And these young lads are easily influenced by what they and they cant make decision at their own. They are looking for someone who they can trust, a family member, a friend and a mentor like a parent. I have being hanging in the informal settlements for long and it is similar to the farm lifestyle where I was born and what I see is most young lads copy their parents' lifestyle and other people 's behaviour in the same environment. And that is what makes sense to them. That 's what they look forward to be. Most parents or individuals at the squatter camps or farms don't see the value of education, sport, health. Basically is lack of knowledge, inspiration and hope. As I was coaching these young lads, one mother came (and she looked every abusive and angry) and called one boy shouting not even asking if he can be excused from football. She was shouting at him as they were walking to the settlement. And the same boy when I was doing self-introduction session and ice breaking session, few kids laughed at him because he said he was doing grade one and he looked older. And I obvious stepped in and rebuked the others not to laugh at him. And I asked each one how do they feel when they laugh at him and how do they except him to feel and I also asked him. Obvious I had a good chat with him and motivated in front of everyone. Only for the mother to come and take him from his new family. I presumed the mother also might be stopping him to go to school because his age is older to be in grade one. And the same boy he only found his new family in football where he can temporarily laugh, share jokes, loved, talk freely before he hit home where there is no happiness. And for this mother taking this kid away from his other family, he will grow not loving himself and insecure so is the mother. So this behaviour will spread from generation to generation. After instead of my normal training I had a little Life skills session where I asked these lads what does football means to them( I was doing this session after I saw the mother taking the boy away from the other kids and I was disheartened, and I have seen this million times especially with my own biological mother doing this to my siblings and me, and we still love our mother and we correct her and communicate easily, and I must say she is doing great and she respect us because doing what is right irrespective of her behaviour). I myself went through that where now if I feel I was not being loved or appreciated, it was difficult to hang out with the group or that individual and can force one to do things to be loved. Or one can unaware abuse or bully the others. And it took apinful experience for myself to come out of this. But I had good support, extra influence and starting appreciating and loving myself. What is sad is that these parents don't see that and they think they are right ( But they need help and correction and to be loved not to be blamed or hated). But to cut the story short, most of these lads their answers were : football is a skill to them, football is defending to them, football is dribbling, football is attacking. You cant blame these innocent young lads because that's how the message is portrayed from the elite football heroes as I played football with these top lads and they are still my buddies. I started explaining and interacting with them saying : Football is not about kicking the ball. Footballers are human beings and we all needs friends, family, sharing... We can make friends and family in football. Through football we can practice intelligence in terms of our emotions, mental and we can assist each other. They were all excited about it and I asked what about our friend who was taken by his mother. It gave them second thought . Anyway I had to rush for another training somewhere but I will definitely get back to that boy and speak to the mother with him before he become rebellious or joined the wrong or easily become a victim to wrong things. And is definitely sad to leave under self-deception and illusion. Is like chasing the wind. The true warrior is the one who does what is right, just and fair and have a good heart and motives when no one is watching. To be loyal and honest to one 's commitments and work hard. And to remember one reap what you sow and nothing in life shall go unseen, even if doesn't come now but it will come one day. Lately I have been reflecting on how much work is done and how effective when there is no one controlling you or I can say having that freedom to show what you got or self-exploration. At the end of the day, no one to blame but yourself. In my work, I have been previleged to have leaders and friends who through our friendship is based on honesty, loyalty, trust and reality. And what is interesting it took time to relate, to disagree, to laugh with each other, building together, understanding each other, to be patient with each other, learning from each other to reach that level of friendship. It doesn't come overnight. It involves self-reflection and decision making and not being bullied or forced or fiddled at. And we don't realize is that once we fiddle/control in one's territory of life that actual we are making more harm than before. The nature of man is to be rebellious once one feel threatened in his/her territory. At the end of the day, everything is got its own place in life. This stretches to even elite sportsmen and coaches, they create their won freedom to express oneself and allowing a that player to show his talents with the coach 's guidelines. Being honest and loyal to oneself and others leads to confidence and security (knowing yourself, what you want and where you want to be). And once individual becomes themselves and know what they want and who they are and accept who they are and move from there, the world will be great to live at. Because everyone will be happy with their own gifts/talents and life and not fiddle with the others. Through those special and unique gifts or parts of the world, we will then make the world a better place to live and since we are connected and need each other. We are family irrespective and we owe each other love to be who they are, inspiring each other to be oneself, help someone to stand up to believe who they are, to create hope i someone to be who they are. Staying tru to oneself.

