Com elevado profissionalismo, generosidade e simpatia indescritíveis, este colega apresentou-me aos mais de 40 participantes que me aguardavam pacientemente ao final da tarde...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ao longo de cerca de 90 minutos, fui tentando esclarecer as várias dúvidas que pairavam no ar, assim como criei um momento de partilha e de sensibilização que, certamente, poderá ajudar alguns colegas a darem os primeiros passos nesta aventura digital e interactiva e, a outros, a conhecerem atalhos e percursos menos sinuosos ou morosos para a construção de &lt;a href="http://www.prometheanplanet.com/portuguese/server.php?show=nav.16287"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;recursos educativos com o ActivInspire&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os objectivos propostos foram alcançados pela minha parte, tendo em conta o feedback instantâneo e pessoal que me foi dado pelos colegas. É uma tarefa que, cada vez mais, se afigura difícil. A introdução das tecnologias num contexto educativo é apontada como uma das estratégias com alguma eficácia para envolver os alunos nas actividades desenvolvidas na sala de aula. No entanto, esta perspectiva não é totalmente consensual, uma vez que se advoga que se está a colocar o foco do processo na tecnologia e não nos conteúdos lectivos em si. Compreendo este argumento, mas julgo que tal se deve, muitas vezes tanto a resistências pessoais ao uso das tecnologias, pois acarretam, a curto prazo, um acréscimo de trabalho para o professor, como à falta de formação acerca da boa utilização das tecnologias na sala de aula conduz. Não serão apenas estes os motivos… Porém, a utilização das tecnologias em sala de aula pode tornar-se um aliado do professor no envolvimento dos alunos nas actividades. Os alunos, hoje em dia, estão habituados a lidar com diversos tipos de tecnologias, pelo que o seu grau de aprendizagem em utilizá-las é bastante elevado. Assim, desde que o professor tenha as actividades programadas, é mais fácil envolver os alunos. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Estando as nossas salas de aula, cada vez mais, equipadas com quadros interactivos, existe um maior envolvimento tecnológico e uma maior motivação dos alunos em participar, em trabalhar no quadro. No entanto, muitas vezes, a interactividade que se vai conseguindo está muito sustentada na participação “à vez”, atendendo a que apenas um utilizador por trabalhar no quadro. É certo que as aulas serão mais dinâmicas, mas a possibilidade de dois utilizadores interagirem com o quadro aumenta a dinâmica da aula. O aluno pode trabalhar com outro aluno ou com o professor, em simultâneo. E, para tal, os recursos desenvolvidos não precisam de ser muito complexos nem muito extensos. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;O exemplo que se apresenta a seguir mostra como um simples recurso como uma imagem pode ser explorado de forma bastante interactiva. No &lt;a href="http://www.prometheanplanet.com/portuguese/server.php?show=ConResource.25217"&gt;recurso “Lisboa Pombalina”&lt;/a&gt;, desenvolvido para apoio na aula de História e Geografia de Portugal – 6º ano, inseriu-se uma folha do &lt;i&gt;flipchart &lt;/i&gt;que pode ser trabalhada com a função de “utilizador duplo”(ActivArena) do ActivInspire. Essa folha apresenta apenas o retrato do Marquês de Pombal (imagem reproduzida abaixo). A partir da imagem, os alunos deveriam recordar/sintetizar as principais medidas tomadas pelo Marquês de Pombal, destacando os elementos do quadro que permitiam tirar essas conclusões. Os alunos, à medida que identificavam, no quadro, alguma referência à acção do Marquês de Pombal, dirigiam-se ao quadro e escreviam. Apresentamos um conjunto de ideias, truques e dicas que qualquer professor pode usar para construir os seus flipcharts interactivos, numa tentativa de motivar os alunos e de promover mais interacções na sala de aula.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tendo em conta que o professor necessita de apoio e acompanhamento para avançar para esta "nova era" da utilização e integração das TIC no currículo, disponibilizamo-nos para ajudar a tornar essa nova etapa mais agradável, desmistificando eventuais receios ou medos. Acreditamos que a nossa presença nas várias sessões já realizadas foram extremamente úteis e imprescindíveis para os "primeiros passinhos" no mundo das tecnologias na sala de aula e as futuras práticas docentes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não concluimos as nossas sessões sem deixar &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;duas notas muito importantes&lt;/span&gt; a todos os presentes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;A autonomia, a segurança e o bem-estar do professor face à integração destas soluções tecnológicas interactivas na sala de aula podem ser aceleradas, se se constituirem &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;grupos de trabalho ou projectos colaborativos dentro de cada escola, num espírito de entre-ajuda, de partilha e de cooperação&lt;/span&gt;;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;O &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;envolvimento, o acompanhamento, a compreensão e o apoio dos órgãos de direcção são vitais&lt;/span&gt; neste processo. Em caso algum se podem alhear desta difícil (por vezes angustiante e frustrante!) etapa para os professores que desejam aprender a corresponder às expectativas dos alunos face à presença desta fabulosas tecnologias na aula - ("&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Então, stôra, quando é que usa o quadro interactivo?&lt;/span&gt;"). As direcções de escolas que mais sensibilidade e conhecimento  revelam sobre estas questões são também aquelas onde o seu corpo docente, com satisfação, se envolve e melhor integra com rapidez as TIC na sala de aula. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;É com medidas práticas facilitadoras que se garante a satisfação e o envolvimento do corpo docente&lt;/span&gt;, tais como: melhor adaptação dos horários dos professores; melhor gestão dos espaços e dos recursos materiais; garantia de atribuição permanente de salas com quadros interactivos aos seus utilizadores; identificação de boas práticas e promoção das mesmas junto da comunidade educativa; garantia de formação imediata e constante ao corpo docente, de acordo com as suas necessidades, etc. Além destas medidas, entre muitas outras, uma nova cultura de empreendedorismo, de inovação e de criatividade pode e deve ser discutida, reflectida e promovida no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem... Diz-se que "o exemplo vem de cima!".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muitos professores, nos seus comentários, em surdina, vêm dizendo: &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;de que vale todo o meu empenho, toda a minha dedicação e entrega a esta escola, se não sou valorizado ou reconhecido?!&lt;/span&gt;.
