state a contra to somewhat we called ‘peace of mind’. Most of the time, we choose to go with our ego and leave the other defeated, and then let the ego lead us to battle other person ego.<br />Second, practice yourself not to win your ego and make the ‘peace of mind’ spread its words among those who battle.<br />After you lose your entire ego, then you’ll find yourself in a very state of peace.