Either people or disease or any circumstance, if you allow it, it tend to become more controlling and destroy you and hence change to be something you are not. Be in control. Know what you want in life and be happy with yourself so that you can be useful to others and get the right friends because you are yourself. Make hard decisions for the benefit of yourself and others but one person who you must always like, love and nurture is yourself before doing it to others. I am not saying people should not spend enough and special time with their friends, partners, wives or husband or to be selfish. Don't easily fall for any anyone who comes with easy charm or friendliness in a quick way. I always call it 'prostitute friendship'. The friendship develops instantly for quick mutual benefit and collapse straight after. It takes time to know someone and somewhere to understand and trust each other to a certain extent. We as human beings are complicate, not perfect and we do mistakes but we are a mistake. So in that friendship/relationship allow that space of disappointment, imperfection, failure... The person you are vulnerable to or who can destroy or kill you is the one who you allowed to know everything about you and when you are with them you are basically life-wise naked. Develop your friendship to a level where you know each other but not to be too dependent on your friend. You can rely on your friend when things go wrong or for support. There are good people and genuine people for sure, no doubt about that. What I can tell you and myself is that human love is not constant and changes depending on the situation at the time. I always say love your enemies and bring them too close to you, so when you can be aware of their punches and moves, allow yourself to have that space to be yourself and you can be sure you wont get knocked down while they are trying to strike you. Some people are there to build you to certain level to destroy you. Stay true and make hard decision for the sake of personal growth. The best gift someone can give someone is the gift of attention with no pretending or falseness or selfish ego's.... The best one can do is sacrifice and compromise to accommodate the other in relationship. To think as us not me. But the main not to neglect oneself but learn each other and grow from there. Most important to build a string foundation of friendship is to starting on common things and work with differences and talk about them and find solutions. Friends are like DNA helices. We are different and we compliment. We make sense when we are together. We need each other to live effective and productive life, what is needed is to do what is right at the time and place. People differs but we are all parts of global system, the closer we get to know each other more and don't give each other that space obvious we will differ and fight or even hate or love each simply we are different and special and cashes of souls, personality and mentality. If we can accept our differences and forgive each other we shall become a better social/humanitarian citizens of the world and make the world a better place to live. At the end of the day, I am saying be yourself, be wise as serpent and be kind as a dove and be courageous and strong and enjoy your life. Life goes on.

Thin line between good and evil

I am writing this blog dedicating to my cousin 's 10 year old baby who accidentally was hit with a stick and the baby was admitted at the hospital. As I am writing this blog, he is late. He was hit by his uncle, Walter, who is my cousin and the brother of the mother of the baby. Walter and his sister had argument about their younger brother who just came from the mountains and his presents and somehow the sister slapped Walter who apparently had a stick on him, he instantly reacted by trying to hit the sister with the stick who he missed and hit the innocent baby. Now he is behind bars and he is crying to come out because is tough inside the prison. Two months ago, I just assisted him to get driver's licence. He was running his small farm business. He was a bread winner since their parents are late. From one second of decision making while angry is costing him probably 25 years behind bars. Before I reflect more in this I always say is best to stay away from unnecessary arguments or conflict or differences or insecure talks by walking away by either being silent and listen and play your cards right and laugh or understand or learn that person why they act or say that. Play him or her not vice versa. But this is most important to know what is right, just and fair. Know what is right for you and others so you can be useful to others. Be true to yourself and know what you want in life. The worst case scenario is you are too deceptive and too fake to oneself unaware. That individual might be right, just and fair. Listen but let us not be fast to conclude or judgmental and be easily influenced by what is around us but be easily taken by the decision we take from our heart for right, just and fair deeds. Rather be quick to listen and slow to speak or to get angry. Let us think of each other as special spiritual beings who can make decisions which can cause more harm. For me being intelligent emotionally simply it means not to allow emotions to take over when confronted with situations rather be wise (think right) and be more of oneself to do what is right, just and fair(soul/spirit)
An individual is a spiritual being in a human journey not human being in a spiritual journey. People are just not walking around just as the physical beings but spiritual beings with minds to decide.
Greatest wall is not the wall between the main road of our journeys and the prison but rather thin wall in the midst of our hearts which can easily be evil or good, what we decide or plan to follow from our heart. And obvious is how we allow external factors triggers our hearts and how we either allow (mentally) that, to change being oneself(soul) hence causing reaction leading to regret which can be prison, death, hurt etc. Normally is when one feels violated in their territory (disrespected) and is trying to protect themselves from the thing which they think is causing them not be in control. Everyone wants to be in control of their respective lives. The true warrior is who when is triggered in their heart, think about the harm or the good they can do to others and take a right decision to resolve the situation and for the better of everyone. Is not easy and we are all not perfect but the world doesn't applaude knowledge but effort. Small decisions taken after itcan be hitting someone with a stick, or it can be a poor girl who slept with a rich old man with HIV and know after, ..... The big issue is how do you forgive oneself and others and move forward and change ways of living and attitude which can bring healing (physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally) in one 's life. Is not always I I I in life but about others also.

Stop only talking about it rather act on it

Only if we as individuals could live the principles of Christ. On Sunday, 31 July 2011, about 10h47am while a pastor giving announcements and a young man probably in his late 20s, collapsed from epileptic attack. He got everyone s attention and as usual women ran to him to assist and take care of Him. I was looking forward for the manifestation of God s glory through our faith and prayers for this guy to be healed as Christ said if we believe in Him we shall drive out diseases. To my shock of my life, the pastor says let us continue because there are people who know what to do. And I was just saying to my heart, no man! You should be ashame and repent for such disgusting statement because you suppose to live Christ s legacy, which one of them is to heal the sick, not to pass stranded individuals who are hopeless and needs help while we think for ourselves. We keep running on the main roads (to look for Christ) of ourselves passing strangers lying hopelessly who needs God 's love through us by pausing and help these individuals. Love them, heal them, pick them up, feed them, support hem, encourage them .....
I know some might say Doc come on man, you are funny because not every church is perfect and they do mistakes but they are not mistake and what you Doc, are you doing to help the church to become better. Here is different, bafowethu. Is different to talk to someone who thinks he or she knows or wise. Thinking something you are not. Is very sad. I will never deny Christ and his principles in my life ( till I die). We who suppose to represent Christ on earth we should be ashamed ( and repent)of ourselves for misrepresenting Christ. We should shut up and act on our faith, do what is right, just and fair. We should not even go around talk talk rather practice what we preach and the world will be different. How many people like me who will walk out of this congregation and never come back or even worse to go to a congregation where they feel loved or happy or it makes more sense of God 's love and it can be in a bar, gang, tavern, prostitution and some ending up in the other side where they were hoping to be with their good hearts. Let us think deep if we are causing
More harm and damage and causing people to end up in a wrong side of life. I even switched off for the rest of the service. Now worse they asked me to be a member of the congregation. Not in my time of living. God is everywhere and he can be in the form of anyone or any situation, anytime and anywhere. I am out of here and I am not denying Christ and I will never. I will fellowship somewhere and lead by example where people shall witness God s glory. I have been doing it anyway. It can be in soccer field; in a bar; in a netball etc
That is MYSELF. I am an individual who is very weak when it comes to confrontations ( I am getting better) simply because I feel/think for others how will they be after I said or done what I needed to do after confrontation. I believe in solutions. And depending on individuals, some is worth confronting and some is is like putting fire on afire blaze. Even saying NO is still a struggle for me when soemone asks. I guess that 's one reason which made me not to continue playing soccer in elite level or any world where it involves not much of a personal/emotional characters. " Is not personal but business". But one thing which helps me is self-honesty and make sure that my foundation of life, work from there. Not to deceive myself and be fake rather see what is next step needed to move from where I am and get into the solution. And act on that step needed. Is not easy though. Lately I have been kicking myself and challenging myself of what must I do to resolve all the blunders I have made, shortcomings etc or how can I improve in my successes etc. But it starts with self-honesty (soul). And from self-honesty, I automatically become honest to others and most above all, the Man above. No matter what situation I am or encounter I starts with self-honesty knowing who I am, where I am from (history) and why I am there and what are the steps needed to get to the solution. And act on them. And just continue being a good example.

Control and Insecurity

One of the recent years' issue bothering me has been the issue of control. I always witness how much damage as individuals we cause out there by getting into people's spaces thorough control. And in some unfortunate instances some individuals respond by self protection or rather say fight or lose it through temper ad hence most end up doing damage or offense and end up into violence or jail. If it doesnt end up either that way, you either make one feel like dirty simply because one can be trapped in that situation and doesnt have other means to get out. Basically is more like abusing that person and you yourself feel good and that person always feel used. This control is encouraged by people with some sort of power or funny ego it can be money, arrogance, fame, strengths.... The trick is someone can also be controlling or causing more damage unaware. The best gift someone can give to someone is attention, space and time and hence we talk about respect. And basically evening listening if the situation of communication. We as individuals dont kmow everything hence we need each other to make a complete system. We are all special and we all deserve space and time to show our special gifts or not to be blue printed or force to to behave in certain way to satisfy certain people. This can be appreciation or motivating or even picking up some by hand and say let us keep going or tapping someone on the shoulder. I always think at myself asd part of the global system. And I am no better than someone or perfect. This allow individual to have freedom, to be empowered, self-explore and be oneself. I think is better to try by all means not to be pepper in people's nostrils. Because once one decide to sneeze, and that process the end result turn sour and no one wants to look at it. Respect everyone irrespective.

Affluenza

Today the world we are living at is very tricky. People are killing, stealing and destroying people 's lives(directly and indirectly) for money and so called 'survival'. We are enriching ourselves through destroying our own brothers and sisters ' lives. We tend to value more the material, money, our egos, our foolish ambitions than our fellows' lives and worse our own lives. Where is the loyalty today, honesty etc. Today is money first and we shall see later in terms of morals. No more conscience. Is good to learn more and not be unsatisfied (hungry to achieve more what you want to do in life) but definitely is very wrong to go in a world where there is a tag around you saying you are part of development or religious organisation and you see that as to enrich yourself. I definitely myself think (on the spot) think if one needs to make money and be rich go out there to the world of survival of the fittest (it can be business, profession where one can make hel of a money). Today we dont have time to share a meal on the table as a family. Today we dont spend time with our children, family, relatives. Today children are brought by strangers than their biologicals. We are busy chasing unsatisfying, unfulfilling and purposeless materials hence we talk about affluenza, we dont have time for ourselves and our families but chasing the wind. Who can catch the wind. All this chasing made majority of us living with insecurities, ambitions and egos which tend to make us neglect basics of life like hard work, honesty, loyalty, morals, love, hope, faith, kindness.... and through this neglecting we tend to be lazy and live with funny dreams and ambitions once get an opportunity where we are in the religious, governmental or development organisation, we are definitely dangerous to the society. That 's where we talk about corruption, stealing, live fancy out of someone 's cost. This is not black or what. We will take anything out for our benefit to fill that void. We are hungry and we are in the wrong canteen to get the food. I ask myself everyday that am I assisting to make the world a better place to live by loving, doing what is right, just and fair to my fellows. Am I think of others and myself? And non of us is perfect for sure rather say the world applaudes effort than knowledge. And is never too late in life and hence I witnessed this with my own life anything is possible once one you believe and put your mind and action into it. I dedicate my life especially to my current work with pride and one thing for sure is worth billions of rands. I work for work? Most of even my money goes to my work.

There is life inside there.....

On my recent visit home (irrespective of the circumstances which will always be there good or bad depending on how we want to be like or make out of it), I did not know how to respond (hold myself for the first) to the mixed up feelings I had. Excitement and hurting at the same. Good news and bad. But overall good depending on me and my family how we make out of everything situation rather how willing are we to better our situation through hard work and unity. Coming back to the good news and bad news. I was deeply touched when I was listening to my 99 year old grandmother(who I am dreaming to take her to see the sea one day) giving me unforgettable advices of life and how she is proud of me. Nothing replace that for sure. Also catching up with everyone at home excited about life and being happy. It is really energy giving and nothing beats family. The most sad thing is after I looked at my family situation and started reflecting (in correlation with my current exciting job/lifestyle), I was deeply moved and saddened, how much damage/torture I am creating out there. In my situation, I can say the damage I have done is trying to be a little hero, providing for them everything I had hoping it will solve the problems at home, it could be a shoe, money, clothes, any material thing I have ( I hope everyone gets me here because I am not saying we must not help our family members rather help them to an extent where they can do things at their own, not fully dependant). And hence creating a certain level of dependance. I have fought impossible battle thinking that's the way for the last 12 years. The biggest sin I made was to believe that when I provided them with everything I think they needed that's it. What I think they needed what not primarily what they needed. That 's the mistake we all make especially in the development world. There is life in all my family members. What's point of giving a pig a suit to wear while you know at the end is gonna go back to the mud and mire it. (I am not saying my family are pigs, is figurative). Why not try to learn their lifestyle, live with them, share and be friends and learn each other and hence develop into certain way of mentorship, equality, mutual respect, trust and most important value-ing. My point is there is life in there needed to be lived. I see everyday people talking about building buildings, infrastructure and coming from that situation, that is not the solution. There is life inside that building or infrastructure. Is so sad these individuals build buildings, drop stuff and leave it it with uninformed special people or rather unskilled champs in the rural areas (for their own satisfication). In all the poor areas I worked, is so hurting to millions of number building left and ruined and wasted. I am not saying is wrong to build buildings or giving goods or stuff to the poor but my point in poor areas where I am from is not a primary concern. Is better to help someone to be equal as us not look down on them. So called "poor people" live happy life until someone "rich" comes and build a mansion in that big house and make them feel terrible. And then try ti give them 0,1% of your wealth thinking that's good. No, why not teach them how they can have a house like yours and be happy or even visiting each other. Is amazing every day people who wanna be rich or so called rich are running after non-fulfilling, non-satisfying lifestyle and forgetting simply things spending time with their children/family investing in their lifestyles than material which doesnt satisfy. Is easy for individual to visit the moon in few hours and doesnt know the neighbour who he/she has been staying with for the last ten years. We are busy building higher and higher but we cant reach our neighbours whom the buildings we stay at or make money at are built at their cost. What make us happy?

Put the blame on me!

In my own Life I have responsibilities and accountabilities and if any goes wrong or I get caught or I do mistake, I will 100 % takes the blame anytime. And I will definitely say sorry and ask for forgiveness and forgive myself and move forward. One thing which makes me bang my head against the wall is that I remember 11 years prior to this time I am writing this email, I had dreams and let shortcoming, people around or circumstances to off ramp me from the original rail of my dreams. But one thing held me back was feeling guilty and threats hence developing into fear and low self-esteem and even costing me not to perform in anything I was engaged to. Hence leading to failures. I dont know how I could have turn to be like if I was successful. I just imagining being a Medico, Pro Soccer Player and going to poor areas all over the world and hang out with them and helping and learning from each other. May be I could have done more harm to myself and others. I am very happy where I am in my life with all the worse mistakes I have made or I could make and the ones I am still gonna make. That's life. But one thing I will definitely wont allow again, is to allow condemnation/guilty to destroy me again. Life is full of tricks and traps. There is always a way out of everything and possibilities. It depends on how much effort and believing you put in. So in all my errors, life or death, put the blame on me. Character I am very personal in everything I do or engage to and I can easily sense people 's emotions, feelings or even spirits whether someone is angry or happy, sad etc. And most of this takes tons of energy from me.

I was deeply moved by the words of the New Editions FC Under 17, 15, and senior team when they said please dont buy food to eat rather pay us for transport so we can go and play a match on Saturday. I felt very embarassed and stupid after I thought it will be great get something to eat after a long day of soccer coaching clinic. I just started on reflecting on how easy is to project thoughts not thinking or consider what THEY need or think. How stupid is to think for others rather than coming from their own direction.

Abuse .......!

Everyday I get deeply hurt when I see us individuals living abusive life. We can be abusing alcohol, freedom, money, good people and list goes on and on. But to be more specific, my attention real get caught by abuse of alcohol and freedom in all the areas of my work or I can say where I spend much of time. It even starts in my own family. Where I see my own biological mother who is into alcohol big time and really abusing it causing a lot of costly damages around the family. Where it affects the whole family or my younger brother getting himself into trouble for that. I see a lot of guys getting into unnecessary accidents or violence which costs their life. Most people when we tend to have problems it can be hopelessness, poverty, abuse, sicknesses, any historical setbacks, any victimhood, we think it will be better when we forget about it by drinking. It makes things worse. What can fill that void of pain in our hearts. Alcohol and freedom abuse? Nope? Definitely no, I see my own family at home going from worse to worst. What hurts most is that we who are coming from poor environments we think when we drink more and splash on alcohol is cool and we will be respected around our communities. It can a type of insecurity. Actually is holding us back not to grow but rather be wasted and self-deceived icons in our communities. I think we must start drawing a line in our abusing and I know no one is perfect. We rather starts doing something in our life positive and be good examples. Looking at the root cause of where we are in life and look at the way forward. What is sad is that we who are coming from disadvantaged communities we spend much money on alcohol and be wasted and the rich spend less and and with a different motive. Please have a look at the picture below (I will upload it later) and see the guy in Cape Town drinking down his sorrows and at the end of the day he becomes a joke in front of everyone. And for stupid sake he is a father with his daughter lying next him. How much damage are we causing out there. What are we planting in others.

So is lesson first and test after. But with life is vice versa. Test first and lesson after. I have being hoping, waiting and working hard and hoping that things one day will turn good in different situations in my life. But actually since I was born I have been trying to catch a fish by preparing fishing rod, baits, lines .... in dry land, practising how to throw the line, how to look the baits while on dry land. But actual forgetting no matter how many millions years I can practise, putting the right baits I will never catch a fish because I am in the wrong place to catch a fish. Is inland. I can only find a fish in water spots where it can be a dam, lake, river, ocean etc. One thing which can easily make stay in land and not go the rivers of this world can be fear of crocodiles, snakes, different environment .... and other thing can be simply comfort of being inland and insecurity about how I am and I might turn out to be if things differ to what I am currently. Back to real human life, I have been waiting, hoping and working hard things will turn out ok in different situation of my life but actual I was doing it in the wrong spots. Getting up and do the right thing, right time and right place is the integral part of my life. I should be brave enough to move towards that direction and grow from there. However i keep learning by either failing the test or passing it. One can easily say what 's up with doc. Is he regretting where he is in life? Nope. The answer is No. I am happy and I am growing very well and learning more daily after different tests and most of these tests I fail but I dont forget the lesson. But what the Doc is saying from my lessons is that is not worth to wait if you are in the wrong spot and one must go out there in the right spots and try rather than waiting and blaming, complaining, whining and whinging. No matter how much effort I put. In every situation lies opportunity.

Nothing done or no one is there.

In life is good and very important to have a vision and plan and organize everything in order. It depends how long you take on the planning and organizing. Because in 20 minutes given in our lives, we use 18 minutes talking around the meeting table and 2 minutes on actions hence less work or no work done. And the danger is that most of us who we spend hours and hours planning a meeting by the time we go to the meeting there is no one. Some of us are useless when our mouths are closed because we try to use our mouths to do the work and which is pulling down those who are out there working hard or implementing the ideas. they make things happen. Is so amazing how much this sickness of long meetings full of jealousies, favouritism, egos, anger, pride, corruption, self deception and insecurities, it has spread to grassroot level where nothing end up being done and there was nothing done before. THE WORLD DOESNT APPLAUDES THEORY RATHER EFFORT. Wisdom is not seen only in words (cleverness) rather holistically through actions, behaviour, morals, doing good etc. Easy going people like to hold others back who wants to do things. The best is keep doing good and ignore the shortcomings. Is time to get up and do what is right irrespective. Talk talk talk brings no results. This reminds me of the research was done in States, where so called top geniuses held a seminar how to make money or having successful businesses. They all had brilliant and marvellous ideas how to be rich and have successful businesses. After twenty years they traced the same guys and they found about ten of them committed suicide and five of them are mad and the other five grew poorer. At the end the scientist concluded that the these guys knew how to make and had all the knowledge but they didnt know how to LIVE.

Believing but I cant sit and wait!

All along in my life I have being doing big mistakes of believing and hoping things one day will get better. I have being stereotyped living out of fear, insecurities, low-cofidence. I have been watching things going from worse to worst hoping one day things will get better and believing in it. As much ADIDAS say : "Impossible is nothing" or Sony says "Believe" is very important to consider Nedbank 's Slogan which say "make things happen" or the latest : "Success doesn't come to those who sit and wait". One things I would appreciate life for is it gives repeatedly one more chances/opportunities to utilize fully. The sun and the moon repeatedly goes through cycle or same routine, to give me a chance to get up and do something different. Is never too late in life to mend but at the same time is never right to procrastinate, sitting and waiting. I will never know about tomorrow. Living every second to the full like there is no tomorrow. I have been watching long enough, being hurting long enough, I have being a spectator long enough. Is about time I claim what is mine or deserve. In life is not about what life makes out of me but is about what I make out of life. But above I am not in control of everything in life, I have my responsibilities or tasks given to me on my earthly life.

Africa

Knowledge is good and vital in life. But we know the facts. Colonialism raped and is still raping us Africans. From slavery to the time they gave Shaka a mirror, to our current BMW's, Benzes, so called European style or Italian Villa houses, to the US/European supporters/immigrants robbing our African pride. When, how or where it started is irrelevant. From my side is sad when I see us Africans not coming together and restore our dignity and save our rich continent. I think at the same we should stop blaming the past, it happened, the question is what are we doing to improve our state. I stopped everything in my life, professional soccer and I am sacrificing with the little I have to go out there in Africa to make that much difference to the victims of of HIV, Poverty, Disrespected, crime, conflict, illiteracy. What we must do is LET'S LEARN FROM ALL THE PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD AND COPY AND PASTE TO IMPROVE OURSELVES, NOT JUST CLOSING THE DOOR OF LEARNING, AND SAYING WE ARE PROUD AFRICAN. BUT WE MUST REMEMBER THE FACTS WHERE WE ARE FROM AND WHO WE ARE. IS GOOD TO GO AND LEARN IN THE BEST UNIVERSITY AND COME BACK AND STORE IN OUR CONTINENT. WE NEED ANYTHING GOOD IN AFRICA. I love you my sisters, and there is no harm in differences/disagreement because because of the way we look life. we can learn from each other. But is very important to look at the solution which in this instance is to come to an agreement. And i am not saying us Africans must separate ourselves from the other cultures but we must not beg people to be loved or appreciated. Let 's remember someone who is better than me because of the look or state of the country is an asshole and insecure individual. www.youthzones.co.za orhttp://docmabila.blogspot.com/

Reason was because he had affair with two ladies in US. I thought I will never go through the same somehow. There are women who are agents out there and if you are good guy, they will snatch you like a bird into a bird 's snare. There are so many women (young and old) who wants a piece of me. I will find my wife one, those who calls me or seduce or want to screw me forget. Not only losing a lot of money the last two months but also losing a lot of power in my spirit, time and dignity simply because of being friendly. You cant befriend desperate and ambitious women and just be sisters and brothers, they want to screw you either you like it or not. I have learnt my lesson, innocent and good guys out there please we know our weakness is lust but please run, run, run and never look back when that women seduce or call you. I tried to face it and not run but it never works. It can turn into hatred or bitterness when one party not satisfied or fulfilled the desires, you end up sacrificing and have charity sex if I can name it. R28 000. What I am left with is my soul, my spirit and will always be there for me and I asked for forgiveness and power to repent to move on and grow more in Jesus' name God always loves me irrespective. I forgive myself, forgive those girls, and asks for forgiveness from Above. I just went through the face of my life. I am sorry to my family also, nt even spending festive with them but working. You name it, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, SA is all the same case. The solution is not to give that kid that money rather INVEST in social parenting skills and bring the affected parties together. The relationship and fellowship between the parents and children is very important. I meet different individuals in my work especially in my last visit in Mozambique. Young girls suffering from rejection and being unloved (lack of good parenting) and hence even leading them to even crossing the Zimbabwean border to become prostitutes in Mozambique. I spoke to let of them ad hanged around with them as friends (not that kind of a friend) and even invited them to supper couple of times and just be their friend and try to give them that attention and one can see how hurt they are and some of them are teachers. I shared tears in my heart of how much we give birth to innocent children and let what we went through, it can be abuse, rejection and pass it to the offspring. And they grow with that for long time even when they are old. Curse from generation to the other. Please let's stop killing the soul of the innocents rather let's love them and mentor them to be the best. Parents sitting outside drinking beer the whole day, where are your children. How do you expect that baby or son or daughter to grow. Where is the self esteem will come from? Before we make that baby please let's think twice. How many are roaming in the streets everyday? How many individuals are inmates from us.

Back in SA

The Doc is back in SA

I am in Mozambique till the 20th Dec

Those who are wondering I am in Mozambique and Zimbabwe till the 20th of Dec

Best qualification

Firstly, who am I to say which one is the best or the worst qualification in this life we are living? To my own life experience, I can say the following, the best qualification is to do the best (or bestest if the word exist) in the little I am entrusted with and lead by example so that when I talk or live with others, I can not be disqualified. To show character and get up when things went wrong in life, no matter what, where, whenever. The degree of life. Is easily to be swerved away from the reality, humanity and morals if one easily take pride of so called "qualification/paper" r wealth. No offence to anyone and I cant even put a blueprint on everyone who falls in that box. There are lot of individuals who excels in both fields. Knowledge is powerful but still depends what kind of knowledge do you acquire/obtain. some knowledge can lead one to be ruthless criminal and some to be a very helpful good guy. How much do I value others, How much I respect and love others, How much do we enreach (create hope) each other as we live or encourage each other to believe more, things are going to be ok, selflesssness (especially egocentricism, am I doing to feel good or am doing it for all of us to feel good. Do I put people first or oneself first) etc, for me these are my masters and PhD 's. And of course, one 's background differs and make individuals to differ in the later stage of lie as one matures. I always had this thing when still studying medicine that when I finish I want to enjoy life as much as I can because it is very hard to study for seven years. The pain and irritation of going through all that to get good or so called comfort life and always playing soccer at the same time. That s life, I guess. Is easily to forget or even irritated by someone who begs or even wants good life or enrich themselves through injustice or not working hard. Even to be friends or assist these individuals is very challenging if you had to work hard to where you are and give to someone who is going contradicting route.Much of the times I try to act against a situation where I contradict oneself with what I talk and act at the same time. I will and always do things like there is no more tomorrow, because tomorrow is got its own issues. i dont know what will happen next, and I am not in control of that. I am saying this still in great shock of my life and learning daily in Siyabuswa, The lads were in my room till early hours of the morning, 2am, busy learning computers. Incredible. The way we live or act can destroy more hungry souls there who are trying to enrich themselves to become what they want.

People are hungry for .......

I am (01/11/2010) here in Siyabuswa for three days already. I have never been so touch deeply by the interest and hunger of the people in the community for technology and to better their lives not to say they are bad or worst rather grow to what they want in their respective lives. This morning, in a space of about 2 hours, almost 30 unemployed youth, young boys and girls, mothers queeing to learn computer, some applying for university some applying for jobs. All of them queeing for one laptop. We had to use my work and personal laptop. Just seeing these guys , just made me wonder about lifestyles in Jozi where I am residing at the moment. Just one laptop making a difference in a big community of about 200 000 people. They even ran out of ink in their printer which was donated by someone in the community who saw the good work done by the youth here. Community is standing together even to build a site where they want to make a development centre ( with a soccer field, netball field, comp centre and a small hall) and invest in their community. They even enrich each other by becoming a family, sharing, helping each other. They are also making a movie which is all about the issues experienced in their community. The good news goes on and on. The question I always ask myself? Am I appreciative to the small things I have?
